Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit punonin n\u00eb grupe ku kishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitnin tem\u00eb rreth Kongresit t\u00eb Alfabetit. Kryetari i shtetit u interesua rreth k\u00ebsaj nj\u00ebsie m\u00ebsimore ku nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit i dhan\u00eb sqarime dhe p\u00ebrgjigje, se Kongresi i ka zhvilluar punimet n\u00eb Mansatir prej 14-22 n\u00ebntor t\u00eb viti 1908, ku jan\u00eb sjellur vendime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn dhe kultur\u00ebn shqipe.
