P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb flasin qart\u00eb arkivat, dokumentet e viteve 1939-1944.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe ka ndodhur me klerin katolik n\u00eb Poloni, i cili jo vet\u00ebm u radhit n\u00eb an\u00ebn e popullit t\u00eb rob\u00ebruar, por, madje, u vu n\u00eb udh\u00ebheqje t\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs klandestine e partizane. Jo rast\u00ebsisht, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr partizan\u00ebt antifashist\u00eb polak\u00eb ishte dhe Karol Vojtila. \u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb nderin e kombit polak dhe t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Katolike t\u00eb tij q\u00eb disa nga prelat\u00ebt e saj luft\u00ebtar\u00eb u shpall\u00ebn heronj komb\u00ebtar\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb mrekullie do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb sikur edhe nj\u00eb prift katolik shqiptar t\u00eb ishte flijuar p\u00ebr kauz\u00ebn e liris\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr fashizmit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri!<\/p>\n<p>Meritave kulturore dhe atdhetare t\u00eb katolicizmit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend do t\u2019u shtoheshin vlera t\u00eb reja, ndaj t\u00eb cilave, sido q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte sjell\u00eb sistemi totalitar, sot do t\u2019u referoheshim me respekt, duke i par\u00eb si monumente t\u00eb historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Por, duam, s\u2019duam, prap\u00eb duhet t\u00eb themi, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, nuk ndodhi k\u00ebshtu.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, nuk duhet t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se i vetmi prift katolik q\u00eb u bashkua me forcat e rezistenc\u00ebs antifashiste ishte Dom Luigj Pici, famullitar i Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Re\u00e7it, i cili qe nj\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb ngriti n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb dhe u priu besimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr fashist\u00ebve. Madje ai do t\u2019u q\u00ebndronte besnik idealeve t\u00eb luft\u00ebs deri n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e atdheut. Por fundi i tij, pavar\u00ebsisht nga aktivizimi antifashist, do t\u00eb ishte tragjik.<\/p>\n<p>Pushteti i ri q\u00eb erdhi n\u00eb fuqi nuk do ta kursente dhe prifti patriot do ta p\u00ebsonte si koleg\u00ebt e tij klerik\u00eb. Po ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kapitull m\u00eb vete, me nj\u00eb problematik\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, q\u00eb lyp pa dyshim nj\u00eb studim objektiv shkencor. Nj\u00eb nism\u00eb serioze q\u00eb duhet p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe botimi koh\u00ebt e fundit i studimit monografik t\u00eb Dom Nik Ukgjinit \u201cKisha Katolike n\u00eb trevat shqiptare\u201d (Nga shekulli XI deri sot).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb nga klerik\u00ebt katolik\u00eb shkruan nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs Katolike shqiptare, t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb me dritat e hijet e saj, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe vitet e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. N\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb priz\u00ebm e v\u00ebshtron dhe e shqyrton pushtimin fashist t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, marr\u00eb n\u00eb raport me klerin katolik shqiptar. Ai e pohon hapur se \u201cKisha Katolike, e kusht\u00ebzuar dhe nga nevojat e m\u00ebdha financiare, p\u00ebrkrahu si partner t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm shtetin fashist\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj dhe nj\u00eb nga arsyet kryesore t\u00eb k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi e gjen te fakti se Gjergj Fishta, Anton Harapi, Ernest Koliqi, Mustafa Kruja etj., duke qen\u00eb t\u00eb grupimit intelektual proeuropian shqiptar, largimin e Zogut e shohin si shp\u00ebtim p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Sipas tij, kleri katolik \u00ebsht\u00eb nostalgjik ndaj pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb humbur, por \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i k\u00ebnaqur me nj\u00eb autonomi (?) t\u00eb kufizuar sesa me nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar ekonomikisht e t\u00eb qeverisur keq, si ajo e mbretit Zog.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb klerin katolik armike nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Italia fashiste, por Zogu dhe komunist\u00ebt. Si\u00e7 v\u00ebrehet, problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb kompleks. Dom Ukgjini thot\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe duke marr\u00eb shkas prej k\u00ebsaj, do t\u00eb sjell nj\u00eb dokument p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin e Gj. Fisht\u00ebs gjat\u00eb pushtimit fashist. Por para tij, do t\u00eb evokoj nj\u00eb moment nga kujtimet e At Zef Pllumbit. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb kujtime q\u00eb t\u00eb prekin p\u00ebr sinqeritetin e tyre, p\u00ebr devocionin me t\u00eb cilin jan\u00eb shkruar, ato p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihmes\u00eb t\u00eb vyer p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar e qart\u00ebsuar portretin e Fisht\u00ebs si njeri dhe si artist.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen e studiuesit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyra si evokohet figura e poetit n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tragjike t\u00eb prillit t\u00eb 1939-s, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb mospajtimi i tij kalimtar me pushtimin, tronditja q\u00eb ai p\u00ebsoi etj. Duam ta besojm\u00eb sinqerisht At Pllumbin. Duam ta besojm\u00eb se nj\u00eb poet i p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs,\u00a0vepra e t\u00eb cilit kishte p\u00ebr kryefjal\u00eb fatin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, s\u2019kishte si ta p\u00ebrjetonte leht\u00eb dram\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb pushtimit t\u00eb huaj. Ai me siguri \u00ebsht\u00eb tronditur thell\u00eb si atdhetar dhe si artist.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe fakt \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ai nuk shkroi asnj\u00eb varg p\u00ebr \u201cp\u00ebllumbat e Krishtit\u201d q\u00eb shkel\u00ebn tok\u00ebn shqiptare. Por Fishta, si prelat i lart\u00eb i klerit katolik shqiptar, nuk mundi t\u2019i shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb tundimit q\u00eb i b\u00ebri fashizmi. K\u00ebtu ndodhi dyzimi i tij tragjik, gj\u00eb q\u00eb solli pasoja q\u00eb hedhin hije n\u00eb figur\u00ebn e tij politike. Ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb q\u00eb ai t\u00eb ishte i nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm se zgjedhja si an\u00ebtar i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Italis\u00eb qe m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb akt politik, q\u00eb u sh\u00ebrbente q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb mbrapshta t\u00eb demagogjis\u00eb fashiste.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe ndodhi me \u00c7abejn, i cili refuzoi shpalljen e tij an\u00ebtar i Institutit Italo-Shqiptar, duke e vler\u00ebsuar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr \u201cjoshkencore\u201d. Fishta s\u2019kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndere t\u00eb huaja, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb prej dhunuesve t\u00eb liris\u00eb s\u00eb Atdheut. Nderin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh atij ia kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb populli i vet. Vargjet e Fisht\u00ebs i dinte p\u00ebrmend\u00ebsh jo vet\u00ebm rinia shkollore, por i dinin edhe mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt analfabet\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt \u201cLahut\u00ebn e Malcis\u201d e kishin kthyer n\u00eb abetare t\u00eb identitetit komb\u00ebtar. Megjithat\u00eb, Fishta, dashur pa dashur, flirtoi dhe u kthye ose u p\u00ebrdor si ithtar i pushtuesve.<\/p>\n<p>Do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb rast q\u00eb e pohon k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebndrim, nj\u00eb dokument q\u00eb flet me gjuh\u00ebn e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. Dhe, n\u00ebse flasim me gjuh\u00ebn e tij, u pritet rruga ripolitizimeve, subjektivizmave, tendenciozitetit t\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo natyre qoft\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu edhe Fisht\u00ebs i jepet ajo q\u00eb i takon dhe nuk preken ato momente q\u00eb s\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb nder poetit ton\u00eb. Themi k\u00ebshtu, sepse, n\u00eb rastin e artist\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj, gabimet dhe shkarjet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike nuk duhet t\u00eb mjegullojn\u00eb vlerat e tyre madhore.<\/p>\n<p>Dokumenti q\u00eb po botojm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr problemin q\u00eb po trajtojm\u00eb, sidomos p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb atyre figurave, jeta e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve paraqet probleme. \u00cbsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn italiane, q\u00eb Gjergj Fishta ia d\u00ebrgon nga Shkodra m\u00eb 10 gusht 1939 nj\u00eb oficeri t\u00eb lart\u00eb fashist. N\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimin shqip, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, ai shkruan: Shum\u00eb i shk\u00eblqyeri dhe shum\u00eb i dashuri zoti kolonel.<\/p>\n<p>I kthyer mbas gjasht\u00eb jav\u00ebsh nga Italia n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr m\u00eb 8 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji kryej nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngutshme dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar t\u2019ju fal\u00ebnderoj nga zemra p\u00ebr p\u00ebrg\u00ebzimet dhe urimet q\u00eb keni pasur mir\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00eb drejtoni p\u00ebr em\u00ebrimin tim si akademik i Italis\u00eb \u2013 gjith\u00eb mir\u00ebsia e Du\u00e7es, i cili, ashtu si Ju, do t\u00eb mir\u00ebn jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Le t\u00eb hesht\u00eb, ato jan\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e sigurt.<\/p>\n<p>Letra e Fisht\u00ebs, drejtuar nj\u00eb koloneli t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb Italiane, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebr e zakonshme dhe shkruar thjesht, n\u00eb stilin e klim\u00ebs s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb politike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb klase t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb intelektuale, t\u00eb tulatur n\u00ebn presionin dhe frik\u00ebn e makin\u00ebs fashiste t\u00eb vitit 1939.<\/p>\n<p>Por botuesi, godit\u00ebs tradicional i kultur\u00ebs gege dhe i shkrimtar\u00ebve katolik\u00eb, me metod\u00ebn staliniste t\u00eb shpjegimit, duke e lexuar n\u00eb shk\u00ebputje nga realiteti, jasht\u00eb konteksteve, e nxjerr at\u00eb dokument privat p\u00ebr t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rip\u00ebrcaktuar gjith\u00eb skem\u00ebn e ridenigrimit t\u00eb njeriut m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb elit\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb asaj kohe dhe s\u00eb bashku me at\u00eb, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb klas\u00ebs shtetformuese, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb forcave liberal-demokratike kund\u00ebrshtare t\u00eb Mbretit Zog, q\u00eb mbase n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre intelektuale dhe sociale, jan\u00eb gjendur n\u00eb kurthin e nj\u00eb skeme p\u00ebrplasjesh t\u00eb fuqive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb Mesdheun Lindor, dhe kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb p\u00ebrftojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e tyre, Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb mohuar.<\/p>\n<p>Por kjo skem\u00eb arsyetimi nuk b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb njohjen e \u201cshkenc\u00ebtarit\u201d, e Gegofobit t\u00eb Famsh\u00ebm, as t\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb fantazmave dhe t\u00eb qyqeve t\u00eb enverizmit, prandaj ai p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb ushqej\u00eb nostalgjik\u00ebt me kasketa, t\u00eb shumuar dhe ringjallur nga Edi Rama dhe Blloku i tij i Aventurier\u00ebve Kanabist\u00eb, e t\u00eb helmojn\u00eb publikun me aksiomat paranojake t\u00eb diktatorit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb lexuara dhe shpjeguara n\u00eb koh\u00eb, me v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi, me struktur\u00ebn e mendimit, t\u00eb pajtimit me t\u00eb keqen, t\u00eb arsyetimit t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve dhe t\u00eb gabimit njer\u00ebzor e intelektual, ato letra mund t\u00eb kuptohen dhe analizohen m\u00eb drejt.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk ka dyshim nd\u00ebr studiues serioz\u00eb, se ka pasur nj\u00eb impostim kompromisi, deri edhe servitor, ndaj Italis\u00eb dhe m\u00eb pas ndaj politikes s\u00eb ndjekur nga Wehrmachti n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga pjesa m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e elit\u00ebs shtetformuese dhe ajo liberal-demokratike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn q\u00eb fatalitetin e pushtimit fashist, t\u00eb cilin e konsideronin t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb pashmangsh\u00ebm, ta amortizonin utopikisht, duke mos e l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrplasej eg\u00ebrsisht mbi shtetin dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtij impostimi nuk ka mbetur as gjuh\u00ebtari yn\u00eb i madh Eqrem \u00c7abej, minist\u00ebr i Arsimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb prej qeverive kuislinge. Ndryshe nga sa falsifikon \u201cshkenc\u00ebtari\u201d, ai ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e Institutit t\u00eb Studimeve Shqiptare, kuvendeve shkencore t\u00eb organizueme nga kjo nj\u00ebsi studimore e paarrir\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk i sh\u00ebrbeu fashizmit, por para s\u00eb gjithash shkenc\u00ebs albanologjike.<\/p>\n<p>Pse e keqp\u00ebrdor faktin historik ky \u201cshkenc\u00ebtar\u201d i ish-Kast\u00ebs?! Shpjegimi i pushtimit fashist si produkt i nj\u00eb ofrimi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm nga shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar, p\u00ebr Mussolinin dhe Cianon, jasht\u00eb shpjegimeve t\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohura t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs, t\u00eb studiuesve intencionalist\u00eb dhe kryesisht atyre funksionalist\u00eb, mbi kazusin shqiptar t\u00eb vitit 1939, si\u00e7 p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb serish dhe djall\u00ebzisht i mbeturi i parafundit i kast\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201cshkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr komunist\u00eb, do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnonte s\u00ebrish kthimin mbrapsht n\u00eb koh\u00eb, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb kalbur t\u00eb historiografis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve sh\u00ebrbenj\u00ebs t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs kriminale t\u00eb PPSH. Duhet t\u00eb kujtoj se m\u00eb 7 prill 1939, Italia Fashiste do t\u00eb invadonte ushtarakisht Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e vog\u00ebl, shtet sovran, me sistem qeveris\u00ebs Mbret\u00ebri Kushtetuese, e i qeverisur, drejtuar nga Mbreti Zog.<\/p>\n<p>Italia Fashiste e kreu k\u00ebt\u00eb akt, e b\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb pavar\u00ebsisht se sovrani shqiptar kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ishte n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur k\u00ebrkesat italiane, por pa pranuar pushtimin. Por, duke e vendosur Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht n\u00ebn protektoratin e vet, diktatori italian do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontrollonte vet\u00eb, jo p\u00ebrmes Zogut, Ngushtic\u00ebn e Otrantos, hyrjen p\u00ebr n\u00eb Detin Adriatik dhe kontrollin mbi gjith\u00eb bregun lindor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij deti ndaj sulmeve t\u00eb mundshme kund\u00ebr Italis\u00eb nga rival\u00ebt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kontrolli i ngushtic\u00ebs dhe detit e pajiste Italin\u00eb me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb monitoruar dhe mbajtur n\u00ebn rreth kontrollin ndaj l\u00ebvizjeve t\u00eb flot\u00ebs jugosllave dhe tregtis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb dhe jasht\u00eb Detit Adriatik. K\u00ebsisoj, pushtimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk ishte i rast\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe as i shmangsh\u00ebm nga nj\u00eb vend dhe nj\u00eb mbretni e vog\u00ebl si ajo e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Aq m\u00eb pak pushtimi do t\u00eb ishte produkt i mikpritjes s\u00eb njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb formuan Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, shtetin shqiptar, themeluan alfabetin, shkoll\u00ebn dhe strukturat ma t\u00eb rand\u00ebsishme t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, si\u00e7 pretendon \u201cshkenc\u00ebtari\u201d yn\u00eb. N\u00eb nxitjen e pushtimit italian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb luajtur nj\u00eb rol edhe ambicia konkurrenciale fashiste e Mussolinit ndaj Gjermanis\u00eb naziste.<\/p>\n<p>Xhelozia e Mussolinit ndaj ekspansionit gjerman n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, e preokupoi shum\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebshironte t\u00eb mbante nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb brenda Bllokut Qendror, t\u00eb pamundur n\u00eb fakt, n\u00eb rrethanat e disproporcioneve ekonomike, ushtarake dhe t\u00eb organizimit shtet\u00ebror q\u00eb ekzistonin n\u00eb mes dy vendeve fashiste. Pushtimi fashist i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e futi vendin n\u00eb nj\u00eb spirale trazirash q\u00eb do shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakthyeshme t\u00eb ardhmen e nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe ende n\u00eb formim e sip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>I gjith\u00eb harku kohor 1939-1946, n\u00eb fakt, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb thyerje historike, nj\u00eb sekuenc\u00eb historike, t\u00eb ndar\u00eb nga dy pragje fragmentimi historik p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn, Ballkanin dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb, pas t\u00eb cilave kemi p\u00ebrmbysje t\u00eb thella q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohen me prishje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb pararend\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo a e ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb \u201cshkenc\u00ebtari\u201d dhe siv\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tij, se nd\u00ebrtimi i struktur\u00ebs historike t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshin, para s\u00eb gjithash, studimin e struktur\u00ebs diakronike, p\u00ebrmes s\u00eb cil\u00ebs l\u00ebvizi shoq\u00ebria, politika, institucionet, vet\u00eb lufta, kultura, arsimi dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia shqiptare, gjat\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb ngjarjeve mjaft intensive n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore?!<\/p>\n<p>Jeta shqiptare l\u00ebvizi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb kohore n\u00ebp\u00ebr disa pika t\u00eb larta ndarjeje, q\u00eb hapen fillim periodash, p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb peripeci gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vendit dhe t\u00eb familjeve shqiptare, kriza t\u00eb r\u00ebnda t\u00eb vogla q\u00eb iu bashk\u00ebngjiten kriz\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe t\u00eb shtetit e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb num\u00ebr alternativash q\u00eb p\u00ebrvijohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb kohore. Kushtet dhe faktor\u00ebt e jasht\u00ebm, rrethanat e brendshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb prapambetur agrar me shoq\u00ebri analfabete, p\u00ebrcaktuan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme sekuencat gjegj\u00ebse t\u00eb ngjarjeve, duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb atyre struktur\u00ebn e tyre diakronike.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShkenc\u00ebtari\u201d duhet ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se shpjegimin e historis\u00eb 1939- 1946, nj\u00eb studiues serioz duhet ta bazoj\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje metodologjike, mbi faktor\u00ebt determinues funksional\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se strukturat nuk mund t\u00eb shpjegohen si zhvillime t\u00eb izoluara t\u00eb brendshme shqiptare, si tradhti e nj\u00eb letre apo e nj\u00eb akti, jasht\u00eb koh\u00ebs europiane t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, por para s\u00eb gjithash, si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb procesi shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb europian, pjes\u00eb e ndryshimeve q\u00eb ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb Europ\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e aventur\u00ebs fashiste dhe komuniste q\u00eb prodhoi konfliktin dhe balanc\u00ebn e re t\u00eb fuqive t\u00eb pas saj.<\/p>\n<p>Karakteri procesual i k\u00ebsaj pjese t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kuptohej, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ne nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebnim shpjegimin reciprok t\u00eb ngjarjeve, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre strukturave t\u00ebr\u00ebsore. Publiku ka nevoj\u00eb sot t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb jo m\u00eb pallavrat e \u201cstudiuesve\u201d q\u00eb arsyetuen r\u00ebnien e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb tradicionale, q\u00eb i bijn\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit fyell, por t\u00eb njohin struktur\u00ebn e mendimit dhe arsyetimin e vendimmarrjes s\u00eb atyre q\u00eb nuk u lejuam kurr\u00eb t\u2019i njohim v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsisht, atyre q\u00eb shkruan k\u00ebto letra, atyre q\u00eb mbajt\u00ebn fjalimet e inaugurimit n\u00eb postet kryeministrore dhe t\u00eb Regjenc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb se n\u00eb harkun kohor 1939-1946 kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb ballafaqim t\u00eb personazheve me formacione kulturore t\u00eb ndryshme, me ekzistenc\u00ebn e strukturave sociale dhe kulturore t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuara n\u00eb kontekste t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb krahinave etnografike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb ve\u00e7antive religjioze t\u00eb vendit, nuk mund t\u00eb arrish n\u00eb konkluzione t\u00eb atilla si ju i nderuar \u201cshkenc\u00ebtar\u201d, pa p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb metod\u00eb gjenetike p\u00ebr kuptimin e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb gjall\u00eb t\u00eb popullit shqiptar n\u00eb \u00e7do segment t\u00eb territorit, fiseve dhe krahinave, duke iu shmangur shpjegimit n\u00eb bllok t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, shpjegim q\u00eb deri m\u00eb tash ka aplikuar historiografia e k\u00ebtij vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo linj\u00eb arsyetimi n\u00eb vler\u00ebsim, \u00ebsht\u00eb impostuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar analiz\u00ebn ton\u00eb, nga klasifikimet e nd\u00ebrmarra apriori nga historiografia komuniste ndaj personazheve m\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Fisht\u00ebn e madh, q\u00eb u prozhmuan dhe u harruan p\u00ebr gati 70 vite, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar nj\u00eb njohje m\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi. \u00cbsht\u00eb koha p\u00ebr t\u00eb rishkruar nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb debatuar t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndri\u00e7uar drejt at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar shtremb\u00ebr p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn e \u201c\u00e7lirimtar\u00ebve\u201d dhe p\u00ebr \u201cluft\u00ebn e spiuneve t\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtareve\u201d; p\u00ebr rishkruar drejt dhe pa ekzagjerime historin\u00eb e fitimtar\u00ebve dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ndershme historin\u00eb e t\u00eb mundurve.
