Shqip\u00ebria si dashuri dhe si \u00ebnd\u00ebrr. <!--more-->A nuk thot\u00eb ai \u201cJam krenar q\u00eb kam lind\u00eb shqiptar\u201d! Vet\u00ebm pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme u botua nj\u00eb shkrim i gjat\u00eb i tij, i titulluar thjesht\u00eb: \u201cRefleksionet e nj\u00eb 90-vje\u00e7ari\u201d, q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ishin gjykime t\u00eb mprehta e kurajoze p\u00ebr nj\u00ebqind vitet e shekullit XX dhe \u00e7erekshekullin e fundit n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e hapur. Nj\u00eb sintez\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7antat e b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt nga nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs q\u00eb e sheh dheun e tij me syt\u00eb e Per\u00ebndimit. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet prej koh\u00ebsh, qysh se kumtet e tij amtare nuk do t\u00eb ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluara ta kalonin Atlantikun. Ka disa shtysa nj\u00eb njeri p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar, por zoti Repishti ndjen dhe nj\u00eb detyrim m\u00eb shum\u00eb, si\u00e7 thot\u00eb ai, me fol si d\u00ebshmitar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato viktima t\u00eb qelive t\u00eb err\u00ebta t\u00eb burgjeve komuniste q\u00eb nuk pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi me fol. N\u00eb Nju Jork, ku ai rron p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb shekulli, koh\u00ebt e fundit u mbajt nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb nga bashkatdhetar\u00ebt kushtuar figur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, kurse n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nuk dim\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb n\u00eb nderim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij personaliteti t\u00eb dor\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs shqiptare, bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs me Martin Camajn dhe i t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs rav\u00eb disidente me t\u00eb, ikjes nga Shqip\u00ebria e izoluar komuniste drejt tok\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb. Ashtu si\u00e7 ishin arratisur drejt liris\u00eb dhe Arshi Pipa, Zef Nekaj, Bilal Xhaferri etj., q\u00eb ne ende ngurrojm\u00eb t\u2019i quajm\u00eb disident\u00eb, duke u p\u00ebrdjerrur n\u00eb an\u00ebn teorike se \u00e7\u2019thon\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizimet p\u00ebr disidenc\u00ebn. Sami Repishti nuk e kishte \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar kurr\u00eb fatin q\u00eb e (p\u00ebr)ndoqi, ai kishte qen\u00eb student n\u00eb Firence p\u00ebr Histori, por ishte kthyer n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Luft\u00ebs si mjaft student\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb antifashist\u00eb. Por \u201crevolucioni proletar\u201d bolshevik nuk kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr sh\u00ebmb\u00eblltyra idealiste si ai, rritur n\u00eb klim\u00ebn kulturore qytetare shkodrane, me rr\u00ebnj\u00eb n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn vendase dhe at\u00eb klasike europiane, ku binte pianoja nj\u00eblloj si n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb e Paris dhe ku hakmarrja politike nuk ishte n\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e qytetit t\u00eb virtytsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Rozaf\u00ebs. Nuk ishte pra faji i Samiut q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb dilte nga vetja, ashtu si e gjith\u00eb elita e kultivuar shqiptare e gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX. N\u00eb biografin\u00eb e tij shkruhet: \u201cMe ardhjen n\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb regjimit komunist Samiu punon n\u00eb sektorin e Rind\u00ebrtimit. Themelon nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb t\u00eb Rinis\u00eb Demokratike q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndante trakte dhe i dor\u00ebzon nj\u00eb memorandum nj\u00eb deputeti anglez q\u00eb vizitoi Shkodr\u00ebn, ndihmon familjet e t\u00eb arratisurve, merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb pro\u00e7esionin e varrimit t\u00eb Arqipeshkvit \u201cantikomunist\u201d Imzot\u00a0Gasp\u00ebr Tha\u00e7i etj. Kaq duhej q\u00eb t\u2019i piqej kula\u00e7i shpejt e shpejt nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb. N\u00eb tetor 1946 forcat e Sigurimit i v\u00ebn\u00eb prangat me akuz\u00ebn \u201cAgjitacion e propagand\u00eb kund\u00ebr shtetit\u201d dhe d\u00ebnohet me 15 vjet burgim politik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e \u201cdemokracis\u00eb popullore\u201d. Do t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb i ati ndonj\u00eb kolaboracionist (bashk\u00ebpunues me pushtuesit), s\u2019ka si t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndryshe? po mund thot\u00eb ndokush. Por n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka qen\u00eb krejt e kund\u00ebrta. Vet\u00ebm tre vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb se t\u00eb niste kalvari i Samiut, me 1943 kishte patur nj\u00eb episod tragjik n\u00eb familjen e tij. I ati, nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e njohur shkodrane e koh\u00ebs, ish-deputet n\u00eb Kuvendin Komb\u00ebtar, strehon n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nj\u00eb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sq.wikipedia.org\/w\/index.php?title=Zyhdi_Repishti&amp;action=edit&amp;redlink=1\">nip<\/a>\u00a0t\u00eb tijin me ide komuniste, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka autoritetet fashiste e arrestojn\u00eb dhe e torturojn\u00eb deri n\u00eb vdekje, duke i mbetur barra e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb mbi supe t\u00eb birit nj\u00ebzet e nj\u00eb vje\u00e7ar. Brenda nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr Samiu kishte par\u00eb shk\u00eblqimin e vet studentor fiorentin dhe trandjen e madhe familjare, sociale e politike n\u00eb atdhe. Asnj\u00eb regjimi nuk i nevojitej njeriu fisnik, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb tashm\u00eb kishte ardhur koha e njeriut ideologjik. Dhe vjen nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e Samiu arratiset n\u00eb Jugosllavi n\u00eb vitin 1959, pastaj kalon n\u00eb Itali dhe nga viti 1962 vendoset n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte e mjaftueshme kjo situat\u00eb e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb dinjitetit njer\u00ebzor q\u00eb Sami Repishti t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohej si nj\u00eb misionar i t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut, duke organizuar n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb konferenca p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn q\u00eb nga viti 1965 e mbrapa. Jet\u00ebshkrimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb roman ngjeth\u00ebs antidiktatur\u00eb, si i gjith\u00eb t\u00eb arratisurve politik\u00eb nga Lindja n\u00eb vendet e demokracis\u00eb reale, por ajo q\u00eb duam t\u2019i p\u00ebrcjellim lexuesit \u00ebsht\u00eb se ky lloj misionari komb\u00ebtar \u00ebsht\u00eb duke folur e shkruar pareshtur p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, ngaq\u00eb ka besim se mund t\u00eb gjenden njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb. \u201cUn\u00eb besoj se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ekziston elementi i fort\u00eb, i aft\u00eb me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb vendin me ec p\u00ebrpara.\u201d Nj\u00eb optimiz\u00ebm t\u00eb till\u00eb ai e bazon te shembulli bot\u00ebror i m\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb nobelistes shenjte Nan\u00eb Tereza, shembulli i shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm i arritjeve shkencore t\u00eb nobelistit Ferid Muradi, shembulli i p\u00ebrsosm\u00ebris\u00eb artistike dhe krijuese n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb nobelistit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm Ismail Kadare, si dhe arritjet e shumta t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb n\u00eb fushat e tyre t\u00eb veprimit. \u201cLegjone p\u00ebr t\u2019u admirue. N\u00eb nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb lir\u00eb, demokratike dhe p\u00ebrparimtare k\u00ebta shembuj shk\u00eblqimi nuk do t\u00eb mbeteshin t\u00eb kufizuem. Dhe ky asht nji p\u00ebrparim i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d, konkuludon n\u00eb refleksionet e tij veprimtari, historiani dhe publicisti mendjehapur, duke t\u00eb kujtuar Luigj Gurakuqin prijetar t\u00eb mendimit e veprimit komb\u00ebtar etj. Por, i dashur profesor Repishti, n\u00ebse na lejohet, k\u00ebtyre q\u00eb thoni ju mund t\u2019iu shtohen dhe plot t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb n\u00eb dekadat e fundit kan\u00eb kryer arsimin e lart\u00eb e specializime brenda dhe jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe punojn\u00eb k\u00ebtu si profesionist\u00eb t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb, projekteve t\u00eb zhvillimit, jurisprudenc\u00ebs, politik\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme, mjeksis\u00eb, arsimit, psikologjis\u00eb e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb &#8211; problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo elit\u00eb e re individ\u00ebsh t\u00eb formuar nuk ka terrenin politik t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ushtrimin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb nivel europian. Ngaq\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nuk ka nj\u00eb politik\u00eb sipas parimeve t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb dhe, si\u00e7 v\u00ebreni ju, \u201celita politike\u201d e vendit nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje me e tejkalue dogmatizmin ideologjik p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb bashkimit komb\u00ebtar. Refleksionet analitike t\u00eb Repishtit 90-vje\u00e7ar p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket shtetit dhe historis\u00eb jan\u00eb po dorashka ideologjike, si\u00e7 ndodh r\u00ebndom k\u00ebtej ku mbahet krah. Ai argumenton shkaqet se pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nji \u201crast\u00ebsi\u201d q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nuk pati mund\u00ebsi me vendos themelet e nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb lir\u00eb, t\u00eb pavarur, demokratik dhe ekonomikisht t\u00eb zhvilluar, shtet ligjor me institucione, duke mbetur te nj\u00eb shtet i kapri\u00e7ove individuale, si\u00e7 vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe sot. Sipas tij nj\u00eb varg zhvillimesh kritike kundrarrjedh\u00eb e kan\u00eb kusht\u00ebzuar k\u00ebt\u00eb, si tronditja e shtetit shqiptar t\u00eb 1912-s nga rrymat aventurore q\u00eb shkel\u00ebn premtimin e \u201casnjan\u00ebsis\u00eb\u201d, nj\u00eb Komision Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe nj\u00eb mbret i huaj i imponuar nga bindja e Europ\u00ebs se ne shqiptar\u00ebt jemi t\u00eb paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00ebqeverisje; okupimet austriake, italiane, franceze, greke, serbe e malaleze t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs I Bot\u00ebrore, moslejimi nga ana e Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha i bashkimit t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb pranimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Lidhjen e Kombeve (dhjetor 1920) vuri themelet e para si shtet i lir\u00eb dhe i pavarur, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb \u201cHistori\u201d. Pati n\u00eb vijim p\u00ebrpjekje shum\u00ebvje\u00e7are p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur shtetin, vendosur rendin, krijuar legjislacionin dhe parlamentarizmin, por q\u00eb gjithsesi gjat\u00eb mbret\u00ebris\u00eb u \u201cinstitucionalizue vorfnia\u201d, \u00e7ka solli \u201cvar\u00ebsin\u00eb ton\u00eb politike\u201d. Analisti v\u00ebren se agresioni fshist i 7 prillit 1939 e nxori Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb jasht\u00eb \u201cHistoris\u00eb\u201d dhe zbuloi dob\u00ebsit\u00eb tona q\u00eb ishin: largimi i palavdish\u00ebm i Mbretit, mungesa e atdhetarizmit n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e oficer\u00ebve, korrupsioni i zyrtar\u00ebve q\u00eb pranuan pushtimin (sidomos deputet\u00ebt), varf\u00ebria e madhe e viteve t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, \u00e7ka dob\u00ebsuan fibr\u00ebn e rezistenc\u00ebs dhe i mohuan Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer p\u00ebr me tregue guximin tradicional kundrejt nj\u00eb force ushtarake q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb i vler\u00ebsua si e paaft\u00eb. \u201cRezistenca e lavdishme dhe kolaboracioni i turpsh\u00ebm ishte binomi i viteve t\u00eb Luft\u00ebs\u201d, shkruan profesori paan\u00ebsisht. Pritej t\u00eb ndodhte ndryshimi, por sipas tij me ardhjen e regjimit komunist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nandor 1944, boshti i tradit\u00ebs shqiptare u thye n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pariparueshme, duke e quajtur fitoren e PKSH-s\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb vet\u00ebvrasje komb\u00ebtare\u201d, q\u00eb \u201chistoria do ta gjykoj\u00eb rand\u00eb\u201d. Shqip\u00ebria, duke r\u00ebn\u00eb nga nj\u00ebra diktatur\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn, humbi shansin e madh p\u00ebr t\u2019u rikthyer n\u00eb \u201cHistori\u201d me 1991-1992. D\u00ebshp\u00ebruese por e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb shihet dita-dit\u00ebs n\u00eb zhvillimet kaotike t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb sotme. Disa her\u00eb gjat\u00eb testamentit t\u00eb tij shpirt\u00ebror, moral dhe politik autori i m\u00ebshon ides\u00eb s\u00eb \u201cforcimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb identiteti shqiptar kolektiv\u201d, duke e pasuruar vet\u00ebdijen e njer\u00ebzve me humusin e tradit\u00ebs dhe vlerat e qytet\u00ebrimit euro-atlantik, larg ndasive politike, fetare, krahinore e shoq\u00ebrore q\u00eb nuk u \u201czhduk\u00ebn\u201d me kalimin e koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Testamenti i Repishtit, sa i thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebr nga fjal\u00ebt, aq i vlert\u00eb p\u00ebr kumtin q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban. <strong>\u201cVllaz\u00ebn e motra, mjaft me luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebni-tjetrit dhe me deskreditimin e shoqi-shoqit. Po t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb k\u00ebshtu nuk arrijme natlt\u00ebsit\u00eb e d\u00ebshirueme. Po nuk arrit\u00ebm bashkimin ton\u00eb shpirt\u00ebnor, nuk mund t\u00eb ecim p\u00ebrpara\u201d.<\/strong> Nj\u00eb kamban\u00eb q\u00eb bie qysh nga Rilindja e k\u00ebndej, por q\u00eb kryekrejet \u00ebsht\u00eb politika q\u00eb nuk e d\u00ebgjon. Jo se nuk ia do dhe ajo t\u00eb mir\u00ebn vendit, por m\u00eb par\u00eb do t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e vetes.
