Ata asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb zem\u00ebruar me k\u00ebt\u00eb, as me ne q\u00eb rrall\u00eb jemi kujtuar p\u00ebr ta, dhe pse jan\u00eb t\u00eb ikurit e nj\u00eb gjaku, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit, motrat, kush\u00ebrinjt\u00eb, si dhe shok\u00ebt, miqt\u00eb, koleg\u00ebt, bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebt, t\u00eb njohur e t\u00eb panjohur. Ik\u00ebn larg, n\u00eb dh\u00e9 t\u00eb huaj, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb ikur gjithnj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e k\u00ebtij rruzulli, jo vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jetes\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019ia shmangur luft\u00ebs, furtun\u00ebs, skamjes. N\u00eb fillim zbrit\u00ebn nga mali n\u00eb fush\u00eb, pastaj kap\u00ebrcyen me mundim kufirin, detin, oqeanin, kontinentet. Ka patur ikje biblike, madh\u00ebshtore e ikje t\u00eb vetmuara individ\u00ebsh t\u00eb sfilitur. Dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori e mbaruar. Rrjedhja njer\u00ebzore e atdheut vazhdon, shpesh me p\u00ebrmasa dramatike. Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00e7do vit i ikin t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 20 mij\u00eb vet\u00eb, kryesisht familje, t\u00eb joshur s\u00eb voni ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga \u00ebndrra gjermane. N\u00eb ikjet e koh\u00ebpaskohshme mbase m\u00eb t\u00eb paktat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ato t\u00eb aventurier\u00ebve, nisur p\u00ebr ta shijuar bot\u00ebn pa punuar, apo p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb prokopi p\u00ebrmes trafikimit e krimit.<br \/>\nHistoria e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e shkruar, qysh e nizam\u00ebve t\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb shkuar, e ve\u00e7mas ajo e diaspor\u00ebs q\u00eb nis e konturohet me fillimet e shekullit XX n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, emigracionin politik t\u00eb pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore dhe at\u00eb ekonomik t\u00eb 90-s e mbrapa. Asaj i p\u00ebrkasin njer\u00ebzit e dy skajeve, edhe ata q\u00eb ik\u00ebn n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim dhe u b\u00ebn\u00eb prelat\u00eb kishtar\u00eb, ambasador\u00eb t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut, matematikan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar, shkrimtar\u00eb humanist\u00eb, edhe ata q\u00eb ia mbajt\u00ebn nga Stambolli dhe u b\u00ebn\u00eb pashallar\u00eb t\u00eb perandoris\u00eb otomane, me jo pak zullume n\u00eb islamizimin me dhun\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre e trevave shqiptare. Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb analiza historike q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtyre radh\u00ebve, thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkitje n\u00eb kontekstin e kategorive e shtresimeve t\u00eb t\u00eb ikurve. Problemi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e sotmja e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb emigracionit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb as ambasador\u00eb t\u00eb Kryetrimit, as pashallar\u00eb t\u00eb orientit, por pun\u00ebtor\u00eb me \u201cmeditje\u201d t\u00eb kapitalizmit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, ndokund dhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs, teknicien\u00eb, artist\u00eb t\u00eb skenave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, sportist\u00eb t\u00eb stadiumeve t\u00eb famsh\u00ebm etj. Askush k\u00ebndej nuk e di se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh me k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz, familjet dhe komunitetet e tyre. Ka vet\u00ebm statistika t\u00eb p\u00ebraf\u00ebrta, shifra dhe aq. Edhe n\u00eb past\u00eb patur ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ministri t\u00eb Emigracionit te ne, ministri ka qen\u00eb i partis\u00eb iks dhe jo i problematikave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebrtej\u2026Atdheut. Ajo q\u00eb t\u00eb dhemb \u00ebsht\u00eb se ata, t\u00eb ikurit tan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto nj\u00ebzet e pes\u00eb vjet, po vijn\u00eb k\u00ebtu p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebt, p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb \u201cmiq\u201d, m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer nj\u00eb si detyrim ndaj t\u00eb af\u00ebrmve, se sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar realisht p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebtrin\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e atyre aq sa dhe e jona, dhe kur ka q\u00eblluar q\u00eb ne ua kemi tjet\u00ebrsuar pronat m\u00eb dredhi. Qeverit\u00eb q\u00eb hipin n\u00eb pushtet, dhe me vot\u00ebn e emigrant\u00ebve, ftojn\u00eb rregullisht t\u00eb huajt\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb e t\u00eb investojn\u00eb k\u00ebtu, pa\u00e7ka se cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb ata n\u00eb vendet e tyre p\u00ebr nga kredibiliteti moral dhe ekonomik, dhe nuk ka nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb serioze, t\u00eb posa\u00e7me, apo promovim mediatik t\u00eb investitor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb par\u00e1 jasht\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb investuar k\u00ebtu. Gjasat jan\u00eb q\u00eb ata bien pre e pushtetar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar jo nj\u00eb euro metrin katror, por miliona euro n\u00ebn dor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngulur ndonj\u00eb fabrik\u00ebz etj.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr k\u00ebto e t\u00eb tjera prap\u00ebsi t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb pacivilizuar ata kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb vijn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr si t\u00eb \u201chuaj\u201d, por dhe ne kemi filluar t\u2019i presim si miq. A nuk kemi shpikur madje dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb vit kushtuar tyre, q\u00eb diku quhet dita e emigrant\u00ebve, diku dita e shtegtar\u00ebve. Po pse nuk qenkan t\u00eb atyre k\u00ebtu, sa dhe tonat, t\u00eb 365 dit\u00ebt e vitit, por vet\u00ebm ajo dita e p\u00ebrcjelljes? As ata nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb i begenisin veprimtari t\u00eb tilla publike kinse n\u00eb nderim t\u00eb tyre si nj\u00eb larje borxhi. Emigrant\u00ebt nuk i kemi vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i par\u00eb nga xhepat, sa lek\u00eb mund t\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7atin\u00eb ton\u00eb q\u00eb na pikon gjithandej, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur fushatat elektorale t\u00eb majme t\u00eb kush\u00ebrinjve, p\u00ebr dhurata \u201csimbolike\u201d shtetar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u2019iu botuar kujtimet e drejtorll\u00ebkut t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb monizmit baballar\u00ebve t\u00eb etur p\u00ebr lavdi etj. Vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebto gjera na duhen, por jo q\u00eb dhe ata t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb qeverisjen e k\u00ebtij vendi. Ku i l\u00ebm\u00eb ne, q\u00eb e kemi privatizuar dhe pjes\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb atdheut, politik\u00ebs etj. Ju kujtohet nj\u00eb ekonomiste e zonja q\u00eb erdhi nga Amerika k\u00ebtu dhe u b\u00eb deputete e mazhoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme? Askush nuk e di pse ajo u largua vet\u00ebm pak pas zgjedhjeve, por gjas\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb mos e ket\u00eb gjetur veten n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e parlamentarizmit shqiptar, q\u00eb shpesh jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndotura. Duhet t\u00eb dish t\u00eb \u201cnotosh\u201d n\u00eb to sipas stilit t\u00eb k\u00ebtush\u00ebm, q\u00eb t\u2019i mbijetosh n\u00eb politik\u00eb. Le pastaj kur ata t\u00eb emigracionit duan t\u00eb na japin mend, me an\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb artikulli n\u00eb gazet\u00eb etj.? Ku i din\u00eb ata pun\u00ebt tona! Ora e tyre ka ngecur n\u00eb 90-n!&#8230; K\u00ebsisoj, duam apo nuk duam, \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar larg\u00ebsia shpirt\u00ebrore mes nesh dhe atyre. Ata i kan\u00eb provuar t\u00eb gjitha shkall\u00ebt e ferrit deri te parajsa, kurse neve na kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb purgatorin q\u00eb nuk i qasemi. Ata kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb tyr\u00ebn shkoll\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00ebt, kurse ne kemi \u201cshkoll\u00ebn\u201d e kafeneve. Ata kan\u00eb qindp\u00ebrqind nga atdheu vet\u00ebm flamurin me shkab\u00ebn dykrenore, t\u00eb tjerat i kemi ne n\u00eb tapi. Qysh nga \u201cVatra\u201d e Nolit n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb ata kan\u00eb krijuar gjithkund vatra t\u00eb shqiptaris\u00eb, po ne a jemi vatra e tyre e madhe, e pashuar? Sa pyetje t\u00eb tilla mund b\u00ebhen, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se ka p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqshme, pos nga diplomat\u00ebt tan\u00eb vullnetmir\u00eb. Ka s\u00eb fundi nj\u00eb lajm t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga ana e qeveris\u00eb, se emigrant\u00ebt do t\u00eb mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisin dokumentet e qendrimit atje, pa qen\u00eb nevoja t\u00eb marrin udh\u00ebn p\u00ebr k\u00ebndej p\u00ebr ca \u00e7\u00ebrtifikata. T\u00eb shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb kjo t\u00eb b\u00ebhet realitet p\u00ebrmes konsullatave apo sh\u00ebrbimeve online. Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm kjo leht\u00ebsi, q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte krijuar me koh\u00eb, atyre ua rrisim \u00e7mimin e avionit p\u00ebr n\u00eb vendlindje, sa her\u00eb vijn\u00eb festat tradicionale t\u00eb fundvitit dhe sezoni veror i plazhit, duke i detyruar ta paguajn\u00eb bilet\u00ebn dy e trefish. (K\u00ebtu nuk ua kemi ngr\u00ebn\u00eb hakun, pasi ia kemi rritur dhe vetes.)<br \/>\nEmigrant\u00ebt na e kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb neve n\u00eb duar dhe kjo e ka varf\u00ebruar vendin numerikisht dhe intelektualisht. Truri ka emigeruar&#8230; truri t\u00eb kthehet, thirret n\u00eb podiumet e partive, por thell\u00eb n\u00ebn-nd\u00ebrgjegjes s\u00eb politik\u00ebs sikur i vjen p\u00ebrshtat kjo gjendje, se si do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin k\u00ebshilltar\u00eb, deputet\u00eb, drejtor\u00eb, prefekt\u00eb, kryebashkiak\u00eb jo pak nga ata q\u00eb kemi sot n\u00eb k\u00ebto poste, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ishin k\u00ebtu dhe t\u00eb ikurit, shum\u00eb prej tyre nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb shkolluarit e k\u00ebtij vendi? A e keni v\u00ebn\u00eb re, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri statistikat flasin p\u00ebr tre milion\u00eb e ca banor\u00eb, sa n\u00eb vitet \u201980, kur ne dhe \u201cata\u201d jasht\u00eb jemi m\u00eb e pakta pes\u00eb milion\u00eb. Shkurt ua kemi hequr viz\u00ebn. Rrini, se mir\u00eb jeni atje, n\u00eb Gjermani, Zvic\u00ebr, Amerik\u00eb, Kanada, Itali, Greqi, Belgjik\u00eb, Angli etj. Desh\u00ebt tok\u00ebn e premtuar, ja tek e keni, \u00e7\u2019doni ende k\u00ebndej, ku iu ka r\u00ebn\u00eb koka?<br \/>\nFundja kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie jo normale mes shqiptar\u00ebsh t\u00eb ikur e t\u00eb paikur, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim m\u00eb kompleks problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb komb\u00ebtar dhe territorial. Ata q\u00eb ikin nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm shqiptar\u00ebt e 28 mij\u00eb kilometrave katror\u00eb, por dhe ata t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Plav\u00ebs e Gucis\u00eb, Tetov\u00ebs e Strug\u00ebs, Preshev\u00ebs e Medvegj\u00ebs etj. Kaq shekuj q\u00eb ata ikin dhe trojet tona etnike mpak\u00ebn, zihen nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por dhe n\u00eb mos u z\u00ebnshin nga ndokush i huaj, braktisja i ka shkretuar e b\u00ebr\u00eb gati jo ekzistente. Zor se b\u00ebhen m\u00eb disa vende thell\u00ebsisht t\u00eb l\u00ebna shkret me nj\u00eb vajtje n\u00eb vit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve atje, n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn M\u00ebris\u00eb apo ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb kremte tjet\u00ebr. As thjesht\u00eb duke nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb fshat nj\u00eb muze t\u00eb vock\u00ebl kujtese. Tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb po qe se t\u00eb ikurit kthehen dhe nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me banor\u00ebt e atysh\u00ebm gjera m\u00eb atraktive dhe funksionale, si ndonj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi sh\u00ebndeti, shkoll\u00eb, bujtin\u00eb turistike, udh\u00eb t\u00eb asfaltuar, monument kulture, lulishtet dhe trotuaret e qendr\u00ebs s\u00eb fshatit, qytez\u00ebs etj., \u00e7ka dhe ka ndodhur aty-k\u00ebtu, por ende pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri e p\u00ebrgjithshme.<br \/>\nKjo mbase do t\u00eb ishte dhe thirrja mbar\u00ebshqiptare e k\u00ebsaj kohe, t\u2019iu kthehemi tani viseve tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb rind\u00ebrtuar s\u00eb bashku at\u00eb q\u00eb ka mbetur, sa nuk jan\u00eb shuar trojet, kthyer arat n\u00eb djerrina, shembur kullat, thar\u00eb pem\u00ebt, shterruar p\u00ebrrenjt\u00eb, djegur mrizet, duke d\u00ebshiruar q\u00eb k\u00ebto radh\u00eb t\u00eb ngjallin sadopak ndjeshm\u00ebri, pse jo dhe debat t\u00eb frytsh\u00ebm rreth k\u00ebsaj. T\u00eb kthehemi v\u00ebllaz\u00ebrisht dhe pa politik\u00ebn si udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyese, meq\u00eb nuk e pat\u00ebm fat nj\u00eb politik\u00eb atdhetare largpam\u00ebse q\u00eb t\u00eb na krijonte shanset p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer te kullat e mal\u00ebsive me projekte rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjeje sociale dhe ekonomike. Ndoshta n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e rilindasve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb nj\u00ebqind vjet\u00ebve kjo thirrje do t\u00eb ishte rikthim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e l\u00ebshuar Atdheun.
