E gjenerojn\u00eb me shumic\u00eb politikan\u00ebt kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb po ata q\u00eb qahen nga kjo. Zor t\u00eb ket\u00eb politikan, shtetar t\u00eb lart\u00eb, minist\u00ebr, deputet q\u00eb nuk ka folur me merak p\u00ebr trysnin\u00eb q\u00eb ushtron mbi f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe adoleshent\u00ebt mjedisi i ndotur politik, dhuna verbale partiake e parlamentare, po dhe rruga\u00e7\u00ebrit\u00eb n\u00eb publik, ekrani i televizorit p\u00ebrmes filmave horror, sjellja e \u00e7\u2019ekuilibruar e dikujt n\u00eb familje etj.<strong> <\/strong>Dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shkolla e para q\u00eb e ndjen k\u00ebt\u00eb.<strong> <\/strong>Pranohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb se m\u00ebsuesit e kan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u2019i menaxhojn\u00eb klasat ku japin m\u00ebsim, sado me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb qofshin, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kontigjent jo i vog\u00ebl nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish q\u00eb nuk d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb t\u00eb binden, q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb fortin. N\u00eb komunikimin e tyre nuk ka etik\u00eb, por fjalor banal, imitim t\u00eb VIP-ave, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krimit. Disa adoleshent\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb qendrimin ndaj shkoll\u00ebs dhe edukimit, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur t\u00eb jen\u00eb \u201cvetvetja\u201d, nd\u00ebr ta dhe p\u00ebrdorues hashashi. Ata zakonisht jan\u00eb dy kategorish, f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrk\u00ebdhelur, apo t\u00eb braktisur nga prind\u00ebrit. Konfliktet mes shpesh adoleshent\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb nxehta, ka patur rrahje mes djemve e gjer thika. Nj\u00eb sondazh i \u201cSave the Children\u201d n\u00eb 16 shkolla t\u00eb vendit ka v\u00ebrejtur se \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur shkalla e agresivitetit te t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb n\u00eb ciklin fillor pranojn\u00eb se n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb a n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dhunohen n\u00eb familje e shkoll\u00eb dhe se dhunojn\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Psikolog\u00ebt shkollor\u00eb dhe ata t\u00eb k\u00ebshillimit p\u00ebrpiqen t\u2019i orientojn\u00eb prind\u00ebrit drejt nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr qasjeje psikosociale me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, larg tradicionalitetit t\u00eb prind\u00ebrimit, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojn\u00eb ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht aft\u00ebsit\u00eb komunikuese me ta etj. N\u00eb nj\u00eb klas\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt deklaruan se me prind\u00ebrit rrahin vet\u00ebm 20 p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb tyre dhe as q\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr tema tabu, si seksualiteti etj. V\u00ebrtet adoleshent\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm jan\u00eb ndyshe, m\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur e m\u00eb shp\u00ebrthyes, por jan\u00eb ca veti t\u00eb adoleshenc\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk ndryshojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb dhe prap\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb i shp\u00ebrfillin. \u00c7do adoleshent k\u00ebrkon vazhdimisht t\u00eb duket, t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb sy, t\u00eb shfaqet, t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet, t\u00eb provokoj\u00eb, t\u00eb rivalizoj\u00eb, t\u00eb jet\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes. Mjaftojn\u00eb dhe statuset e tyre n\u00eb facebook p\u00ebr ta kuptuar k\u00ebt\u00eb. Por ky potencial nuk mund t\u00eb lihet t\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb si nj\u00eb lum\u00eb i turbullt. N\u00ebse shkolla dhe jo vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb krijonte kushte p\u00ebr arg\u00ebtim, loj\u00ebra, shfaqje, teatro, olimpiada, konkurse, panaire, spartakiada, kampionate, jo vet\u00ebm energjit\u00eb e tyre do t\u00eb kanalizoheshin n\u00eb kah pozitiv, por dhe adrenalina e tep\u00ebrt do t\u00eb binte, adoleshenti do t\u00eb realizohej n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vetjake, at\u00eb \u00e7ka ai aq shum\u00eb e d\u00ebshiron. Por q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb rini t\u00eb \u201cbukur\u201d, kryesore \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb gjendja sociale, ekonomike dhe politike e vendit, pasi popullata \u00ebsht\u00eb e mb\u00ebrthyer nga papun\u00ebsia. Ka varf\u00ebri, alkool, depresion, vjedhje, vrasje. Shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201chabitat\u201d social dhe e kusht\u00ebzuar prej tij. V\u00ebren f\u00ebmij\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar drama t\u00eb r\u00ebnda familjare dhe kan\u00eb mbetur viktim\u00eb e tyre. Prindi nganj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do q\u00eb ta pranoj\u00eb gjendjen kritike t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij k\u00ebsisoj. M\u00ebsuesit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pafuqish\u00ebm ndaj f\u00ebmij\u00ebve \u201cme nevoja t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta\u201d, dhe pse t\u00eb interesuar. Sh\u00ebrbimet sociale nuk ngjiten deri n\u00eb fshatrat e bjeshk\u00ebve ku ata mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb dhe nga ata, por vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rrethinat e qyteteve. Ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb aq e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb rruga drejt njeriut \u201cgri\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Shkoll\u00eb miq\u00ebsore, efektive, ja se q\u00eb na duhet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb seminar me psikolog\u00ebt shkollor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb qarku u ngrit problemi se n\u00eb disa shkolla ka edukatore kopshti autoritar(ist)e. A mund t\u00eb pritet p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb miq\u00ebsore, kur f\u00ebmija diktohet q\u00eb tre vje\u00e7? K\u00ebshtu \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo pun\u00eb, nis me ca edukatore t\u00eb vrazhda, vazhdon me ca m\u00ebsues pa zell profesional, deri te ca pedagog\u00eb universitetesh q\u00eb marrin rryshfet p\u00ebr provimet, dalin n\u00eb media si abuzues e n\u00eb gjyq si mitmarr\u00ebs dhe kthehen prap\u00eb te student\u00ebt. Shkolla \u00ebsht\u00eb unike dhe diku po i pikoi \u00e7atia ajo nuk e p\u00ebrmbush misionin. Ishte ther\u00ebse ironia e nj\u00eb burri t\u00eb moshuar. Ai kishte par\u00eb se nj\u00ebri nga librat e t\u00eb nipit t\u00eb tij gjimnazist nuk ishte hapur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb semestrit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb tregonte q\u00eb \u201cfill pas Luft\u00ebs ne nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e asaj kohe kemi patur vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr historie (nj\u00eb kopje) p\u00ebr tri shkolla fillore n\u00eb lokalitetin ton\u00eb. Nj\u00eb jav\u00eb e mbante nj\u00ebra shkoll\u00eb duke kopjuar kapitullin e radh\u00ebs, nj\u00eb jav\u00eb tjetra&#8230;\u201d Mund ta quajm\u00eb nostalgjik k\u00ebt\u00eb burr\u00eb, mund t\u00eb mos ua v\u00ebm\u00eb veshin fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb tij qortuese, mund t\u2019i hak\u00ebrrehemi se ti do me lart\u00ebsue dikatur\u00ebn e me ul demokracin\u00eb, po kjo nuk e ndryshon thelbin e problemit, q\u00eb sot kemi nj\u00eb analfabetiz\u00ebm t\u00eb fshehur apo t\u00eb duksh\u00ebm, quajeni si t\u00eb doni, n\u00eb dashi dhe \u201cfunksional\u201d me terma europiane. Sidomos n\u00eb zonat rurale, ku ka shkolla me m\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebsues sesa nx\u00ebn\u00ebs(!), t\u00eb cilave u ka mbetur vet\u00ebm karabinaja. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problemi i nj\u00eb qeverie, i nj\u00eb mazhorance, k\u00ebsaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb apo i asaj q\u00eb iku, \u00ebsht\u00eb kriza social-politike q\u00eb i sgfytyroi mal\u00ebsit\u00eb shqiptare, duke i shpopulluar ato n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb territorit t\u00eb vendit. V\u00ebrtet q\u00eb ka nd\u00ebrruar teknologjia, nuk ka m\u00eb kallamare boje t\u00eb ngulura n\u00eb bang\u00eb m\u00eb gozhd\u00eb dhe nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb me pen\u00eb, ka stilolapsa t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha markave, megjithat\u00eb shkrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb si mos m\u00eb keq, b\u00ebhen shum\u00eb gabime drejtshkrimore etj. Adoleshent\u00ebt shkruajn\u00eb gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn n\u00eb celular kot\u00ebsira, por nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb detyrat e algjebr\u00ebs, nuk shkruajn\u00eb eset\u00eb e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, nuk kryejn\u00eb eksperimentet e kimis\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb duhet m\u00eb tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb alarmin?&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Dikur thoshim na duhet ta edukojm\u00eb e formojm\u00eb rinin\u00eb, ku rolin kryesor ia njihnim vetes si shoq\u00ebri, si t\u00eb kishim p\u00ebrpara nj\u00eb mas\u00eb all\u00e7ie q\u00eb do t\u2019i jepnim form\u00eb. Po kjo ishte m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb dogm\u00eb. Rinia nuk mund t\u00eb formohet nga jasht\u00eb, ajo vet\u00ebformohet, ani se me ndikimin e nj\u00eb ser\u00eb faktor\u00ebsh q\u00eb dihen nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, si familja, shkolla, bibliotekat, shoq\u00ebria civile, mediat, puna etj. Por f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb nuk edukohen m\u00eb me pun\u00ebn, e p\u00ebrbuzin at\u00eb. Karta e p\u00ebrformanc\u00ebs s\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs e MAS, shkurt 2014, e ngarkon sh\u00ebrbimin psikosocial shkollor me krijimin e nj\u00eb mjedisi q\u00eb synon shmangien e dhun\u00ebs fizike, psikologjike dhe sjelljeve t\u00eb rrezikshme, por ai \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se nj\u00eb hallk\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi jo pedant q\u00eb e ka n\u00eb dor\u00eb menaxhimin e p\u00ebr\u00e7doorsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit drejt suksesit. \u00cbsht\u00eb prindi jo qortues i p\u00ebrjesh\u00ebm i f\u00ebmij\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. \u00cbsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebria jo nj\u00eb vorbull pa cak, por nj\u00eb mjedis edukues efektiv.
