N\u00eb ato mote kishte flamurin e vet dhe krahina, dhe bajraku, por dhe sht\u00ebpia e madhe, sht\u00ebpia e par\u00eb, q\u00eb ishte si nj\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete. Flamuri i Mirdit\u00ebs ishte ai komb\u00ebtar, shqiponja dykrenore, por me element shenjues <em>diellin me rreze,<\/em> aty ku m\u00eb pas u vendos ylli pes\u00ebcep\u00ebsh. Flamuri i Dheut (bajrakut) t\u00eb Kuzhnenit p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga nj\u00eb dor\u00eb e bardh\u00eb e hapur n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb kuqe, me nj\u00eb kryq t\u00eb kuq n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb bardh\u00eb, si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrshkruan Franc Nop\u00e7a. \u00cbsht\u00eb e njohur se n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb duvaku i nuses ishte me shqiponj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Aristokracia shqiptare e maleve, q\u00eb kishte si tipar themelor <em>prijen<\/em> mundi t\u00eb mbetej e pashprishur n\u00eb thelbin e saj autokton, pa u lakuar e tjet\u00ebrsuar prej kulturave t\u00eb pushtimeve, me t\u00eb gjitha shenjat e saj prijetare, kuvendore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Flamuri origjinal i Qafajve: nj\u00eb deg\u00eb lisi e blert\u00eb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>n\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb bardh\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Flamuri i Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Qaf\u00ebs ishte si ai i Mirdit\u00ebs p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket fush\u00ebs s\u00eb bardh\u00eb, por mbi t\u00eb ishte skalitur nj\u00eb deg\u00eb lisi e blert\u00eb, me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb di\u00e7ka origjinale, q\u00eb sot do t\u00eb dukej i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb parti ekologjike q\u00eb na mungon. Lisi ishte simbol i forc\u00ebs, lart\u00ebsis\u00eb, bukuris\u00eb natyrore dhe njer\u00ebzore, dega e njom\u00eb e lisit me gjeth ishte shprehje e paqes, mir\u00ebkuptimit, lejimit t\u00eb tjetrit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr territorin t\u00ebnd. Ai flamur vihej n\u00eb ball\u00eb nga karvanet q\u00eb kalonin nga Prizreni e Gjakova n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thoshte se ishin n\u00eb bes\u00ebn e saj dhe askush nuk mund t\u2019i prekte nga Qafa e Malit deri n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e Qaf\u00eb-Qel\u00ebs matan\u00eb Puk\u00ebs. E kur nuk kishin flamurin e Qafajve, mjaftonte t\u00eb thyenin nj\u00eb deg\u00eb lisi e ta vinin n\u00eb qaf\u00eb dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb gjithkush e dinte se ishin n\u00eb bes\u00ebn e tyre, padyshim nj\u00eb nga zakonet m\u00eb t\u00eb fisme shqiptare. Nj\u00eb deg\u00eb lisi q\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7onte bes\u00ebn qaf\u00eb m\u00eb qaf\u00eb e gryk\u00eb m\u00eb gryk\u00eb. Ti ishe nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtar i larg\u00ebt, i panjohur, i pambrojtur, kur befas kujtoheshe se kishte nj\u00eb ligj t\u00eb pashkruar t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote q\u00eb t\u00eb merrte n\u00eb mbrojtje, t\u00eb dilte p\u00ebrzot, ishte, pra, thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb deg\u00eb lisi q\u00eb t\u2019i mund ta k\u00ebpusje sapo t\u00eb zgjasje dor\u00ebn dhe at\u00ebbot\u00eb ishe i mbrojtur nj\u00eblloj si mbreti i Franc\u00ebs apo Anglis\u00eb q\u00eb kishte gard\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth, ani se ai q\u00eb t\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb n\u00eb bes\u00eb nuk t\u00eb njihte dhe as nuk e njihje. N\u00ebse mund t\u00eb ndodhte ndonj\u00eb mr\u00e9kull e ti shtegtari t\u00eb vriteshe n\u00eb pabesi, at\u00ebher\u00eb ti asesi nuk shkoje gjakhup\u00ebt, pasi gjaku yt do t\u00eb merrej nga sht\u00ebpia q\u00eb kishte p\u00ebr flamur at\u00eb deg\u00eb lisi. E kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb legjend\u00eb, por nj\u00eb doke e zbatueshme. Ka ndodhur m\u00eb se nj\u00ebher\u00eb, q\u00eb i vrari n\u00eb agonin\u00eb e fundit ka shqiptuar para ndonj\u00eb bariu a shtegtari tjet\u00ebr, se kam hang\u00ebr n\u00eb dardhat e filanit dhe kaq ishte e mjaftushme q\u00eb ai t\u00eb quhej \u201cmik i prem\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb buk\u00ebn e tij. Nuk kishte nj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb se kjo n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb plot trazime sociale e ravgime morale. \u201cDega e lisit\u201d v\u00ebrtet u njoh si flamuri i Qafajve, por me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn simbolik\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur kudo n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Kanunit, si shenj\u00eb mbrojtje e shtegtarit, i cili, kur kalonte pran\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb t\u00ebnde, mjaft q\u00eb t\u00eb kishte at\u00eb \u201cmedaljon\u201d n\u00eb set\u00ebr dhe ishte n\u00eb bes\u00ebn t\u00ebnde.<\/p>\n<p>Sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e vjetra shqiptare kishin nj\u00eb status m\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, si e Gjomarkut, e Kaloshit, e Gjo Lulit, e Skand\u00ebs, e Qaf\u00ebs, e P\u00ebrvizit, e Friskut, e Cer\u00ebs etj., q\u00eb nga koha e Motit t\u00eb Madh. \u201cSht\u00ebpia jon\u00eb dhe sht\u00ebpia e Qarrit t\u00eb Hasit ishin t\u00eb njohura p\u00ebr bujari, me dhan\u00eb buk\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo. Asokohe shtroheshin 5-6 sofra n\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt. N\u00eb drek\u00eb hahej buke m\u00eb \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb kishte, kurse n\u00eb dark\u00eb hahej buk\u00eb me mish, p\u00ebr miqt\u00eb, udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt e shtegtar\u00ebt\u201d, kujtojn\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsit. Ky ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb zakon i mrekulluesh\u00ebm n\u00eb malet tona, k\u00ebsaj i thon\u00eb q\u00eb bujaria t\u00eb dilte sheshit, n\u00eb udh\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, \u00e7ka mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb unike n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Ishe nisur p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb pun\u00ebn t\u00ebnde dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb drek\u00ebn e gjeje t\u00eb shtruar ku t\u00eb gjente mesdita, e dark\u00ebn ku t\u00eb zinte nata, pa\u00e7ka se nuk e njihje sht\u00ebpin\u00eb ku do t\u00eb veje. Ka pas disa sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb tilla buk\u00ebdhan\u00ebse <em>n\u00eb udh\u00eb<\/em> n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, si e Qaf\u00ebs n\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebs, e Tucit n\u00eb Simon etj. Po ashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur zakoni me iu qit raki me meze krushqve n\u00eb Udh\u00eb t\u00eb Madhe, kur ata kalonin ndan\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb t\u00ebnde, pasi mund t\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb udh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Kjo bujari i ka pas mbajt krushqit t\u00eb \u201cpangrir\u00eb\u201d dhe doket t\u00eb pathyeshme.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Arsti n\u00eb Udh\u00ebn Publike q\u00eb kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr Dukagjin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto vende t\u00eb ep\u00ebrme n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn jan\u00eb vizituar n\u00eb t\u00eb rrall\u00eb nga ipeshkvit e Sap\u00ebs (N\u00ebnshat), apo vizitor\u00ebt apostolik\u00eb t\u00eb Vatikanit. Jan\u00eb nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb relacionesh t\u00eb asaj kohe q\u00eb fal\u00eb Injac Zamputit prej gjysm\u00eb shekulli i kemi dhe n\u00eb shqip. Frangu p\u00ebrshkruan me imt\u00ebsi rrug\u00ebtimin e tij baritor: <em>\u201c<\/em><em>Prej Kabashit shkuem n\u2019Ar\u00ebs, katund 8 mil larg nga Kabashi. Nuk mund ta ftillosh me t\u00eb par\u00ebn, n\u00ebse emri <em>Arst <\/em>vjen nga <em>arr\u00eb, ar\u00eb\/ar\u00ebz<\/em> apo dhe nga <em>ar(i),<\/em> kur n\u00ebntoka e k\u00ebtyre maleve \u00ebsht\u00eb plot me madem? Iu hedhim nj\u00eb sy shkrimeve t\u00eb vjetra dhe ja tek hasim nj\u00eb sh\u00ebnim t\u00eb studiuesit Kol Luka: N\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebs, shkruan ai, jan\u00eb toponimet: <em>Kroni i Fushaxhive<\/em>, <em>Vija e Fushaxhive<\/em>, etj., dmth t\u00eb atyre\u00a0q\u00eb kishin zbritur posht\u00eb n\u00eb pllaj\u00eb. Qysh n\u00eb pragun e Lidhjes s\u00eb Prizrenit, n\u00eb raportet e konsujve Austrohungarez n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr drejtuar Vjen\u00ebs, shkruhej se \u201cQafa e Malit u zu prej 400 mirditasve\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur urdin\u00eb e Dervish Pash\u00ebs drejt Mirdit\u00ebs, Puk\u00ebs, Lezh\u00ebs etj. Qaf\u00eb me krushq t\u00eb ngrir\u00eb si n\u00eb Eposin e Kreshnik\u00ebve. Gjithsesi qaf\u00eb me nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb veten, si dhe Qafa e Brodolecit, Qafa e Llogaras\u00eb, Qaf\u00eb Shtama, Qaf\u00eb Thana etj.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Qafajt, familja m\u00eb e njohur tregtare n\u00eb Puk\u00eb e Mirdit\u00eb, q\u00eb b\u00ebnte <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>tregti deri n\u00eb Nish t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb e Puk\u00eb jan\u00eb ushtruar zeje t\u00eb ndryshme, kryesisht punimi i drurit, gurit, dheut, prodhimi i pezhgves, nj\u00eb tregti e vog\u00ebl prodhimesh familjare, por tregtia e madhe nuk ka qen\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur. Sht\u00ebpia e Qaf\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb njohurat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb krahin\u00eb, por shum\u00eb m\u00eb tej. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kuot\u00eb e ve\u00e7at\u00eb e saj, q\u00eb meriton t\u00eb njihet m\u00eb thell\u00eb. Ishte nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb e re pune, n\u00eb fillesat e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve kapitaliste n\u00eb vend, n\u00ebse kjo nuk mund t\u00eb merret p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb e madhe. Tregtia me disa nga qendrat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme shqiptare (Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Elbasan, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, Kuk\u00ebs, Gjakov\u00eb, Prizren, Pej\u00eb etj.) i japin nj\u00eb identitet t\u00eb ri k\u00ebsaj sht\u00ebpie t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar, duke patur dhe p\u00ebrmas\u00ebn humane. Ajo pati merit\u00ebn se futi konceptin e tregut, shitblerjes n\u00eb nj\u00eb territor ku ai nuk kishte ekzistuar m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Zef Ndue Qafa, nj\u00eb nga burrat e njohur t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj sht\u00ebpie, tregonte deri von\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tradit\u00eb tregtate t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr tre bujtinat (hanet) mikprit\u00ebse t\u00eb Qafajve. N\u00eb nj\u00eb fotografi t\u00eb afishuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga sallonet e hoteleve t\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsve n\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebs, ai pozon sipas stilit t\u00eb Marub\u00ebve, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e b\u00ebr\u00eb prej tyre n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, veshur me kostum komb\u00ebtar, ulur n\u00eb karrige, me pisqoll\u00ebn q\u00eb i duket n\u00eb brez dhe dor\u00ebn n\u00eb pushk\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetur mbas murit. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim tipik i mal\u00ebsorit t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm q\u00eb thot\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrmes pamjes s\u00eb tij krenare, me mustaqe t\u00eb plota dhe k\u00ebsul\u00ebn karakteristike t\u00eb bardh\u00eb \u201cpipiruce\u201d me maj\u00eb t\u00eb Spa\u00e7it, q\u00eb Aleksand\u00ebr Stip\u00e7eviqi i quante me origjin\u00eb ilire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb interesante t\u00eb shqyrtohet marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnia shpesh komplekse q\u00eb kan\u00eb patur disa sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb njohura me qeverisjen e lart\u00eb t\u00eb vendit apo at\u00eb krahinore, p\u00ebrfshi dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Qaf\u00ebs. Edhe pse mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, konflikti ka ndodhur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb rivaliteti q\u00eb shum\u00eb sht\u00ebpi n\u00eb z\u00e2 kishin filluar t\u00eb kishin me Kapidanin e Mirdit\u00ebs. Doemos ato q\u00eb ishin sht\u00ebpi \u201cshtet\u201d dhe ia dinin vlerat dhe zot\u00ebsit\u00eb vetes. \u201cIshim sht\u00ebpi e pasur, me burra t\u00eb fort\u00eb\u201d, shkruan Ded\u00eb Qafa n\u00eb kujtimet e veta, duke n\u00ebnkuptuar se si t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfilleshim nga Kapidani apo Mbreti Zog, q\u00eb sido q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte, kishin nj\u00eb pushtet autokratik, her\u00eb-her\u00eb duke k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb vendosnin autoritet dhe aty ku nuk ishte e mundur, pasi shteti ishte n\u00eb konsolidim, kurse pushteti kapidanor n\u00eb r\u00ebnie.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu miq\u00ebsore e t\u00eb spikatura kan\u00eb qen\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me njer\u00ebzit dhe familjet e besimit mysliman n\u00eb zona ku besimet takoheshin, pas islamizimit t\u00eb disa trevave shqiptare. Sht\u00ebpia e Qafajve kishte miq\u00ebsi me sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Bajram Ag\u00ebs n\u00eb Kryezi. Ndrec\u00eb Ndue Qafa kishte \u201cpir\u00eb gjakun\u201d me Gjylen, gruan e Bajram Ag\u00ebs p\u00ebr ta mbrojur si grua e vej\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb rriste jetimat dhe t\u00eb mos i binte kush n\u00eb qaf\u00eb. Kjo ndodhi mbas vrasjes\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb shoqit, Bajramit, q\u00eb Ndreca e kishte pasur dashamir dhe kumbar. Ky ishte nj\u00eb gjest i lart\u00eb fisnik dhe si i till\u00eb u p\u00ebrmend n\u00eb ato koh\u00eb nga njer\u00ebzit e Kryeziut, Qaf\u00eb-Malit, Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsit etj. Bajram Aga ishte atdhetar, ashtu si dhe Mustaf\u00eb Aga, sht\u00ebpi e par\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb shtat\u00eb bajrak\u00ebt, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Qafajt kishim lidhje e bashk\u00ebpunim, si\u00e7 e thot\u00eb dhe k\u00ebnga popullore. Nuk i pengonte aspak besimi i ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb kishin mes tyre, bile i shkonin p\u00ebr fest\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrit, ata vinin p\u00ebr Pashk\u00eb te katolik\u00ebt, k\u00ebta u shkonin p\u00ebr Bajram etj., nj\u00eb tradit\u00eb q\u00eb e gjejm\u00eb aq t\u00eb spikatur ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Lur\u00eb ku dy besimet rronin n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Jehona e t\u00eb par\u00ebve, prij\u00ebsve t\u00eb maleve <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb mal\u00ebsi autoktone, n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb apo n\u00eb Lab\u00ebri, nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet pa luft\u00ebrat, qendres\u00ebn, trim\u00ebrin\u00eb, figurat me n\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb saj, folklorin q\u00eb e ka shoq\u00ebruar. Rapsodi i shquar Prendush Gega shkruante p\u00ebr figurat e k\u00ebsaj mal\u00ebsie veriore, nj\u00eblloj si Fishta p\u00ebr krer\u00ebt e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe. N\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore t\u00eb mbledhur n\u00eb Lum\u00eb dhe t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb \u201cVisaret e Kombit\u201d me 1939, i b\u00ebhet jehon\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht luft\u00ebtarit mirditas Ndrec\u00eb Ndue Qafa nga Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsi. Mal\u00ebsorit gjith\u00ebhere i ka p\u00eblqyer t\u00eb krenohet me gjysh\u00ebrit, madje dhe t\u00eb mburret me ta, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe duke i mveshur me legjenda e goj\u00ebdhana. Ai ka dashur t\u00eb vdes\u00eb me k\u00ebng\u00eb, t\u2019i k\u00ebndohet kanga, ani se ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb kan\u00eb hyr\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm heronjt\u00eb por dhe cubat. Ded\u00eb Qafa ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon n\u00eb jehon\u00ebn e t\u00eb par\u00ebve. Por nuk ishin vet\u00ebm burrat. Ata q\u00eb e njohin mal\u00ebsin\u00eb me themel e din\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e gruas, shpesh tep\u00ebr t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Ka patur gra po aq t\u00eb njohura sa burrat dhe nuk ka qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm Shot\u00eb Galica, apo Nora e Hotit. Nj\u00eb grua e moshuar e fisit Qafaj, Dava e Tom Prenit, \u00e7onte post\u00ebn n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb muaj. Ajo i fuste zarfet n\u00eb \u00e7orapet e trasha e t\u00eb gjata dhe ashtu me to n\u00eb \u201ckamb\u00eb\u201d kalonte kufirin, pa u diktuar nga milicia serbe, jugosllave. Letrat ishin t\u00eb atdhetar\u00ebve si Bajram Curri e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb Dava i shpiente n\u00eb Prizren, Gjakov\u00eb etj. Po t\u00eb diktohej se kryente at\u00eb veprimtari patriotike Dava e Qafajve do t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkohej r\u00ebnd\u00eb vet\u00eb dhe familja e saj. Ishte nj\u00eb post\u00eb popullore, pa vula dhe pulla shteti. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb vite ka funksionuar k\u00ebshtu posta n\u00eb malet tona.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit e d\u00ebgjuar n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb shkonin goj\u00eb m\u00eb goj\u00eb, duke u p\u00ebrmendur p\u00ebr trim\u00ebrit\u00eb e men\u00e7urit\u00eb e tyre e kjo deri n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb vona. Pjetri n\u00eb vitin 1949 veproi k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr t\u2019u arratisur, mori vajz\u00ebn, Liz\u00ebn, q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb dhe i thot\u00eb kryetarit t\u00eb lokalitetit t\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsit, Ali Hasan Furrikut, se donte ta vizitonte te doktorat, se vajza ishte e s\u00ebmur\u00eb. Me at\u00eb \u201csebep\u201d ka marr\u00eb gruan dhe vajz\u00ebn dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar nga bjeshk\u00ebt e Puk\u00ebs, ku n\u00eb Va Dardh\u00eb, kan\u00eb kaluar Drinin rreth dyzet vet\u00eb q\u00eb po arratiseshin, me <em>rr\u00ebshek\u00eb<\/em> (l\u00ebkur\u00eb dhie e fryr\u00eb si komerdare), jan\u00eb hedhur n\u00eb Jugosllavi, ku i kan\u00eb futur n\u00eb burg. Pjetri ka qendruar fillimisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, Kosmet, Podujev\u00eb etj. Atje ka lindur Kujtimi dhe dy v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e tij, Nikolla e Simoni. Ka hyr\u00eb dhe ka dal\u00eb disa her\u00eb k\u00ebtu, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb, i veshur dhe si grua, ka kaluar mes p\u00ebrmes Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsit dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur(!) Pjetri erdhi nga Jugosllavia dhe mori Mark Gjok Car\u00ebn, kryetarin e lokalitetit t\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsit, n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb viteve \u201950, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mbeti k\u00ebndej gruaja e k\u00ebtij, pasi ishte shtatzan\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb arratisej n\u00eb at\u00eb gjendje. Prandaj Pjetri u detyrua t\u00eb vinte s\u00ebrish, pas pak kohe, tani p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb gruan e Markut me disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Natyrisht q\u00eb shteti e dinte se ai do t\u00eb vinte, ndaj e rrethuan me 200 forca t\u00eb ndjekjes sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Qafajve, por ai tashm\u00eb ishte tep\u00ebr i st\u00ebrvitur n\u00eb k\u00ebso pun\u00ebsh, q\u00eb dukeshin si aventura t\u00eb rr\u00ebzikshme si ato q\u00eb shiheshin n\u00ebp\u00ebr filma. Ia doli q\u00eb ta merrte gruan e Mark Car\u00ebs s\u00eb bashku me dy burra t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane q\u00eb do t\u00eb arratiseshin dhe ata, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashk\u00eb kalojn\u00eb kufirin. Pjet\u00ebr Qafa ka jetuar n\u00eb Detroit deri von\u00eb, kur ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Por historia e von\u00eb ka ndryshuar krejt\u00ebsisht rrjedh\u00eb. Fran Qafa \u00ebsht\u00eb pedagog i fakultetit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Djali i tij i madh, Mikeli, studion n\u00eb Universitetin e Nju Jorkut n\u00eb SHBA. N\u00eb vitin 2008 kishte fituar n\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb burs\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb Mostar, n\u00eb nj\u00ebrin nga kolegjet e Bot\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkuar. Shpallur n\u00eb 6 nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb vendit mes 92 konkurent\u00ebve. Ishte ky nj\u00eb standard i ri i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj sht\u00ebpie. Tani n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb ata nuk venim m\u00eb si t\u00eb arratisur politik\u00eb, por si njer\u00ebz t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb lir\u00eb demokratike, q\u00eb t\u00eb krijon shanset m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb arsimimit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Goditja politike ndaj Qafajve nisi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>me \u201cgrupin sabotator\u201d t\u00eb Sharrave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsi u kthye n\u00eb sinonim i sharrave (p\u00ebrpunim-drurit) dhe minierave t\u00eb bakrit, qend\u00ebr e nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtorie, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjall\u00ebruar dhe sot. Ky zhvillim solli nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jetese p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e mal\u00ebsive, qyteteve q\u00eb u krijuan, duke u integruar n\u00eb pun\u00eb e profesione t\u00eb ndryshme burrat e m\u00eb pas dhe grat\u00eb. Miniera e Munell\u00ebs, e Lakut t\u00eb Roshit, e Tu\u00e7it dhe e Qaf\u00ebs s\u00eb Barit, dy t\u00eb riv\u00ebna n\u00eb pun\u00eb e dy q\u00eb presin investitor\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ripahur, jan\u00eb nj\u00eb pasuri e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb dikur flinin mbi mademe. Por ishte dhe ana tjet\u00ebr e medaljes, lufta e klasave, q\u00eb kishte ng\u00ebrthyer dhe k\u00ebto kreshta q\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht kishin qen\u00eb t\u00eb lira, duke ngjitur nj\u00eb burg politik deri n\u00eb bjeshk\u00ebt e Qaf\u00ebs s\u00eb Barit, si\u00e7 i degdisnin dikur rus\u00ebt disident\u00eb n\u00eb Siberi mes dimrit t\u00eb pam\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm t\u00eb stepave. P\u00ebrsekutimi komunist i Qafajve, me 10 burra t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar politik\u00eb, si dhe tjer\u00eb t\u00eb arratisur e t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekur nga kjo familje, d\u00ebshmon se regjimi komunist asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e uli Shpat\u00ebn e Demokleut nga dora. Ata ishin Preng Pjet\u00ebr Qafa, Pal Preng Qafa, Dod\u00eb Ndrec Qafa, Nikoll Ndue Qafa, Ndue Zef Qafa, Mark Preng Qafa, Viktor Ndue Qafa, Gok\u00eb Dod\u00eb Qafa, Pashk Dod\u00eb Qafa, Frrok Ndrec Qafa. Nj\u00ebri nga t\u00eb dhjet\u00eb, Pal Qafa, i martirizuar, tretet n\u00ebn dh\u00e9 diku n\u00eb bjeshk\u00ebt e T\u00ebrbunit, deri n\u00eb agun e demokracis\u00eb. Me marr\u00eb dhjet\u00eb dekorata nga nj\u00eb regjim jan\u00eb tep\u00ebr, jo m\u00eb dhjet\u00eb pal\u00eb pranga t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb proletariatit mbi nj\u00eb der\u00eb fisnike. Goditja ndaj Qafajve kishte filluar qysh me procesin e \u201csabotimit n\u00eb sharra\u201d n\u00eb vitin 1949 kur u arrestua nj\u00eb grup \u201carmiq\u00ebsor\u201d me kryemjeshtrin Rrok Mazreku nga Shkodra, v\u00ebllai i priftit t\u00eb Kryeziut, Dom Nikoll\u00eb Mazreku, shkrimtar dhe studiues i mir\u00ebnjohur. Ai procesi politik pati disa t\u00eb pushkatuar si sabotator\u00eb dhe agjent\u00eb t\u00eb paqen\u00eb t\u00eb UDB-s\u00eb s\u00eb Titos, si Rrok Mazreku, Sotir Rusta, Tomi Llasi dhe t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar me burgim politik: Zeqir Selimi e Gjok Qafa. Me at\u00eb rast kan\u00eb futur n\u00eb burg dhe Ndue Zef Qaf\u00ebn, me akuz\u00ebn se kishte dashur t\u00eb hidhte n\u00eb er\u00eb stabilimentin e sharrave t\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebsit, \u00e7ka nuk ishte e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. E kan\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb hetuesi 8 muaj n\u00eb burgun e Shkodr\u00ebs, n\u00eb kushte t\u00eb r\u00ebnda dhe jan\u00eb detyruar ta lirojn\u00eb pa gjyq p\u00ebr munges\u00eb provash. Nuk ishin k\u00ebta q\u00eb donin t\u00eb hidhnin n\u00eb er\u00eb shrrat e Puk\u00ebs, por regjimi q\u00eb e kishte hedhur ne er\u00eb demokracin\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb dikatur\u00ebs s\u00eb proletariatit. Thirret dhe Ded\u00eb Qafa n\u00eb zyrat e Sigurimit, si \u201cspiun i amerikan\u00ebve\u201d. Me e p\u00ebrmend emrin e Amerik\u00ebs shkoje n\u00eb burg, jo m\u00eb me qen\u00eb agjent i saj. P\u00ebr regjimin bolshevik armik mund t\u00eb ishte si nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtor miniere apo bari malesh, si nj\u00eb komunist i 41-it. N\u00eb Fush\u00eb-Arr\u00ebs pati qen\u00eb i internuar dhe Fadil Pa\u00e7rami, dramaturg dhe drejtues i PP-s\u00eb, q\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb dhe Minist\u00ebr i Arsimit. Gruaja e tij, ish-drejtoresh\u00eb e Bibliotek\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare, kishte prekur ferrin, duke fshir\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e qytetit me netull. I dekoruar me titullin e lart\u00eb \u201cMjesht\u00ebr i Madh\u201d nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs Bamir Topi, i nderuar dhe me \u201cMir\u00ebnjohja\u201d e Gjakov\u00ebs etj., p\u00ebr trajtimin me fjetje e ushqim n\u00eb hotelin e tij familjar t\u00eb 700 kosovar\u00ebve gjat\u00eb genocidit serb t\u00eb 1999-s. N\u00eb nj\u00eb fletore t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb jan\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar emrat e qindra kosovar\u00ebve q\u00eb kan\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00eb buk\u00ebn e tij ato muaj, q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb mbiemrat: Gashi, Zeka, Beqiraj, Shala, Gjonaj, Vila, Mula, Syla, Babi, Kosumi, Telaku, Gjokaj, Kabashi, Ndreca, Kastrati, Sudi, Salihi, Miraka, Pepa, Kacoli, Emini etj. Sht\u00ebpia e Qafajve ishte patriote e bujare her\u00ebt e von\u00eb. I ati i Ded\u00ebs, Nikoll\u00eb Ndrec\u00eb Qafa, me 1944 kishte pritur Brigad\u00ebn e 22 Sulmuese me ushqim e v\u00ebsh\u00ebmbathje, ku ish- Komandanti i saj, Sali Verdha, do t\u00eb thoshte se te Nikolla ai dhe partizan\u00ebt kishin par\u00eb kulmin e patriotizmit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb mendje nj\u00eb shprehje krejt origjinale e Ded\u00ebs, \u201cideali im ka qen\u00eb me shkue te origjina\u201d, q\u00eb rrok filozofin\u00eb e \u00e7do familje shqiptare autentike, q\u00eb iu devijua dhe deformua rrjedha historike n\u00ebp\u00ebr travlimet politike t\u00eb shekullit XX. Qafajt kishin qen\u00eb ushtrues t\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjes private dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb kishin rrojtur e ishin fuqizuar deri n\u00eb mbarimet e Luft\u00ebs II Bot\u00ebrore, p\u00ebr t\u2019u rikthyer aty vet\u00ebm pas gjysm\u00eb shekulli. Dhe kur shpron\u00ebsimi e shtet\u00ebzimi prekte nj\u00eb familje sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb male, mendo se \u00e7\u2019kishte ndodhur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrafsh me familjet e m\u00ebdha tregtare shqiptare, t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, Elbasanit, Vlor\u00ebs etj., q\u00eb do t\u00eb shformoheshin si pron\u00ebsi, do t\u00eb shuheshin si pasuri e do t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsoheshin si tradit\u00eb. Ndaj Ded\u00eb Qafa e sivllaznit e tij kishin vertet\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr t\u00eb madhe, q\u00eb me 90-n, me u kthye s\u00ebrish te origjina.
