Te gjith\u00eb dum me besu se Flamurin e ngriti Ismail Qemal Beu, ndersa ai vet, thot\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. Qeveria socialiste urdh\u00ebron me vu n\u00eb t\u00eb tana institucionet qeveritare portretin e tij, ve\u00e7 me ua ba qefin turq\u00ebve, se e paskan hal\u00eb n\u00eb sy Kastriotin. Indirekt kryeminsitri tregon qart, se turqit ende ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb mendimet tona, n\u00eb veprimet tona, edhe kur nuk na k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb\u00a0 asgj\u00eb!<\/p>\n

Ja \u00e7far\u00eb thot\u00eb vet Ismail Qemali: \u201c Nuk k\u00ebrkoj aspak pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb largimin e saj mga autoriteti i perandoris\u00eb osmane, por k\u00ebrkoj q\u00eb administrata e saj t\u00eb riorganizohet sipas n\u00ebnit 23 t\u00eb Traktatit t\u00eb Berlinit.. dhe vazhdon\u2026 Ajo q\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj un\u00eb i forcon t\u00eb drejtat e perandoris\u00eb osmane mbi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
