Cili \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi kryesor i k\u00ebtij projekti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arrit\u00ebm, p\u00ebr fat, n\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptim me MAS p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cPlatform\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare Bashk\u00ebpunimi\u201d p\u00ebr njohjen e qytetar\u00ebve dhe sistemit shkollor m\u00eb krimet dhe pasojat e diktatur\u00ebs komuniste, duke trajtuar nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjesh q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00ebn regjimin komunist. N\u00eb akord me k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje Instituti i Studimeve t\u00eb Krimeve dhe Pasojave t\u00eb Komunizmit (ISKK) do t\u00eb informoj\u00eb brezat shkollor, gjimnazet, me materiale audio-vizuale, dokumenta, biseda, libra t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm studimor\u00eb e memuaristik\u00eb rreth dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb ushtruar mbi lirit\u00eb qytetare, vrasjet, zhdukjet, burgimet, internimet dhe luft\u00ebn e klasave gjat\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, nj\u00eb faqe fare e panjohur nga brezat tan\u00eb shkollor\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb kurrikulat e teksteve shkollore nuk thuhet thuajse asgj\u00eb rreth k\u00ebsaj periudhe gjysm\u00ebshekullore t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs, masakrave, torturave e burgimeve, q\u00eb \u00e7oi n\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsimin e shfytyrimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij Projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb tan\u00eb t\u00eb informohen se \u00e7far\u00eb ka ngjar\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX n\u00eb atdheun ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, t\u00eb zbulohet perdja e krimit dhe dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb gjithanshme, si parakusht p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb tablo reale n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen e secilit nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, duke par\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb mision t\u00eb kujtes\u00ebs nuk po e kryejn\u00eb tekstet shkollore t\u00eb edukimit. Pa njohjen e t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs, nuk mund t\u00eb perceptohet as e tashmja dhe as e ardhmja e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie. T\u00eb tria koh\u00ebrat kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi vendimtare p\u00ebr fatet e nj\u00eb individi dhe shoq\u00ebrie. K\u00ebt\u00eb mision shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb ish-totalitare n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb e kan\u00eb kryer dhe vazhdojn\u00eb ta kryejn\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb as q\u00eb e ka z\u00ebn\u00eb fill. Kjo shpie mandej n\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrime t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebruara e nostalgjike p\u00ebr Enver Hoxh\u00ebn dhe Komunizmin, sikund\u00ebrse e tregoi k\u00ebto dit\u00ebt e fundit edhe rezultati i sondazhit t\u00eb kryer nga prezenca e OSBE n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrse ju si Institut keni menduar q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm marrja e k\u00ebtij projekti?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sepse trajtimi i kujtes\u00ebs dhe krimet e kryera nga diktatura komuniste \u00ebsht\u00eb thelbi i misionit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij Instituti, t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb Ligjin themelor q\u00eb rregullon veprimtarin\u00eb e tij dhe, si\u00e7 mund ta kuptoj\u00eb vetvetiu gjithkush, detyra e kujtes\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb hapi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve tona ndaj t\u00eb V\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. E v\u00ebrteta na \u00e7liron, na b\u00ebn t\u00eb meditojm\u00eb mbi natyr\u00ebn e s\u00eb Keqes, na b\u00ebn m\u00eb fisnik\u00eb, m\u00eb human\u00eb. Njohja e t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave t\u00eb fshehura apo t\u00eb heshtura q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm na b\u00ebn qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb, t\u00eb pa manipuluesh\u00ebm nga \u00e7do lloj demagogjie ideologjike, thjesht qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar detyrat tona njer\u00ebzore e atdhetare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Si do ti ndihmoj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb mund tu sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb, n\u00eb krahasim me ata \u00e7ka marrin dhe n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn komuniste?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari m\u00eb informimin, v\u00ebnien n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb tyre mbi \u00e7far\u00eb ka ngjar\u00eb. Reflektimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur ngusht\u00eb me informimin e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb tyre. Q\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00ebn e par\u00eb tek gjimnazi Ismail Qemali, nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebse, fill pas seanc\u00ebs informuese mbi materiale audiovizive, pranoi, se \u201casgj\u00eb e k\u00ebtill\u00eb nuk na \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb\u201d. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e vet\u00ebkuptueshme kur kemi parasysh se si trajtohet nuk trajtohet periudha e diktatur\u00ebs komuniste n\u00eb tekstet e tyre alternative t\u00eb Historis\u00eb apo Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cilat jan\u00eb disa nga materialet q\u00eb Instituti ka p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr tua prezantuar nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cbsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb thuhet e gjitha, pasi ne kemi p\u00ebrgatitur dhjet\u00ebra module, pa e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur veten gjithkund nj\u00eblloj. Por, sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb ide, strukturimi i k\u00ebtyre seancave prej 2 or\u00ebsh, nis me nj\u00eb ekstrakt informativ me persekutimin dhe gjenocidin komunist t\u00eb ushtruar mbi popullat\u00ebn shqiptare q\u00eb gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare, mandej, pas vendosjes s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs, shpaloset terrori konceptual q\u00eb pushteti komunist ushtroi mbi klasat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare, deri n\u00eb likuidimin e plot fizik t\u00eb tyre, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb: pushkatimi i t\u00eb gjitha elitave politike, ekonomike, ushtarake, arsimore,\u00a0 kulturore e fetare q\u00eb ishin gjall\u00eb pas vitit 1945; asgj\u00ebsimi i fes\u00eb, institucioneve fetare deri n\u00eb ndalimin e besimit t\u00eb sanksionuar n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebn e vitit 1976; skllav\u00ebrimi i qindramij\u00ebra qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb konsideroheshin kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb, duke i d\u00ebnuar me burg, internim dhe pun\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb detyrueshme n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e veprave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha bujq\u00ebsore, minerare e industriale; filma dokumentar\u00eb e intervista t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb mbijetuar, materiale e dokumente arkivor\u00eb, letra denoncuese e akt-ekspertiza q\u00eb Sigurimi i Shtetit hartonte p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimin e qytetar\u00ebve; metodat shtr\u00ebnguese t\u00eb Sigurimit n\u00eb rekrutimin e spiun\u00ebve duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb gjith\u00eb popullin bashk\u00ebfajtor; d\u00ebnimet p\u00ebr agjitacion-propagand\u00eb, vrasjet n\u00eb kufi et, etj.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00ebto or\u00eb m\u00ebsimi do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruara apo do jen\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit p\u00ebr ti ndjekur?<\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00eb akord me marr\u00ebveshjen dhe drejtuesit e gjimnazeve (me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kemi gjetur mir\u00ebkuptim t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka i fal\u00ebnderojm\u00eb), auditori q\u00eb na ndjek \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrzgjedhur dhe i mjaftuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb fillim, n\u00eb kapacitetin e plot\u00eb q\u00eb z\u00eb salla. Jemi duke menduar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb zgjerim t\u00eb auditorit, p\u00ebrderisa ky vit \u00ebsht\u00eb projekt-pilot. Por pjes\u00ebmarrja e gjimnazist\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb maksimumin e mundsh\u00ebm, kjo fal\u00eb edhe pun\u00ebs s\u00eb vyer mir\u00ebkuptuese t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve e drejtor\u00ebve t\u00eb gjimnazeve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Si \u00ebsht\u00eb pritur ky projekt nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit pavar\u00ebsisht se \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fillimet e tij?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ju thash\u00eb se interesi \u00ebsht\u00eb i gjall\u00eb. Kjo duket nga p\u00ebrfshirja dhe pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb pyetje e debate q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e rezervuar n\u00eb fund t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit tan\u00eb, kemi v\u00ebn\u00eb re, se nuk jan\u00eb aspak indiferent\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn, si\u00e7 mundohen t\u2019i paraqesin. Ata nuk kan\u00eb patur rastin t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen m\u00eb par\u00eb. Dhe kuptohet, mosha e tyre e past\u00ebr, e pafajshme, \u00ebsht\u00eb e etur p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, sikund\u00ebrse \u00ebsht\u00eb mosha e tyre idealiste. Ne thjesht u ofrojm\u00eb atyre t\u00eb V\u00ebrtet\u00ebn q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb fshehur pafalsh\u00ebm mbi t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn diktatoriale e kriminale t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb pilotohej si projekt keni pasur konsultime me grupe interesi, p.sh. me prind\u00ebr t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, m\u00ebsues etj. Cili ka qen\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi i tyre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo. E pse duhet t\u00eb kemi? Ne nuk po b\u00ebjm\u00eb propagand\u00eb. Jemi nj\u00eb Institut i pavarur shtet\u00ebror i Parlamentit q\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunojm\u00eb me institucionet shtet\u00ebrore. Gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ofrojm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fryt i d\u00ebshmive, arkivave, dokumentave e akteve zyrtare e arkivore me karakter njoh\u00ebs, edukativ, q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb kurrikula. N\u00eb thjesht k\u00ebt\u00eb zbraz\u00ebtir\u00eb po mbushim si fillim, deri kur t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb tekst informativ shkollor mbi Historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb gjat\u00eb Diktatur\u00ebs Komuniste, t\u00eb shkruar nga specialist\u00ebsh e t\u00eb miratuar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mendoni se n\u00eb shkollat n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin duhet futur nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ti njohur nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit me t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn komuniste?<\/strong><br \/>\nDuhet nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb kurrikulat e shkollave n\u00ebnt\u00ebvje\u00e7are dhe Gjimnazeve mbi Historin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb gjat\u00eb Diktatur\u00ebs Komuniste si dhe duhen ripar\u00eb kurrikulat e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me formim humanitar, q\u00eb t\u00eb pasqyrohet e v\u00ebrteta pa shtremb\u00ebrime e nostalgji komuniste. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb jemi duke u p\u00ebrpjekur me ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb MSA dhe bot\u00ebn akademike shkollore e universitare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00ebt\u00eb vit po pilotohet si projekt vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Mendoni se n\u00eb vitet n\u00eb vijim do t\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Pik\u00ebrisht. Pas k\u00ebtij Projekti-pilot, mendojm\u00eb seriozisht p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtrirje n\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin. Kjo k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb me institucionet arsimore dhe ekspert\u00ebt historis\u00eb, kryesisht me trajnimet e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb Historis\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb na b\u00ebnte edhe ne pjes\u00eb t\u00eb reflektimit gjith\u00eb evropian p\u00ebr rishikimin e t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs komuniste.
