N\u00ebse shum\u00eb nga dijetar\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs merreshin me pun\u00eb shkencore n\u00eb <!--more-->Shkod\u00ebr e Tiran\u00eb, pran\u00eb arkivave, bibliotekave dhe b\u00ebrthamave shkencore, At Shtjefni e nd\u00ebrtoi aty ku shkoi qendr\u00ebn e tij k\u00ebrkimore &#8211; shkencore, duke filluar nga skedat, gjetjet arkeologjike, eksponatet etnografike etj., ku ishin dhe librat n\u00eb shqip e gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj. Famullia mes malesh ishte dhe objekt kulti i formimit shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb banor\u00ebve, edhe vat\u00ebr e dijes shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb asgj\u00eb e re nuk kishte ndodhur, po t\u00eb kemi parasysh historin\u00eb e murgj\u00ebve n\u00eb bot\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt luteshin, studionin dhe punonin tok\u00ebn. Por lajmi \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo nuk b\u00ebhet n\u00eb abacit\u00eb e manastiret e Franc\u00ebs, Anglis\u00eb, Spanj\u00ebs, Italis\u00eb, Austris\u00eb, Polonis\u00eb, Portugalis\u00eb etj., me tradit\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e varf\u00ebr t\u00eb Veriut, ku doket, k\u00ebng\u00ebt, p\u00ebrrallat e sendet e vjetra t\u00eb visarit kulturor komb\u00ebtar po bjerreshin dita &#8211; dit\u00ebs e po t\u00eb mos mblidheshin e dokumentoheshin me hyrjen e shekullit XX, brezat q\u00eb do t\u00eb vinin nuk do t\u2019i kishin m\u00eb ato. N\u00eb kontekstin shqiptar, famullia si metafor\u00eb kulturologjike \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se gjurmimi dhe arkivimi i s\u00eb vjetr\u00ebs. Autori shqiptar, shkrimtari, ka dal\u00eb nga nj\u00eb kish\u00eb, nga famullia e p\u00ebrndritur e Buzukut. E para qe Fjala\u2026 e Mesharit, \u201ctue klen\u00eb ma e para vep\u00ebr\u2019 e fort e f\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruom mb\u00eb gluh\u00ebt tan\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga ajo dit\u00eb kur ky lib\u00ebr parak doli p\u00ebr s\u00eb pari n\u00eb vitrin\u00eb, autori shqiptar ka n\u00ebnshkruar sipas stilit t\u00eb patjet\u00ebrsuesh\u00ebm: \u201cU Don Gjoni, biri i Bdek Buzukut\u2026\u201d A mund t\u00eb kuptohen pa famullin\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr: Pjet\u00ebr Bogdani, Pjet\u00ebr Budi, Frang Bardhi, Gjon Nikoll\u00eb Kazazi, Pali i Hasit? Apo ipeshkvi i Arb\u00ebnis\u00eb Mark Skura, i Durr\u00ebsit Rafaele D\u2019Ambrozio, prelati i Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb Dom Nikoll\u00eb Ka\u00e7orri etj? Nga nj\u00eb famulli malesh matjane kemi dhe dokumentin e par\u00eb t\u00eb shqipes, \u201cFormul\u00ebn e Pag\u00ebzimit\u201d t\u00eb Pal Engj\u00ebllit. Ka nj\u00eb vazhd\u00eb shkrimore q\u00eb nga lasht\u00ebsia. Sh\u00ebn Hieronimi (340-420), autori romak me origjin\u00eb ilire \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe prij\u00ebtari i k\u00ebsaj race t\u00eb ndritur diturak\u00ebsh. Jan\u00eb k\u00ebta pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb urt\u00eb t\u00eb letrave q\u00eb i konfiguruan si qendra studimore famullit\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr <em>malshejte<\/em>, kryekrejet Kuvendet Benediktine, ku punonin tokat e vreshtat, shkruanin, transkriptonin e arkivonin. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb rapsod\u00ebt popullor\u00eb nxitonin t\u00eb shqiptonin epet, k\u00ebng\u00ebt e kreshnik\u00ebve, t\u00eb motmotit, t\u00eb historis\u00eb, k\u00ebng\u00ebt e lindjes dhe t\u00eb vdekjes, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019i regjistronin n\u00eb let\u00ebr famullitar\u00ebt kulturolog\u00eb Bernardin Palaj, Donat Kurti, Aleksand\u00ebr Sirdani etj. Famullia (mungada, abacia, ipeshkvnia) nuk do t\u00eb rreshtte s\u00eb krijuari dhe n\u00ebnshkruari shqip thelbet e identitetit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p><em>*<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gje\u00e7ovi e ridimensionoi kuptimin e famullis\u00eb si qend\u00ebr k\u00ebrkimi e studimi. Ai kishte shkopin prej druri bushi si d\u00ebshmitar t\u00eb adresave nga i shkeli k\u00ebmba, nga Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe n\u00eb Lab\u00ebri, Mirdit\u00eb, Pej\u00eb, Gjakov\u00eb, Elbasan, Berat etj., i cili niste me fjal\u00ebt e skalitura \u201cRrnoft\u00eb Shqypnia\u201d. Rreth 30 vite m\u00eb at\u00eb shkop n\u00eb dor\u00eb si nj\u00eb \u201cplak\u201d i dijes, arkeologu dhe etnologu i par\u00eb shqiptar. Shkopi emblematik i Gje\u00e7ovit, t\u00eb cilit poeti Xhevahir Spahiu i ka kushtuar nj\u00eb poezi, ruhet n\u00eb muzeun e Shkodr\u00ebs, duke qen\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyesi i \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm i shtegtimeve t\u00eb dijetarit heroik.<\/p>\n<p>Harta misionare e Gje\u00e7ovit dhe e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, \u201cKanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit\u201d, rrok mbar\u00eb trojet dukagjinase e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb trevat shqiptare: Kryezi, Janjev\u00eb, Troshan, Lezh\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr, Bog\u00eb, Pej\u00eb, Gomsiqe, Orosh, Kashnjet, Rubik, La\u00e7 (Sebaste), Vlor\u00eb, Zllakuqan, Zym etj. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb famullia e Gomsiqes n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, ur\u00eblidh\u00ebse me Shkodr\u00ebn, Puk\u00ebn e Dukagjinin. \u00cbsht\u00eb Faik Konica, aristokrati i metropolit shqiptar-amerikan, q\u00eb e skicon m\u00eb pak radh\u00eb famullin\u00eb e Gje\u00e7ovit, i mahnitur prej asaj, si studio k\u00ebrkimore dhe muze i eksponateve arkeologjike, etnografike etj., duke e quajtur Gje\u00e7ovin \u201cnj\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, q\u00eb asokohe \u201cmerrej me institutet e vjetra t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nga t\u00eb cilat nj\u00eb q\u00eb arrin deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt t\u2019ona \u00ebsht\u00eb Kanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit. Askush nuk mund t\u2019i afrohej At Gje\u00e7ovit n\u00eb diturin e k\u00ebtij Kanuni\u2026 N\u00eb kat t\u00eb sip\u00ebrm t\u00eb famullis\u00eb, p\u00ebrmi nj\u00eb tryez\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, ishin shtruar nj\u00eb tok vjet\u00ebrirash greko-romane, t\u00eb zbuluara e t\u00eb mbledhura nj\u00eb nga nj\u00eb, me nj\u00eb fatbardh\u00ebsi t\u00eb rrall\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb shie t\u00eb mbaruar, nga dora e vet\u00eb At Gje\u00e7ovit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ishte famullia shqiptare e gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Gomsiqe, por kudo. Shoq\u00ebria \u201cBashkimi\u201d e Shkodr\u00ebs e udh\u00ebhequr nga Abati Prend Do\u00e7i ishte nj\u00eb akademi k\u00ebrkimore me filialet gjithkund n\u00ebp\u00ebr famullit\u00eb e veta. Pas elit\u00ebs kishtare t\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs, u p\u00ebrvijua nj\u00eb vazhd\u00eb e re prelat\u00ebsh t\u00eb pen\u00ebs e dijes n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Rilindjes, si At Leonardo De Martino n\u00eb Troshan, Dom Mikel Tarabolluzi n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll t\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme t\u00eb Karadakut, Pjet\u00ebr Zarishi n\u00eb Orosh, Dom Ndoc Nikaj n\u00eb Shkrel, Dom Ndre Mjeda n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebl, At Gjon Karma n\u00eb Puk\u00eb, Imzot Luigj Bum\u00e7i n\u00eb Kallmet, At Bernardin Palaj n\u00eb Dukagjin, Dom Nikoll\u00eb Kimza n\u00eb Kalivare, Dom Dod\u00eb Koleci n\u00eb Nd\u00ebrfan\u00eb, At Pal Dodaj n\u00eb Rubik, At Pashk Bardhi n\u00eb Vig, Dom Prend Suli n\u00eb Kashnjet, Dom Nikoll\u00eb Gazulli n\u00eb Shkrel, Dom Nikoll\u00eb Mazreku n\u00eb Kryezi, Dom Zef Oroshi n\u00eb Ungrej etj., famullit\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishin dhe \u00e7erdhe krijuese e studimore. Misioni komb\u00ebtar i famullis\u00eb shtrihet deri n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb ku Dom Mark Vasa stilizonte flamurin komb\u00ebtar q\u00eb do t\u00eb ngrihej n\u00eb qytetin historik m\u00eb 1912. Fishta dhe Gje\u00e7ovi ishin dy nga majat e elit\u00ebs fran\u00e7eskane q\u00eb krijuan kulmet e korpusit kulturologjik, me \u201cKanunin e Lek\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cLahut\u00ebn e Malcis\u201d, duke mund\u00ebsuar: i pari kalimin nga rapsodi anonim te autori i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb letrar, q\u00eb nuk shk\u00ebputet m\u00ebnj\u00ebher\u00eb nga filli i tradit\u00ebs krijuese dhe i dyti &#8211; duke marr\u00eb mbi vete \u201cautor\u00ebsin\u00eb\u201d e Kanunit, q\u00eb deri at\u00ebher\u00eb e kishte populli. Prandaj jan\u00eb dhe dy fret\u00ebrit m\u00eb t\u00eb popullarizuar n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX, me njohje dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Gje\u00e7ovi i b\u00ebri kullat e maleve pjes\u00eb t\u00eb studios s\u00eb vet. Dy nga bard\u00ebt e shquar nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mblodhi l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb e t\u00eb vyer kanunore ishin: \u00c7up Kol\u00eb Skana i Oroshit dhe Paluc\u00eb Preng\u00eb Gjoni i Kashnjetit, ashtu si dhe ndonj\u00eb kapidan nga Gjomarkajt. K\u00ebta bashk\u00eb me Ndue Preng\u00eb Nikoll\u00eb Lleshin e Simonit, Pleqt\u00eb e Fanit e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ishin pleqnar\u00eb kanuni dhe <em>Plak Kanuni<\/em> ishte titull fisnik\u00ebrie, i ndrysh\u00ebm nga titujt e paris\u00eb s\u00eb krahin\u00ebs, flamurit apo fshatit, q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar. Titullin plak kanuni e fitoje fal\u00eb aft\u00ebsive individuale n\u00eb zgjidhjen e konflikteve dhe nuk e trash\u00ebgoje. Plaku i Kanunit ishte mish\u00ebrimi i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb syt\u00eb e publikut. Pleqt\u00eb kanunar\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar merreshin dhe n\u00eb krahinat fqinje p\u00ebr t\u00eb pleq\u00ebruar. Askush m\u00eb mir\u00eb se Gje\u00e7ovi nuk e ka njohur k\u00ebt\u00eb rac\u00eb siperane, prej s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ai \u201cvoli\u201d Kanunin dit\u00eb pas dite e jav\u00eb pas jave. Famullia e tij e Gomsiqes, ku q\u00ebndroi mbi dhjet\u00eb vite, dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb vjen e merr atributet e nj\u00eb instituti kulturologjik. Kishte ardhur nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur famullitar\u00ebt e maleve ishin nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb organeve t\u00eb shtypit kulturor &#8211; fetar, si Hylli i Drit\u00ebs, LEKA, Kumbonma e s\u00eb Dielles etj.<\/p>\n<p>*<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kundroj\u00eb, shqiptari i sot\u00ebm nj\u00eb ndales\u00eb duhet ta b\u00ebj\u00eb me doemos n\u00eb <em>Kuvendin e Arbnit<\/em> <em>(1703)<\/em> n\u00eb M\u00ebr\u00e7i (Lezh\u00eb), pasi ai tempull bekoi nj\u00eb kuvend historik shqiptar t\u00eb p\u00ebrmasave komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur aty nj\u00eb obelisk. Ashtu si\u00e7 do t\u2019i duhej ta zbulonte Prend Do\u00e7in, n\u00eb t\u00eb dy \u201cabacit\u00eb\u201d e tij, at\u00eb t\u00eb Oroshit dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb \u201cBashkimi\u201d (Shkod\u00ebr), q\u00eb i dha k\u00ebtij kombi alfabetin e vet me shkronja latine, me t\u00eb cilin shkruajn\u00eb dhe n\u00ebnshkruajn\u00eb sot e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn shqiptar\u00ebt kudo jan\u00eb. Rav\u00ebs p\u00ebr tek <em>autori shqiptar<\/em> kemi p\u00ebr ta takuar patjet\u00ebr Dom Ndoc Nikajn (n\u00eb Daj\u00e7 t\u00eb Bregut t\u00eb Bun\u00ebs etj.), duke u marr\u00eb me <em>Historin\u00eb e<\/em> <em>Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb <\/em>(t\u00eb par\u00ebn histori t\u00eb saj),<em> Shkodr\u00ebn e Rrethueme, Bukurush\u00ebn <\/em>(t\u00eb parat romane shqipe), apo gjuh\u00ebtarin e p\u00ebrvut\u00eb me emrin pak t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar, Dom Dod\u00eb Koleci, q\u00eb i ngulur n\u00eb famullin\u00eb e Nd\u00ebrfan\u00ebs (Mirdit\u00eb) hartoi <em>Fjaluer i Ri i Shqipes <\/em>(1908). Famullia kulturologjike ishte dhe n\u00eb<em>\u201cAndrr\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs\u201d<\/em> t\u00eb Ndre Mjed\u00ebs, lirikat e qytetit t\u00eb vet t\u00eb Vin\u00e7ens Prenushit, melodramat e Ndre Zadej\u00ebs, muzikimet e At Martin Gjok\u00ebs e Dom Mikel Koliqit, i pari kardinal shqiptar. N\u00eb nj\u00eb nga famullit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra shqiptare, at\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Demetrit t\u00eb Kalivares (1154) t\u00eb Dheut t\u00eb Spa\u00e7it historiani Dom Nikoll\u00eb Kimza shkroi artikuj t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm sidomos p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e Mirdit\u00ebs, por dhe t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, apo n\u00eb famullit\u00eb e shumta ku sh\u00ebrbeu Dom Prend Suli mblidhte \u201ckokrrat e vjetra mirditore\u201d, folklor dhe doke t\u00eb trev\u00ebs, si dhe plot famullitar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb shkrimtar\u00eb, gjuh\u00ebtar\u00eb, etnolog\u00eb, piktor\u00eb, muzeolog\u00eb, arkeolog\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb meritim t\u00eb madh kulturor kan\u00eb famullitar\u00ebt e von\u00eb, dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb shquar, Dom Simon Filipaj n\u00eb rrethinat e Ulqinit, p\u00ebrkthyesi i Bibl\u00ebs n\u00eb shqip dhe At Vin\u00e7ens Malaj q\u00eb u shkri si qiriri n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn e tij albanologjike n\u00eb famullin\u00eb e Tuzit p\u00ebr t\u00eb na sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrmes d\u00ebshmive arkivore t\u00eb Vatikanit Kuvendin e Arbnit. N\u00eb nj\u00eb famulli t\u00eb shuar mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb dhe \u201cmonumenti m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Veriore\u201d, na thot\u00eb gjeografi i njohur Armao, p\u00ebr manastirin Benediktin t\u00eb Shirqit n\u00eb bregun e Bun\u00ebs Shkod\u00ebr, i nd\u00ebrtuar nga ilir\u00ebt n\u00eb shekullin VI. N\u00eb famulli arbnore Shkodre, Mirdite, Stublle, Dh\u00ebrmiu, Kurbini, Vele, Pllane, Blinishti, Oroshi, Gjakove, Prizreni, Shkupi, Zllakuqani kemi shkollat e para shqipe; misonar\u00ebt sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs t\u00eb pajtimit t\u00eb gjaqeve Jungu e Passi n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XIX, albanolog\u00ebt e shquar Zef Valentini, Fulvio Cordignano etj., parlamentar\u00ebt e par\u00eb At Gjergj Fishta, At Ambroz Marlaskaj, Dom Ndre Mjeda etj.<\/p>\n<p>Na duhet ta pohojm\u00eb e d\u00ebshmojm\u00eb me studime e publikime rolin kulturor t\u00eb famullis\u00eb shqiptare ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyell t\u00eb shekullit XX e gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb tij pa u tutur se po shkasim n\u00eb ndonj\u00ebfar\u00eb \u201creligjionizmi\u201d kulturor, ngaq\u00eb vijm\u00eb nga nj\u00eb bot\u00eb ideologjike e paq\u00ebruar nga ateizmi komunist, nga nj\u00eb laicitet me deformime dhe shkojm\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb bote \u201cvigjilente\u201d ndaj qasjes dhe spektrit t\u00eb besimeve etj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb stilin e meshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht fran\u00e7eskan\u00ebve, jan\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb me let\u00ebrsi, gjurmime, shkrime e p\u00ebrkthime edhe intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb larg metropolit, si Lasgush Poradeci n\u00eb Pogradec, Jakov Xoxa n\u00eb Apolloni, Ndoc Gjetja n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, Dom Frano Illiaj n\u00eb Kurbin, Dom Simon Filipaj n\u00eb Sh\u00ebngjergj &amp; Kllez\u00eb t\u00eb Ulqinit, Dilaver Kurti n\u00eb Mat, Fatos Mero Rrapaj n\u00eb Myzeqe, Xhemal Me\u00e7i n\u00eb Puk\u00eb, Shtjef\u00ebn Ivezaj n\u00eb Tuz, Prend Buzhala n\u00eb Klin\u00eb, Gjon Gjergji n\u00eb Krush\u00eb t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl, Agim Faja n\u00eb Shijak, Gjergj Vlashi n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs etj.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, n\u00eb Gomsiqe, fshat mirditor i skajit per\u00ebndimor, do t\u00eb ishte me vend t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb muze t\u00eb Kanunit, ku t\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsohej vepra e pashoqe k\u00ebrkimore-shkencore e At Gje\u00e7ovit. Kronikat sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb se nga Lugu i Drinit u mblodh\u00ebn 400 vullnetar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu priu At Engj\u00ebll Palaj. E s\u2019ke se si t\u00eb mos thuash se brengat e Ballkanit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shekulli m\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat i p\u00ebrshkruante me aq stoiciz\u00ebm Edith Durham, nuk jan\u00eb s\u00ebrish brenga, p\u00ebrplasje nd\u00ebretnike, ndon\u00ebse m\u00eb t\u00eb moderuara. K\u00ebrkohet preteks, kur nuk ka shkak. Mjafton t\u00eb kujtosh se ende zyrtarisht jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje lufte, dhe pas 77 vitesh, dy shtete nga m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrat ballkanike, Greqia e Shqip\u00ebria, nj\u00ebri madje an\u00ebtar i BE-s\u00eb. Jan\u00eb fshir\u00eb e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb reja t\u00eb gjitha ligjet e shtetit helen, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb \u201cpluhur\u201d ligji famkeq i gjendjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebs me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. A mund t\u00eb imagjinohet kjo mes dy shteteve europiane jo-ballkanike? E, pra, edhe pse ligji \u00ebsht\u00eb absurd, politika e BE &#8211; s\u00eb nuk ka \u201cv\u00ebn\u00eb veton\u201d n\u00eb detyrimin e an\u00ebtares s\u00eb saj, Greqis\u00eb, q\u00eb ta abragoj\u00eb at\u00eb ligj idiot. Nisur nga fakti q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb territori n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb thirret Maqedoni, shteti grek nuk e njeh Maqedonin\u00eb tjet\u00ebr si t\u00eb till\u00eb, por si republika ish-Jugosllave e Maqedonis\u00eb, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se e kaluara ballkanase vazhdon t\u00eb peshoj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb sotmen. Me sa duket gjerat q\u00eb lidh\u00ebn me luft\u00ebrat asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk harrohen. Se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm ligji grek i gjendjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebs, q\u00eb nga koha e \u201ckalendave greke\u201d, por dhe ca ligje t\u00eb pas 90-s, sipas t\u00eb cilave ende jan\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi urdh\u00ebrarrestet serbe t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Milloshevi\u00e7it, q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb prej nj\u00ebzet vitesh n\u00ebp\u00ebr Europ\u00eb p\u00ebr lider\u00eb kosovar\u00eb, si rasti i Haradinajt, q\u00eb u mbajt tre muaj i ndaluar n\u00eb Franc\u00eb, n\u00eb fillimet e k\u00ebtij viti, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Gjykata e Hag\u00ebs e kishte deklaruar prej koh\u00ebsh t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr akuz\u00ebn serbe t\u00eb krimeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs. Dhe pa u thar\u00eb ende boja mbi vendimin e lirimit t\u00eb Haradinajt nga gjykata franceze, ish-presidentes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Atifete Jahjaga, iu ndalua hyrja n\u00eb Serbi, si pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb veprimtari publike humanitare. Si\u00e7 i kemi ende t\u00eb gjalla pamjet rr\u00ebqeth\u00ebse nga Parlamenti maqedonas i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nga dhuna, ku kandidati p\u00ebr kryeminist\u00ebr gjakoset n\u00eb fytyr\u00eb, n\u00ebnt\u00eb qytetar\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb pas hekurave dhe si t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb ndodhur asgj\u00eb, pas pak dit\u00ebsh i nj\u00ebjti President, Ivanov, i jep mandatin p\u00ebr formimin e qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit kandidat, Zaevit, t\u00eb cilin e kishte refuzuar p\u00ebr disa muaj, duke deklaruar se tashm\u00eb nuk ishin ato pengesat e m\u00ebparshme q\u00eb ai t\u00eb mandatohej si Kryeminist\u00ebr e t\u00eb formonte qeverin\u00eb e re. Se \u00e7far\u00eb kishte ndryshuar brenda jav\u00ebs askush nuk mund ta thot\u00eb, por krahas problemeve t\u00eb brendshme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet ajo hija e dukshme edhe e padukshme e \u201cmuranave\u201d nd\u00ebretnike. Meraku maqedonas \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtja e (pu)shtetit p\u00ebr vete, kur shqiptar\u00ebt po ngjisin p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb nga nj\u00eb post t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb hierarkin\u00eb e vendit, kur nj\u00ebri sosh u b\u00eb kryetar i Kuvendit e nes\u00ebr dikush tjet\u00ebr nga shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet dhe Kryeminist\u00ebr apo President. Pa iu rikthyer historis\u00eb s\u00eb janarit 2017, kur n\u00ebp\u00ebr nj\u00eb hekurudh\u00eb qorre, niset drejt kufirit Kosov\u00ebs treni nacionalist serb me mbishkrime serbomadhe, si t\u00eb mos kishin mjaftuar muranat e p\u00ebrgjakura t\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebs q\u00eb nga 1999-a. Ndodh kjo kur ti mendoje se muranat e vjetra ishin tretur n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe si Kosova si Serbia po p\u00ebrpiqeshin t\u00eb kapnin trenin e Europ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>E nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u201cngat\u00ebrresat ballkanike\u201d tradicionale. Nj\u00eb muran\u00eb e re rreket t\u00eb krijohet mes Ballkanit dhe vetvetes, Ballkanit dhe Per\u00ebndimit, rreziku i radikalizmit islamik. Sikur vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u2019u integruar n\u00eb BE nuk duhet t\u00eb rreshtin, duke u fokusuar s\u00eb pari te bashk\u00ebpunimin rajonal. Ballkani Per\u00ebndimor e ka nisur komunikimin mes t\u00eb vet\u00ebve, q\u00eb do t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbime tregtare, ekonomike e kulturore mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs, Maqedonis\u00eb, Mali t\u00eb Zi, Serbis\u00eb, Kroacis\u00eb, Bosnj\u00ebs e Hercegovin\u00ebs, edhe pse rajoni ende luhatet mes demokracis\u00eb dhe sjelljes autokrate t\u00eb liderve t\u00eb fort\u00eb, jo rrall\u00eb me gjuh\u00eb nacionaliste. P\u00ebrqafimi sa m\u00eb shpejt i europeizmit si filozofi dhe praktik\u00eb qeveris\u00ebse b\u00ebhet i domosdosh\u00ebm, sidomos kur synohet t\u00eb shtrihet ndikimi rus n\u00eb shtetet ballkanike sllave, p\u00ebr t\u2019i patur ato si dikur \u201csatelite\u201d, aq sa mund t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim sot ky term.<\/p>\n<p>*<\/p>\n<p>Ballkanasit nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebm luft\u00ebra mes tyre, p\u00ebrkundrazi kan\u00eb jetuar n\u00eb fqinj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shekuj e shekuj, me martesa t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellta mes shqiptar\u00ebve e sllav\u00ebve, por l\u00ebvizjet komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb nj\u00eb shekulli e gjysm\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, duke i m\u00ebshuar vet\u00ebdijes s\u00eb nacionalitetit, e tejkaluan veten duke shkar\u00eb n\u00eb nacionaliz\u00ebm, \u00e7ka solli dhe konfrontime etnike etj. Kjo d\u00ebmtoi r\u00ebnd\u00eb raportet historike, ku serb\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb \u201cviolina e par\u00eb\u201d e nacionalizmit, gjer atij \u201cmitik\u201d mesjetar t\u00eb kombit superior. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebra an\u00eb e medaljes, ajo e ftohta, mospranuesja e tjetrit, me deklarata e kund\u00ebrdeklarata politike, etnike, fetare etj. Para se t\u00eb formoheshin kombet shqiptar\u00ebt e sllav\u00ebt kan\u00eb patur epose t\u00eb ngjashme, ashtu si n\u00eb betej\u00ebn e Fush\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 1389 shqiptar\u00eb e serb\u00eb ishin bashk\u00eb kundra pushtuesit soman. P\u00ebrtej perdes hijer\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb shteteve, protokolleve, salloneve t\u00eb ftohta diplomatike, populli b\u00ebn nj\u00eb jet\u00eb tjet\u00ebr me \u201carmikun\u201d, pa andrallat e politik\u00ebs, apo dhe ato etnike. Jo pak personalitete politike, kulturore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs grat\u00eb i kishin serbe. Nj\u00eb realitet tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar tre dekadat e fundit mes ballkanasve, emigrimi masiv i shqiptar\u00ebve, m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb Greqi, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet tregtare t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjella e tani dhe ato turistike, nj\u00ebfar\u00eb spektri shk\u00ebmbimesh kulturore (koncerte, botime, ekspozita), ndon\u00ebse jo aq sa do t\u00eb duhej, shk\u00ebndijime politike moderne dhe dal\u00ebngadal\u00eb dhe profile t\u00eb reja politikan\u00ebsh, q\u00eb gjith\u00ebsesi nuk i l\u00ebshojn\u00eb nga m\u00ebnga nacionalist\u00ebt e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb tipit Nikoli\u00e7, Gruevski etj. Shqiptar\u00ebt dhe serb\u00ebt nuk e shohin nj\u00ebri-tjetrit si armiq, p\u00ebrkundrazi vazhdojn\u00eb mbase m\u00eb shum\u00eb se m\u00eb par\u00eb krushqit\u00eb mes tyre. Dihet tashm\u00eb se jo pak vajza nga mal\u00ebsit\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs martohen me serb\u00eb. A nuk duhen p\u00ebrfillur dhe k\u00ebto zhvillime etno &#8211; social &#8211; kulturore mes njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb etnive t\u00eb ndryshme. Ligji i gjendjes s\u00eb luft\u00ebs me Greqin\u00eb vjen e b\u00ebhet zero n\u00eb realitetin e ri t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve shqiptare-greke, pasi mbi 600 mij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb emigruar atje.<\/p>\n<p>*<\/p>\n<p>Lidershipet Ballkanit jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar dhe n\u00eb qeverisje kan\u00eb ardhur udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb rinj. N\u00eb nj\u00eb hark t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr kohor, n\u00eb m\u00eb pak se nj\u00eb vit, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zgjedhje n\u00eb disa shtete t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, q\u00eb kan\u00eb prodhuar qeveri t\u00eb reja, n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, Maqedoni, Serbi, Kosov\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebri. Serbia madje p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb ka kryeministre, Ana Brnabi\u00e7. BE duket se e ka hapur der\u00ebn, m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr vete sesa p\u00ebr k\u00ebto shtete, si nj\u00eb \u201ckoalicion\u201d t\u00eb shumtish p\u00ebrball\u00eb ofensiv\u00ebs politike ruse n\u00eb Ballkan. Ve\u00e7se Europa ka vepruar jasht\u00ebzakonisht me vones\u00eb, pasi kosovar\u00ebt q\u00eb dilnin n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim q\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e autonomis\u00eb jugosllave kan\u00eb ende regjimin e vizave?! M\u00ebsuesja e Brukselit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb atje vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb nota qeverive, por dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar mb\u00ebshteje t\u00eb fort\u00eb ekonomike, pasi sfidat globale dhe ve\u00e7anarisht lufta kund\u00ebr terrorizmit nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet pa rendin, sigurin\u00eb dhe stabilitetin e shteteve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb ende nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb BE. Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi dhe e BE-s\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e Ballkanit jan\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb sh\u00ebtisin n\u00ebp\u00ebr poste t\u00eb larta shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb vendet e tyre udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb korruptuar, p\u00ebrfshi dhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
