I nj\u00ebjti ritual festiv, lule p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit (dhe jo vet\u00ebm lule!?), vizita n\u00ebp\u00ebr institucionet arsimore nga drejtuesit e vendit, <!--more-->fjal\u00eb mikluese p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn, ca vargje p\u00ebr \u201cM\u00ebsonj\u00ebtoren e par\u00eb\u201d dhe kaq. P\u00ebrse duhet shkuar m\u00eb tej? P\u00ebrse duhet hyr\u00eb n\u00eb uj\u00ebra t\u00eb fjetura t\u00eb historis\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb na plas\u00eb debati, hidh e prit, si\u00e7 e kemi zakon t\u00eb \u201cdebatojm\u00eb\u201d pa u menduar gjat\u00eb. Aty e kan\u00eb caktuar stacionin e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe pse u dashka ta nd\u00ebrrojm\u00eb? N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb ndonj\u00eb fuqi hyjnore q\u00eb e ka shpallur 7 Marsin si dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, por nj\u00eb komision zyrtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebs n\u00eb vitet \u201960 t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, si\u00e7 ishte caktuar asokohe Dita e Minatorit, Dita e Gjeologut, Dita e Novatorit etj. Jo se nuk duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn, dhe jo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht \u00ebsht\u00eb e padrejt\u00eb se e ka vendosur nj\u00eb regjim jo demokratik, por pse ta sharrojm\u00eb trungun e historis\u00eb, duke i marr\u00eb nj\u00eb cop\u00eb po e nj\u00eb cop\u00eb jo. Ripeshimi e rishkrimi i historis\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb \u201ct\u00ebrmet\u201d social &#8211; kulturor. Thjesht\u00eb vihen n\u00eb vend disa padrejt\u00ebsi q\u00eb jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb gjat\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shikimit ideologjik dhe ateist t\u00eb ngjarjeve historike t\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs etj. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala t\u2019i hiqet medalioni i bronzt\u00eb nj\u00eb shkolle e t\u2019i vihet nj\u00eb tjetre. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb shkencor, kulturologjik dhe moral. Pse duhet ta pak\u00ebsojm\u00eb rrezen e ndritshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb, q\u00eb na ka p\u00ebrshkuar n\u00eb ata shekujt t\u00eb trazuar ekzistencial\u00eb. Nuk ka kuptim t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u2019i qendrojm\u00eb kontekstit ideologjik, apo dhe patriotik, kur u vendos q\u00eb si shkoll\u00eb e par\u00eb t\u00eb merrej M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtorja e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs e vitit 1887, me gjith\u00eb meritimet e saj t\u00eb padiskuteshme arsimore dhe atdhetare. Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr fillimet, a mund t\u00eb mos i p\u00ebrfillim shkollat e m\u00ebparshme shqipe t\u00eb shekullit XVI-XVII, me argumentin ateist se ato ishin \u201cshkolla fetare\u201d (?!), kur dihet q\u00eb ateizmi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shkenc\u00eb. At Donat Kurti, n\u00eb nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb revist\u00ebn \u201cHylli i Drit\u00ebs\u201d m\u00eb 1935 p\u00ebrmend disa nga shkollat e para, por me gjurmimet e m\u00ebvonshme informacioni dokumentar rreth tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i plot\u00eb, sado q\u00eb ende jo shterrues e p\u00ebrfundimtar. Nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb panoram\u00eb lokale, por me nj\u00eb arsimp\u00ebrhapje strategjike, nga ata misionar\u00eb q\u00eb u kishin m\u00ebsuar nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb shkrimin shqip. Edhe kur ata ishin me komb\u00ebsi jo shqiptare e kishin a-n\u00eb e misionit tyre t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin gjuh\u00ebn e vendit ku sh\u00ebrbenin. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto shkolla jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 256 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb se M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtorja e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kundraj\u00eb historike mesjetare, viti 1632 mbetet themelor p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, pasi me t\u00eb lidhen dy shkollat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, e Vel\u00ebs n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb dhe e Kurbinit (p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat cakton detyra dhe Kuvendi i Arb\u00ebrit 1703), kjo e fundit e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Fjalorin Enciklopedik Shqiptar t\u00eb vitit 1985. Kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb k\u00ebto dy shkolla dhe n\u00eb librin \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt\u201d (1995) t\u00eb historianit bashk\u00ebkohor amerikan Edvin Zhak, e prap\u00eb ne nuk e kemi v\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb pllak\u00eb aty ku ato kan\u00eb qen\u00eb. Vargu i shkollave dioqezane p\u00ebrfshinte hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn nga bjeshk\u00ebt e Karadakut &#8211; Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb bregdetin Jon, me shkollat e sip\u00ebrth\u00ebna dhe me shkoll\u00ebn e Stubll\u00ebs (1564), shkoll\u00ebn e Himar\u00ebs (1628), shkoll\u00ebn e Pllan\u00ebs (1638), shkoll\u00ebn e Shkodr\u00ebs (1638), shkoll\u00ebn e Blinishtit t\u00eb Zadrim\u00ebs (1639), q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb ngrihej n\u00eb nivelin e mes\u00ebm, shkoll\u00ebn e Oroshit (1657), shkoll\u00ebn e Janjev\u00ebs (1671), shkollat e Durr\u00ebsit, Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Pej\u00ebs, Gjakov\u00ebs, Prizrenit etj., p\u00ebrfshi dhe Kuvendin Fran\u00e7eskan t\u00eb Rubikut (1582) e at\u00eb t\u00eb Troshanit (1639) etj. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u habitur q\u00eb shkollat m\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00eb i gjejm\u00eb n\u00eb male dhe jo n\u00eb qytete, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshm\u00eb n\u00eb rrethanat dramatike t\u00eb pushtimin otoman, kur dhe vet\u00eb ipeshkvit\u00eb ishin mbivendosur n\u00eb zona t\u00eb larg\u00ebta malore. Prandaj dhe Formul\u00ebn e Pag\u00ebzimit e gjejm\u00eb n\u00eb lart\u00ebsit\u00eb e malit t\u00eb Dej\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dje ateizmi dhe sot laiciteti kushtetues i shtetit shqiptar, q\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet shpesh si \u201cargument\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb verdikt p\u00ebr t\u00eb varrosur n\u00eb grop\u00ebn e historis\u00eb abetaret e shkruara apo t\u00eb pashkruara t\u00eb nj\u00eb kohe t\u00eb \u00e7muar q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se epoka europianiste e Pal Engj\u00ebllit, Gjon Buzukut, Frang Bardhit, Pjet\u00ebr Budit, Pjet\u00ebr Bogdanit etj. Si mund t\u00eb mos i pranojm\u00eb muret e nj\u00eb shkolle, ku kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar shqip paraardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb, vet\u00ebm se aty ishte dhe nj\u00eb kompanjel kishe apo abacie? A e din\u00eb moralist\u00ebt \u201ckomb\u00ebtar\u00eb\u201d se prif\u00ebrinjt\u00eb kan\u00eb vazhduar t\u00eb japin m\u00ebsim n\u00eb shkollat publike t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar deri n\u00eb vitet \u201950 t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb XX? At\u00ebher\u00eb kur hapnin dyert ato shkolla nuk kishim nj\u00eb shtet shqiptar, as fetar, as laik, prandaj t\u00eb mos e shohim at\u00eb koh\u00eb me syt\u00eb e sot\u00ebm. Tek e fundit fondamentet komb\u00ebtare e tejkakojn\u00eb fen\u00eb dhe shtetin, p\u00ebr me tep\u00ebr ato q\u00eb ndihmuan n\u00eb krijimin e vet\u00eb shtetit. Fatmir\u00ebsisht shkollat e mesjet\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb pas ato t\u00eb Rilindjes ishin n\u00eb jug e n\u00eb veri, hapur nga misionar\u00eb e veprimtar\u00eb t\u00eb tri besimeve, ku do t\u00eb spikaste vepra e Naum Veqilharxhit, Teodor Haxhi Filipit, Petro Nini Luarasit, Jeronim De Rad\u00ebs, Prend Do\u00e7it, Luigj Gurakuqit, Mati Logarecit, Hafiz Ali Ulqinakut, Hafiz Ibrahim Dalliut, motrave Qiriazi etj. At\u00ebher\u00eb ku \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi? Se kemi th\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00ebh\u00ebr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 7 marsi dita e par\u00eb e shkoll\u00ebs? M\u00ebsuesit e para nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb shekulli thon\u00eb se ishte konteksti patriotik dhe jo ai historik-shkencor q\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktoi shkoll\u00ebn e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs si t\u00eb par\u00ebn shkoll\u00eb shqipe dhe 7 Marsin si Dit\u00ebn e M\u00ebsuesit. M\u00ebsuesi dhe studiuesi veteran Ismet Balaj, kujton: \u201cEdhe at\u00ebher\u00eb qe folur se nuk ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ishte ajo e para, flitej madje p\u00ebr shkolla shqipe n\u00eb Prizren, Elbasan etj., por linja zyrtare u mbrojt me vargjet e Naimit p\u00ebr M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtoren e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb, sipas studiuesve, vet\u00eb Kor\u00e7a kishte patur 35 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb se kjo \u201cnj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb n\u00eb Trebick\u00eb (para vitit 1854), ku u p\u00ebrdor abetarja e par\u00eb shqipe e hartuar nga Veqilharxhi e ku kishte m\u00ebsuar dhe Spiro Dine\u201d. Kjo nuk e zbeh aspak M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtoren dhe kushtimin naimjan t\u00eb saj: \u201cLumja ti, moj Kor\u00e7\u00eb, o lule\/ Q\u00eb i le pas shoqet e tua\u201d, si nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb shqipe historike, qytetare, martire, p\u00ebrkundrazi ajo del m\u00eb fort n\u00eb pah si rithemeluese e nj\u00eb tradite arsimore paraardh\u00ebse, e nj\u00eb etape t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit rilindas n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. A nuk ka ardhur koha q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb qendrim tjet\u00ebr zyrtar ndaj k\u00ebtyre shkollave t\u00eb Mesjet\u00ebs, jo vet\u00ebm nga njer\u00ebzit e letrave dhe t\u00eb historis\u00eb, por dhe nga institucionet e shtetit shqiptar, Ministria e Arsimit dhe e Sportit? Vendimi p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn e par\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e \u201crevolucionarizimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs\u201d me 1967 \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb politikisht, tani t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet nga qarqet akademike dhe universitare, me konsensus t\u00eb gjer\u00eb qytetar. N\u00ebse kisha katolike themeloi n\u00ebp\u00ebr Europ\u00eb universitetet e para, si n\u00eb Bolonja, Padova etj., k\u00ebtu mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ishin shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb kufizuara, por ama di\u00e7ka e mir\u00eb ndodhi, nj\u00eb gjerdan shkollash t\u00eb ul\u00ebta e deri t\u00eb mesme u hapen. At\u00ebher\u00eb pse turist\u00ebve t\u2019iu prijm\u00eb vet\u00ebm te nj\u00eb obelisk, ai i M\u00ebsonj\u00ebtores s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn e filozofis\u00eb son\u00eb popullore se me nj\u00eb lule nuk vjen pranvera?<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, nuk kemi nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb shqipe, por disa shkolla t\u00eb tilla dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb qytetari p\u00ebr nj\u00eb komb. Shkollat e para shqipe nuk i kemi n\u00eb shekullin XIX, por shekuj m\u00eb par\u00eb. Nuk ka kuptim q\u00eb katoli\u00e7izmit t\u2019i pranosh librat e par\u00eb shqip, por jo dhe shkollat e para shqipe, pasi ato jan\u00eb nj\u00eb unitet kulturologjik, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, t\u00eb nj\u00eb ADN-je dhe ngjizur nga e nj\u00ebjta ABC. A nuk jan\u00eb rilindas dhe ata q\u00eb i hapen ato shkolla dy shekuj e gjysm\u00eb para shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs? A nuk na thot\u00eb i vyeri profesor Namik Resuli, studiuesi i njohur i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqiptare, se \u201cp\u00ebr klerik\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb Rilindja Komb\u00ebtare kish z\u00ebn\u00eb fill, ndon\u00ebse fshehurazi, q\u00eb nga dita kur Shqip\u00ebria u rob\u00ebrua p\u00ebrfundimisht nga turqit.\u201d (S. \u00c7apaliku, Prij\u00ebs p\u00ebr gjeografin\u00eb dhe sociologjin\u00eb e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqiptare\u201d, Tiran\u00eb 1997.) Ishte e kuptueshme q\u00eb kisha katolike, i vetmi \u201cinstitucion shqiptar i mbetur n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb rend t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb asaj rilindje arb\u00ebnore t\u00eb kishte pun\u00ebt e dituris\u00eb, arsimit dhe edukimit.
