Edhe m\u00ebsuesit tan\u00eb t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs i dor\u00ebzohen \u201curdh\u00ebrit\u201d t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesis\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn, ani se pa nj\u00eb betim zyrtar. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fjala p\u00ebr nj\u00eb akt formal, p\u00ebrkundrazi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka e leht\u00eb, se a mund t\u00eb betohen ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb bler\u00eb diploma n\u00eb kioskat universitare? Apo ata pedagog\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00ebn p\u00ebrlyer me \u201cdhurata\u201d student\u00ebsh? Mbi t\u00eb gjitha \u00ebsht\u00eb dinjiteti profesional, q\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e t\u00eb gjitha niveleve nuk e kan\u00eb patur t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb nga politika, nga nj\u00ebra reforma arsimore n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se kemi nj\u00eb themel t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb arsimi, qysh me shkollat e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Rilindjes dhe ato t\u00eb m\u00ebvonshme. Ka mbetur n\u00eb histori reforma arsimore e ish-ministrit vizionar t\u00eb Arsimit Mirash Ivanaj n\u00eb vitin 1933, ku m\u00ebsuesit i jepej nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb e lakmueshme n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, duke i m\u00ebshuar kryesisht formatit t\u00eb tij profesional, \u00e7ka shihet dhe n\u00eb relacionet zyrtare t\u00eb inspektimit shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Edhe betimi i m\u00ebsuesit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e re p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn shqiptare. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kujtimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve veteran\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Mbret\u00ebris\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi betohej dit\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, si edukator dhe n\u00ebpun\u00ebs i shtetit. Statusi i tij ishte si i \u00e7do zyrtari tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb se numri i arsimtar\u00ebve n\u00eb shkall\u00eb vendi ishte i pakt\u00eb, emrimi dhe transferimi i tyre b\u00ebhej drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga ministria e Arsimit. Personaliteti i m\u00ebsuesit nis e dyzohet pik\u00ebrisht at\u00ebher\u00eb kur qeveria moniste, gjysm\u00eb shekulli m\u00eb par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrmori \u201crevolucionarizmin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs\u201d, duke futur trek\u00ebnd\u00ebshin m\u00ebsim &#8211; pun\u00eb prodhuese &#8211; st\u00ebrvitje ushtarake, pasi tashm\u00eb nga m\u00ebsuesi k\u00ebrkohej t\u00eb ishte dhe masovik e propagandist politik n\u00eb fshat etj., pa mohuar rolin e tij emancipues p\u00ebr disa ndryshime social-kulturore n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb fshatare jo pak t\u00eb prapambetur, qendrat e reja t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe qytete. Dy ishin an\u00ebt e medaljes s\u00eb asaj reforme me emrin bu\u00e7it\u00ebs \u201crevolucionarizim\u201d, shikimi pozitiv nga ana e administrat\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimit, q\u00eb besonte se kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb hop t\u00eb madh p\u00ebrpara dhe v\u00ebshtrimi kritik i atyre mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt binin pasojat e reform\u00ebs, q\u00eb si at\u00ebher\u00eb si sot le\u00e7itet si \u201cshp\u00ebtimtare\u201d e arsimit dhe jo plugu i radh\u00ebs. Teksa shtypi dhe radio n\u00eb 1968-n fliste p\u00ebr arritjet e revolucionarizimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs, nga ana tjet\u00ebr shteti vigjilonte, mblidhte informacion nga kanalet e fshehta rreth t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqurve prej tij. Me firm\u00ebn e tij ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm i paraqiste nj\u00eb raport special Ramiz Alis\u00eb, sekretarit p\u00ebr ideologjin\u00eb n\u00eb KQ mbi kund\u00ebrshtit\u00eb q\u00eb kishte hasur posht\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin ajo q\u00eb po ndodhte n\u00eb shkolla. Raportohej p\u00ebr \u201celement\u00eb armiq\u201d, si nj\u00ebri n\u00eb Rr\u00ebshen q\u00eb kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cSot ka vet\u00ebm politik\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe jo m\u00ebsim me cil\u00ebsi, ka r\u00ebn\u00eb personaliteti i m\u00ebsuesit dhe zot n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rinia. Shkollat m\u00eb par\u00eb ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb forta dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se universitet sot\u201d. (G. Sh., dosier, 23 gusht 2015). Shteti nuk i mblidhte k\u00ebto si oponenc\u00eb, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb goditur armikun e klas\u00ebs. Arsimtar\u00ebt e moshuar kujtojn\u00eb se me at\u00eb rast u b\u00eb spastrimi i shkoll\u00ebs nga m\u00ebsuesit dhe pedagog\u00ebt me biografi t\u00eb keqe, nga \u201cborgjez\u00ebt\u201d si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb potent\u00eb. PP tashm\u00eb e ndjente veten t\u00eb zonj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar situat\u00ebn e brendshme. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi \u201cbetohej\u201d, si \u00e7do kuad\u00ebr tjet\u00ebr, se p\u00ebr interesat e Partis\u00eb dhe popullit ishte i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebnte \u00e7do sakrific\u00eb. Ky lloj betimi nuk b\u00ebhej me ceremoni, ishte thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb fraz\u00eb e that\u00eb q\u00eb sh\u00ebtiste n\u00ebp\u00ebr dukumentet zyrtare p\u00ebr shkollim e pun\u00ebsim, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, nuk ishte di\u00e7ka q\u00eb buronte nga profesionalizmi, por m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nj\u00eb formul\u00eb rutin\u00eb q\u00eb e sugjeronin shefat e kuadrit p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar kinse b\u00ebsnik\u00ebrin\u00eb e n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit ndaj regjimit.<br \/>\n***<br \/>\nRevolucionarizimi i shkoll\u00ebs u nd\u00ebrpre n\u00eb 90-n, por m\u00ebsuesi nuk shp\u00ebtoi nga politika, edhe sot stafi drejtues i arsimit parauniversitar ndryshon me rotacionin politik. Dhe deri sa kjo t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb betimi i m\u00ebsuesit, megjith\u00ebse i domosdosh\u00ebm, nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb standarde vet\u00ebm profesionale. Edhe mandatin e kaluar qeveris\u00ebs, edhe k\u00ebt\u00eb mandat drejtuesit e arsimit kan\u00eb dashur t\u00eb heqin drejtues shkollash t\u00eb paaft\u00eb apo konfliktual\u00eb, por nuk ka qen\u00eb e mundur pasi ata kishin bekimin e Partis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qendruar n\u00eb detyr\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, na duhet t\u00eb integrohemi me shkolll\u00ebn europiane, edhe pse t\u00eb vonuar e jo n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e duhur prej koh\u00ebsh. Kur ne nisnim aksionin masiv p\u00ebr revolucionarizimin e shkoll\u00ebs, formulohej p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb betimi i m\u00ebsuesit nga pedagogu zviceran Robert Dottrens p\u00ebr nevojat e UNESCO-s (1966), \u201chimn\u201d t\u00eb cilin prej gjysm\u00eb shekulli e p\u00ebrdorin institucione arsimore e vendore gjithandej, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Teksti i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi i till\u00eb: \u201cDo ta kryej detyrimin tim me nd\u00ebrgjegje dhe krenari. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e mi nuk do t\u00eb jen\u00eb vet\u00ebm nx\u00ebn\u00ebs por edhe f\u00ebmij\u00eb dhe kurr\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i harroj, ku p\u00ebr fatin e tyre edhe vet\u00eb mbaj nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb. Do ta mbroj me t\u00eb gjitha mjetet ekzistuese nderin e profesionit t\u00eb arsimtarit. Koleg\u00ebt e mi \u00e7do her\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe miqt\u00eb e mi. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me ta do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqem q\u00eb vazhdimisht ta p\u00ebrkryej veprimtarin\u00eb e shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb kuptimin efikas t\u00eb njohjes s\u00eb t\u00eb gjithave t\u00eb drejtave n\u00eb edukimin dhe barazin\u00eb sociale n\u00eb arsim. K\u00ebt\u00eb betim solemn e jap plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe me nder\u201d. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh dhe kodi etik i tij n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr sot kur shkolla ka dhe nj\u00eb kart\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrformanc\u00ebs s\u00eb saj. Kthehemi te letra e koleg\u00ebs nga Amerika, e cila mendon se ky betim mund t\u00eb nis\u00eb me shtatorin. \u201cBetimin mund ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm m\u00ebsuesit e rinj, por edhe ata q\u00eb aktualisht japin m\u00ebsim n\u00eb shkolla. Do t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte nj\u00eb risi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb imazh tjet\u00ebr pun\u00ebs s\u00eb mesuesit, krahas t\u00eb tjerave sigurisht\u201d, shkruan ajo duke mos dashur t\u2019i p\u00ebrmendet emri. Kjo dhe do ta mbronte m\u00ebsuesin nga p\u00ebrdorimi politik, ashtu si\u00e7 politika nuk iu afrohet gjykat\u00ebsve, polic\u00ebve etj. M\u00ebsuesi b\u00ebhet i papreksh\u00ebm n\u00eb detyr\u00eb nga partit\u00eb q\u00eb lypin militant\u00eb, tjet\u00ebr gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb marrja e tij me politik\u00eb. Por dhe ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00ebse m\u00ebsuesi e pedagogu nuk i p\u00ebrmbahet betimit t\u00eb ber\u00eb, por b\u00ebn politik\u00eb me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e student\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr ta larguar nga puna.<br \/>\n***<br \/>\nShum\u00eb vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs po p\u00ebrpiqen se si ta ndryshojn\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb ajo t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjet k\u00ebrkesave globale. Kudo po kryhen reforma n\u00eb arsim p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie q\u00eb ndryshon dita-dit\u00ebs. Dhe ai q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb i pari \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi, p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrgjigjur ritmeve t\u00eb zhvillimit, ndaj figura e tij nuk duhet lejuar t\u00eb zbehet nga asgj\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi, i duhen krijuar dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shpalimin e profesionalizmit t\u00eb tij. Modelet i kemi. N\u00eb Finland\u00eb profesioni i m\u00ebsuesit \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuarit dhe m\u00ebsuesit jan\u00eb shtresa intelektuale m\u00eb e admiruar. Shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb emigrim mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb duke sjell p\u00ebrvojat e vendeve ku jetojn\u00eb. Sollem shembullin e Singaporit, ku me siguri kan\u00eb vajtur dhe nga Shqip\u00ebria, por nganj\u00ebher\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt si\u00e7 shkojn\u00eb, vijn\u00eb.
