Sot kjo sht\u00ebpi \u00ebsht\u00eb dy her\u00eb e Juaja\u201d, ishin fjal\u00ebt e mir\u00ebseardhjes t\u00eb Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, zotit Bujar Nishani, drejtuar Atit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebn e kaluar me 21 shtator. Nuk ka nj\u00eb formul\u00eb m\u00eb unike mikprit\u00ebse se kjo mbase n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rruzullin, q\u00eb si\u00e7 dihet \u00ebsht\u00eb shk\u00ebputur nga Kanuni i Lek\u00eb Dukagjinit,<!--more--> si nj\u00eb cop\u00eb esht\u00ebr e tij. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sentenc\u00eb planetare mund t\u00eb rrin\u00eb aq pran\u00eb qiellorja me tok\u00ebsoren. Dhe nuk kishte si t\u00eb mos e p\u00ebrzgjidhte k\u00ebt\u00eb urt\u00ed Presidenti p\u00ebr mikun e rrall\u00eb. Ndoshta asnj\u00ebher\u00eb kjo fraz\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptuar m\u00eb me madh\u00ebshti se n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb presidenciale t\u00eb pritjes s\u00eb Papa Fran\u00e7eskut, duke ting\u00eblluar aq bashk\u00ebkohore dhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb dymij\u00ebvje\u00e7are, ku me siguri ia kan\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer Shenjt\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Tij kumtin e saj p\u00ebrrallor. E, pra, \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb shprehje nga korpusi madh\u00ebshtor i Kanunit, k\u00ebtij visari q\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerr faqebardh\u00eb para gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs, teksa me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn ngarkes\u00eb semantike jan\u00eb dhe plot postulate t\u00eb tjera nga e drejta jon\u00eb dok\u00ebsore. Rreth nj\u00ebzet vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, David Bander, gazetar p\u00ebr Ballkanin n\u00eb\u201cNew York Times\u201d, i pati th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb redaksin\u00eb e saj poetit Rudolf Marku, asokohe deputet, se ju shqiptar\u00ebt ligjin p\u00ebr shtypin e keni n\u00eb nj\u00eb fjali t\u00eb Kanunit: \u201clajm\u00ebsi nuk bie n\u00eb gjak\u201d. N\u00ebse n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrimin e Papa Fran\u00e7eskut do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kishin qen\u00eb prelat\u00ebt e shquar t\u00eb historis\u00eb, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh shkrimtar\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00eb, nga Buzuku te Zef Pllumi, s\u2019kishte si t\u00eb mos i d\u00ebshmonin Atit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb se ky popull kishte mundur t\u00eb rronte e mbijetonte pik\u00ebrisht fal\u00eb k\u00ebsaj vet\u00ebdije t\u00eb lart\u00eb, q\u00eb mikun e nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsonte me Zotin, ku zor t\u00eb gjendet shprehje m\u00eb e lart\u00eb e p\u00ebrnderimit, mir\u00ebkuptimit dhe e dinjitetit t\u00eb njeriut. Sa m\u00ebkat b\u00ebhet nga disa shkrues t\u00eb cek\u00ebt, q\u00eb nga mosnjohja si duhet e Kanunit (ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe nga keqdashja antiveriore maksveliste) i ngjisin atij epitete dhe nofka nga m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebndomtat.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb fraz\u00eb e p\u00ebrkor\u00eb q\u00eb nxirret nga hiri i shekujve dhe ting\u00ebllon aq moderne n\u00eb \u201cSh\u00ebn Pjetrin\u201d shqiptar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shtatori, me afro 300 mij\u00eb vet\u00eb, n\u00eb pranin\u00eb e mbi 1300 gazetar\u00ebve nga e gjith\u00eb bota, tregon se sa fuqi ka tradita shqiptare dhe sa mahnit\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo kur p\u00ebr\u00e7ohet n\u00eb t\u00eb sotmen. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e tep\u00ebrt t\u00eb thuhet se ne i kemi treguesit tan\u00eb identitar\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hyr\u00eb n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. Por a i kemi skeduar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato? Apo rrim\u00eb e kapemi p\u00ebrdit\u00eb p\u00ebr xhakete p\u00ebr ndodhit\u00eb e kund\u00ebrshtit\u00eb politike t\u00eb shekullit XX, ku jemi m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se duhet t\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm ideologjikisht, gjykues dhe paragjykues t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb re, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk mund ta kemi ne n\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebr ta shkruar? Nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb u kremtua 300-vjetori i Kuvendit t\u00eb Arb\u00ebrit, nga ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kulturore-kishtare t\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs, por megjithat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb ceremoni nuk \u201cteproi\u201d asnj\u00eb funksionar i lart\u00eb shtet\u00ebror nga Ministria e Kultur\u00ebs, Ministria e Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs etj., pasi n\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb zyrtare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs ajo ishte nj\u00eb ngjarje thjesht\u00eb \u201cfetare\u201d dhe si mund t\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrzihej\u201d shteti laik n\u00eb pun\u00eb fetar\u00ede? Mir\u00ebpo tani gjerat kan\u00eb filluar t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb, lexohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb histori nga zyrat, mendjet jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb hapura, elitat sado t\u00eb ngadal\u00ebta e kan\u00eb ushtruar nj\u00ebfar\u00eb ndikimi mbi pushtetin, ndaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb nj\u00eb shprehje aq \u201carkaike\u201d kanunore, si kjo p\u00ebr Zotin dhe Mikun, vjen e z\u00eb kryet e vendit n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe shqiptare. E p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndenjur dhe pak te Kuvendi i Arb\u00ebrit, mbajtur n\u00eb M\u00ebr\u00e7i t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs me 1703, jo rast\u00ebsisht e soll\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, po se ai q\u00eb e inicoi ishte nj\u00eb pap\u00eb shqiptar, Klementi XI, i vetmi i till\u00eb me em\u00ebr dhe mbiem\u00ebr, me origjin\u00eb dhe vokacion. Mjafton t\u00eb shqyrtosh tekstin e atij Kuvendi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar valenc\u00ebn q\u00eb ai pati p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, shkollat e para dioqezane shqiptare (ve\u00e7mas t\u00eb Vel\u00ebs e Kurbinit), p\u00ebrballjen e fort\u00eb kulturore p\u00ebr mos-asimilimin otoman t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, Rilindjen komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb mbase nuk do t\u00eb vinte e plleshme pa kulme t\u00eb tilla paraardh\u00ebse. Do t\u00eb vij\u00eb koha q\u00eb ai Kuvend emblematik do t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga suaza ipeshkvnore e do t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00eb rang qeveritar, nga Akademia e Shkencave, universitetet etj., dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje \u201cfetare\u201d lokale, rajonale, por gjith\u00ebshqiptare, duke qen\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh dhe fetare &#8211; po pse duhet t\u00eb presim gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ardhshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb mundemi sot?<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse do t\u00eb dijm\u00eb t\u00eb vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb \u00e7do fjal\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr e t\u00eb urt\u00eb shqipe, \u00e7do p\u00ebrgamen\u00eb, amfor\u00eb, kodik, hart\u00eb, mbishkrim, kala, tempull, kuvend t\u00eb s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs, at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb rilevojm\u00eb identitetin ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb gjith\u00eb shtrirjen dhe larmin\u00eb e tij. U ndal\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb fraz\u00eb t\u00eb Kanunit, me 4-5 fjal\u00eb, si nyje gjuh\u00ebsore semantike i nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgimie t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb dok\u00ebsore, q\u00eb u shqiptua nga Presidenti i vendit n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb; por at\u00eb dit\u00eb ishin aty dhe portretet e 40 martir\u00ebve t\u00eb kish\u00ebs, d\u00ebshmi e nj\u00eb martirizimi t\u00eb pashembull t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm e t\u00eb von\u00eb, me dhjet\u00eb a nj\u00ebzetfishin e atyre emrave, q\u00eb nis me zhvarrosjen e Pjet\u00ebr Bogdanit n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb prehej as kufoma e tij. K\u00ebsisoj ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nga shkrimtar\u00ebt e par\u00eb, por dhe nj\u00eb nga martir\u00ebt e par\u00eb shqiptar. Por deri te afishimi i merituar n\u00eb zem\u00ebr t\u00eb kryeqytetit para nj\u00eb jave i kalor\u00ebsve t\u00eb martirizuar t\u00eb krisht\u00ebrimit, jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dinin se prej vitesh kishte vazhduar procesi i kanonizimit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr martir\u00eb e nj\u00eb dit\u00eb Vatikani do t\u2019i shpall\u00eb si t\u00eb till\u00eb. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb publikoheshin qoft\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm diplomat e tyre universitare t\u00eb marra n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, apo ligj\u00ebratat e mbajtura nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb, do t\u00eb kuptohej dhe m\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja e tyre p\u00ebr ta kthyer rrjedh\u00ebn kulturore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb andej nga ajo kishte qen\u00eb qysh nga fillesat e deri n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e Sk\u00ebnderbeut.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSht\u00ebpia e shqiptarit \u00ebsht\u00eb e Zotit dhe e Mikut\u201d, e shqiptuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb t\u00eb re, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se m\u00eb n\u00eb fund ka nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb re t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore ndaj kultur\u00ebs unitare dhe identitare shqiptare, q\u00eb i kap\u00ebrcen skemat e vjetra ideologjike dhe klishet\u00eb akademike gjith\u00eb kufizime ideore t\u00eb shekullit XX. Shqip\u00ebria edhe n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimin publik ka nd\u00ebrruar faqe. Dikur shprehja e famshme e sip\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej p\u00ebr kull\u00ebn mal\u00ebsore, q\u00eb ishte dhe nj\u00eb fortes\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebse nga pushtimet e huaja, kurse tash \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e Zotit dhe e mikut, jo vet\u00ebm me 21 shtator n\u00eb pritjen e Pap\u00ebs, por gjith\u00ebhere. Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi e Europ\u00ebs, me njer\u00ebz me mend\u00ebsi e sjellje europiane, pavar\u00ebsisht besimit q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb, katolik\u00eb, ortodok\u00ebs, mysliman\u00eb etj. \u201cE duam Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si gjith\u00eb Europa\u201d ishte kredoja shqiptare e viteve \u201990, kur po p\u00ebrmbysej sistemi i vjet\u00ebr e po lindte i riu. Por v\u00ebrtet q\u00eb u vonuam shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e integruar e kontinentit am\u00eb, nga i cili na pati larguar historia e pam\u00ebshirshme pes\u00ebshekullore otomane dhe ajo ideologjike sovjetike m\u00eb pas. Dhe kur themi sht\u00ebpia e Zotit dhe e mikut, kuptimi i par\u00eb i saj \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i harmonis\u00eb brenda vet\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb. Nuk mund t\u00eb ishte sht\u00ebpi bujare p\u00ebr mikun, n\u00ebse nuk ishte e fisme n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e saj. Kush e njeh historin\u00eb e familjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha shqiptare, e di se ato funksiononin si nj\u00eb shtet i vog\u00ebl, ku an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e familjes kishin mir\u00ebkuptim t\u00eb padiskutuesh\u00ebm mes tyre, dhe pse nuk mendonin e besonin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj. L\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, pra, Shqip\u00ebria, jo vet\u00ebm sht\u00ebpi p\u00ebr miqt\u00eb e m\u00ebdhenj a t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga jasht\u00eb koh\u00eb pas kohe, por miq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, sidomos ata t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrcjellin inatin e brendsh\u00ebm deri n\u00eb Bruksel e OKB.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NDUE DEDAJ &nbsp; \u201cSht\u00ebpia e shqiptarit \u00ebsht\u00eb e Zotit dhe e mikut.
