Geg\u00eb? Asht mir me ken shqyptar\u201d.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u201cTanim\u00eb kjo situat\u00eb tribale nuk ekziston m\u00eb. Nuk di n\u00ebse shtribalizimi i Partis\u00eb Socialiste ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb zhvillim i k\u00ebrkuar, por duket q\u00eb ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb parti me frym\u00ebzim toske. N\u00eb establishment-in drejtues t\u00eb saj duket se kartat jan\u00eb nakatosur thell\u00eb. Tanim\u00eb, geg\u00ebt n\u00eb krye t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb si\u00e7 kan\u00eb qen\u00eb, d.m.th ose t\u00eb num\u00ebruesh\u00ebm me kokrra, ose geg\u00eb t\u00eb promovuar e t\u00eb graduar prej \u201cmerit\u00ebs\u201d se jan\u00eb geg\u00eb; p\u00ebrkundrazi, jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebr e jan\u00eb promovuar e graduar p\u00ebr vlerat q\u00eb bartin e zot\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb. Rrjedhimisht, askush nuk i sheh m\u00eb si geg\u00eb\u201d, shkruan M. Nano, i cili e merr si t\u00eb kryer, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar, t\u00eb mbaruar\u201cshtribalizimin e Partis\u00eb Socialiste\u201d dhe nuk matet q\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn ta marr\u00eb si proces q\u00eb ka nis\u00eb, si fenomen q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar ndryshime pozitive e p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsime n\u00eb raport me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e geg\u00ebve n\u00eb strukturat e larta t\u00eb PS nga zero p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim dikur n\u00eb pak p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim q\u00eb mbase do t\u00eb rritet.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk besoj se e shqet\u00ebson, p\u00ebrkundrazi, besoj e g\u00ebzon nisja e shtribalizimit t\u00eb PS, Mustafain, por pse ngutet ta shpall\u00eb si gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfunduar si fenomen.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb parti e Zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Operative, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb parti e familjeve t\u00eb ish byroist\u00ebve t\u00eb PPSH, e krushqive t\u00eb tyre, e nip\u00ebrve, st\u00ebrnip\u00ebrve, mbesave, st\u00ebrmbesave, dh\u00ebndur\u00ebve e dh\u00ebndur\u00ebve t\u00eb dh\u00ebndur\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, por ka dal\u00eb nga ai mallkim, sipas tij, dhe ka p\u00ebrfshi geg\u00ebt n\u00eb forumet e saj, bile, bile, edhe grat\u00eb gege si \u201c\u2026nj\u00eb grua si Ledi Shamku q\u00eb q\u00ebndron rehat-rehat n\u00eb kok\u00ebn e PS-s\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Rren\u00eb safi. E kemi provue t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn k\u00ebto 20 vjet n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare dashuri-urrejtjen e urrejtje-dashurin\u00eb. Po i shohim k\u00ebto spektakle dashuri-urrejtje a anasjelltas p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb shtyp\u2026<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, po t\u00eb pyes\u00ebsh rast\u00ebsisht, njer\u00ebz krejt t\u00eb zakonsh\u00ebm, e tu thuash, a je geg\u00eb apo tosk\u00eb, shumica do t\u00eb t\u00eb thon\u00eb, gegu\u2026!?, jo jo, duhet t\u00eb jem tosku\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Termat \u201cgeg\u00eb\u201d apo \u201ctosk\u00eb\u201d,p\u00ebrve\u00e7se n\u00eb rastet e \u201cluft\u00ebs\u201d p\u00ebr pushtet n\u00eb pak zyra n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb si terma fyes n\u00eb raste t\u00eb ndryshme, n\u00eb popull kurr\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb si terma fyes. Askush asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb skuq\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb sepse askush nuk i ka konsiderue fjal\u00eb turpi, ve\u00e7 atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb synue me i fut\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt geg\u00ebt me tosk\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Kjo, q\u00eb banori i hersh\u00ebm i Tiran\u00ebs, (jo i ardhur), t\u00eb mos e dij\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb geg\u00eb dhe q\u00eb t\u2019i duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb tosk\u00eb, ka arsyet dhe shpjegimet e veta. Sepse \u201clufta\u201d geg\u00eb \u2013 tosk\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr llokm\u00ebn e pushtetit. Pasi pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb par\u00eb si burim i madh t\u00eb ardhurash, burim pasurimi, privilegjesh.<\/p>\n<p>Pushteti komunist erdhi me vjedhje dhe vjedhjen e instaloi n\u00eb pushtet, n\u00eb sistem si m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jetese e stil drejtimi. Q\u00eb kur vodhi floririn e shtetit dhe floririn e t\u00eb pasurve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb akuzonin mbretin Zog dhe e akuzojn\u00eb ende p\u00ebr grabitje floriri, duke ia \u201cshit\u00eb\u201d vjedhjen e floririt atij. Le t\u00eb mos e pranojn\u00eb kurr\u00eb, por e v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb : mbi tremij\u00eb ton flori \u00ebsht\u00eb vjedh\u00eb nga arka e shtetit shqiptar kur erdh\u00ebn komunist\u00ebt me Enverin n\u00eb pushtet, pa llogarit\u00eb se sa flori e sa pasuri u \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb nga komunist\u00ebt t\u00eb pasurve shqiptar\u00eb. Dhe pa llogarit\u00eb bizhut\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm kallepe floriri.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Kjo mend\u00ebsi, q\u00eb pushtetari nuk ndjehet sh\u00ebrbyes i qytetarit, por q\u00eb pushteti \u00ebsht\u00eb biznes, \u00ebsht\u00eb minier\u00eb p\u00ebr pasurim, ka vazhduar q\u00eb me instalimin e pushtetit komunist dhe ende vazhdon sot e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sjelluri, m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jetese. Ndaj lufta p\u00ebr post, p\u00ebr karrige, \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb ashprat n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Luft\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb fitohet nga shoq\u00ebria e mundur pasi vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebria me amullin\u00eb e saj, e pushtuar nga thashethemnaja e pak t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetave e shum\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtrave, sikur e ka legjitimuar p\u00ebrfitimin e padrejt\u00eb t\u00eb pushtetarit e t\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rangjet e nivelet kur ka nj\u00eb gj\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, kur ka nj\u00eb vul\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, apo firmos nj\u00eb dokument, qoft\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihm\u00ebn ekonomike nj\u00eb fukarai, ndihm\u00eb q\u00eb i takon plot\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse derisa erdh\u00ebn komunist\u00ebt n\u00eb pushtet nga lufta q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pushtet, pushteti ishte i balancuar dhe askujt nuk i vinte turp pse ishte geg\u00eb apo tosk\u00eb, askush nuk kishte konsekuenca pse ishte tosk\u00eb apo geg\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb marshimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs me partizan\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, u shpalos urrejtja e pushtetit t\u00eb ri kund\u00ebr geg\u00ebve&#8230; Urrejtje q\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdonte pasi p\u00ebr komunizmin do t\u00eb ishte kali m\u00eb i sigurt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar ata n\u00eb pushtet duke v\u00ebn\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebri \u2013 tjetrit tosk\u00ebt dhe geg\u00ebt nj\u00eblloj shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Aq e ashp\u00ebr ishte lufta kund\u00ebr geg\u00ebve sa shpesh disa prej tyre i p\u00ebrkuli, i b\u00ebri ta fshehin identitetin e tyre, ta fshehin gjuh\u00ebn e tyre, t\u00eb ken\u00eb frik\u00eb t\u00eb identifikohen me veten e tyre edhe pse geg\u00ebt ishin vendas n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Kujtoj se nj\u00eb studjues apo udh\u00ebtar i huaj, shkruan se n\u00eb vitin 1914, kishte gjet\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb tosk\u00eb, pasi Tirana at\u00ebhere ishte fshat\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb mbreti Zog, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn tamam kryeqytet t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, u mund\u00ebsoi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb kamur, ardhje t\u00eb dinjitetshme.<\/p>\n<p>Kush donte t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte sht\u00ebpi apo vil\u00eb, n\u00ebse e nd\u00ebrtonte brenda dy vitesh, truallin e nd\u00ebrtimit e kishte falas. Nj\u00eb far\u00eb legalizimi apo jo! Si legalizimi q\u00eb nisi dhe po b\u00ebn Berisha. Pastaj kush t\u00eb donte, mund t\u00eb blinte truall n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb rregullave urbanistike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ato vite hyn\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb pasur dhe mbreti Zog filloi t\u00eb balanconte raportet geg\u00eb e tosk\u00eb n\u00eb kryeqytet.<\/p>\n<p>Mbreti Zog filloi ta urbanizonte Tiran\u00ebn dhe futi konceptet m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara perendimore t\u00eb urbanizimit. Tiran\u00ebn ai e mendonte qytet t\u00eb madh dhe nuk ishte si komunist\u00ebt q\u00eb nuk lejonin as Tiran\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebhej qytet i madh, si\u00e7 nuk lejonin asnj\u00eb qytet t\u00eb b\u00ebhej i madh n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Thjesht\u00eb ishte frika e Enverit dhe regjimit diktatorial nga p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrimet e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk q\u00ebndron mendimi i p\u00ebrhapur q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm se komunist\u00ebt soll\u00ebn urbanizim n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Komunist\u00ebt e mbyll\u00ebn Tiran\u00ebn dhe krijuan iden\u00eb se n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb jeton ajka e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa jasht\u00eb saj llumi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo b\u00ebri q\u00eb t\u00eb fyhej popullsia qytetare e kulturuar dhe kultivuar n\u00eb qytetet historike e me tradit\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. U fyen banor\u00ebt e Gjirokastr\u00ebs, Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Beratit, Shkodr\u00ebs, Vlor\u00ebs, Prizrenit, Gjakov\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit, qytetar\u00eb me tradita t\u00eb hershme dhe me kultur\u00eb t\u00eb konsoliduar qytetare.<\/p>\n<p>Komunist\u00ebt k\u00ebto zona i quajt\u00ebn periferi t\u00eb pazhvilluara dhe Tiran\u00ebn e \u201cshit\u00ebn\u201d p\u00ebr ajk\u00eb qytetarie, pasi soll\u00ebn aty gjith\u00eb ato banor\u00eb q\u00eb ata mendonin se ishin t\u00eb tyret, nga zonat e tyre dhe investuan p\u00ebr to, nga familjet e tyre, farefisnit\u00eb, krushqit\u00eb, nip\u00ebr, mbesa, dh\u00ebndur\u00eb, kumbar\u00eb, tezak\u00eb, etj, i shkolluan dhe i pun\u00ebsuan n\u00eb administrat\u00ebn e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ende sot e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn rrefehen histori q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb ministri punonin dy djem tezesh dhe askush nuk e dinte, kurse farefis n\u00eb nj\u00eb ministri ishin mbi 30 p\u00ebrqind e n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n<p>Ende fshatar\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb zone vazhdojn\u00eb ta quajn\u00eb nj\u00eb ministri n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb si \u201cministria jon\u00eb\u201d dhe e kan\u00eb si toponim pasi mbi 50 p\u00ebrqind e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarve n\u00eb at\u00eb ministri ishin t\u00eb nj\u00eb zone t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb. Aq irrituese dhe fyese ishte ndenja e diferencimit q\u00eb b\u00ebri komunizmi n\u00eb zona t\u00eb ndryshme toske t\u00eb vendit, sa populli atje q\u00ebs\u00ebndiste n\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb \u201cLab\u00ebri moj lanete \/ t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb zyra sekrete\u2026\u201d. Sot mjaft pensionist\u00eb t\u00eb asaj zone i thon\u00eb nj\u00ebri \u2013 tjetrit, takohemi \u201cte ministria jon\u00eb\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>U mbush Tirana n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb me tosk\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur vet\u00ebm nga ato zona q\u00eb donin byroist\u00ebt, dhe shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb tosk\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb iu mbetej nami si t\u00eb lidhur me partin\u00eb si mish e thua, por n\u00eb fakt edhe tosk\u00ebt hanin drurin dhe kalbeshin burgjeve t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Geg\u00ebve jo tiranas dhe tosk\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk i p\u00eblqente apo nuk i donte diktatori dhe grupi i tij i ngusht\u00eb, iu ndalua ardhja n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Si\u00e7 ishte privilegj t\u00eb banoje n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e t\u00eb punoje aty, ishte d\u00ebnim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb largonin nga Tirana.<\/p>\n<p>Mbreti Zog ftoi, nxiti, stimuloi dhe lejoi tosk\u00ebt t\u00eb vinin me banim n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe erdh\u00ebn shum\u00eb prej tyre e u b\u00ebn\u00eb qytetar\u00eb q\u00eb soll\u00ebn dhe rrezatuan qytetari, diktatura lejoi shum\u00eb pak geg\u00eb, q\u00eb s\u2019ishin tiranas, t\u00eb hynin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe u mund\u00ebsoi vet\u00ebm disa zonave toske hyrjen n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, duke shpron\u00ebsuar dhunsh\u00ebm pronar\u00ebt e vilave qofshin geg\u00eb apo tosk\u00eb. Dhe u detyruan pronar\u00ebt e vilave t\u00eb jetonin bodrumeve dhe oficer\u00ebt e diktatur\u00ebs dhe sigurimsat t\u00eb jetonin n\u00eb vila\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj pas konsolidimit t\u00eb pushtetit komunist, u izolua dhe ndalua Tirana dhe gjith\u00eb qytetet e vendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhurit nga fshati. Pashaportizimi n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ishte lluks mbi lluks.<\/p>\n<p>Rrall\u00eb lejoheshin edhe tosk\u00ebt m\u00eb komunist\u00eb t\u00eb vinin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb me pun\u00eb e banim, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr geg\u00ebt nuk b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Geg\u00ebt n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb filluan t\u00eb ndjehen si n\u00eb vend t\u00eb huaj me ardhjen e komunist\u00ebve n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>U p\u00ebrul deri n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb individi geg\u00eb saq\u00eb dikujt i vinte turp t\u00eb fliste t\u00eb folmen e tij pasi nuk i p\u00eblqente partis\u00eb, nuk i p\u00eblqente komandantit n\u00eb ushtri a n\u00eb zbor, drejtorit apo brigadierit n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje, m\u00ebsuesit n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, q\u00eb kur Enveri filloi t\u00eb mos fliste m\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e geg\u00ebve apo gjuh\u00ebn zyrtare t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, gjuh\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai foli e shkroi deri n\u00eb vitet \u201950, sipas librave dhe dokumenteve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Gega filloi t\u00eb mos mendonte si geg\u00eb por si tosk\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb katastrofa q\u00eb pati fillue me ndodh\u00eb n\u00eb vitet e diktatur\u00ebs. Dhe sot pasojat shihen. Duke luftuar kund\u00ebr geg\u00ebve p\u00ebr deri n\u00eb zhb\u00ebrje t\u00eb identitetit t\u00eb tyre, iu b\u00eb d\u00ebm kolosal vendit. PS ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn e saj, n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb natyrshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Kjo tregon se ende PS nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb parti ekuilibri. PS ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e saj historike, ndon\u00ebse ndryshimet jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme. Q\u00eb n\u00eb krijim PKSH i ka urryer geg\u00ebt, i ka mohuar, i ka vrar\u00eb, pushkatuar, zhdukur. Sot, m\u00eb e pakta, nuk i don. T\u00eb kuptohem drejt. Nuk ka vrar\u00eb dhe pushkatuar vet\u00ebm geg\u00eb PKSH apo PPSH. P\u00ebr nj\u00ebmij\u00eb e nj\u00eb konjuktura ajo vjen n\u00eb pushtet se alternohet pushteti n\u00eb demokraci, por nuk shkon dot deri n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi t\u00eb zemrave t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 atyre shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb lidhen domosdoshm\u00ebrisht me pushtetin e beneficet e tij dhe q\u00eb gjejn\u00eb lidhje farefisnie e gjaku me pushtetar\u00ebt, pasi ne jemi vend i vog\u00ebl dhe me shum\u00eb lidhje e njohje.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Pra Mustafai thot\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb shtribalizue PS, ka dal\u00eb nga kufinjt\u00eb e \u201ctribus\u00eb\u201d toske. N\u00ebse ai e mat\u00eb me koh\u00ebn e Enverit, k\u00ebtu ka pjes\u00ebrisht t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Por geg\u00ebt nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohen, qoft\u00eb edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim q\u00eb kan\u00eb, me grat\u00eb e tyre, sado t\u00eb afta, t\u00eb zonja e me dinjitet t\u00eb jen\u00eb ato. Ka edhe burra mes geg\u00ebve, burra socialist\u00eb, nga ata me \u201crr\u201d e jo me \u201cr\u201d, q\u00eb do ta hijeshonin me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb PS. Dhe PS nuk do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte vet\u00ebm 30 p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb votave t\u00eb geg\u00ebve po t\u00eb ishte parti e ekuilibruar, por do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte m\u00eb shum\u00eb se do t\u00eb ishte parti e gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Po n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Demokratike si \u00ebsht\u00eb gjendja e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit. Pyet Mustafai : \u201cPo n\u00eb krahun tjet\u00ebr? Her\u00eb pas here m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rriq\u00ebr ideja, se Sali Berish\u00ebs duhet t\u2019i njihet t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb merit\u00eb, e nj\u00ebjta merit\u00eb q\u00eb sapo i njoha Ledi Shamkut. Her\u00eb pas here pra, kam qen\u00eb i sigurt se ai ia ka dal\u00eb mban\u00eb, q\u00eb me pranin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn shqiptare, t\u2019i jap\u00eb nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi afirmimi kulturor tribus\u00eb s\u00eb vet. Nuk ia falin as ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u b\u00ebh\u00ebt shpesh k\u00ebshilltar Mustafai.<br \/>\n\u201cSali Berisha pra, ka luajtur p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb nj\u00eb rol pozitiv n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb riafirmimit t\u00eb tribus\u00eb s\u00eb geg\u00ebve, i par\u00eb ky i fundit si nj\u00eb projekt me frym\u00ebzim komb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1992-1997, kur socialist\u00ebt, ca nga halli e ca nga qejfi, nuk e \u00e7onin n\u00ebp\u00ebr mendje nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb doz\u00ebs s\u00eb gegnizimit t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre (leadership-i saj ishte nj\u00eb nga m\u00eb tribal\u00ebt n\u00eb historin\u00eb politike t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve), Berisha, n\u00eb stilin zogollian, b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrthurje fantastike t\u00eb tribuve n\u00eb ndarjen e posteve e t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive. Kjo nd\u00ebrthurje b\u00ebhej, \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, mbi kurriz t\u00eb meritokracis\u00eb, por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se tribalizimi i establishmentit drejtues t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb p\u00ebrligjej me kritere meritokratike. Absolutisht jo! N\u00eb at\u00eb mot, Berisha (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim) nuk kishte imazhin e nj\u00eb gegu. E nuk kishte pse ta kish.
