{"id":4709,"date":"2014-10-03T12:30:46","date_gmt":"2014-10-03T12:30:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/?p=4709"},"modified":"2014-10-03T12:30:46","modified_gmt":"2014-10-03T12:30:46","slug":"tekste-alternative-pa-alternative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/?p=4709","title":{"rendered":"\u201cTEKSTE ALTERNATIVE\u201d, PA ALTERNATIV\u00cb&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NDUE DEDAJ<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pas skandalit me tekstet shkollore ka nisur t\u00eb debatohet rreth tyre dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e mir\u00ebpritur, ngaq\u00eb ka qen\u00eb tabu t\u00eb flitej p\u00ebr to. \u00cbsht\u00eb e natyrshme t\u00eb ket\u00eb kult p\u00ebr librat (A nuk i k\u00ebndojn\u00eb vog\u00eblush\u00ebt abetares?),<!--more--> por nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka shenjt\u00ebruese n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes, me uzurpimin e tregut t\u00eb librit shkollor nga m\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cshkathtit\u201d. S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb pun\u00eb \u201cshkum\u00ebsi magjik\u201d, \u201cmilingonash e gjinkallash\u201d, q\u00eb kemi par\u00eb t\u00eb dalin n\u00ebp\u00ebr media k\u00ebto koh\u00ebt e fundit, por di\u00e7ka m\u00eb e thell\u00eb, q\u00eb duhet ndryshuar me themel. Kemi patur nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb qysh nga shekulli XIX me tekstet e shkollore, \u00e7ka qe ngritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb admiruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb vitet \u201930 t\u00eb shekullit XX, por q\u00eb erdhi duke u zbehur pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore me modelimin sovjetik t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb vitet \u201950. Edhe kur kjo nisi t\u00eb shmangej p\u00ebr shkaqe politike, kishte ndodhur nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb revolucioni yn\u00eb kulturor i 67-s dhe s\u00ebrish tekstet shkollore u pastruan nga palca e tradit\u00ebs, nga \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr syt\u00eb ideologjik\u00eb t\u00eb koh\u00ebs ishte reaksionare. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, vitet \u201870 nis\u00ebn me Plenumin e IV t\u00eb PPSH-s\u00eb q\u00eb goditi frym\u00ebn liberale n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi e arte, duke i \u00e7uar tekstet p\u00ebr shkollat n\u00eb skematizmin m\u00eb t\u00eb skajsh\u00ebm. Mjafton t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh tekstin e Historis\u00eb s\u00eb Let\u00ebrsis\u00eb Shqipe t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb viteve \u201980 p\u00ebr ta kuptuar k\u00ebt\u00eb, kur botimet paraardh\u00ebse t\u00eb saj kishin qen\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme. Po shkonim prapa dhe jo p\u00ebrpara si\u00e7 duhej t\u00eb ndodhte. V\u00ebrtet pas 90-s ra ideologjizimi i programeve e teksteve, por nj\u00eb teh i ri politik \u201cdemokratik\u201d u pa n\u00eb ato t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe historis\u00eb, ku tashm\u00eb shkruhej p\u00ebr lider\u00ebt e pluralizmit shqiptar nj\u00eblloj si p\u00ebr baballar\u00ebt e kombit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vlejn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb thelluar t\u00eb dukuris\u00eb, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se e djeshmja na ndihmon n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e gjendjes s\u00eb sotme, kur shkolla mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim tekstet m\u00eb t\u00eb diskutueshme q\u00eb ka patur ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, pa fshir\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e autor\u00ebve t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb sprovuar prej shum\u00eb vitesh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zeje, fal\u00eb dinjitetit dhe profesionalizmit t\u00eb tyre. Po nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo pamja q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebron, p\u00ebrkundrazi gjith\u00e7ka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb biznes. Hartimi i teksteve u b\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebnie e disa botuesve &#8211; biznesmen\u00eb me parat\u00eb e taksapaguesve shqiptar\u00eb. Shkurt, libri shkollor tashm\u00eb ishte si \u00e7do mall tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb konsumohet nj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb vit, si gryk\u00ebset e bardha apo t\u00eb zeza, \u00e7antat shkollore, pakot e ngjyrave etj. Alterteksti n\u00eb parim ishte nj\u00eb zgjidhje e koh\u00ebs, por n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri risit\u00eb degjenerojn\u00eb shpejt, tregu i librit shkollor nuk funksionoi si konkurim vlerash shkencore-pedagogjike, por lul\u00ebzoi sipas njohjeve, aferave \u201cm\u00eb jep e t\u00eb jap\u201d nga lart-posht\u00eb. Kuptohet q\u00eb autor\u00ebt e zot i largohen nj\u00eb konkurenc\u00eb e till\u00eb e rreme dhe stafet\u00ebn e marrin mediokrit. P\u00ebr dob\u00ebsit\u00eb e teksteve t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme, shartimin e tyre me gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb shtyp dhe kat\u00ebr-pes\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, pa folur p\u00ebr qortimin q\u00eb iu b\u00ebnte Kadare qysh n\u00eb vitet 80 teksteve t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb q\u00eb kishin gjithnur varg\u00ebzimesh popullore, por jo Eposin e Kreshnik\u00ebve. Edhe k\u00ebtu shfaqen grafoman\u00ebt, q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga konfuzioni i teksteve alternative, pavar\u00ebsisht se \u00e7far\u00eb niveli njohurish shesin p\u00ebr shkollor\u00ebt. P\u00ebrpos mang\u00ebsive n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e teksteve dhe metodologjin\u00eb e hartimit t\u00eb tyre, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e dukshme gjithandej n\u00ebp\u00ebr librat shkollor\u00eb, mbingarkesa me barishte t\u00eb panevojshme, si ai mjeku i keq q\u00eb e mbush t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin me ila\u00e7e p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb brenda me kartel\u00ebn e tij. N\u00eb mjaft tekste ka gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb drujt\u00eb, t\u00eb pap\u00ebrshtashme p\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn, me sintaks\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnduar etj. Po ashtu n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb habitshme \u00ebsht\u00eb lejuar t\u00eb dalin n\u00eb tregun e provinc\u00ebs dhe disa libra pirat\u00eb m\u00ebsuesish e drejtuesish shkollash, demek p\u00ebr t\u2019iu ardhur n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve. P\u00ebrse ta prishte Tirana k\u00ebt\u00eb tregtiz\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl librash rural\u00eb, kur p\u00ebr vete b\u00ebnte tregtin\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb librit shkollor si t\u2019i vinte p\u00ebrshtat. Dhe t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, p\u00ebrpos se n\u00eb \u00e7ant\u00ebn e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, r\u00ebndonin dhe n\u00eb xhepin e prind\u00ebrve, pasi m\u00ebsuesit au(tu)tor\u00eb dhe sekser\u00ebt e tyre i shisnin me detyrim n\u00eb klasa. P\u00ebr disa \u201cedukator\u00eb\u201d m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ishte t\u00eb b\u00ebje qofte te porta e shkoll\u00ebs se librushka p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, fizik\u00ebs, vendlindjes etj.<\/p>\n<p>Tani q\u00eb situata e p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar e teksteve shkollore u b\u00eb publike dhe k\u00ebrkohet me doemos zgjidhje, ajo asesi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kthimi te modeli monist, me vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb tekst. Alterteksti d\u00ebshtoi se u b\u00eb si \u201ckooperativ\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb mbronte interesat e grupit, por ideja e teksteve alternative nuk mund t\u00eb bjerret, sot p\u00ebr tekstet baz\u00eb: t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, historis\u00eb, gjeografis\u00eb, turizmit e n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrspektiv\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr tekstet e tjera shkollore. Ka p\u00ebrpjekje nga Ministria e Arsimit p\u00ebr ta ndryshuar k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet shkallmues, por si do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb kjo, kur prap\u00eb n\u00eb hierarkin\u00eb e teksteve ka gjera q\u00eb nuk shkojn\u00eb? Pavar\u00ebsisht profilit prej historiani, n\u00eb krye t\u00eb komisionit shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr rishkrimin e historis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kryetar partie i koalicionit t\u00eb majt\u00eb qeveris\u00ebs, Paskal Milo, i cili p\u00ebr mendimin ton\u00eb nuk duhej t\u00eb pranonte k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshin njer\u00ebzit e mazhoranc\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme, n\u00ebse dje, kur n\u00eb pushtet ishte e djathta, n\u00eb krye t\u00eb komisionit p\u00ebr rishkrimin e historis\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte caktuar ndonj\u00eb i prerjes politike t\u00eb Abaz Ermenji, pavar\u00ebsisht klasit si historian? Historishkrimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb fitimtar\u00ebsh n\u00eb pushtet, si\u00e7 nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb argument se komisioni nuk do t\u00eb \u00e7aloj\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb t\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nja dy historian\u00eb t\u00eb huaj. Nj\u00eb historian, filozof, shkrimtar i afishuar n\u00eb politik\u00eb mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00eb nj\u00eb ministri a sektor tjet\u00ebr ku realizohen politika zhvillimi, por jo komisione ekspert\u00ebsh q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb paanshm\u00ebri profesionale. Politika nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrzihet n\u00eb institucionet akademike. Edhe n\u00eb vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb qytet\u00ebruara zot\u00ebrinj t\u00eb till\u00eb politik\u00eb do t\u00eb paragjykoheshin n\u00eb drejtim organizmash shkencore. Kuptohet, puna p\u00ebr tekstet normative nis nga kryekreu, nga konsensusi mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr modelimin dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebrgatit\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Tekstet shkollore me mang\u00ebsi u denoncuan nga prind\u00ebrit n\u00eb rrjetet sociale, pra nga njer\u00ebzit e interesuar drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti p\u00ebr edukimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka meritojn\u00eb falenderim dhe d\u00ebgjes\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb. M\u00ebsuesit, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb par\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb denoncim e deri refuzim t\u00eb teksteve t\u00eb mang\u00ebta, nuk kan\u00eb ende nj\u00eb sindikat\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i mbroj\u00eb nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi, n\u00ebse ata kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tekst q\u00eb i \u00e7\u2019m\u00ebson nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Por tani q\u00eb problemi \u201cplasi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb barra e tyre t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb oponenc\u00ebn teksteve q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrdorim dhe q\u00eb formalisht jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb i p\u00ebrzgjedhin shpesh pa i lexuar. Si mund t\u00eb kryehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, apo n\u00eb nj\u00eb jav\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb grumbullim m\u00ebsuesish, p\u00ebrzgjedhja e teksteve, kur duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb proces mbase jo m\u00eb pak se tremujor. Shakaja m\u00eb e madhe ka qen\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky lloj rituali, t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsh tekstin p\u00ebr m\u00ebsim vet\u00ebm duke i par\u00eb figurat?! Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit, psikolog\u00ebt, gazetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se tekstet me gabime d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb formomin shkencor t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, por dhe p\u00ebrsonalitetin e tyre psikologjik. Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e futur keq n\u00eb kok\u00eb n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebri, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga libri, nuk shkulet m\u00eb prej andej, mbetet gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb dru i shtremb\u00ebr n\u00eb formimin e njeriut. Na duhet t\u00eb v\u00ebm\u00eb dor\u00eb tani n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsor t\u00eb teksteve, e para duke r\u00ebn\u00eb \u201ckooperativa\u201d (piramidale) e Altertekstit, q\u00eb prodhoi tekste me shumic\u00eb, por jo librat e duhur p\u00ebr shkoll\u00ebn. P\u00ebrkthimi dhe p\u00ebshtatja e teksteve nga shkollat europiane \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjidhja e shpejt\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebr tekste t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta t\u00eb shkencave baz\u00eb, apo gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, ka qen\u00eb praktikuar dhe m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb shkollat tona, kurse p\u00ebr tekstet e fush\u00ebs s\u00eb albanologjis\u00eb, zgjidhja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb do t\u00eb gjendej n\u00eb bashk\u00ebveprimin me institucionet arsimore dhe akademike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, sipas deviz\u00ebs nd\u00ebrqeveritare t\u00eb shpallur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur tekste t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta shkollore.
