Na duket se th\u00ebnia e tij vlen dhe sot,<!--more--> shqiptar\u00ebt pak e njohin Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, edhe pse me mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb pakrahasueshme me ato mote. Sidomos t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb njohin rrug\u00ebt e Rom\u00ebs e Athin\u00ebs se Alpet e vendit t\u00eb tyre. Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qortim p\u00ebr ata, se sa p\u00ebr ne t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, q\u00eb vet\u00ebm i num\u00ebrojm\u00eb mungesat atdheut ton\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr mediume t\u00eb ndryshme, pa th\u00ebn\u00eb nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndryshuar p\u00ebr mir\u00eb, ku m\u00eb pak e ku m\u00eb shum\u00eb, jo me nj\u00eb qeveri a nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, por n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7arin e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Leqeve t\u00eb Hotit, si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Cilido q\u00eb merr sot udh\u00ebn p\u00ebr n\u00eb K\u00eblmend, Leqet e Hotit do t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb jo m\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb humnershme, t\u00eb frikshme, ku dikur mezi \u00e7apiteshin skodat e trupave q\u00eb uleshin me uturim\u00eb nga bjeshk\u00ebt. E ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pas at\u00eb realitet t\u00eb vran\u00ebt rruga moderne q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfunduar deri n\u00eb Tamar\u00eb, e p\u00ebr pak jav\u00eb mb\u00ebrrin n\u00eb Selc\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar m\u00eb pas drejt L\u00ebpush\u00ebs e Vermoshit, duke u lidhur me Plav\u00ebn matan\u00eb kufirit. Kantieri i rrug\u00ebs n\u00eb breg t\u00eb lumit, plot makineri t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, \u00ebsht\u00eb i gjithi n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Ja, kjo gj\u00eb nuk ka patur publicitetin e merituar, q\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb fund K\u00eblmendi ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e zhvillimit, me turist\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur nga shtete t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb me fuoristrada, moto\u00e7ikleta etj. N\u00eb Selc\u00eb, nj\u00eb cast, zbresin nga mikrobusi dhe marrin p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb malit n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb me \u00e7antat e shpin\u00ebs si alpinist\u00ebt. Nuk jan\u00eb dy e tre t\u00eb huaj, por 10-15 vet\u00eb, q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga L\u00ebpusha, hirushja e turizmit k\u00eblmendas. Rruga e re, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn na thon\u00eb se ka nj\u00eb kujdes t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm qeveritar, e ka ridimensionuar jet\u00ebn, peizazhin arkitekturor k\u00eblmendas. Ajo ka jo vet\u00ebm standardet e k\u00ebrkuara nd\u00ebrtimore, por dhe sinjalistik\u00ebn e nevojshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe at\u00eb turistike, q\u00eb rrall\u00eb e gjen dhe af\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebs. Sapo del n\u00eb qaf\u00ebn ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ballkoni natyror, nga v\u00ebshtron Leqet e Hotit, si nj\u00eb gjerdan kryq e t\u00ebrthor, e ndjen se nj\u00eb dor\u00eb e kujdeshme profesioniste ka punuar me guid\u00ebn n\u00eb terren, tabelat, hartat, fotot artistike, shenjat orientuese. Turisti e merr vesh q\u00eb n\u00eb hyrje, skem\u00ebn nga do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr K\u00eblmend, sapo t\u00eb ket\u00eb prekur lumin e Cemit, 62.2 km i gjat\u00eb, pa kalt\u00ebrsin\u00eb, kanionet, luginat, hurdhat dhe troft\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilit nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet ky vend. Mbajm\u00eb ndonj\u00eb sh\u00ebnim, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb zakonin e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb reporterit dhe t\u00eb vjen keq q\u00eb gazetaria e sotme e ka l\u00ebn\u00eb disi m\u00ebnjan\u00eb gjinin\u00eb e reportazhit, se p\u00ebrndryshe do t\u00eb na ishte dashur t\u00eb shtroheshim nja dy-tre dit\u00eb me k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz; p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb se si ata rrojn\u00eb me tokat e pakta t\u00eb varura n\u00eb brinja, a do t\u00eb shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb lumenjt\u00eb e tyre nga ku\u00e7edra e hidrocentraleve, a t\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb kultivore t\u00eb troft\u00ebs, si\u00e7 pam\u00eb n\u00eb Tamar\u00eb, qytez\u00ebn mikprit\u00ebse, me lulishte, restorante dhe zyr\u00eb turizmi. Pak jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb sheshin e saj, me vendas e t\u00eb ardhur, u \u00e7el panairi i prodhimeve bio, n\u00ebn laryshin\u00eb e veshjeve dhe ritmet e folkut t\u00eb trev\u00ebs, me kujdesin e Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe. Deri dje K\u00eblmendi ishte komun\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfshinte Tamar\u00ebn, Broj\u00ebn, Selc\u00ebn, Kozhnj\u00ebn, Nik\u00e7in, Vuklin, L\u00ebpush\u00ebn e Vermoshin, me rreth 700 banor\u00eb, ku vit p\u00ebr vit zhvillohet \u201cMis Bjeshka\u201d, me nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb t\u00eb hershme t\u00eb shpalimit t\u00eb bukuris\u00eb s\u00eb gruas, n\u00eb p\u00ebrngjasim t\u00eb or\u00ebve dhe zanave.<\/p>\n<p>Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe, e lahut\u00ebs dhe e historis\u00eb<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/dedaj-ndue-per-kelmendin1.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-6194\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-6194\" src=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/dedaj-ndue-per-kelmendin1.png\" alt=\"dedaj ndue per kelmendin1\" width=\"153\" height=\"221\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Nuk e dim\u00eb, nga shtrirja gjeografike, apo nga historia i ka mbetur emri Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe. Pasi kemi prekur sadopak t\u00eb sotmen e k\u00ebtyre an\u00ebve, kundrojm\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe na b\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje nj\u00eb varrez\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Selc\u00eb, bashk\u00eb me rr\u00ebnojat e nj\u00eb kishe t\u00eb lasht\u00eb, ndoshta e fillimeve t\u00eb krisht\u00ebrimit. Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thesar dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb, mjaft t\u00eb sjell\u00ebsh nd\u00ebrmend varrez\u00ebn e famshme t\u00eb Vuksanlekajt af\u00ebr Tuzit. Udha p\u00ebr n\u00eb nj\u00eb tempull t\u00eb till\u00eb qendrese \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb emocionuese, pasi shkon drejt njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb histori e ti duhet ta njoh\u00ebsh at\u00eb. Hotjan\u00ebt, k\u00eblmendasit, grudasit etj. i dhan\u00eb gjak e em\u00ebr historis\u00eb shqiptare kund\u00ebr cop\u00ebtimit t\u00eb trojeve etnike. Nd\u00ebrsa nuk kemi ndonj\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes drejt De\u00e7iqit, i drejtohemi nj\u00eb poeti t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre an\u00ebve, Nok\u00eb Sinishtajt, q\u00eb e ka derdhur Mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij si uj\u00ebvar\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr \u201cdeka kujtimesh\u201d (deka- zogj). P\u00ebr poetin Bratila \u201casht k\u00ebrthiza\u201d, \u201cgjaku i jet\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cgurra\u201d e shpirtit. Por nuk kemi d\u00ebgjuar q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb udh\u00ebn drejt Bratil\u00ebs ndonj\u00eb nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit tan\u00eb, jo se do t\u2019i shtonte di\u00e7ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb faqes s\u00eb bardh\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Mal\u00ebsie. N\u00eb maj\u00ebn e Bratil\u00ebs n\u00eb De\u00e7iq me 6 prill 1911 qe ngritur flamuri komb\u00ebtar nga Ded\u00eb Gjo Luli. Mbase zyrtar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb e quajn\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje lokale? Mbase nuk kishin marr\u00eb leje n\u00eb instancat e vjetra t\u00eb PP-s\u00eb, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb vendosur \u201cnj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb\u201d fatet e historis\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq e thjesht\u00eb, se ai flamur ngrihej kur ende ishim n\u00ebn pushtimin turk dhe vlonin si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb kryengritjet p\u00ebr Pavar\u00ebsi, ku p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb qendres\u00eb monumentale Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nderuar me titullin \u201cNderi i Kombit\u201d. Ded\u00eb Gjo Luli i Traboinit \u00ebsht\u00eb miti dhe baca i saj. Nuk do t\u2019ia falnin serb\u00ebt as kat\u00ebr vite m\u00eb von\u00eb at\u00eb \u201cflamur\u201d n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb Bratil\u00ebs, duke e ndjekur deri n\u00eb Orosh, ku do t\u00eb vritej mizorisht s\u00eb bashku me shtat\u00eb mirditas besnik\u00eb, p\u00ebrndryshe \u201cshtat\u00eb lajthizak\u00ebt\u201d, nga fshati Lajthiz\u00eb.<br \/>\nPor asgj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto nuk i bind historian\u00ebt tan\u00eb kriptomarksist\u00eb dhe shtetar\u00ebt postkomunist\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ngjitur deri n\u00eb maje t\u00eb Bratil\u00ebs e n\u00eb pllaj\u00ebn kuvendore t\u00eb Ger\u00e7\u00ebs. Mundet q\u00eb mendohet se k\u00ebshtu i hiqen \u201cpik\u00eb\u201d Vlor\u00ebs, se \u00ebsht\u00eb ai qyteti i Flamurit etj. Por para se t\u00eb ishte Vlora, si\u00e7 dihet, do t\u00eb ishte Durr\u00ebsi, rrethanat b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb Vlora t\u00eb shugurohej si kryqyteti i Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb njihet jet\u00eb e mot me plot merit\u00eb. Ama edhe n\u00eb De\u00e7iq qe ngritur po ai flamur, flamuri i Gjergj Kastriotit, dhe kjo ndodhi se mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt e kishin n\u00ebn kontroll territorin e tyre, q\u00eb e ruanin si drit\u00ebn e syve t\u00eb pashkelur. Kishte nj\u00eb vazhd\u00eb t\u00eb pashk\u00ebputur pavar\u00ebsimi nga De\u00e7i\u00e7i te Vlora, \u00e7ka e tregon dhe fakti se n\u00eb k\u00ebto lart\u00ebsi alpine u n\u00ebnshkrua Memorandumi i Ger\u00e7\u00ebs, m\u00eb 23 qershor 1911, i hartuar nga Luigj Gurakuqi e Ismail Qemali, si dhe n\u00ebnshkruar nga burrat m\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb maleve, nga Ded\u00eb Gjo Luli te Mehmet Shpendi, atdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb kulluar, po q\u00eb p\u00ebr mend\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebvonshme ishin \u201cbajraktar\u00eb\u201d(!?) Sidoqoft\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti p\u00ebr t\u2019u zgjatur me historin\u00eb. N\u00eb mos sot, nes\u00ebr, ajo do t\u00eb vij\u00eb si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb e jo si\u00e7 e kemi ujdisur ne me ideologji, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pa piedestal Prenk\u00eb Calin e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb luft\u00ebtar\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Shtyhemi drejt Alpeve bashk\u00eb me rrug\u00ebn e re<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse gjat\u00eb tranzicionit Alpet ishin kredhur n\u00eb vetmi, sot p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb i \u201cqarkon\u201d me makin\u00eb, nga Rugova, Valbona, Thethi, Vermoshi, Plava. Nuk b\u00ebn m\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje k\u00ebndej targa PL, po dikur as t\u00eb arratisurit s\u2019kalonin dot, ngaq\u00eb kufiri ishte hermetik dhe i p\u00ebrgjakur. Kurse tani n\u00eb Plav\u00eb ven\u00eb piktor\u00ebt nga Tirana n\u00eb koloni, profesor\u00ebt dhe ish-president\u00ebt p\u00ebr historin\u00eb dhe abetaret shqipe. N\u00eb k\u00ebto vende nuk mbetesh asnj\u00ebher\u00eb pa shoq\u00ebrues t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj a t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl, dhe ne pat\u00ebm dy t\u00eb till\u00eb, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit adoleshent\u00eb Dreshaj, Klodjani dhe Klevisi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb Rrapsh\u00eb t\u00eb Hotit, n\u00ebn hijen e nj\u00eb bliri me kuror\u00ebn plot lule na treguan \u201cPusin e Rrapsh\u00ebs\u201d, si nj\u00eb monument kulture, q\u00eb e kishte pas hapur dikur nj\u00eb plak i atij vendi, vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i thaheshin buz\u00ebt asaj popullate me pak uji. Kur po ndaheshim, nj\u00ebri nga ata na drejtohet: \u201cS\u2019do t\u2019ju harroj!\u201d Mbetesh i befasuar. Nuk ta ka th\u00ebn\u00eb askush k\u00ebt\u00eb, as miqt\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, pasi kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb ku ti harron dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt harrojn\u00eb. Por duhet t\u00eb ngjitesh deri n\u00eb k\u00ebto male p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se palca shqiptare ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shprishur. Ndaj m\u00eb shum\u00eb se rrug\u00ebt e kuadruara bukur, natyra e qeshur, shkrepat epik\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo arsyeja q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shkrimit soll\u00ebm at\u00eb shprehjen \u201cshqiptar\u00eb jemi, po Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nuk e njohim\u201d. Nuk njohim njeriun p\u00ebrtej qendrave urbane. \u201cS\u2019do t\u00eb harroj!\u201d Sa dinjitet ka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Rapsodia ka qen\u00eb shpirti dhe gjuha e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb, ndaj kam p\u00ebr t\u2019i k\u00ebrkuar mikut tim, rapsodit vital t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Mal\u00ebsie, Jonuz Delaj, q\u00eb t\u00eb thur\u00eb nj\u00eb rapsodi te re me lahut\u00ebn e tij, k\u00ebt\u00eb motiv njer\u00ebzor mij\u00ebvje\u00e7ar.<br \/>\nS\u00eb fundi, vrasim mendjen p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb urim p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebs dhe zor se gjejm\u00eb di\u00e7ka m\u00eb poetike se kumtin e Sinishtajt: \u201cO Mal\u00ebsi!
