Sipas Konic\u00ebs, i bie t\u00eb thuhet, n\u00eb Zululand. \u00c7udia \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb fraz\u00eb<!--more--> fatkeqe e lexon jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kujtime t\u00eb djeshmish, kinse disidente, e d\u00ebgjon n\u00eb biseda t\u00eb zakonshme qaramane, po dhe n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb e Shkencave. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, duke folur n\u00eb p\u00ebrvjetorin e nj\u00eb personaliteti t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb letrave, nj\u00ebri nga kumtuesit tha se n\u00eb vitet \u201960 shkrimtarin n\u00eb z\u00eb e d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb nj\u00eb rreth t\u00eb humbur\u2026 si Mirdita, por ai diti me se t\u00eb merrej, gjurmoi n\u00eb terren vlera t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb historike etj. Shprehje t\u00eb tilla zakonisht kalojn\u00eb pa u v\u00ebn\u00eb re nga auditori, askush nuk e shkon nd\u00ebrmend se fjala \u201cvret\u201d! Gjithandej has n\u00eb shtampa t\u00eb tilla pezhorative, ngaq\u00eb n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn ton\u00eb ka z\u00ebn\u00eb vend p\u00ebr\u00e7mimi i tjetrit, qoft\u00eb ky njeri, fshat, krahin\u00eb, rreth, shtet tjet\u00ebr, sidomos fqinj. Shkohet dhe m\u00eb larg, duke i par\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb popujt ca t\u00eb fis\u00ebm e ca m\u00eb pak t\u00eb fis\u00ebm. \u00cbsht\u00eb historia e p\u00ebrballjeve ballkanike q\u00eb ka krijuar nj\u00eb shikim keq\u00ebsues t\u00eb tjetrit matan\u00eb kufirit, kurse brendap\u00ebrbrenda kjo lidhet me psikologjin\u00eb e sundimtar\u00ebve q\u00eb rronin n\u00eb sarajet e qyteteve, gjithnj\u00eb me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019i shtruar malet, nga mund t\u2019iu vinte rreziku.<\/p>\n<p>Fshat i humbur. Zon\u00eb e humbur. Rreth i humbur. I d\u00ebgjon her\u00eb pas here k\u00ebto. \u00cbsht\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb steriotip ligj\u00ebrimor q\u00eb nuk shqitet. Mir\u00ebpo a \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet i \u201chumbur\u201d ky apo ai fshat, lokalitet e rreth? Ndoshta pati b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebkat t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe Noli i madh duke shkruar nga nj\u00eb karakterizim satirik p\u00ebr krahinat e ndryshme shqiptare, q\u00eb dhe sot p\u00ebrdoren si tipare ekskluzive t\u00eb tyre dhe jo \u201cthumba\u201d humoresk\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrimtari. \u00cbsht\u00eb shprehje e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb civilizimit p\u00ebr\u00e7mimi \u201cpopullor\u201d apo \u201cintelektual\u201d i zonave t\u00eb ndryshme, mal\u00ebsia iks \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb trime, fusha ipsilon m\u00eb pun\u00ebtore, ky bajrak i par\u00eb, ai tjetri i dyt\u00eb etj. Ka plot djem nga periferia q\u00eb vijn\u00eb e banojn\u00eb n\u00eb pallatet nd\u00ebrtuar me pun\u00eb vullnetare n\u00eb vitet \u201970 duke l\u00ebn\u00eb vilat n\u00eb periferi, vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb mos mbajn\u00eb etiket\u00ebn \u201cfshatar\u00eb\u201d. V\u00ebrtet ka diferenca mes fshatit dhe qytetit, urbanes dhe rurales, por kurr\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb kriter dallues cil\u00ebsori \u201ci humbur\u201d p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb klisheja e krijuar, ashtu si\u00e7 thuhet r\u00ebndom dhe \u201czona t\u00eb izoluara\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar izolimin nga d\u00ebbora n\u00eb dim\u00ebr, po dhe varf\u00ebrin\u00eb, prapambetjen etj. Kur donin ta internonin dik\u00eb nga inteligjenca e \u00e7onin n\u00eb \u201cSiberin\u00eb\u201d shqiptare &#8211; minier\u00ebn e Kurbneshit, gryk\u00ebn e Tepelen\u00ebs, apo sharrat e Puk\u00ebs. Sot qyteti i Kurbneshit nuk vlen as p\u00ebr \u201carmiqt\u00eb e klas\u00ebs\u201d, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb shuar plot\u00ebsisht, kan\u00eb mbetur vet\u00ebm pak banor\u00eb n\u00eb fshatra, po p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar tek ata duhet mjet me zinxhir\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb dje, sadoq\u00eb larg e pa nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn kalohej me makin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Meq\u00eb studiuesi i Akademis\u00eb, ashtu pa t\u00eb keq, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr si nj\u00eb shkarje goje, e konsideroi Mirdit\u00ebn e asaj kohe \u201cnj\u00eb rreth t\u00eb humbur\u201d, vet\u00ebm 70 kilometra nga kryeqyteti, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn lart\u00ebsi mbi nivelin e detit me Tiran\u00ebn, n\u00eb dash n\u00eb zon\u00ebn fushore, n\u00eb dash n\u00eb Dajt e Munell\u00eb, e para qend\u00ebr industriale e vendit, q\u00eb nga vitet \u201930 (miniera e Rubikut), at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb thuhet p\u00ebr rrethet e tjera gjoegrafikisht pas \u201cn\u00ebnt\u00eb malesh\u201d, 250 km nga kryeqyteti. Gjerat sot kan\u00eb ndryshuar, por n\u00eb shekullin XIX Tirana ishte nj\u00eb qytet pa ndonj\u00eb zhvillim kushedi, me pak tregti e zejtari dhe sidomos pa ndonj\u00eb status t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, kurse n\u00eb lart\u00ebsit\u00eb e Oroshit ishte ende selia e fundit princore e vendit, e Gjomarkajve (Markagjon\u00ebve), si dhe Abacia e vetme e mbijetuar n\u00eb Ballkan, q\u00eb vizitohej rregullisht nga konsujt e huaj europian\u00eb dhe mjaft t\u00eb kujtosh se \u00e7far\u00eb ka shkruar Edith Durham p\u00ebr at\u00eb vend e ata banor\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se Mirdita nuk ishte aspak e humbur. Asokohe kishe pse t\u00eb shkoje atje, qoft\u00eb dhe pse krahina, n\u00eb mos e vetmja, kishte mbetur e paprekur nga shtresimet kulturore orientale. Kur \u00ebsht\u00eb puna p\u00ebr t\u00eb qit\u00eb n\u00eb drit\u00eb tiparet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb k\u00ebtij populli studiuesit e qendr\u00ebs (ardhur nga vendet e \u201chumbura\u201d gjat\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb kaluar) shpejtojn\u00eb ta k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb bes\u00ebn e mikpritjen bash n\u00eb ato katunde \u201ct\u00eb prapambetura\u201d. Madje ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebt q\u00eb mburrin bes\u00ebn e mikpritjen dhe shajn\u00eb Kanunin, si t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb ky i fundit trualli a institucioni jo vet\u00ebm ligjor, por dhe moral-kulturor ku kultivoheshin virtytet e rac\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>E n\u00ebse do ta vazhdonim apologjin\u00eb p\u00ebr vendet e \u201chumbura\u201d t\u00eb shekullit XX, na duhet t\u00eb themi se historia e larg\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar bujare me to, p\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb Nd\u00ebrfan\u00eb (midis dy lumenjve me emrin Fan) ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin XII-XIII selia e Shtetit t\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit (Progonit, Gjinit e Dhimitrit). Akoma m\u00eb thell\u00eb n\u00eb histori, ato territore n\u00eb Iliri zot\u00ebroheshin nga Pirust\u00ebt, luft\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb shquar kund\u00ebr romak\u00ebve dhe nxjerr\u00ebs e p\u00ebrpunues si askush t\u00eb mineralit t\u00eb bakrit, ku p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrhapur k\u00ebt\u00eb mjeshtri i \u00e7uan n\u00ebp\u00ebr Europ\u00eb deri n\u00eb Dakin\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr af\u00ebr Bukureshtit. Po n\u00ebse kjo mund t\u00eb merret si nj\u00eb legjend\u00eb lavdimadhe, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e till\u00eb, mjaft t\u00eb ndalesh n\u00eb Muzeun Komb\u00ebtar e t\u00eb kundrosh p\u00ebrkrenaren ilire t\u00eb zbuluar n\u00eb Perlat t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs, apo t\u00eb tjera gjurm\u00eb autentike t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trevave qendrore t\u00eb tok\u00ebs s\u00eb shqipeve.<\/p>\n<p>E, po, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb historia mat\u00ebsi, mund t\u00eb thuhet, nuk t\u00eb pyet kush si ke qen\u00eb, por si je. At\u00ebher\u00eb ne do t\u00eb thoshim se n\u00ebse ato mal\u00ebsi kan\u00eb mbetur t\u00eb humbura n\u00eb koh\u00ebn moderne, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb nga vetja, por nga politika q\u00eb b\u00ebn p\u00ebr to Tirana, dikur me kooperativizmin anemik e sot me fondet q\u00eb qeveria planifikon p\u00ebr zonat e larg\u00ebta, po shpesh atje nuk mb\u00ebrrijn\u00eb as gjysmat e lek\u00ebve p\u00ebr investime. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohen planifikuesit urban\u00eb, q\u00eb, n\u00eb kuadrin e reform\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit territoriale, me Mirdit\u00ebn si epiqend\u00ebr, pat\u00ebn propozuar rajonin e Arb\u00ebrit. Por dihet q\u00eb politika tek ne as q\u00eb do ta d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile, dhe pse jo pak njer\u00ebz i kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb asaj nga kjo port\u00eb si m\u00eb e besueshme. \u201cZonat e thella\u201d nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb humbura vet\u00ebm kur vijn\u00eb fushatat elektorale dhe b\u00ebhen nj\u00ebsh n\u00eb \u201cara, fabrika, kantiere\u201d politikan\u00ebt e qendr\u00ebs me njer\u00ebzit e baz\u00ebs, kur k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit kan\u00eb rastin e lum t\u00eb \u00e7mallen me burrat e shtetit vet\u00ebm n\u00eb \u201cstin\u00ebn\u201d (pazarin) e votave, pasi m\u00eb pas t\u00eb naltit do t\u2019ua mbyllin telefonin \u201ct\u00eb humburve\u201d, dit\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb zgjedhjet, qofshin ata dhe nga radh\u00ebt e fituesve.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb humbura mal\u00ebsit\u00eb tona t\u00eb larg\u00ebta sidomos p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket turizmit, ani se pas \u201cn\u00ebnt\u00eb malesh\u201d e p\u00ebr me shkue n\u00eb Alpe duhet marr\u00eb udha nga Gjakova, p\u00ebrderisa m\u00eb shum\u00eb vizitor\u00eb ka n\u00eb Valbon\u00eb se n\u00eb pedonalen muzeale t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, dhe se k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb fundit i vjen era qofte. Tashm\u00eb ka nj\u00eb si zbulim t\u00eb zonave t\u00eb \u201chumbura\u201d nga turist\u00ebt e shumt\u00eb, t\u00eb vendit e t\u00eb huaj, alpinist\u00ebt, skiator\u00ebt, garuesit e makinave n\u00eb terrene malore, eksploruesit e p\u00ebrrenjve e uj\u00ebvarave mes pyjeve t\u00eb thella, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb lakmueshme p\u00ebr natyr\u00ebn e begat\u00eb, kuzhin\u00ebn tradicionale, prodhimet bio etj. Sigurisht ka njer\u00ebz q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen q\u00eb ato vende t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb t\u00eb humbura dhe kjo b\u00ebhet jo duke i etiketuar, por duke iu afruar projekte zhvillimi, q\u00eb dhe Kalaja e Dod\u00ebs t\u00eb ket\u00eb hisen e vet n\u00eb detin Adriatik, edhe t\u00eb peshkut, edhe t\u00eb plazhit, e jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb shijohet mishi i fresk\u00ebt e qengjave t\u00eb saj nga \u201cqytetar\u00ebt\u201d. Zhvillimi i nj\u00eb zone e varf\u00ebrimi i nj\u00eb tjetre sot varet dhe nga \u00e7\u2019interesa ka p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend a nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr oligarkia q\u00eb ka financat e majme, se Rodoni bregdetar \u00ebsht\u00eb i humbur po aq sa Lura, dhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap nga Gjiri i Lalzit, porse aty nuk ofrohet nj\u00eb parajs\u00eb p\u00ebr pushtetar\u00ebt. Aty do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjosh p\u00ebr Sk\u00ebnderbeun, shenjt\u00ebrit, apo dhe Poseidonin, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Lal\u00ebz ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr burrat e shtetit shqiptar t\u00eb tranzicionit, ende pa histori.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kontekst, psikologjia \u201crreth i humbur\u201d, i \u201cdor\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb\u201d etj. nuk ka prekur vet\u00ebm rrethet e larg\u00ebta, por dhe Shkodr\u00ebn e Gjirokastr\u00ebn, ku n\u00eb k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit student\u00ebt pranohen me nota m\u00eb t\u00eb ulta se n\u00eb universitetet e Tiran\u00ebs!? A jemi n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn republik\u00eb? Pra, diskriminimi nis nga lart. Nuk ka t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat kritere t\u00eb pranimit universitar, por diferencime dhe paragjykime. Politika \u00ebsht\u00eb e para q\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb lejoj\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb rrethe, universitete e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ca t\u00eb favorizuar e ca t\u00eb \u201chumbur\u201d, njer\u00ebz t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb.
