Shkoll\u00ebn e nivelit t\u00eb ul\u00ebt ai e kryen n\u00eb Kallmet ku ishte rezidenca Ipeshk\u00ebvnore e Lezh\u00ebs. N\u00eb 2 gusht t\u00eb vitit 1859 hyri n\u00eb Seminarin Pap\u00ebnor t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, ku q\u00ebndroi dhe studioi deri n\u00eb vitin 1861 kur shkoi n\u00eb kolegjin Urban t\u00eb Rom\u00ebs.<!--more--> N\u00eb vitin 1871, kthehet n\u00eb atdhe i caktuar si famullitar n\u00eb Korthpul\u00eb. N\u00eb vitin 1872 ai b\u00ebhet Kapelan dhe sekretar i Abatit t\u00eb Oroshit, Gasp\u00ebr Krasniqi, deri n\u00eb vitit 1875.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Abat-Preng-Doci.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6491\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-6491\" src=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Abat-Preng-Doci.jpg\" alt=\"Abat Preng Doci\" width=\"111\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb kryengritjeve t\u00eb vitit 1876-1877 ai braktisi gjith\u00e7ka dhe u bashkua me forcat kryengrit\u00ebse antiturke. Ishte ky shkaku q\u00eb Ipeshk\u00ebvi i Dioqez\u00ebs s\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, Fran\u00e7esko Malcini, shtetas austriak, me komb\u00ebsi ukrainase e shkish\u00ebron Dom Preng Do\u00e7in nga sh\u00ebrbimi kishtar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1877, Dom Prend Do\u00e7i u nis me shum\u00eb shok\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb Cetin\u00eb, por nuk mund\u00ebn t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrinin, pasi n\u00eb Vuthaj t\u00eb Gucis\u00eb, u kap\u00ebn nga ushtar\u00ebt turq dhe prej andej u d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Pej\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb Stamboll t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb. K\u00ebtu 31 vje\u00e7ari Prend Do\u00e7i fillon nj\u00eb jet\u00eb plot sprov\u00eb, e cila zgjat jo pak por 11 vjet. Pas nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh ai d\u00ebnohet p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe endet n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1883-1884 u d\u00ebrgua n\u00eb Athin\u00eb me detyr\u00ebn e sekretarit t\u00eb Arqipeshk\u00ebvit Katolik t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs, Marango. Gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs Tivar- Pire, Prend Do\u00e7i u ndal n\u00eb Korfuz ku pati takim me an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komitetit Shqiptar t\u00eb atjesh\u00ebm dhe me atdhetar\u00eb nga \u00c7am\u00ebria. N\u00eb Athin\u00eb ai vijon lidhjet me shqiptar\u00ebt dhe me patriot\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Greqi. Sh\u00ebrbimet n\u00eb Tivar dhe n\u00eb Athin\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen si ur\u00eb lidhjeje me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Mb\u00ebrrin\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb vitin 1888 m\u00eb 6 n\u00ebntor dhe i shoq\u00ebruar nga djemt\u00eb e Mirdit\u00ebs shkel katund m\u00eb katund p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb Orosh si Abat i Abacis\u00eb Nillius t\u00eb Oroshit.<\/p>\n<p>Papa Leon i XII me dekret \u201cSupra montenum Mirditarum\u201d dt 25 tetor 1888, e kishte p\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb Abacin\u00eb e Sh\u00ebn Llezhdrit, duke e shk\u00ebputur nga juridiksioni i Ipeshk\u00ebvis\u00eb s\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, dhe duke e shpallur k\u00ebt\u00eb Ipeshk\u00ebvi t\u00eb varur drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga Selia e Shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb Rom\u00eb. Kongregacioni i shenjt\u00eb i propagand\u00ebs Fide me drekret S.Smus D: N: Leo dt 27 tetor 1888, lajm\u00ebronte se Dom Prend Do\u00e7in, Papa e kishte zgjedhur si Abat t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7se diplomat i shquar, Abat Do\u00e7i nderohej edhe si poet dhe letrar. Poezin\u00eb dhe proz\u00ebn e shkroi me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb rrjedhshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur mir\u00eb, duke i botuar n\u00eb Kalendarin Vepra Pijore, t\u00eb vitit 1916, dhe Kalendar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ai n\u00eb vitin 1898 hap t\u00eb par\u00ebn shkoll\u00eb laike n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, n\u00eb Orosh dhe nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me Fisht\u00ebn, Gurakuqin, Dom Dod Kolecin etj. themeloi shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb \u201cBashkimi\u201d n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, e cila ka publikuar rreth 32 vepra, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera edhe fjalorin e dom Dod\u00eb Kolecit. Prend Do\u00e7i z\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb merituar n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 librave t\u00eb botuar prej k\u00ebsaj shoq\u00ebrie, prej saj kemi edhe Alfabetin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe me germa latine q\u00eb Kongresi i Manastirit, i mbajtur n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb 1908-\u00ebs, e miratoi me pak ndryshime.Abati cil\u00ebsohet edhe si mbrojt\u00ebs dhe nism\u00ebtar i hapjes s\u00eb shkollave shqipe n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb e rrethina.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u00e7i ishte dhe nj\u00eb poet i spikatur.<\/p>\n<p>Krijimin brilant poetik t\u00eb Abat Prend Do\u00e7it: \u201cZani i Kasnecave\u201d e kemi marr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb nga libri \u201cHistoria e Shqypnis\u00eb. \u00c7\u2019me koh\u00eb t\u2019vjetra deri m\u2019tashmet\u201d t\u00eb autorit Ndoc Nikaj, botuar n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr nga shtypshkronja \u201cNikaj\u201d, n\u00eb vitin 1917. Ky lib\u00ebr i kushtohet Prend Do\u00e7it, Abat t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs, dhe n\u00eb faqet 213-216 t\u00eb tij gjendet edhe poezia n\u00eb fjal\u00eb q\u00eb po e japim t\u00eb plot\u00eb. Por popullsia shqiptare epirjote \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebrderisa gjith\u00eb ortodoks\u00ebt e Epirit arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb 600 000 banor\u00eb. Ky symptom vihet re edhe te kleri. Edhe antipatia \u00ebsh\u00eb shkaktuar nga vet\u00eb Patriarku i Konstandinopolit, i cili ka shtyr\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb Osmane t\u00eb mos lejoj\u00eb literatur\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb Epir. Greqia ka mb\u00ebshtetur k\u00ebt\u00eb patriark n\u00eb synimet e tij, duke ndaluar gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb shkollat e tyre n\u00eb Epir. Pra, si njeri si tjetri, jan\u00eb ngritur haptazi si armiq t\u00eb kombit shqiptar. Greqia, ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb edhe prova q\u00eb do t\u2019i shk\u00ebpus\u00eb lidhjet midis Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Ep\u00ebrme dhe Epirit, duke e pushtuar ose duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb vetin k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. Dhe epirot\u00ebt duke kuptuar se q\u00ebllimi i Greqis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb emancipimi i Atdheut t\u00eb tyre, por nevoja q\u00eb ka Greqia p\u00ebr t\u00eb formuar nj\u00eb ushtri t\u00eb vet\u00ebn me djemt\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar borxhet me pasurit\u00eb e k\u00ebtij vendi shum\u00eb pjellor.<\/p>\n<p>Forca l\u00ebviz\u00ebse e \u00e7do shqiptari, qoft\u00eb musliman qoft\u00eb i krishter\u00eb (ortodoks) \u00ebsht\u00eb dashuria p\u00ebr ATDHEUN, ndjenja e ruajtjes s\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb vet.
