Rasti \u201cVisha\u201d ia vlen t\u00eb diskutohet brenda dhe jasht\u00eb kontekstit t\u00eb faljes apo mosfaljes nga Presidenti. Duhet th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim se n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb merreshim me problemin vet\u00eb, diskutimi mediatik devijoi kah, n\u00eb kryq\u00ebzimin, apo marrjen n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb moderatores s\u00eb \u201cStudio e hapur\u201d, duke u v\u00ebn\u00eb ajo n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb debatit, ngaq\u00eb shkroi se Nazimja \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cviktim\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e Presidentit t\u00eb saj.\u201d Ndodhi si r\u00ebndom, ku nuk i sh\u00ebrbehet deri n\u00eb fund q\u00ebllimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin nisemi, por ndahemi n\u00eb pro dhe kund\u00ebr inicuesve t\u00eb debatit. Duke folur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebr Nazimen, nga qytetar\u00ebt e thjesht\u00eb tek k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e Presidentit, si padashje e nxor\u00ebm at\u00eb nga skena e diskutimit dhe hym\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb. Rezultati n\u00eb fund, asgj\u00eb e re p\u00ebr t\u2019u sh\u00ebnuar. Nazimja vazhdon t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb atje brenda pa e ditur se \u00e7\u2019ndodhi me t\u00eb. Maskilizmi shqiptar vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb agresiv si dhe m\u00eb par\u00eb. Shoq\u00ebria nuk arrin\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nj\u00eb aksion civil p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr psikologji shqiptare ndaj gruas. Vet\u00eb grat\u00eb nuk orientohen drejt nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr qasje sociale lidhur me to.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">2<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrtet ka ligje t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet ligjor, por ka raste kur nj\u00eb vendi i duhen dhe ca \u201cligje\u201d t\u00eb pashkruara, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb me unike se t\u00eb shkruarat. Edhe ata q\u00eb i drejtuan letr\u00ebn Presidentit e din\u00eb se si d\u00ebnohet nj\u00eb njeri p\u00ebr vrasje, por ata mor\u00ebn guximin e k\u00ebrkimfaljes p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grua, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb di\u00e7kaje q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e tejme se ligji, morali i shkat\u00ebrruar i nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie tranzitore, i cili nuk rregullohet vet\u00ebm me ligjin penal, por dhe me akte publike, komb\u00ebtare, q\u00eb ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr reformimin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb. Sapo thua di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb, nga zanatlinjt\u00eb fill i m\u00ebshohet ligjit, dhe jo pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, por sidoqoft\u00eb ligji nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb qiellor. Pastaj a nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Kushtetuta, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb ligji, q\u00eb ia jep t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e faljes Presidentit, nga e cila parimisht nuk p\u00ebrjashtohet dhe nj\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr vrasje? Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi yn\u00eb rasti i Nazimes si i till\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm se tashm\u00eb ai quhet i p\u00ebrmbyllur. Nazimja \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se maja e ajsbergut t\u00eb nj\u00eb kriminaliteti mbyt\u00ebs me protagoniste femr\u00ebn, e cila n\u00eb k\u00ebto 23 vite ka qen\u00eb objekt i trafikimit shnjer\u00ebzor, vrasjeve mizore, pa folur p\u00ebr dhun\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme fizike e psikologjike ndaj saj. Dhe n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ende t\u00eb mbyllura ndaj ndryshimit, ku kultura e dhun\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb mbizot\u00ebruese, nj\u00eb rol ky\u00e7 kund\u00ebr maskilizmit kan\u00eb dhe burrat e shtetit. Nuk k\u00ebrkohet nga gjith\u00ebkush i nj\u00ebjti \u00e7mim, nga kryekreu i vendit priten qendrime t\u00eb ep\u00ebrme n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb, pasi ai si rregull nuk b\u00ebn llogari politike, do t\u2019ma p\u00ebrdorin apo jo politikisht rastin. K\u00ebsisoj, n\u00ebse falja do t\u00eb ndodhte, nuk do t\u00eb falej thjesht Nazimja, e cila do t\u00eb linte qelin\u00eb e burgut, p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb me syt\u00eb e saj at\u00eb q\u00eb nuk mundi ta shihte q\u00eb kur ishte f\u00ebmij\u00eb, humanizmin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie n\u00eb emancipim, q\u00eb di t\u00eb nd\u00ebshkoj\u00eb ligj\u00ebrisht, po dhe t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb dor\u00ebn e faljes. Rasti i saj u b\u00eb publik, por plot histori t\u00eb tjera vajzash dhe grash kan\u00eb shkuar vet\u00ebm me lajmin e kobsh\u00ebm t\u00eb vrasjes s\u00eb tyre, vet\u00ebvrasjes, apo t\u00eb krimit t\u00eb kryer nga ato ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, si vet\u00ebmbrojtje a hakmarrje. Ndaj mesazhet kund\u00ebr krimit n\u00eb familje, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri maskiliste, aq e vrazhd\u00eb ndaj gruas, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb mesjetare, kan\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb kuptim, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga isntitucionet e shtetit. Presidenca. Qeveria. Kuvendi. Drejt\u00ebsia. Avokati i Popullit. Etj.<\/p>\n<p>Po kush d\u00ebgjohet seriozisht n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend? Nuk d\u00ebgjohen e mir\u00ebkuptohen politikan\u00ebt mes tyre p\u00ebr \u00e7eshtje jopolitike. Nuk d\u00ebgjohet publiku q\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb ngre z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr probleme nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet t\u00eb vetat. N\u00eb rastin \u201cVisha\u201d nuk d\u00ebgjohen njer\u00ebz t\u00eb shquar t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe arteve, mediat dhe analist\u00ebt si z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb opinionit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Problemi b\u00ebhet m\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs kur mendon se kryen\u00ebnshkruesi i letr\u00ebs p\u00ebr lirimin e Vish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb Ismail Kadare. N\u00ebse firma e tij do t\u00eb vihej posht\u00eb ndonj\u00eb letre drejtuar Presidentit t\u00eb Franc\u00ebs, me siguri q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb kalonte pa v\u00ebmendjen e merituar. Kurse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij, shkrimtari i madh, nuk e ka gjithnj\u00eb shansin t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet. Apo thell\u00eb n\u00eb subkoshienc\u00ebn shqiptare ende fle ajo mend\u00ebsia meskine: \u201cJu, shkrimtar\u00ebt e artist\u00ebt, po desh\u00ebt shkruani romane, poezi, k\u00ebndoni n\u00eb opera, pa k\u00ebto pun\u00ebt e shtetit dhe t\u00eb ligjit dim\u00eb ne t\u2019i b\u00ebjm\u00eb!\u201d Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, d\u00ebgjon aq shum\u00eb kritika nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile, elit\u00ebn krijuese, q\u00eb kinse rri e t\u00ebrhequr, e mbyllur n\u00eb kull\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb fildisht\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aktive n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike dhe sociale etj. Po a nuk ishte ky nj\u00eb rast kur elita u shpreh me vokacionin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe apelimi i Kadares\u00eb, Agollit e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, i nj\u00eb natyre krejt t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, e k\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb arsyetim t\u00eb urt\u00ebsh, jurist\u00ebsh, sociolog\u00ebsh etj., si n\u00eb rastin e faljes, si n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb mosfaljes. Pastaj a nuk i jan\u00eb afruar politik\u00ebs intelektual\u00eb nga elita m\u00eb e zgjedhur, po q\u00eb vorbulla mediokre e saj i ka nxjerr\u00eb jasht\u00eb shpejt, n\u00eb mos nj\u00eb legjistalur\u00eb, tjetr\u00ebn? Politika nuk e ka me gjith\u00eb mend kur b\u00ebn sikur i fton elitat t\u00eb ndjehen. P\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb elita \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrfillshme n\u00ebse ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201coborrtare\u201d, servile, e p\u00ebrdorshme. Nj\u00eb shkrimtar, sipas mend\u00ebsis\u00eb aparat\u00e7ike, mund t\u00eb nderohet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb promovim libri, madje t\u2019i thuren lavde gjithfar\u00ebsh, por jo q\u00eb ai t\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet dhe p\u00ebr pun\u00ebt e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">3<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shum\u00ebk\u00ebnd, dhe pse ligji e ndalon, i duhej dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shpres\u00eb Nazimes dhe gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjerave si ajo, n\u00eb kuptimin q\u00eb ato jan\u00eb viktima dhe se nuk kan\u00eb punuar mir\u00eb president\u00ebt, kryeministrat, ministrat, deputet\u00ebt, kryebashkiak\u00ebt, prokuror\u00ebt, gjykat\u00ebsit, polic\u00ebt, arsimtar\u00ebt, psikolog\u00ebt, shoqatat, fondacionet etj. Thirrja nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr Nazimen, por dhe p\u00ebr Bleon\u00ebn e vog\u00ebl t\u00eb Zapodit, e zhdukur prej 4 vitesh q\u00eb del \u00e7do t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00eb te \u201cNjer\u00ebz t\u00eb Humbur\u201d, dhe p\u00ebr Marien 17-vje\u00e7are nga Dukagjini q\u00eb humbi jet\u00ebn n\u00eb rrethanat e nj\u00eb gjakmarrjeje, dhe p\u00ebr tri vog\u00eblushet Dobrusha vrar\u00eb nga n\u00ebna e tyre emigrante n\u00eb Itali, pse jo, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera humbje tragjike grash e vajzash q\u00eb para 15 vitesh, si punonj\u00ebsja e UNICEF-it, studentja e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n<p>Puna e solli q\u00eb rasti \u201cVisha\u201d t\u00eb adresohej n\u00eb Presidenc\u00eb, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm ky institucion i shtetit q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb di\u00e7ka lidhur me problematik\u00ebn e krimit ndaj gruas. Mbetja n\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje do ta kufizonte shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen. N\u00ebse falja e Nazimes nuk ndodhi, nuk mbaroi gjith\u00e7ka. A kemi ne nj\u00eb studim se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirja e gruas shqiptare n\u00eb krimin e vrasjes n\u00eb k\u00ebto nj\u00ebzet vite dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7\u2019motive kan\u00eb ndodhur vrasjet nga ana e tyre? Pasi vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunohet dhe vizioni p\u00ebr nes\u00ebr. N\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn kanunore, mbret\u00ebrore, moniste, gruaja as nuk vritej e as nuk vriste, p\u00ebrjashtuar raste dualiteti politik, si ngjarjet e pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb n\u00eb disa zona t\u00eb Veriut. At\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb ka ndodhur q\u00eb kjo vler\u00eb humane \u00ebsht\u00eb prishur? P\u00ebrse ky tipar fisnik\u00ebsh ka r\u00ebn\u00eb? Analiza mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb gjat\u00eb, por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb mos thuhet fort, q\u00eb gruaja n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e hapur u gjend e pambrojtur nga veset e lig\u00ebsit\u00eb e koh\u00ebs, ndaj asaj shpesh iu desh t\u00eb vet\u00ebmbrohej duke b\u00ebr\u00eb vet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsi. Shoqeria duhet t\u00eb sillet ndryshe me gruan, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb dal\u00ebzot\u00ebse e saj, q\u00eb ajo t\u2019i ul\u00eb arm\u00ebt e krimit.
