Nuk ka nj\u00eb problem tjet\u00ebr ku shqiptar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrplas\u00ebn m\u00eb fort, si\u00e7 dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim mund ta shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb pro-t\u00eb dhe kundra-t e dhjet\u00ebra vet\u00ebve, jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb autorit t\u00eb tij, por t\u00eb enverizmit t\u00eb disave dhe antienverizmit t\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Nuk dihet sakt\u00ebsisht se kush e solli k\u00ebt\u00eb vit i pari diktatorin n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje, nostalgjia komuniste, apo qasja antikomuniste, q\u00eb prodhoi dhe nj\u00eb protest\u00eb me 20 shkurt kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet tjet\u00ebr k\u00ebto do t\u00eb ishin dy gjera t\u00eb ndryshme, por n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb sotmin asnj\u00ebra nuk thot\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb re, si komponentja komuniste, si ajo antikomuniste, p\u00ebr shkak se kjo e dyta \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrdoruar aq shum\u00eb sa e ka humbur kuptimin, jo vet\u00ebm se antikomunist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb dalluar vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb ish-komunist\u00ebt e djesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se kjo gj\u00eb nuk dihet nga elitat e reja politike, t\u00eb djathta, apo t\u00eb majta, t\u00eb cilat realisht nuk kan\u00eb kurr\u00ebfar\u00eb d\u00ebshire t\u2019i kthehen e rikthehen Enverit, as si \u201cFaust\u201d, as si \u201cMefistofel\u201d, por \u00e7far\u00eb t\u2019ju b\u00ebjn\u00eb lider\u00ebve t\u00eb vet\u00ebthirrur historik\u00eb q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb dot pa k\u00ebt\u00eb kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnie formale. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb merita u shkon vet\u00ebm atyre q\u00eb mbush\u00ebn burgjet politike t\u00eb regjimit t\u00eb djesh\u00ebm dhe jo atyre q\u00eb mor\u00ebn flamurin e antikomunizmit pas 90-\u00ebs. T\u00eb par\u00ebt, po! Kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnia ideologjike e tyre ishte e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb dhe me nj\u00eb \u00e7mim t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm politik dhe njer\u00ebzor. Kurse qendrimet e sotme pro dhe kund\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit komunist kan\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti vler\u00eb (sh)p\u00ebrdorimi, i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb pushtetit, pasi p\u00ebr politikan\u00ebt q\u00ebllimi e justifikon mjetin. N\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ndodhi p\u00ebrplasja e fundit mes liderit shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, zotit Berisha dhe Kryeministrit Rama, me akuza t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellta p\u00ebr raportet e tyre t\u00eb shkuara me Enverin. Dhe shqiptar\u00ebt rrin\u00eb e d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb prej nj\u00ebzet vitesh batuda me hidh e prit me objekt shefin komunist. Mir\u00ebpo gjerat nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm k\u00ebto q\u00eb duken n\u00eb afishimin politik propagandistik. Me koh\u00ebn e \u201cshokut Enver\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb e lidhur vepra e shum\u00ebkujt dhe n\u00ebse bie ajo, bie dhe vepra e tyre, politike, policeske, gjer studimore, sipas kritereve ideologjike etj. Edhe m\u00eb fort ka gjas\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptohet k\u00ebt\u00eb vit emri i diktatorit, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb 70-vjetori i \u00c7lirimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar k\u00ebto dit\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga komunist\u00ebt e Gjirokastr\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019i njohur meritat, bile dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer shtatoren e tij t\u00eb bronzt\u00eb n\u00eb sheshin \u201cSk\u00ebnderbej\u201d. Do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr rivler\u00ebsim t\u00eb figur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, mbase dhe nga subjekte politike t\u00eb besueshme, ani se kjo ngjan e pamundur. Trim\u00ebrimi i nj\u00eb klani t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr ta nxjerr\u00eb portretin e Hoxh\u00ebs n\u00eb sfondin e kremtimit t\u00eb 29 N\u00ebntorit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nuk ishte nj\u00eb rast\u00ebsi, pakujdesi e protokollit shtet\u00ebror, apo thjesht\u00eb nostalgji e disa pleqve.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi n\u00eb thelb \u00ebsht\u00eb filozofik, se ne ende nuk e kemi kuptuar se jemi k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore dhe jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb hua p\u00ebr t\u00eb sotmen arna politike nga e kaluara. Koha dhe jo bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb vendos rendin n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e historis\u00eb. Ne mund t\u00eb ngrem\u00eb apo t\u00eb rr\u00ebzojm\u00eb buste si t\u00eb duam, pasi kjo do t\u00eb ishte di\u00e7ka donkishoteske. Th\u00ebn\u00eb shkoqur, na duhet t\u00eb rrim\u00eb larg historis\u00eb s\u00eb af\u00ebrme politike, duke u kacafytur p\u00ebr t\u00eb, pasi jemi t\u00eb pamundur p\u00ebr t\u2019ia dal\u00eb mban\u00eb. Viti i 100-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb ishte rasti kur mund t\u00eb thuhet se p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht u soll\u00ebm ashtu si kishte hije me historin\u00eb. N\u00eb gjykimin e asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb apo disashekullore mund t\u00eb jemi t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm, por jo me t\u00eb djeshmen e af\u00ebrme, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jemi n\u00eb konflikt interesi, pasi nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb e kemi atje dhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb k\u00ebtu. Na duhet t\u00eb shohim seriozisht n\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb ton\u00eb kolektive, e cila nuk po del nga tranzicioni dhe e shkuara, por ka mbetur e ngujuar aty. Fakti q\u00eb merremi kaq shum\u00eb me lidershipin komunist, pa mundur t\u00eb shk\u00ebputemi prej tij dhe t\u00eb rrojm\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb si europian\u00eb, ndodh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb eg\u00ebr q\u00eb pllakosi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend, presioni i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb i fort\u00eb, n\u00eb forma t\u00eb dukshme e t\u00eb padukshme dhe pas tridhjet\u00eb vitesh nga shuarja e Hoxh\u00ebs dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e trishtueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb ishte pamja shqiptare sot po t\u00eb kishim b\u00ebr\u00eb lustracionin si vendet e tjera t\u00eb ish-Lindjes komuniste, q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e politik\u00ebs t\u00eb dilte n\u00eb pension. N\u00eb psikik\u00ebn ton\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm jan\u00eb ngulitur, por skalitur me dalt\u00eb bolshevike, klishet\u00eb e dal\u00ebboja politike, q\u00eb nuk na l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, t\u00eb teprimit me sjelljet tona agresive kund\u00ebr \u201carmikut\u201d imagjinar politik. Pa u shtyr\u00eb m\u00eb tej n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn ton\u00eb, do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironim q\u00eb m\u00eb e pakta sot di\u00e7ka t\u00eb kishte ndryshuar: ta linim t\u00eb djeshmen n\u00eb dor\u00ebn e historian\u00ebve, shkrimtar\u00ebve, kineast\u00ebve dhe jo t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb protest\u00eb e opozit\u00ebs ndaj qeveris\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se kishte nj\u00eb pik\u00ebtakim me 20 shkurtin, p\u00ebrpos klishes\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebruar p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrdorur k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime politike, kur tjet\u00ebr v\u00ebmendje do t\u00eb kishte patur ajo ngjarje n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ishte trajtuar n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb film, roman, monografi, apo eskpozit\u00eb fotografike. Jo se simbolika e rr\u00ebzimit t\u00eb shtatores s\u00eb dikatorit nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj, por p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt \u201cbusti\u201d i tij kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, me krijimin e s\u00eb par\u00ebs parti opozitare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, e habitshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb media m\u00eb shum\u00eb dalin duke rr\u00ebfyer kujtime dhe d\u00ebshmi, shpesh \u201cdisidente\u201d, ish-kuadro t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb regjimit komunist, k\u00ebtu brenda apo prej vitesh n\u00eb azil politik n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, dhe shum\u00eb m\u00eb pak d\u00ebshmi kemi nga ish-t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarit politik\u00eb, q\u00eb u sakrifikuan p\u00ebr idealet e tyre demokratike. N\u00eb disa gazeta dhe ekrane ish-funksionar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb, policis\u00eb t\u00eb monizmit ligj\u00ebrojn\u00eb pafund, k\u00ebmb\u00eb mbi k\u00ebmb\u00eb, kurse rrall\u00eb kemi par\u00eb interes t\u00eb mediave p\u00ebr protagonist\u00eb q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb mallkuarit e regjimit, banor\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb kampeve politike. P\u00ebr ironi t\u00eb fatit, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tyre flasin ish-(p\u00ebr)ndjek\u00ebsit e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Na duket se Shqip\u00ebria shfaqet si komuniste dhe kur ajo m\u00ebton t\u00eb jet\u00eb antikomuniste dhe kjo se ku m\u00eb shum\u00eb e ku m\u00eb pak kemi doza \u201cEnveri\u201d n\u00eb mend\u00ebsit\u00eb tona. N\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb ton\u00eb social-politike nuk ka ndodhur katarsi i madh, reflektimi i thell\u00eb, pendesa dhe ndjesa, pasi ne jemi nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb pak ose aspak nxjerrim m\u00ebsime nga historia. Vet\u00ebm brezi i ri nuk e ka k\u00ebt\u00eb defekt \u201cgjenetik\u201d t\u00eb shekullit XX, ndaj nuk ka arsye q\u00eb ai t\u00eb vej\u00eb pas idh\u00ebtar\u00ebve nostalgjik\u00eb apo urrejt\u00ebsve. Na duhet m\u00eb n\u00eb fund nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri normale politike dhe ajo nuk mund t\u00eb krijohet duke u kapur pas xhaket\u00ebs s\u00eb Enverit, as p\u00ebr ta mbushur me dekorata e lavdi, as p\u00ebr ta \u201cshqyer\u201d n\u00eb flamujt e propagand\u00ebs partiake. T\u00eb rinjt\u00eb kan\u00eb arsye t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb me komplekset e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs, as emocional\u00eb e as provincial\u00eb si et\u00ebrit e tyre. \u00cbsht\u00eb fyerje p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb notoj\u00eb n\u00eb uj\u00ebrat e komunizmit enverist. V\u00ebrtet q\u00eb pati shum\u00eb \u201cara, fabrika, kantiere\u201d t\u00eb socializmit, si\u00e7 e thoshte nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb e koh\u00ebs, por kishte dhe mjaft \u201ckantiere\u201d mes telash me gjemba si Spa\u00e7i e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm e b\u00ebjn\u00eb me njolla t\u00eb zeza at\u00eb koh\u00eb, por dhe e rr\u00ebzojn\u00eb politikisht, si aren\u00eb e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb klasave dhe e shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb dinjitetit t\u00eb njeriut. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe \u201cshtatorja\u201d e rr\u00ebzuar e asaj kohe, jo me 20 shkurt 1991, por qysh nga triumfi i diktatur\u00ebs s\u00eb proletariatit me yllin e kuq n\u00eb ball\u00eb, q\u00eb na la vendin m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr, m\u00eb t\u00eb izoluar dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb prapambetur t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, plag\u00eb nga t\u00eb cilat as sot nuk kemi dal\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht.
