N\u00eb to paraqitet Ura e fotografuar nga disa k\u00ebnde t\u00eb ndryshme, e prej t\u00eb dy an\u00ebve t\u00eb lumit, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb shikuesit e sotm\u00eb mund t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrim t\u00eb af\u00ebrt\u00eb t\u00eb saj. Ura ishte me harqe nga sip\u00ebr (kurrize) me gjasht\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, pes\u00eb hap\u00ebsira drite dhe disa kamare, lart\u00ebsia m\u00eb e madh n\u00eb mezin e saj mbi sip\u00ebrfaqen e ujit ishte n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e ver\u00ebs rreth 15 metra. Gjer\u00ebsia e saj ishte rreth 1.50 m, dhe lejonte kalimin e njer\u00ebzve, kafsh\u00ebve  dhe qerreve t\u00eb ngushta mbi t\u00eb. N\u00eb shtyp shkruhet se ishte e gjat\u00eb rreth 200 metra (p\u00ebr krahasim \u201cUra e Goric\u00ebs\u201d n\u00eb Berat \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 130 metra) dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar p\u00ebr shtat\u00eb vjet (Ali Hasani).      Jan\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse k\u00ebto foto t\u00eb ur\u00ebs, s\u00eb pari p\u00ebr form\u00ebn shum\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb arkitekturore, por edhe se t\u00eb shtyjn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar rolin e saj t\u00eb madh n\u00eb lidhjen e viseve t\u00eb ndryshme shqiptare, mandej p\u00ebr vjet\u00ebrsin\u00eb, historikun e nd\u00ebrtimit dhe fatkeq\u00ebsisht edhe fundin e saj t\u00eb trisht\u00eb.  Gjithsesi, p\u00ebr shum\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb mbi Ur\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar me mijra njer\u00ebrz, nga t\u00eb dy drejtimet e saj. Imazhi i saj nxit imagjinat\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shikuar me syt\u00eb e mendjes duke kaluar mbi t\u00eb, fshatar\u00eb m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb ose me kafsh\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkuara, nuse mbi kal\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar nga familjar\u00ebt e saj, grupe burrash p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb gosti, por ndoshta edhe funerale me t\u00eb vdekur t\u00eb mbajtur nga t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit. K\u00ebshtu, supet e saj t\u00eb gurta kan\u00eb pritur e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb thuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn e krahin\u00ebs n\u00eb koh\u00ebndarjet nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet. Natyrisht, edhe gur\u00ebt e sip\u00ebrfaqes s\u00eb ur\u00ebs do t\u00eb jen\u00eb l\u00ebmuar nga hapat e mijra kalimtar\u00ebve dhe duhej pasur shum\u00eb kujdes, sidomos n\u00eb stin\u00ebn e dimrit t\u00eb ftoht\u00eb e me ngrica t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs. N\u00eb nj\u00eb foto t\u00eb Kel Marubit (1904-1905) n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e posht\u00ebme dallohet nj\u00eb njeri me uniform\u00eb. Me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Roja e Ur\u00ebs, i cili siguronte kalimin  e banorve mbi t\u00eb pa shqet\u00ebsime nga nj\u00eb breg i lumit n\u00eb tjetrin.     Kjo Ur\u00eb, sh\u00ebnohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nga feudal\u00ebt Bushatllinj\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs nga mesi shekullit XVII. Mikja e shqiptar\u00ebve, anglezja Edith Durham m\u00eb 1909, shkroi, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr Ur\u00ebn se: \u201cnuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrohet gj\u00eb m\u00eb e harmonishme me panoram\u00ebn p\u00ebr rreth\u201d. N\u00eb disa foto, pran\u00eb Ur\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb lumit, dallohet nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb e bardh\u00eb dy kat\u00ebshe, e ngritur p\u00ebr murator\u00ebt, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas u kthye n\u00eb \u201cHani i Ur\u00ebs s\u00eb Vezirit\u201d p\u00ebr shtegtar\u00ebt. Duke hamend\u00ebsuar mosprishjen, kjo nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb ndoshta do ishte kthyer n\u00eb Bar-Kafe-Restorant dhe  do shtonte sadopak vler\u00ebn objektit. N\u00eb koh\u00ebt e m\u00ebvon\u00ebshme, me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb, i gjith\u00eb mjedisi do rrethohej me bare dhe restorante p\u00ebr vizitor\u00ebt, mbase do merrte edhe form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb qyteze t\u00eb vog\u00ebl turistike. Madje Ur\u00ebs do t\u2019i vendoseshin edhe parmak\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbrojtur kalimtar\u00ebt dhe do t\u00eb pajisej me ndri\u00e7im shikimi dhe zbukurimi &#8230; Sigurisht imazhi i Ur\u00ebs m\u00eb von\u00eb mund t\u00eb shtypej n\u00eb kartolina postare, postera publicistik\u00eb dhe kataloge turistike, do prodhoheshin suvenire me mikromaketin e saj. Madje mund t\u00eb zhvillohej edhe ndonj\u00eb gar\u00eb sportive me hedhje nga Ura n\u00eb lumin Drin. K\u00ebshtu, dhe Ura e Vezirit do t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebse t\u00eb turizmit shqiptar&#8230;gjithmon\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb minohej, s\u00eb pari nga trupat serbe.      Gjithsesi, Ura e Vezirit, nga ana arkitekturore dhe historike \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar dhe nderuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb edhe rreth nj\u00eb shekull m\u00eb par\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, nga \u201cPosta Shqyptare\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, u emetua n\u00eb vitin 1922, nj\u00eb seri pulle poste me imazhe nga objekte historike dhe qytete si Shkodra (Rozafa), Gjirokastra (Kalaja), Vlora (Kanina), Durr\u00ebsi, Kor\u00e7a, Berati (Kalaja) dhe&#8230;\u201dUra e Vezirit\u201d pran\u00eb Kuk\u00ebsit (Bajram Pe\u00e7i). Tek e fundit, edhe objektet e ve\u00e7anta nd\u00ebrtimore me funksione adminstrative, fetare, kulturore, historike dhe gjeografike simbolizojn\u00eb n\u00eb imazhe pamore nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb caktuar, q\u00eb me kalimin e koh\u00ebs krijojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb quhet \u201ckujtes\u00eb historike\u201d. Nd\u00ebr vendet ose objektet, imazhet e t\u00eb cilave u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn p\u00ebr pulla, Ur\u00ebs s\u00e7 Vezirit, nuk i takonte emri \u201cur\u00eb\u201c sepse tanim\u00eb nuk ekzistonte. Sidoqft\u00eb, imazhi p\u00ebr pullen e Ur\u00ebs,  \u00ebsht\u00eb huazuar nga shkrepja e njohur fotografike e Kel Marubit.       Duket mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebse ideja e paraqitjes n\u00eb nj\u00eb pulle poste t\u00eb imazhit t\u00eb Ur\u00ebs s\u00eb Vezirit n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, kur si\u00e7 u cek m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, prej saj kishin mbetur vet\u00ebm k\u00ebmb\u00ebt pa trup dhe shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz n\u00eb vend nuk ishin fare n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj. Po ashtu p\u00ebrfshirja e saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb seri bashk\u00eb me objekte t\u00eb tjera historike, por q\u00eb ishin ende n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, duket disi e befasishme. Ndonj\u00eb mendjendritur (an\u00ebtar a kryetar i komisionit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb pullave), emri i t\u00eb cilit ende mbulohet nga mjegulla e historis\u00eb, mendohet se do t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb ideuesi i p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb pamjes s\u00eb Ur\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seri t\u00eb pullave.      Me shum\u00eb gjas\u00eb, vendimi i komisionit  t\u00eb Post\u00ebs Shqyptare nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar leht\u00ebsisht nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt, kund\u00ebrshtuesit kishin n\u00eb krah faktin e munges\u00ebs (e mosqenies si objekt t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorsh\u00ebm), nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mb\u00ebshteteshin te historia dhe identiteti komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb vler\u00ebsonte kujtes\u00ebn kolektive.  Pra, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje mendimesh midis njer\u00ebzve praktik\u00eb (kundra pull\u00ebs), po pa shum\u00eb kultur\u00eb, dhe atyre m\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb lexuar\u201d dhe me vizion (p\u00ebr pull\u00ebn). M\u00eb ndryshe, krijimi i nj\u00eb pulle poste me nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, por t\u00eb prishur, ndoshta kumtonte qortim p\u00ebr mosmbrojtje t\u00eb saj (e shkuara), por dhe k\u00ebshillim p\u00ebr t\u2019i ruajtur k\u00ebto lloj objektesh (e ardhmja), si pjes\u00eb e prek\u00ebshme e historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe kujtes\u00ebs kolektive. Gjithashtu, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos zvog\u00ebluar identitetin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (krahas tij edhe krenarin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare) se mjaft ishte pak\u00ebsuar dhe tjet\u00ebrsuar ajo fizike.      Shum\u00eb shtete i kan\u00eb si vende t\u00eb shenjta objekte t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb vjetra si k\u00ebshtjella, kisha, xhami, ura, nd\u00ebrtesa, mauzoleume dhe i mbrojn\u00eb me ligje t\u00eb shkruara dhe t\u00eb zbatuara, qofshin k\u00ebto n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim ose jo. Kjo ka sjell ruajtjen e tyre edhe me mosha t\u00eb m\u00ebdha qindra -mijra vje\u00e7are. Shpesh k\u00ebto lloj objektesh jan\u00eb edhe shembull p\u00ebr krenari t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli a nj\u00eb tjetri. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb pasur, prandaj ato pak q\u00eb ishin at\u00ebher\u00eb,  ishte detyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i ruajtur, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn imazhin e tyre. Mbase ka ardhur koha q\u00eb historian\u00eb, urbanist\u00eb, arkitekt\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojn\u00eb disa nd\u00ebrtesa q\u00eb jan\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb moshuarat  n\u00eb vend, pavar\u00ebsisht funksionit, p\u00ebrdorimit, p\u00ebrmasave dhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen me vendime a ligje t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta dhe pllaka bronxi p\u00ebrkujtimore. \u201cNd\u00ebrtesat e vjetra jan\u00eb si kujtime q\u00eb mund t\u2019i prek\u00ebsh\u201d-thot\u00eb arkitektja e njohur De Nadai. Fal\u00eb fotografis\u00eb, m\u00ebsohet se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, vite e vite m\u00eb her\u00ebt ka pasur mjaft objekte, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt edhe pse sot mund t\u00eb ishin jo-funksionale, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin arsye p\u00ebr pak krenari komb\u00ebtare.     Madje, t\u00eb huaj q\u00eb nuk e duan Bot\u00ebn Shqiptare shprehen se \u201cn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri  nd\u00ebrtesat m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra jan\u00eb pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00ebshekullore, sepse shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb male duke b\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00eb tribale\u201d.  Kisha e Vaut t\u00eb Dej\u00ebs, q\u00eb sot do t\u00eb ishte me mosh\u00eb madhore 700-800 vje\u00e7are (Aleksand\u00ebr Meksi) do t\u2019a  rr\u00ebzonte k\u00ebt\u00eb deklarat\u00eb dashakeq\u00ebse, por&#8230;ajo u shkat\u00ebrua n\u00eb vitin ateist, 1967. Objekti i dyt\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u2019u tregohej do ishte Ura e Vezirit e nd\u00ebrtuar mbi 300-400 vjet p\u00ebrpara. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, t\u00eb dyja kan\u00eb mbetur vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebr foto. Ndoshta mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ende edhe ndon\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, por jo me vlerat historike dhe arkitektonike t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dyjave. K\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr objekte ushtarake p\u00ebr mbrojtje, si k\u00ebshtjella, kala e fortesa.       Ura e Vezirit pati fat t\u00eb mir\u00eb se lindja e fotografis\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb (1839) dhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri (n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shek.XIX) e gjeti n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim, k\u00ebsisoj pamja e saj mundi t\u00eb p\u00ebrngrihej dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsohej n\u00eb letr\u00ebn fotografike. K\u00ebshtu, imazhi i saj mund t\u00eb shikohet me endje dhe t\u00eb shijohet edhe pas kaq vite (mbi nj\u00eb qindvje\u00e7ar) t\u00eb rr\u00ebnimit t\u00eb saj, \u00e7ka  do ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsi edhe brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm. Por, gjithashtu ajo iu u n\u00ebnshtrua edhe fatit t\u00eb keq se ishte ngritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend strategjik t\u00eb lakmuar me etje t\u00eb eg\u00ebr nga fqinj\u00ebt verior t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, serb\u00ebt. Nga t\u00eb dh\u00ebna shtypi e botimesh m\u00ebsohet se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar gjat\u00eb L1B, me dinamit prej trupave serbe n\u00eb t\u00ebrheqje nga trojet shqiptare, rreth vitit 1915. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb fotografuar mjaft\u00eb her\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 Kel Marubit q\u00eb u citua m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, edhe nga  Kol\u00eb Maca, hungarezi Baroni Nop\u00e7a etj. Disa foto t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb saj jan\u00eb, p\u00ebr autorin e k\u00ebtyre rreshtave, ende pa emrin e fotografit dhe dat\u00ebn e fotografimit.     Nj\u00eb nga fotot e fundit t\u00eb Ur\u00ebs (n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebve t\u00eb ish-ur\u00ebs) \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e Ismail  Vlor\u00ebs (i riu),  rreth vitit 1944. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se shtysa e nipit t\u00eb Plakut t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fotografuar \u00e7ka kishte mbetur nga Ura e famshme, ishte vet\u00ebm atdhedashuria shtuar me pezmin e humbjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb vepre t\u00eb till\u00eb.     Sot mbeturina t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebve ndodhen posht\u00eb ujrave t\u00eb liqenit t\u00eb Fierz\u00ebs q\u00eb l\u00ebvizin turbinat e hidrocentralit me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin em\u00ebr, e dikush mund t\u00eb shprehet se gjithsesi, ura do shembej q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej kjo vep\u00ebr. Po edhe jo, sepse nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb Ura e Vezirit, me shum\u00eb gjasa, do t\u00eb kishte fituar nj\u00eb status krejt t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb si monument kulture, por ndoshta do prishej nga shqiptar\u00ebt ashtu si Kisha e Vaut t\u00eb Dej\u00ebs me histori t\u00eb vyer, s\u00ebrish p\u00ebr hidrocentral, gjithashtu me status. Madje, kjo prishje e k\u00ebsaj kishe, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga d\u00ebmet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar historia dhe kultura shqiptare. Nga kalimi n\u00ebp\u00ebr duar shum\u00eb foto t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb \u201cUr\u00ebs s\u00eb Vezirit\u201d mendojm\u00eb se ajo me koh\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte fituar edhe statusin \u201cMonument Kulture-mbrohet nga shteti\u201d , madje m\u00eb von\u00eb ndoshta edhe si objekt n\u00ebn kujdesin e UNESCO-s.    Duke e njohur disi mir\u00eb prej fotove imazhin e saj, Ura e Vezirit, do t\u00eb ishte sot (n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb shembej m\u00eb 1915, dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr hidrocentral)  ura m\u00eb e njohur dhe m\u00eb e vizituar nga turist\u00ebt vendas e t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb.  Prishja e Ur\u00ebs s\u00eb Vezirit, mendojm\u00eb se p\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb nga humbjet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, ajo mund t\u00eb quhet viktim\u00eb ose pasoj\u00eb lufte.
