Ky fshat ndryshoi nga fshatrat e tjera, q\u00ebkur aty nj\u00ebra nga familjet mori p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb qeveriste m\u00eb shum\u00eb se Oroshin. Koh\u00ebt kaluan dhe hap\u00ebsirat e pushtetit t\u00eb saj u shtrin\u00eb mbi fshatra t\u00eb tjera dhe p\u00ebr Oroshin sipas tradit\u00ebs u kujdes\u00ebn t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, krer\u00ebt dhe bajraktari, se Kapidani drejtonte t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebn. T\u00eb ishe Krye dhe Bajraktar n\u00eb Orosh ishte di\u00e7ka m\u00eb ndryshe se n\u00eb vendet e tjera, se aty kishe t\u00eb b\u00ebje me Kapidan\u00ebt dhe oroshasit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pavar\u00ebsisht nga rangu shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb Orosh, rrinin n\u00eb krye t\u00eb sofrave n\u00ebp\u00ebr Mirdit\u00eb.<br \/>\nMe kalimin e viteve gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb Oroshi u njoh si qend\u00ebr pushteti. Kapidanat nuk e ndryshuan selin\u00eb, vet\u00ebm se i shtuan edhe seli t\u00eb tjera. Kanuni e thoshte q\u00eb vendimet mirreshin n\u00eb Shpal dhe n\u00eb Orosh. N\u00eb Shpal zhvillohej Kuvendi i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb i krer\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Orosh gjithmon\u00eb Kuvendi i Krer\u00ebve. Oroshi u b\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, ndoshta m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pasi kudo gjetk\u00eb sundimtar\u00ebt preferonin qendrat urbane.<br \/>\nOroshi mbeti i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ar\u00ebsye tjet\u00ebr. Atje pushteti nuk ushtrohej n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Sulltanit dhe kajmekam\u00ebt nuk nd\u00ebrroheshin sipas humorit t\u00eb valiut t\u00eb radh\u00ebs. N\u00eb Orosh kishte vendosur Kanuni se kush do t\u00eb qeveriste. Kishte vendosur nj\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebn, prandaj Oroshi nuk p\u00ebrfshihej nga ethe pushteti dhe kur ndjente ethe t\u00eb tilla, nuk t\u00eb linin krer\u00ebt, q\u00eb mbronin \u201ckushtetueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d, sepse n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb ishte detyrim q\u00eb \u00e7do njeri ta dinte radh\u00ebn e vendit dhe t\u00eb kuvendit. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, n\u00eb Orosh nuk zbatoheshin urdh\u00ebra administrative, nuk kishte xhandarm\u00ebri dhe as ushtri. N\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit ishin juridikisht t\u00eb barabart\u00eb.<br \/>\nDuke qen\u00eb vendi i Kanunit, ky fshat ka patur edhe burrat q\u00eb e kan\u00eb intrepretuar at\u00eb. Nj\u00ebri prej tyre ishte Bajraktari Preng\u00eb Marka Prenga. N\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb pleqnohej \u00e7do pun\u00eb e problem. Mblidheshin burrat e men\u00e7ur e jepnin zgjidhje dhe, n\u00ebse ajo zgjidhje nuk u p\u00eblqente pal\u00ebve, gjykohej m\u00eb lart deri n\u00eb Der\u00ebn e Gjomarkut si instanc\u00eb e fundit e intrepretimit t\u00eb Kanunit. Vet\u00eb Gjomarkajt nuk vendosnin pa u konsultuar me krer\u00ebt. N\u00eb ato kushte, krer\u00ebt e Mirdit\u00ebs mor\u00ebn dhe funksione krahinore si Pleq Kanuni. Edhe bajraktar\u00ebt ishin pjes\u00eb e krer\u00ebve, por pleq b\u00ebheshin vet\u00ebm kur dinin t\u00eb zgjidhnin. N\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisja mbeti e fort\u00eb dhe ata ushtronin kryesisht funksionin e komandantit n\u00eb luft\u00eb.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Orosh ushtrimi i pushtetit t\u00eb krer\u00ebve nd\u00ebrlikohej, sepse aty ishte dhe Kapidani, q\u00eb kishte ndikimin e tij. Pushtet n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb tij ushtronin edhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit e Kapidanit kryesor, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sipas Kanunit quheshin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kapidana. Pushtet kishin krer\u00ebt dhe bajraktari. Nj\u00eb risi p\u00ebr dheun e Oroshit \u00ebsht\u00eb pozita e Bajraktarit, pasi ai kreu funksione pleq\u00ebsie e prie, duke spikatur n\u00eb mes t\u00eb krer\u00ebve, deri sa u b\u00eb kreu m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm mbas Kapidanit. E themi k\u00ebt\u00eb se Bajraktari i Oroshit n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Preng\u00eb Marka Preng\u00ebs ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha zgjidhjet e v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebvesheve, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Orosh, por dhe n\u00eb bajrak\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb, madje ishte personi q\u00eb ka zgjidhur mosmarr\u00ebveshjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb lindur n\u00eb mes familjeve n\u00eb vet\u00eb Der\u00ebn e Gjomarkajve.<br \/>\nPse u ngrit Bajraktari i Oroshit mbi krer\u00ebt dhe bajraktar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs? Preng\u00eb Marka Prenga e tejkaloi koh\u00ebn e tij dhe arriti t\u00eb rrjeshtohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb mbas Kapidan\u00ebve, pavar\u00ebsisht se tradita n\u00eb Orosh e Mirdit\u00eb ia rezervonte autoritetin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb bajrak Kryeplakut t\u00eb Bajrakut. Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se nj\u00eb figur\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kishte autoritet moral menj\u00ebher\u00eb mbas Kreut t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs e k\u00ebrkonte vet\u00eb koha. Dera e Geg\u00eb Dod\u00ebs, si Plaku i Par\u00eb i Oroshit nuk mund ta kryente k\u00ebt\u00eb funksion p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kompromentimit q\u00eb pati nga marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me turqit n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb autonomis\u00eb vet\u00ebqeveris\u00ebse t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb ishte krijuar nj\u00eb gjendje e re, pas internimit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebr Gjomarkaj, si n\u00eb \u00e7do der\u00eb t\u00eb madhe tjet\u00ebr, kishte luft\u00eb p\u00ebr pushtet. Disa Kapidan\u00eb pranuan t\u2019ia zinin vendin Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs, duke zbatuar kushtet e zyrtar\u00ebve osman\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb disi n\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjen e Krahin\u00ebs. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb edhe disa krer\u00eb dhe bajraktar\u00eb t\u00eb njohur. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb familja e Dod\u00eb Geg\u00ebs synonte me \u00e7do mjet t\u2019ua merrte pushtetin Gjomarkajve, qoft\u00eb edhe me koston e integrimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs n\u00eb strukturat shtet\u00ebrore osmane. Marrja e detyrave shtet\u00ebrore nga krer\u00ebt dhe bajraktar\u00ebt e Mirdit\u00ebs, do t\u2019i kthente ata n\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebs t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs turke. Aq k\u00ebrkonte edhe Porta e Lart\u00eb, sepse n\u00eb trevat malore kudo qeverisej nga krer\u00eb tradicional\u00eb vend\u00ebs. Me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, vet\u00ebqeverisja n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebsonte goditje me pasoja q\u00eb shkonin deri n\u00eb likujdimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb saj. N\u00eb ato kushte, si mbrojt\u00ebs i autonomis\u00eb s\u00eb Krahin\u00ebs doli Abat Do\u00e7i, por detyra e tij si klerik ia kufizonte hap\u00ebsirat e veprimit. Prandaj k\u00ebrkohej nj\u00eb personalitet i shquar nd\u00ebr krer\u00eb dhe bajraktar\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbronte autonomin\u00eb tradicionale dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs si Pari i Mirdit\u00ebs, si njeriu i vet\u00ebm me tagre kanunore t\u00eb prijes, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mund ta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin Mirdit\u00ebn vet\u00ebm me autorizimin e tij. K\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebndrim i takoi ta mbronte Preng\u00eb Marka Prenga, q\u00eb u b\u00eb z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs i pjes\u00ebs s\u00eb krer\u00ebve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin t\u00eb zbatohej vet\u00ebm Kanuni. K\u00ebtu e ka burimin ai respekt i madh q\u00eb ushqeu p\u00ebr t\u00eb Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Doda dhe Abat Prend Do\u00e7i gjat\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<br \/>\nBajraktari i Oroshit ishte nga ata burra q\u00eb nuk peshoheshin me pare. Ai kishte jetuar n\u00eb Orosh dhe nuk ishte p\u00ebrzier me zyrtar\u00eb turq; nuk kishte pranuar kurr\u00eb favore prej askujt dhe familja e tij b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb mirditasit e tjer\u00eb.<br \/>\nPa mohuar cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e bajraktarit \u201cburr\u00eb Mirdite\u201d, duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se shum\u00eb nga detyrat q\u00eb kreu i kalonin detyrimet e tij kanunore. Sipas Kanunit, t\u00eb gjitha pun\u00ebt e Mirdit\u00ebs kryheshin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmes krer\u00ebve dhe Kapidanit q\u00eb ishte i domosdosh\u00ebm. N\u00ebse nuk dihej fati politik i Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb internim, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb ishte e sigurt\u00eb se Mirdita her\u00ebt ose von\u00eb do t\u00eb kalonte n\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebshme me turqit. N\u00eb ato kushte Abat Do\u00e7i, intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb atdhetar\u00eb dhe disa atdhetar\u00eb arb\u00ebresh\u00eb po mendonin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb figur\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsonte munges\u00ebn e Kreut, duke i udh\u00ebhequr mirditasit n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit, q\u00eb mendohej se do t\u00eb sillte lirin\u00eb.<br \/>\nGjomarkajt, gjat\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs, u luhat\u00ebn shum\u00eb midis detyrimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur vet\u00ebqeverisjen dhe lakmis\u00eb s\u00eb natyr\u00ebshme p\u00ebr pushtet, por duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se ata nuk kaluan asnj\u00ebher\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb pozicionet turke. Ata e zhvilluan loj\u00ebn e tyre politike dhe u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonin brenda parametrave t\u00eb pranuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr pushtet q\u00eb zhvillohej n\u00eb Saraje, si n\u00eb \u00e7do familje t\u00eb madhe fisnike. Prandaj Gjomarkajt, q\u00eb em\u00ebroheshin nga Porta e Lart\u00eb kajmekam\u00eb, i shohim edhe si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb mirditasve n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr turq\u00ebve. Mjaftonte nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e volitshme q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mblidheshin p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar sundimin turk. Q\u00eb t\u00eb vepronin k\u00ebshtu, Gjomarkajt duhet t\u00eb kishin hap\u00ebsir\u00eb manovrimi. T\u00eb k\u00ebshilluar nga konsujt e Fuqive t\u00eb M\u00ebdha, ata kombinuan mjetet politike dhe luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar m\u00eb tej agjend\u00ebn e tyre. E k\u00ebrkoi dhe vet\u00eb Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Doda q\u00eb, pas kthimit nga intrenimi i dyt\u00eb, nuk iu bashkua asnj\u00eb rryme politike n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, por q\u00ebndroi m\u00ebnjan\u00eb, duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb nxitje pun\u00ebve n\u00eb at\u00eb an\u00eb q\u00eb i dukej m\u00eb mir\u00eb. N\u00eb ato kushte, koha k\u00ebrkonte q\u00eb t\u00eb dilte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i vij\u00ebs s\u00eb ashp\u00ebr, nacionalist shqiptar dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i luft\u00ebs pa kompromis me turqit, nj\u00eb personalitet jasht\u00eb Der\u00ebs s\u00eb Kapidanit, q\u00eb duke qen\u00eb besnik i asaj Dere, do t\u00eb ndiqte nj\u00eb linj\u00eb n\u00eb dukje t\u00eb pavarur. K\u00ebshtu Kapidan\u00ebt dhe elita tjet\u00ebr politike e Mirdit\u00ebs do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht politik\u00eb dhe luft\u00eb, pasi ishte koha p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb dyja nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh.<br \/>\nN\u00eb vitet e fundit para Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, kur Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Doda ishte protagonist i politik\u00ebs s\u00eb madhe, me problemet e Mirdit\u00ebs u muar Marka Gjoni q\u00eb ndiqte vij\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs me Port\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb dhe Preng\u00eb Marka Prenga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte vij\u00ebn jasht\u00eb institucionale q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte nga autonomi deri n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb pavarur. Nga historia dijm\u00eb se Mirdita ngriti nd\u00ebr t\u00eb parat flamurin komb\u00ebtar dhe luftoi me t\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Mosvarme.<br \/>\nMe 26 prill 1911, te Kisha e Sh\u00ebn Markut n\u00eb Fan\u00eb, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Preng\u00eb Marka Preng\u00ebs u mbajt Kuvendi Nd\u00ebrkrahinor i Fanit. Nuk ka nj\u00eb dat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr para 26 prillit t\u00eb vitit 1911, q\u00eb flamuri t\u00eb jet\u00eb ngritur solemnisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuvend krer\u00ebsh, pas nj\u00eb betimi p\u00ebr luft\u00eb deri n\u00eb vdekje, p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar \u201cShqypnin\u00eb e shqyptar\u00ebve\u201d, prandaj krejt natyrsh\u00ebm, Kuvendi i Fanit mund t\u00eb konsiderohet si nj\u00eb ngjarje e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme historike, q\u00eb sh\u00ebnoi nj\u00eb etap\u00eb t\u00eb re n\u00eb vet\u00ebdij\u00ebsimin komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb procesin e \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb tyre nga zgjedha osmane. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje, Bajraktari i Oroshit dhe Flamurtari i Mirdit\u00ebs, Prenga Marka Prenga e rrjeshtoi veten n\u00eb burrat e m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb nacionalizmit shqiptar. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi i kryengritjeve antiosmane t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs dhe nga fillimi i vitit 1911 deri n\u00eb shpalljen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit, nuk e hoqi kurr\u00eb pushk\u00ebn nga dora. E vazhdoi luft\u00ebn me betejat p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e shtetit shqiptar gjat\u00eb rebelimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Mesme dhe siguroi besnik\u00ebrin\u00eb e Mirdit\u00ebs ndaj rregjimit t\u00eb Zogut gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb qeverisjes zogiste.<br \/>\nPreng\u00eb Marka Prenga u b\u00eb nj\u00ebri nd\u00ebr personalitetet m\u00eb t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs, kur e k\u00ebrkoi \u00e7asti historik. Ishte n\u00eb interes t\u00eb Krahin\u00ebs formimi i nj\u00eb personaliteti t\u00eb profilit t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte autoritet moral mbi t\u00eb dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb bajrak\u00ebt. Themi autoritet moral, sepse Prenga mbeti deri n\u00eb fund Bajraktari i Oroshit, pa ambicie p\u00ebr funksione e tituj m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Pavar\u00ebsisht nga ngjitja n\u00eb maj\u00ebn e hierarkis\u00eb mirditore t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, ai nuk u p\u00ebrfshi n\u00eb luft\u00ebn p\u00ebr pushtet dhe asnj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb vetme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij nuk krijoi keqkuptime me Kapidan\u00ebt. Si aristokrat tradicionalist dhe njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i Kanunit ai e kuptonte rolin e vet si Bajraktar. Si njeri besnik dhe vizionar e shihte \u00e7do pushtet t\u00eb deleguar prej Kapidan\u00ebve si vler\u00ebsim q\u00eb po ia b\u00ebnin. N\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend dhe n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast, Preng\u00eb Marka Prenga nuk u p\u00ebrpoq q\u00eb historin\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij ta p\u00ebrdorte p\u00ebr pushtet dhe lavdi personale. Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb se ai, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, nuk luftoi p\u00ebr lavdi dhe p\u00ebrfitime personale. Autoriteti i tij, gati i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me t\u00eb Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Marka Gjoni, \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr dhe investim i shum\u00eb faktor\u00ebve, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij prej atdhetari t\u00eb njohur, pastaj dhe promovimit q\u00eb i b\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb qarqet atdhetare Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Doda, Abat Do\u00e7i, Bajram Curri, Ahmet Zogu, arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt, krer\u00ebt atdhetar\u00eb nga Kosova, Luma e Dibra, etj.<br \/>\nT\u00eb flas\u00ebsh p\u00ebr bajraktarin e Oroshit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb e leht\u00eb. T\u00eb gjurmosh historin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb njoh\u00ebsh historin\u00eb dhe tradit\u00ebn; t\u00eb kuptosh Oroshin e Kapidan\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb Abat\u00ebve, Kuvendin e Mirdit\u00ebs dhe Od\u00ebn Mirditore, t\u00eb ndjesh barutin e betejave dhe forc\u00ebn e bes\u00ebs.<br \/>\nPreng\u00eb Marka Prenga dhe familja e tij kaluan n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta dhe u sakrifikuan gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Ata jetuan si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb Bulsharin e tyre dhe nuk u tunduan nga zgjidhjet me p\u00ebrfitime. N\u00eb rrethanat q\u00eb u erdhi jeta b\u00ebn\u00eb zgjedhjen e tyre, me idealiz\u00ebm, duke marr\u00eb mbi vete edhe pasojat e atij idealizmi, pasi fatkeq\u00ebsisht t\u00eb ishe atdhetar idealist do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb vuaje, t\u00eb sakrifikoje dhe t\u00eb vet\u00ebflijoheshe, si\u00e7 ndodhi me idealist\u00ebt e m\u00ebdhenj: Bajram Curri, Hasan Prishtina, Luigj Gurakuqi, etj. Idealist\u00ebve n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e nacionalizmit shqiptar, jeta u kishte rezervuar fatkeq\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<br \/>\nPreng\u00eb Marka Prenga jetoi n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e ndryshimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha shoq\u00ebrore n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat u b\u00ebn\u00eb jasht\u00eb nj\u00eb konsensusi t\u00eb gj\u00ebr\u00eb shoq\u00ebror dhe n\u00eb kushtet e keqkuptimeve midis krer\u00ebve t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs, pjes\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ishte dhe ai, me shtetin shqiptar. P\u00ebr vet\u00eb ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb saj, Mirdita vazhdonte t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte privilegje t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta edhe pas krijimit t\u00eb shtetit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin mirditasit kishin derdhur shum\u00eb gjak. K\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb tilla u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn nga politikan\u00ebt arrivist\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pa ndjesi komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr ta l\u00ebn\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebn n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjeruar dhe t\u00eb pavler\u00ebsuar. Shteti nuk u ul n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb p\u00ebr ta integruar plot\u00ebsisht dhe projekt i Preng\u00eb Bib\u00eb Dod\u00ebs dhe Abat Do\u00e7it p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb me dinjitet Krahin\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar d\u00ebshtoi pas vdekjes s\u00eb tyre. Asnj\u00eb mirditas tjet\u00ebr nuk mund ta kryente at\u00eb mision t\u00eb mbetur p\u00ebrgjys\u00ebm.<br \/>\nVet\u00eb Bajraktari gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb Zogut dha nj\u00eb shembull n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, duke angazhuar djemt\u00eb e tij n\u00eb strukturat shtet\u00ebrore si ushtarak\u00eb, por jo dhe si politikan\u00eb, ku ndoshta do t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbenin m\u00eb shum\u00eb Krahin\u00ebs. Mirdita e asaj kohe kishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr politikan\u00eb se sa p\u00ebr ushtarak\u00eb. Djemt\u00eb e Bajraktarit, sidomos Ndrec\u00eb Preng\u00eb Marku e kishte autoritetin dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e nevoj\u00ebshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb, por nuk arriti t\u00eb b\u00ebhet faktor, sepse veproi me logjik\u00ebn e ushtarakut, pa menduar asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast si politikan.<br \/>\nDera e Bajraktarit t\u00eb Oroshit, n\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit luajal ndaj shtetit dhe Gjomarkajve, mbeti peng i keqkuptimit midis shtetit dhe Gjomarkajve n\u00eb dy periudha t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme historike: n\u00eb vitet 1920-1939 dhe n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, pas vitit 1944.<br \/>\nFamilja e Bajraktarit i doli n\u00eb krah Der\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjomarkajve n\u00eb momente t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, duke d\u00ebshmuar besnik\u00ebrin\u00eb e vet ndaj Kanunit. Por jo p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb Kapidan\u00ebt e pyet\u00ebn Bajraktarin, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb atij dhe djem\u00ebve t\u00eb tij u ra t\u00eb paguanin edhe p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat nuk kishin qen\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs, ose dhe kur kishin qen\u00eb, kishin patur nj\u00eb rol episodik.<br \/>\nDuke kujtuar Preng\u00eb Marka Preng\u00ebn ne i b\u00ebjm\u00eb homazhe nacionalizmit mirditas, i cili u vet\u00ebsakrifikua me vet\u00ebdije p\u00ebr Mirdit\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Preng\u00eb Marka Prenga ishte kreu i par\u00eb mirditas q\u00eb e tejkaloi nacionalizmin e ngusht\u00eb krahinor dhe u b\u00eb nj\u00eb atdhetar i njohur, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i shquar i kryengritjeve antiosmane p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\nBajraktari i Oroshit ishte burri q\u00eb u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qen\u00ebsishme e sakrific\u00ebs s\u00eb sojit t\u00eb vet dhe nj\u00eb Sovran moral n\u00eb Mirdit\u00eb.
