Ndjeva q\u00eb,p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr disa z\u00ebrave kinse unitarist\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrligj t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Komunitetit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Palit, p\u00ebr ta kremtuar p\u00ebrkujtimoren n\u00eb nderim t\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, sepse tradit\u00ebn e p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb e kan\u00eb inicuar et\u00ebrit fran\u00e7eskan\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet pend\u00ebs mjesht\u00ebrore t\u00eb At Gjergj Fisht\u00ebs[1], i hyn\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr dokumentimin e saj n\u00eb faqet e Hyllit t\u00eb Drit\u00ebs, q\u00eb n\u00eb numrin e par\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ua l\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cekskluzivin\u201d n\u00eb dor\u00eb fallsifikator\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, kan\u00eb predispozit\u00ebn t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebrojn\u00eb faktet e t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysin vlerat.<\/p>\n<p>Ne e dim\u00eb q\u00eb shtremb\u00ebrimi i historis\u00eb u intereson atyre q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb pamerituar, sepse, asnj\u00eb politikan nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i pushtetsh\u00ebm, pa pasur nj\u00eb kontribut q\u00eb ia njeh dhe ia vler\u00ebson historia. Mjerisht,historia jon\u00eb zyrtare ka qen\u00eb e shkruar keq, dhe ne si popull, i kemi ende t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta pasojat e shtremb\u00ebrimit t\u00eb saj, ndaj dhe gjendemi ende n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr ta rishkruar at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr: Kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7muar roli i prelat\u00ebve katolik\u00eb n\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. R\u00ebndom \u00ebsht\u00eb pohuar nj\u00eb kontribut i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb patriotike t\u00eb klerit, por nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur, edhe pse diheshin aktet e Imzot Jak\u00eb Serreqit, Imzot Preng Bardhit dhe Imzot Laz\u00ebr Mjed\u00ebs. E pra, me veprimtarin\u00eb e Imzot Mjed\u00ebs lidhet pika e kthes\u00ebs n\u00eb politik\u00ebn austro-hungareze n\u00eb raport me t\u00eb ardhmen e popullit shqiptar.V\u00ebrtet q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm i Austro-Hungaris\u00eb, Konti Berthold ai q\u00eb ka artikuluar i pari t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr Pavar\u00ebsi, por vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebshillin e shtetit, dhe atje Arqipeshk\u00ebvit t\u00eb Vien\u00ebs, Kardinal Franz Nagl, mik personal i Imzot Mjed\u00ebs, i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb debatoj\u00eb intensivisht me k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt filosllav\u00eb.[2]<\/p>\n<p>Sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme q\u00eb t\u00eb theksohet, se nj\u00eb nga shkaqet, q\u00eb persekucioni mbi klerin katolik ka qen\u00eb aq \u00e7njer\u00ebzor dhe aq djall\u00ebzor nga diktatura, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb dhe me faktin,se askush nuk e ka njohur historin\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se klerik\u00ebt tan\u00eb, k\u00ebshtuq\u00eb bashk\u00eb me ta duhej t\u00eb vritej edhe historia. (N\u00eb ilustrim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj teze, duhet t\u00eb evokojm\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb fakt tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtuesh\u00ebm:) Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rastit, q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha botimet p\u00ebrkujtimore jubilare, p\u00ebrfshi sigurisht edhe ato akademike me rastin e \u00a050 apo 100 vjetorit t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, ende sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, botimi i vet\u00ebm i mir\u00eb, i plot\u00eb dhe i sakt\u00eb nga \u00e7do pik\u00ebpamje historiografike mbetet ai i vitit 1937, realizuar me rigorozitet t\u00eb padiskutuesh\u00ebm shkencor nga et\u00ebrit jezuit\u00eb, n\u00eb faqet e revist\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre prestigjoze, LEKA[3], me rastin e 25 vjetorit t\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb fundi, <strong>kur e sheh k\u00ebt\u00eb qend\u00ebr, e cila, i ka t\u00eb gjitha dimensionet p\u00ebrbashkuese shqiptare<\/strong>, patriotike, kulturore, arsimore dhe shpirt\u00ebrore, si mund t\u00eb thuhet\u00a0 at\u00ebher\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb Komuniteti i Sh\u00ebn Palit k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Michigan t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb nj\u00eb kremtim p\u00ebrkujtimor n\u00eb nderim t\u00eb Dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Flamurit, apo dhe t\u00eb aludohet se kjo shkakton p\u00ebr\u00e7arje?<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebra t\u00eb till\u00eb do t\u00eb doja t\u2019i konsideroja lajthitje dhe jo dashakeq\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsia, kushtet historike, l\u00ebvizja patriotike.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vellezer e motra!<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsia n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e nj\u00eb populli nuk vjen vetvetiu. Ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehja m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e pjekuris\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb realizohet, m\u00eb par\u00eb, duhen kap\u00ebrcyer nj\u00eb varg i pafund etapash e procesesh historike, t\u00eb cilat, sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kristalizuar nj\u00eb vetdije kolektive, q\u00eb ushqen pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb shpirtin veprues me frym\u00ebn e liris\u00eb. Nga vepra e Barletit[4], dim\u00eb q\u00eb shpirti veprues arb\u00ebror, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Kastriotit, por edhe nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij, me frym\u00ebn e liris\u00eb q\u00eb ushqehej nga nj\u00eb vetdije e lart\u00eb identitare,ia doli t\u00eb zmbrapste, si askush tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Juglindore, hordhit\u00eb osmane p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 36 vjet, p\u00ebrfshi edhe ato t\u00eb komanduara nga vet\u00eb pushtuesi i Konstandinopoj\u00ebs, Sulltan Mehmeti II. Jehona e q\u00ebndres\u00ebs antiosmane n\u00eb shekullin XV, vazhdonte t\u00eb frym\u00ebzonte n\u00eb shekujt e m\u00ebpas\u00ebm shpirtin kryengrit\u00ebs t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. Dy shekuj m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb shpirtit identitar shqiptar, Bogdani do t\u00eb profetizonte: \u201cse do t\u00eb vij\u00eb dita, kur ndonj\u00ebri nga udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit musliman\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb do t\u00eb ngrihet p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e vendit,ashtu sikur Sk\u00ebnderbeu kund\u00ebr Sulltan Muratit\u201d[5].Dhe ne mund ta themi, se kjo profeci u v\u00ebrtetua nga nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsish, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn q\u00eb nga Kara Mahmud Pash\u00eb Bushatlliu e deri tek Ismail Qemali.<\/p>\n<p>Pragu i pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb sh\u00ebnon p\u00ebr historin\u00eb shqiptare kulmin e rrezatimit t\u00eb identitetit kulturor e historik t\u00eb nacionit ton\u00eb. Elementet p\u00ebrbashkuese komb\u00ebtare si gjuha, historia, k\u00ebng\u00ebt, mitet, kultet, doket, veshjet, kullat, arm\u00ebt, t\u00eb gjitha vlerat e kultur\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore e materiale t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ia kishin dal\u00eb t\u00eb prap\u00ebsonin politik\u00ebn asimiluese osmane p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb pes\u00eb shekujve pushtim. Akti i Kongresit t\u00eb Manastirit q\u00eb \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00ebsimin e alfabetit t\u00eb shqipes me g\u00ebrma latine u b\u00eb preludi i t\u00eb gjitha ngjarjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebpasme.Ky akt shoq\u00ebrohej nga nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr arritje e kultur\u00ebs ton\u00eb identitare. Nj\u00ebsimi i alfabetit nxiti p\u00ebrpjekjet e patriot\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar val\u00ebn e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb arsimit komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb mbar\u00eb trevat e vendit. Let\u00ebrsia Shqipe, deri m\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebrsi qarqesh, u shnd\u00ebrrua t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebrsi me motive dhe tematik\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, dhe fal\u00eb Luigj Gurakuqit[6], poeti i par\u00eb t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe t\u00eb kultivuar, bardi e poezis\u00eb arb\u00ebreshe, Jeronim de Rada, deri m\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb, i njohur dhe i adhuruar vet\u00ebm nga arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e Italis\u00eb, zu t\u00eb lexohej n\u00eb mbar\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare, p\u00ebrkrah Naimit, Fisht\u00ebs, \u00c7ajupit etj., etj. Let\u00ebrsia e Rilindjes u b\u00eb gjeneratorja e ideologjis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. Ajo i ushqeu patriot\u00ebt e rinj me atdhedashuri, duke injektuar n\u00eb gjakun e tyre kryemitet shqiptare, at\u00eb t\u00eb lasht\u00ebsis\u00eb, t\u00eb autoktonis\u00eb, t\u00eb qendres\u00ebs heroike dhe t\u00eb vijim\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb n\u00eb trojet etnike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, arritje madhore e kultur\u00ebs son\u00eb n\u00eb ato vite \u00ebsht\u00eb shtypi patriotik. Jan\u00eb mbi tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb gazeta dhe revista n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe,t\u00eb botuara m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti n\u00eb diaspor\u00eb, dhe pas 1908, edhe brenda territorit. Roli i shtypit n\u00eb ato vite \u00ebsht\u00eb i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm. Ai i b\u00ebri jehon\u00eb ngjarjeve q\u00eb lidheshin me fatet e vendit, pasqyroi n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje kulturore e historike vlerat e popullit ton\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebrpunoi idet\u00eb patriotike, t\u00eb cilat, u b\u00ebn\u00eb burim frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e liris\u00eb. Shtypi solli n\u00eb syt\u00eb e popullit edhe flamurin autentik shqiptar, flamurin e Kastriotit, at\u00eb flamur q\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb trojet shqiptare, u ringrit krenar nga gjaku i martir\u00ebve me 6 Prill 1911, n\u00eb maj\u00ebn e Bratil\u00ebs n\u00eb De\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Pengesat<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht, rruga drejt pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb ka qen\u00eb e gjat\u00eb dhe me pengesa jasht\u00ebzakonisht t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira. Historiografia jon\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb kurr\u00eb seriozisht me shkaqet pse Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ndodhi me shum\u00eb vones\u00eb n\u00eb raport me popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit.M\u00eb s\u00eb shumti, faji \u00ebsht\u00eb hedhur n\u00eb fuqit\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, nd\u00ebrsa shkaqet dhe pengesat e brendshme jan\u00eb injoruar duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb historia n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt t\u00eb m\u00ebsohej si mos m\u00eb keq. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshe. Faktor\u00ebt e brendsh\u00ebm kan\u00eb qen\u00eb po aq p\u00ebrcaktues.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse pavar\u00ebsia ishte aspirata kryesore e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, ajo mbetej n\u00eb kuadrin e nj\u00eb d\u00ebshire dhe jo t\u00eb nj\u00eb projekti politik. Projekti i vet\u00ebm politik i shpallur q\u00eb nga Lidhja e Prizrenit dhe q\u00eb tashm\u00eb, s\u2019kishte asnj\u00eb far\u00eb aktualiteti, ishte autonomia e zgjeruar n\u00ebn suzerenitetin e Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb.Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, kryengritjet e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme shqiptare p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs nga 1908 deri n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e 1912, megjith\u00ebse heroike dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme, krijonin her\u00eb-her\u00eb n\u00eb aren\u00ebn diplomatike, perceptimin e rebelimeve t\u00eb organizuara n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb krah\u00ebve t\u00eb caktuar politik\u00eb t\u00eb Stambollit. Xhonturqit nga nj\u00ebra dhe Sulltanist\u00ebt nga ana tjet\u00ebr, u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u2019i t\u00ebrhiqnin pas vetes shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, edhe pse p\u00ebrvoja historike pes\u00eb shekullore u d\u00ebshmonte t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn,shpresa se realizimi i projektit t\u00eb autonomis\u00eb, ishte nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje afatshkurt\u00ebr, ve\u00e7mas kur ndonj\u00eb l\u00ebshim i b\u00ebr\u00eb aty-k\u00ebtu nga Qeveria e Stambollit, paradoksalisht u ushqente p\u00ebrshtypjen se me turqit mund t\u00eb merreshin vesh ende.<\/p>\n<p>Penges\u00eb tjet\u00ebr serioze p\u00ebr projektin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mbetej sulltanizmi, p\u00ebr shkak se sulltani, p\u00ebr disa shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb besimit synit me ndikim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, sadoq\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte nj\u00eb mbret\u00ebrim t\u00eb keq, mbetej gjithnj\u00eb khalifi, drejtuesi shpirt\u00ebror i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb musliman\u00ebve. Dhe me synime t\u00eb qarta afatshkurtra dhe afatgjata. Projektet politike t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli jan\u00eb sigurisht \u00e7\u00ebshtje elite. Elita shqiptare, e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb intelektuale dhe politike, nuk gjendej e unifikuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb program thelb\u00ebsisht nacional, q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se krijimi i shtetit komb.Problemi ishte i mpreht\u00eb dhe kishte karakter ideologjik. Divergjenca konsistonte n\u00eb qasjet e ndryshme per\u00ebndimore, dhe e formuar n\u00ebn ndikimin e ideve t\u00eb liris\u00eb, q\u00eb ishin b\u00ebr\u00eb themeli i shoq\u00ebrive europiane,elita intelektuale, nuk mund t\u00eb pajtohej me elit\u00ebn politike, osmanofone nga formimi kulturor, e p\u00ebr rrjedhoj\u00eb, e lidhur me ato ide thuajse mesjetaro-lindore, zbatimi i t\u00eb cilave, e kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Osmane shum\u00eb prapa nga kombet e qytet\u00ebruara. E vetdijshme se e ardhmja e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk duhej l\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb duart e Stambollit,elita intelektuale, nxiti patriot\u00ebt q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen shqiptare ta b\u00ebnin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht t\u00eb njohur me z\u00ebrin i arm\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarizimi i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes nacionale shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebrpara l\u00ebvizjevet kombtare qi ngjan\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb Malsin e Madhe t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs e aty-k\u00ebtu edhe n\u00eb ndonji qytet t\u00eb Shqipnis s\u00eb Jugut, mund t\u00eb thomi se popujt e Evrop\u00ebs nuk dijshin qi ekziston nji komb Shqiptar. Shqiptar\u00ebt nis\u00ebn t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb gjallsin e vet e t\u00eb faqin ndiesit e andjen p\u00ebr liri vet\u00ebm kur zhonturqit desht\u00ebn t\u2019u ndrydhnin virtytet, doket e ligjet e t\u00eb parvet e t\u2019u zhduknin edhe t\u00eb vetmin shej t\u00eb njisis kombtare, gjuh\u00ebn.\u201d[7]Shkruante revista Leka n\u00eb vitin 1932, me rastin e 25 vjetorit t\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ve\u00e7mas, Kryengritja antiosmane e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe u b\u00eb pasqyra nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr vetvendosje. Me qendres\u00ebn heroike dhe me Memorandumin e Gre\u00e7\u00ebs, ajo u b\u00eb burim frym\u00ebzimi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb varg betejash e luftrash an\u00eb e k\u00ebnd vendit, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Dukagjin, Mirdit\u00eb, Lezh\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, Kolonj\u00eb, Gjirokast\u00ebr, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, Vlor\u00eb etj., por, mjerisht nuk u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb kryengritje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, edhe pse Fatosi i Traboinit, Ded\u00eb Gjo\u2019 Luli do t\u2019i deklaronte prerazi t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Port\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb se <strong><em>Librin e kuq<\/em><\/strong> si\u00e7 njihej ndryshe memorandumi, <strong><em>nuk e duem ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr vete, por p\u00ebr tan\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb<\/em><\/strong>. Vet\u00eb Ismail Qemali n\u00eb intervistat e tij dh\u00ebn\u00eb gazetave t\u00eb huaja e artikulonte Memorandumin e G\u00ebr\u00e7es si dokumentin q\u00eb shprehte vetdijen nacionale dhe aspirat\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr liri dhe pavar\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lufta ballkanike dhe orientimi i shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kryengritja e p\u00ebrgjithshme u b\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri historike n\u00eb mesin e vitit 1912, kur kriza politike osmane nuk kishte \u00e7\u2019t\u2019u ofronte m\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.Vendimi p\u00ebr kryengritjen e p\u00ebrgjithshme u mor n\u00eb Stamboll nga grupi i deputet\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb. Ismail Qemali u ngarkua me detyr\u00ebn e sigurimit t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, kurse Hasan Prishtina dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb me pregatitjen e kryengritjes n\u00eb terren. Por, organizmi mori shum\u00eb koh\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa ngjarjet rrodh\u00ebn me shpejt\u00ebsi. Masakrimi i sllav\u00ebve ortodoks\u00eb nga turqit n\u00eb Beran, u dha mbret\u00ebrive ballkanike pretekstin p\u00ebr t\u00eb shporrur ushtrit\u00eb osmane nga gadishulli i Ballkanit. Status-Quoja, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptonte ekzistenc\u00ebn e patjet\u00ebrsueshme t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Osmane n\u00eb gadishullin ton\u00eb, ishte tashm\u00eb e pavlefshme. Lufta Ballkanike i kapi shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb befasi n\u00ebn rrezikun e dy zjarreve eventuale nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb, dhe, n\u00ebn rrezikun eventual t\u00eb kompromentimit historik t\u00eb arm\u00ebve, nga ana tjet\u00ebr. Ushtrit\u00eb shoviniste p\u00ebrparuan furish\u00ebm n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb territorit shqiptar, duke djegur, pla\u00e7kitur, masakruar dhe d\u00ebbuar popullsin\u00eb civile. Shpallja e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb ishte i vetmi akt p\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin e trojeve shqiptare nga pushtimi i ri, apo m\u00eb sakt\u00eb, nga coptimi i trojeve.Mbledhja e nj\u00eb kuvendi mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga t\u00eb gjitha trojet,duhej b\u00ebr\u00eb me nj\u00eb urgjenc\u00eb jetike. Inisiativ\u00ebn p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim e mor\u00ebn Ismail Qemali, Luigj Gurakuqi dhe mjaft patriot\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Ata u nis\u00ebn nga Stambolli p\u00ebr n\u00eb Bukuresht, ku me 5 n\u00ebntor organizuan mbledhjen e diaspor\u00ebs shqiptare t\u00eb atjeshme, duke nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah rolin historik t\u00eb luajtur n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi nga atdhetar\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb sigurisht edhe kontributin e Federat\u00ebs Vatra, k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Sh.B.A.<\/p>\n<p>Vendimet e Bukureshtit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb programatike p\u00ebr ngjarjet n\u00eb vijim. Ismail Qemali, si diplomat me eksperienc\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, u caktua t\u00eb paraqiste pran\u00eb kancelarive t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, t\u00eb drejtat e popullit shqiptar. Delegacioni i drejtuar prej tij, udh\u00ebtoi deri n\u00eb Vien\u00eb, ku u sigurua p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Por, ngjarjet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e detyruan delegacionin t\u00eb kthehej urgjentisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u2019ia paraqisnin sa m\u00eb par\u00eb dokumentin autoriteteve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Ata udh\u00ebtuan nga Triestja p\u00ebr n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb vaporr t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Lloyd, por, kuvendi i parashikuar n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs,me munges\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar delegat\u00ebsh, e zvarriti miratimin e dokumentit, nga data 21 deri m\u00eb 26 n\u00ebntor. Ismail Qemali dhe patriot\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb prisnin e t\u00eb qendroninn\u00eb ato kushte n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, teksa ushtrit\u00eb serbe po pregatiteshin p\u00ebr sulmin final. N\u00eb krye t\u00eb delegat\u00ebve t\u00eb disa rretheve, u nis p\u00ebr n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb,p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebrritur atje m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 25, ku u prit me nj\u00eb entuzias\u00ebm festiv. Kuvendi i mbledhur me 28 n\u00ebntor n\u00eb or\u00ebn 14, me pranin\u00eb e 37 delegat\u00ebve, e kreu misionin e vet historik duke shpallur Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb <strong>m\u00eb vete, t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mosvarme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dita e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe e flamurit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e shenjt\u00eb p\u00ebr ne. V\u00ebrtet ajo nuk i dha vendit nj\u00eb qeveri jet\u00ebgjat\u00eb, e cila, as ia doli t\u00eb shtrinte autoritetin n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 4000 km katror. Por vendimet e Vlor\u00ebs mbeten historike. Ato jan\u00eb vendime q\u00eb p\u00ebrmblidhen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, nj\u00eb shtet komb, nj\u00eb shtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb trojet e tyre etnike, pavar\u00ebsisht se Konferenca e Londr\u00ebs, na dha vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb prej 28 km katror, disa her\u00eb m\u00eb pak se hap\u00ebsira e trojeve etnike. N\u00eb fakt, ngritja e flamurit nuk u realizua n\u00eb 84 kazat\u00eb e parashikuara, madje, nuk u ngrit n\u00eb asnj\u00ebr\u00ebn nga kat\u00ebr qendrat e vilajeteve. Kjo gj\u00eb, ka pasur pesh\u00ebn e vet n\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin e fatit t\u00eb trojeve tona, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb faji i mbetet autoriteteve osmane, t\u00eb cilat, edhe n\u00eb \u00e7astin e mbram\u00eb, desh\u00ebn ta pengonin pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Sot, pas nj\u00ebqind e dy vjet\u00ebsh, ne kemi dy shtete shqiptare, dhe nj\u00ebri prej tyre, zyrtarisht, mban nj\u00eb flamur konvencional. Ka z\u00ebra sot q\u00eb na k\u00ebshillojn\u00eb t\u00eb jemi optimist\u00eb, se Shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb Unionin e Shteteve Europiane. Sigurisht, nuk mund mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet analogji me kat\u00ebr vilajetet shqiptare n\u00ebn Perandorin\u00eb Osmane, por nj\u00eb shtet shqiptar sipas vendimeve t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrimi yn\u00eb, dhe e vetmja perspektiv\u00eb e jona. Nj\u00eb nacion i bashkuar me energji t\u00eb plota n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm mund ta nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb demokracin\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore dhe mir\u00ebqenien e p\u00ebrgjithshme, sfida t\u00eb cilat, ne shqiptar\u00ebt ende nuk i kemi fituar.
