Trash\u00ebgimia kulturore p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb grup t\u00eb mirash kulturore t\u00eb \u201cartistizuara\u201d, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr natyr\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb historike dhe kulturore kan\u00eb interes publik dhe p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pasurin\u00eb e nj\u00eb vendi. Trash\u00ebgimia kulturore \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet dinamik sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi e hapur dhe jo e mbyllur dhe si e till\u00eb jo definitive, por gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb zgjerim, sepse ajo vijon t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e gjetjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb k\u00ebrkimeve n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e historis\u00eb s\u00eb artit dhe arkitektur\u00ebs, arkeologjis\u00eb, dokumentacionit arkivor dhe bibliografik t\u00eb cilat nuk nd\u00ebrpriten kurr\u00eb. Trash\u00ebgimia kulturore (Materiale) e Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb mes t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimeve antike, dhe asaj pas er\u00ebs s\u00eb Re. Kjo trash\u00ebgimi\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb e pasur dhe ng\u00ebrthen n\u00eb vete nj\u00eb thesar t\u00eb pasur kulturor, dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore bot\u00ebrore. Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet se p\u00ebr Trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb ton\u00eb kulturore,historike dhe politike n\u00eb vend,flasin d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e parahistoris\u00eb, periudh\u00ebs klasike dhe asaj ilire. P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre d\u00ebshmive, vendi jon\u00eb tregon q\u00eb\u00a0 ka vlera dhe cil\u00ebsi, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb njohura\u00a0 Brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb kulturore \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe n\u00ebn mbrojtjen e UNESCO \u2013 s<\/p>\n<p><em>OBJEKTET E KULTIT<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Prizreni, epiqendra kulturore, ekonomike dhe religjioze, pasqyron nj\u00eb realitet t\u00eb gjall\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrtimet e objekteve kulturore dhe fetare, organizimi i festivaleve t\u00eb ndryshme, tregon dhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb\u00eb frym\u00ebn pozitive q\u00eb jeton tek ne. Ky objekt pasyqron identitetin ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar dhe kulutor n\u00eb vend. . ky monument konsiderohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb simboli i qytetit dhe nj\u00eb element me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb identitetin kulturor t\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kosov%C3%AB\">Kosov\u00ebs<\/a>. Kalaja e Prizrenit, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00ebend\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb kod\u00ebr t\u00eb lart\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient piktoresk dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht strategjike. Ngrihet mbi qytet sikurse edhe mbi lugin\u00ebn e thell\u00eb t\u00eb Lum\u00ebbardhit dhe rrafshin e Dukagjinit. Fillet e saj (Kalas\u00eb), i gjejm\u00eb n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rajoni, n\u00eb parahistori, me nj\u00eb zhvillim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bizanti\">Bizantine<\/a>\u00a0dhe\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Osman%C3%ABt\">Osmane<\/a>. N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e pushtimit Osman,Kalaja zgjerohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrforcuar dhe nd\u00ebrtuar muret e saj, dhe t\u00eb pasurohet me objekte t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme si Hamame dhe Xhami. Poashtu,ky objekt ka sh\u00ebrbyer edhe p\u00ebr nevoja ushtarake. N\u00eb aspektin nd\u00ebrtimor, Kalaj \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb\u00a0 3 komplekse: 1. Qyteti i Ep\u00ebrm \u2013 Akropoli.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Qyteti i posh\u00ebtm dhe 3. Qyteti Jugor. N\u00eb fillim, ky objekt \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur ekskluzivisht si kala deri m\u00eb 1912. Kalaja e Prizrenit, n\u00eb vete ng\u00ebrthen nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb historis\u00eb ton\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Pozita e saj gjeografike, pozicioni i saj dominues mbi qytetin, Peisazhi natyror shum\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs, dhe konfigurimi arkitektonik i menduar mjaft\u00eb mir\u00eb, e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb objekt shum\u00eb voluminoz dhe me vlera t\u00eb padiskutueshme historike, turisitike dhe arkeologjike. Si p\u00ebrfundim mund t\u00eb themi se Kalaja e Prizrenit \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr pikat m\u00eb interesante p\u00ebr hulumtime historike dhe kulturore n\u00eb vend. Fjala Namazxhah rrjedh nga gjuha persiane q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb vend p\u00ebr falje (apo lutje). N\u00eb vitin 1455,\u00a0 Prizreni ra n\u00ebn sundimin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane. Isa Beu, ishte komandant i Fatih Sulltan Mehmetit. Poashtu, Isa Beu \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 njohur p\u00ebr ndrtimin e Namazxhahut, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr kryerjen e ritualeve fetare t\u00eb ushtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane n\u00eb Prizren. \u00a0Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet q\u00eb mjeshtri kryesor\u00a0 dhe mbikqyr\u00ebs\u00a0 I k\u00ebtij tempulli ishte Ahmed \u00c7aushi. Mjeshtri dhe mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebsi kryesor ishte Ahmed \u00c7aushi. Pas vendosjes s\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb administrimit Osman n\u00eb Prizren Namazxhahu, ky tempull, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 faljes nga ushtar\u00ebt turq t\u00eb asaj kohe, filloi t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente edhe p\u00ebr falje nga bujq\u00ebrit q\u00eb punonin tokat e tyre. Ndryshe n\u00eb popull, Namazxhahu njihet edhe si K\u00ebr\u00ebk Camii, apo Xhami e thyer.Me p\u00ebrkrahje edhe t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prizrenit, hartohet dhe implementohet projekti i restaurimit t\u00eb Namazxhanut dhe parkut rreth saj. Namazxhahu \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me planimetri drejtk\u00ebnd\u00ebshe nga gur t\u00eb gdhendur t\u00eb lidhur me lla\u00e7 g\u00eblqeror. N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tri shkall\u00ebve ngjitet n\u00eb platen\u00eb ku gjendet nj\u00eb mur me lart\u00ebsi rreth 1 met\u00ebr, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur nisha q\u00eb e sh\u00ebnjon mihrabin. N\u00eb k\u00ebndin e djatht\u00eb t\u00eb murit gjendet minarja me baz\u00eb katrore dhe trung gjasht\u00eb k\u00ebndor, t\u00eb punuar nga gur t\u00eb gdhendur.<\/p>\n<p>Ura e vjet\u00ebr e gurit n\u00eb Prizren, gjendet n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn (qendr\u00ebn) e qytetit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr. Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet se p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj ure kalon Lumi i Bardh\u00eb. Pretendohet q\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb materialit, teknik\u00ebs dhe stilit t\u00eb ur\u00ebs, Nd\u00ebrtimi i saj \u00a0mendohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shek. XV ose n\u00eb fillimi t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XVI. N\u00eb pjes\u00ebn lindore t\u00eb ur\u00ebs, \u00a0gjendet Ura e Arast\u00ebs, kurse n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn per\u00ebndimore gjendet Ura e Lanetit. Mendohet q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1979, ishte n\u00eb v\u00ebrshim i madh i lumit, ku\u00a0 shkaktoi rr\u00ebnimin e ur\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.Pas nj\u00eb mobilizimi t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm qytetar t\u00eb Prizrenit,\u00a0 dhe sipas projektit t\u00eb hartuar nga M. Gojkoviq, (ing.), me dat\u00eb 5 qershor 1982 fillojn\u00eb punimet p\u00ebr rind\u00ebrtimin e saj. Pas 3 vitesh nd\u00ebrtimi, ur\u00ebs iu kthye normaliteti. Duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb vlerat dhe trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore dhe arktitektonike t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ure, ruhen\u00a0 edhe traditat dhe kultura jon\u00eb shum\u00eb shekullore n\u00eb Prizren.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ARI-URA-E-GURIT.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-8313\" src=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ARI-URA-E-GURIT-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ARI-URA-E-GURIT-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/ARI-URA-E-GURIT.png 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>(URA E GURIT)<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sahat Kulla (Ora e qytetit), u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb vitin 1498, gjegj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb shekullin e XV. Nd\u00ebrtuesi (themeluesi) i k\u00ebtij objekti \u00ebsht\u00eb Shemsedin Ahmet Beu. Ky object ka sh\u00ebrbyer p\u00ebr ti orientuar qytetar\u00ebt p\u00ebr llogaritjen e koh\u00ebs. Poashtu, ky object, ka sh\u00ebrbyer si Hamam (Banjo \u2013 n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane), dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb mund ta shfryt\u00ebzonin vet\u00ebm shtresat e larta shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb.\u00a0 Vlen t\u00eb theksohet se, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb fakteve dhe burimeve t\u00eb shkruara, nuk dihet se deri n\u00eb cilin vit \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur si hamam. Por mendohet se funksionin e tij fillestar n\u00eb mesin e shek. XIX,\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar Kulla e Sahatit. Nd\u00ebrtuesi i kSahat Kull\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb Eshref Pash\u00eb Rrotullit. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij fakti mund t\u00eb konstatohet se hamami ishte pjes\u00ebrisht i rr\u00ebnuar q\u00eb n\u00eb shek. XIX. Pas luft\u00ebrave t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Objekti ishte l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore dhe shfryt\u00ebzohej nga banor\u00ebt p\u00ebrreth si depo. N\u00eb vitin 1972 kur filluan pun\u00ebt restauruese dhe konservuese. Pas 3 viteve restaurim dhe konsverim i k\u00ebtij objekti, Sahat Kulla kthehet n\u00eb muze t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Prizrrenit. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb\u00a0 fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb object \u00ebsht\u00eb i vendosur Muzeu Arkeologjik i Prizrenit, ku ruhen t\u00eb dh\u00ebna historike dhe artefakte t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb\u00a0 shum\u00eb shekulore t\u00eb Prizrenit. Muzeu gjithashtu trajton materialin arkeologjik nga lokalitete arkeologjike t\u00eb regjionit t\u00eb Prizrenit, gjegj\u00ebsisht nga komuna e Prizrenit, Dragashit, Rahovecit dhe Suharek\u00ebs. T\u00eb gjitha materilaet jan\u00eb t\u00eb prezentuara dhe kan\u00eb nj\u00eb diapazon kronologjik t\u00eb gjer\u00eb q\u00eb nga neoliti i hersh\u00ebm, eneoliti, periudha e bronzit, periudha e hekurit, periudha romake, mesjeta e hershme dhe mesjeta e von\u00eb. Objekti ka form\u00eb drejtk\u00ebnd\u00ebshe dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me gur\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm dhe tulla, nd\u00ebrsa si material lidh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur lla\u00e7i g\u00eblqeror. Ky object gjindet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Prizrenit. N\u00eb vitin 1833, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb restaurime, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb e vendosur edhe pllaka p\u00ebr restaurimin e tij nga v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Tahir dhe Mehmet Rrotulli. N\u00eb aspektin ton\u00eb, veshjet tradicionale t\u00eb grave jan\u00eb ruajtur m\u00eb me shum\u00eb kujdes s ato t\u00eb burrave. Nd\u00ebr veshjet tradicionale tek ne si komb jan\u00eb ajo e Dukagjinit. Kjo veshje p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet prej nj\u00eb k\u00ebmishe t\u00eb bardh\u00eb prej pambukut me cep\u00eb t\u00eb ngjyrosura. Nd\u00ebrsa veshja e burrave, konsiderohej si symbol i bukuris\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse ishte m\u00eb pak i ruajtur n\u00eb krahasim me veshjet e grave. T\u00eb gjitha veshjet tradicionale jan\u00eb m\u00eb konsistente dhe m pak t\u00eb ndryshueshme nga regjioni n\u00eb regjion.. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi veshjet tradicionale dallojn\u00eb nga kombi n\u00eb komb. Tipet kryesore t\u00eb veshjeve popullore shqiptare p\u00ebr burra jan\u00eb: kostumi me fustanell\u00eb, kostumi me k\u00ebmish\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e dollam\u00eb (cibun), sip\u00ebr kostumi me tirq dhe ai me poture (pantallona t\u00eb shkurtra deri te gjuri). Pra, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, burrat kan\u00eb mbajtur si veshjet n\u00eb form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb fundi t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, ashtu edhe ato n\u00eb form\u00eb pantallonash, por t\u00eb parat kan\u00eb dal\u00eb nga p\u00ebrdorimi m\u00eb her\u00ebt se t\u00eb tjerat. Pjes\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb zbukuruara ishin jelek\u00ebt dhe xhamadan\u00ebt e kostumit festiv. Burrat shqiptar\u00eb mbanin edhe stoli t\u00eb ndryshme argjendi, si jastek\u00eb gjoksi, sumbulla dekorative tek jelek\u00ebt, unaza, pipa e kuti cigaresh, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha, arm\u00ebt e brezit e t\u00eb krahut, q\u00eb ishin gjithnj\u00eb t\u00eb stolisura pasurisht. P\u00ebr gra, tipet kryesore t\u00eb veshjeve, jan\u00eb: kostumi me xhublet\u00eb (nj\u00eb fund n\u00eb form\u00eb k\u00ebmbane), kostumi m\u00eb k\u00ebmish\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb e xhok\u00eb shajaku sip\u00ebr, kostumi me dy futa t\u00eb vendosura mbi k\u00ebmish\u00ebn e gjat\u00eb, nj\u00ebra p\u00ebrpara e tjetra prapa dhe kostumi me mb\u00ebshtjell\u00ebse (nj\u00eb fund i hapur, i mbledhur tek beli me rrudha ose pala). N\u00eb veshje, ngjyrat e zbukurimet ndryshonin simbas mosh\u00ebs. P\u00ebr t\u00eb vegj\u00eblit e t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, kostumi krahinor mund t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb. Ndryshe nga popuj t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, vajza q\u00eb kishte arritur mosh\u00ebn e martes\u00ebs, duhet t\u00eb vishej thjesht\u00eb e pa stoli, flok\u00ebt t\u2019i mbulonte mir\u00eb me nj\u00eb shami dhe t\u00eb mos vishte rrob\u00eb t\u00eb kuqe. Kostumi i martes\u00ebs ishte varianti m\u00eb i pasur i veshjes s\u00eb krahin\u00ebs, si p\u00ebr nuset edhe p\u00ebr dh\u00ebndur\u00ebt. P\u00ebr nuset, stolit\u00eb metalike ishin t\u00eb pamungueshme, madje, p\u00ebrdoreshin edhe me tepri, sepse k\u00ebtu, me sa duket, kishte rend\u00ebsi jo vet\u00ebm funksioni i tyre estetik, por edhe funksioni magjik q\u00eb u pervishej. P\u00ebr nuset, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kishte zbukurimi i kok\u00ebs. Disa vjet pas martese, veshja fillonte t\u00eb leht\u00ebsohej nga zbukurimet.
