Ato lidhen me shkoll\u00ebn e par\u00eb shqipe t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb vitit 1584, q\u00eb asokohe njihej si Kolegji i Sh\u00ebn Luk\u00ebs (nj\u00ebri nga kat\u00ebr ungjilltar\u00ebt biblik\u00eb). Sa duket Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb e bekuar si asnj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr, pasi koh\u00ebt e fundit n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Ulpian\u00ebs arkeolog\u00ebt kan\u00eb zbuluar rr\u00ebnojat antike t\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e pritshme abetarja atje ku e para ishte fjala, si\u00e7 ka ndodhur n\u00eb Europ\u00eb me krijimin prej kish\u00ebs katolike t\u00eb insitucioneve t\u00eb para arsimore nga niveli fillestar te universitetet. Edhe nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb misionar\u00ebt e fes\u00eb ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkruar t\u00eb par\u00ebt shqipen dhe e kan\u00eb futur at\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkolla. K\u00ebsisoj dhe n\u00eb Stubll\u00ebn e Karadakut nuk mund t\u00eb ndodhte ndryshe. Por ajo q\u00eb ia vlen t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb dukje \u00ebsht\u00eb se misionar\u00ebt dhe arsimtar\u00ebt e sotsh\u00ebm ecin n\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e tradit\u00ebs diturimbjell\u00ebse. N\u00eb Zym t\u00eb Hasit prej dyzet vitesh zhvillollen \u201cTakimet e Gje\u00e7ovit\u201d, me nism\u00ebn e intelektual\u00ebve vendas dhe t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs kulturore \u201cKaterina Josipi\u201d, n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll \u201cTakimet e Dom Mikelit\u201d organizohen prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb \u00e7erek shekulli po prej faktorit kulturor atje. Duket se ka nj\u00eb ringjallje t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb shkuara, ku shkolla, k\u00ebrkimet shkencore, botimet fetare-kulturore ishin me par\u00ebsore p\u00ebr emancipimin e kombit. Rasti e ka sjell\u00eb t\u00eb jemi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs her\u00eb pas here n\u00eb k\u00ebto takime ku kemi par\u00eb v\u00ebrtet di\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb shembull, pasi ku e ku p\u00ebrkujtimoret jan\u00eb zbehur ose zhvillohen pa ndonj\u00eb risi, si nj\u00eb her\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb Stub\u00ebll veprimtaria publike e p\u00ebrvitshme, krahas mesh\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb akademi shkencore, or\u00ebn letrare dhe programin artistik, nd\u00ebrkohe q\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebt paraardh\u00ebse zhvillohen koncerte p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Don Albert Jakaj dhe shoqata kulturore kan\u00eb menduar p\u00ebr \u00e7do detaj, duke u kujdesur jo vet\u00ebm jav\u00ebn e fest\u00ebs. Shkolla, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb fokusi kryesor i veprimtarive me ndikim dhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn social &#8211; kulturore t\u00eb banor\u00ebve, duke nxitur nismat p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb zhvillim ekonomik dhe m\u00eb pak emigrim.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr Stubll\u00ebn, shkoll\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb saj, martir\u00ebt e Karadakut e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb nuk e ke t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb pasi tashm\u00eb ka muze, guida, botime nga studiuesit e shkrimtar\u00ebt stubllan\u00eb: Isak Ahmeti, Dom Gjergj Gjergji, Engj\u00ebll Koliqi, Albert Ramaj, Ndue Ukaj, Sar\u00eb Gjergji, Zef Ahmeti etj. Stublla, Bin\u00e7a, Letnica dhe mbar\u00eb ajo zon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e begat\u00eb p\u00ebr nga visari kulturologjik i s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb tashmes. Ndaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rastit q\u00eb Stublla, si nj\u00eb lart\u00ebsi historike e lakmuar, ka shkuar p\u00ebrtej vetes dhe t\u00eb vet\u00ebve. Profesor Engj\u00ebll Sedaj duke kumtuar n\u00eb \u201cTakimet e Dom Mikelit, para dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vitesh, do ta quante \u201cnj\u00eb shk\u00ebndi n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebn e thell\u00eb\u201d shkoll\u00ebn e saj. Duar-duar dija rreth historis\u00eb s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle prijetare erdhi e kulmoi n\u00eb studime t\u00eb plota. Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, studiuesi i p\u00ebrkushtuar Sar\u00eb Gjergji, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh dhe poet i talentuar, me rastin e 430-vjetorit t\u00eb Kolegjit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Luk\u00ebs, botoi n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb librin studimor \u201cStublla me shkoll\u00ebn e par\u00eb shqipe\u201d q\u00eb u p\u00ebrcoll dhe nga mediumet shkencore t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Autori shkruan se viti 1584 sh\u00ebnon themelimin dhe ekzistenc\u00ebn e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat mbar\u00ebshqiptare, ku me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se pavar\u00ebsisht nd\u00ebrprerjeve t\u00eb her\u00ebpashershme, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrethanave historike n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat u gjend populli shqiptar, shkolla e Stubll\u00ebs mundi t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb nga viti 1584 deri m\u00eb 1905.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb studiuesit q\u00eb jan\u00eb marr\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb shkoll\u00eb emblematike. K\u00ebshtu Jashar Rexhepagiq shkruan se \u201csidomos Stublla af\u00ebr Gjilanit, fshat q\u00eb flet gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, ka qen\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr hapjen e nj\u00eb kolegji t\u00eb till\u00eb katolik\u201d. Shefik Osmani: \u201cN\u00eb vitet e pushtimit osman, m\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe b\u00ebhej fshehurazi n\u00eb ato pak shkolla fetare q\u00eb u lejuan t\u00eb vazhdonin veprimtarin\u00eb e tyre, si n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll (1584), Himar\u00eb (1627), Kurbin (1632), Kor\u00e7\u00eb (1637), Pllan\u00eb (1639), Blinisht (1639), Dh\u00ebrmi (1660), Janjev\u00eb (1665)\u201d etj. Dhimit\u00ebr Shuteriqi gjykon se kolegjet si i Sh\u00ebn Luk\u00ebs ishin shkolla t\u00eb larta dhe p\u00ebrve\u00e7 teologjis\u00eb, n\u00eb to m\u00ebsohej filozofia dhe studioheshin klasik\u00ebt\u201d. Kurse Amik Kasaruho pranin\u00eb e t\u00eb par\u00ebs shkoll\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll, tridhjet\u00eb vjet mbas botimit t\u00eb librit t\u00eb par\u00eb shqip, e sheh si \u201cnj\u00eb fakt simbolik q\u00eb tregon lidhjen e ngusht\u00eb mes gjuh\u00ebs, fes\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs dhe shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d. Mungesa e dokumenteve ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos i kemi emrat e themeluesve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shkolle nism\u00ebtare, n\u00eb vargun e shkollave dioqezane shqiptare, dhe pse k\u00ebrkimet v\u00ebrtiten rreth emrave t\u00eb prelat\u00ebve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb shekullit XX shkolla e rilindur ka dhe emrat e m\u00ebsuesve q\u00eb i dhan\u00eb jet\u00eb. Ajo n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb ka fatin e lum t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e nj\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi t\u00eb ndritsh\u00ebm, Dom Mikel Taraballuzit, q\u00eb n\u00eb ato mal\u00ebsi t\u00eb Karadakut g\u00ebzon nj\u00eb nderim t\u00eb madh, gati shenjt\u00ebror, ashtu si dhe m\u00ebsuesi tjet\u00ebr i njohur Dom Zef Ramaj, pag\u00ebzuesi i N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebs, kur ishte famullitar i Shkupit. P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb Rilindjes shkolla shqipe mori p\u00ebrmas\u00eb gjith\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare, ku tashm\u00eb do t\u00eb spikaste fort dhe roli m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i figurave t\u00eb komunitetit ortodoks: Naun Veqilharxhi, Papa Kristo Negovani, Teodor Haxhi Filipi, Petro Nini Luarasi, hoxh\u00ebve atdhetar\u00eb Hafiz Ali Ulqinaku n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e Lezh\u00eb, Hafiz Ibrahim Dalliu n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1901 etj. Vull\u00e2jt dhe kopshtet e para t\u00eb abc-s\u00eb tani po shnd\u00ebrroheshin n\u00eb ara t\u00eb dijes plot bim\u00ebsi t\u00eb frytshme.<\/p>\n<p>Stublla e Ep\u00ebrme \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qytez\u00eb e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb nj\u00eb pallaj\u00eb t\u00eb bukur. I ruajm\u00eb ende t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta mbresat e para dy viteve atje, n\u00eb kremtimet e Dom Mikelit, ku kishim shkuar bashk\u00eb Dom Nik Ukgjinin dhe mjedainin Mentor Quku, q\u00eb nuk rron m\u00eb, i cili ashtu si ne vente p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb Vitis\u00eb. Nj\u00eb tubim masiv ku mblidhen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, i madh e i vog\u00ebl, me sht\u00ebpit\u00eb dhe zemrat hapur, ku nuk mungojn\u00eb dhe emigrant\u00ebt q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga Zvicra e Gjermania. Parvjet Dom Lush Gjergji sapo kishte botuar librin e tij me titullin dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs \u201cDashuria q\u00eb nuk vdes\u201d, kushtuar njer\u00ebzve m\u00eb t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb shekullit XX dhe me shum\u00eb emocion ua jepte t\u00eb ftuarve, mes t\u00eb cil\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebng\u00ebtares Han\u00eb Nikprela q\u00eb kishte ardhur nga SHBA p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur me k\u00ebng\u00ebn e saj. Nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebsaj here t\u00eb pranishmit do t\u00eb njihen, ashtu si mbar\u00eb lexuesi shqiptar, me librin m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb tij, \u201cMiqt\u00eb e mi n\u00eb amshim\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Takimet i k\u00ebtij fillimtetori 2015 i kushtohen 110-vjetorit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb legale shqipe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (1905), q\u00eb asokohej financohej nga Vjena, si shum\u00eb shkolla shqiptare n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Mirdit\u00eb, Milot etj. Sar\u00eb Gjergji na njeh me nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb Dom Mikelit, q\u00eb njofton konsullat\u00ebn e Austro-Hungaris\u00eb p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Stubll\u00ebs: \u201cMe shum\u00eb k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi ju njoftoj se progresi i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm i shkoll\u00ebs son\u00eb n\u00eb Stub\u00ebll \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm dhe nuk l\u00eb asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar, gjith\u00e7ka shkon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri. Frekuentimi i shkollar\u00ebve q\u00eb mb\u00ebrrin n\u00eb numrin 42 (25 meshkuj dhe 17 femra) \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm dhe i rregullt dhe rrug\u00ebtimi i tyre p\u00ebr arsimim \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb, nj\u00eb mrekulli, \u00e7far\u00eb rrall\u00eb mund t\u00eb shihet gjetiu. Prandaj mund t\u00eb konfirmoj se shkolla e Stubll\u00ebs, e kultivuar me zell t\u00eb madh, me vullnet, k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebsi dhe durim n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e saj, do t\u00eb jap\u00eb fryte t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb me arsye i pret Ministria e Juaj\u201d, shkruan nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera m\u00ebsues Don Mikel Tarabulluzi, t\u00eb cilin Engj\u00ebl Sedaj e rreshton nd\u00ebr veprimtar\u00ebt e shquar t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, si: Shtjef\u00ebn Gje\u00e7ovi, Pandeli Sotiri, Preng Do\u00e7i, Mati Logoreci, Konstantin Kristoforidhi, Luigj Gurakuqi, Parashqevi Qiriazi etj.
