DEMOCRATIC FRONT OF NATIONAL UNIFICATION (DFNU): REACTION

In the session of date 13 January 2013, the National Assembly of Serbia approved the so-called “Resolution for Kosova”, in which were defined the “basis principles for political negotiations” with Kosova, according to the dreams still alive in Belgrade for its direct re-colonization, according to the projects of “Greater Serbia”.

In the resolution, on point 1.a. it is said: “Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the international law, Constitution and the will of the people, is not recognizing and will never recognize the independence proclaimed unilaterally of Kosova”. In this paragraph it stands out in relief the disinformation expression: “in accordance with the international law”. It must be affirmed that the international law condemns the practices of conquest and classic colonization and denies the right of people for self-determination and decolonization. These rights belong not only to the people of the Province of Northern Albania (narrow Kosova), but also to all the Albanian people everywhere, because the Albanian issue is colonial issue. Serbia as a colonial power has no right by any mean to invoke the principle “uti possedis”,  for territorial integrity, because it had conquered with force and violence the province of Kosova, and then it exerted a classic anti-Albanian colonialism, which included very harsh violence and genocide towards the Albanian people.

On point 1.b. it is said: “The aim of negotiations is to secure the right of Serbs and other minorities in Kosova, insisting in the defense of all the guaranteed rights […], of the rights of the return and of the propriety rights”. It must be affirmed that while Serbs and other minorities have not only all the rights, but also are privileged in regard to the Albanian majority according to the stipulations of the Ahtisaari Package within the Constitution of Kosova. Serb parliamentarians are playing like this is not real and allegedly their rights are not respected, but also move the accent of the hidden plans for the “return of Serbs” (to be read: re-colonization of Kosova) with the discover of them the “political dialogue”. The point continues also with other unacceptable saying: “Serbian government is obliged to continue the investigation of all the cases of the disappeared persons and to follow the judicial procedures against the indictees accused for the ethnic violence against Serbs”.  Here the Serb parliamentarians want to start a red baiting against Albanians, allegedly for “ethnic violence against Serbs”, while the Serb war criminals that had caused violence, massacres, rapes and tortures to the Albanian people to be not investigated and condemned!

Serbian parliament during all the resolution uses for the institutions of the Republic of Kosova the degenerating term “southern province of Serbia”, “Autonomous Province of Kosova”. They don’t have the concept to make inter-states dialogue, but consider Kosova as “province of Serbia” and want that the Prishtina’s delegation to make “compromise”, delegation that unfortunately don’t have neither political platform and that is not mandated by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosova to discuss and what to discuss in Bruxelles.

In the point nr.3 it is accentuated: “Republic of Serbia is not prepared to do any compromise that can end endangering its situation and national interests”. The statement of Daçiç that can be negotiated also the chair of Kosova within UN comes in this context. But this statement is a decoy, because Kosova will realize the necessary number of recognitions in order to enter in UN and Daçiç demanded only to draw the wool over the delegation of the Albanians of Kosova to recognize their dependent status on Serbia, to recognize the re-inclusion of Kosova under Serbia.

Democratic Front of National Unification (DFNU) thinks that the Serbian parliamentarians, these strict applicants of the politics of Millosheviç don’t want neither dialogue, nor resolution of the problems between Albanians and Serbis. They are led by the national-chauvinist philosophy of Serb “Naçertanije” for conquest and colonization of the Albanian lands. If there would be different, they would accept that have been conquerors and colonizers of the territories of Ethnic Albania, and still continue to hold conquered and colonized Eastern Kosova (Presheva, Medvegja and Bujanoc) and would not chase the wild goose of re-conquest and re-colonization of Kosova. They want only the “dialogue” of battlefields and entrenchments, of threats and psychological and physical terror towards the Albanian nation

DFNU considers that in this dialogue Serbia must accept not only the independence of Kosova, but also that Eastern Kosova (Presheva, Medvegja and Bujanoc), Sandzak and Toplica are old provinces of Albania and must unite with it, with the Albanian national single state in Balkans. On the contrary never will be peace and stability in this zone of Eastern Europe, nor integration in EU and in other international organizations.
