Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj debati p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn ka zier shpesh me tone t\u00eb ashpra polemike, kryesisht p\u00ebr rishikimin e norm\u00ebs drejtshkrimore, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e ndjesh\u00ebm t\u00eb saj, leht\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb shkrimit nga <em>\u00eb<\/em>-t\u00eb e dub\u00ebl <em>t\u00eb<\/em>-t\u00eb q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrtypen leht\u00eb e krijojn\u00eb kakofoni, duke mos u marr\u00eb e ngurt\u00ebsuar norma as nga ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb miratuar rregullat e drejtshkrimit dyzet vite m\u00eb par\u00eb; por diskutimi ka qen\u00eb dhe n\u00eb an\u00ebn p\u00ebrmbajt\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje specifike, si rehabilitimi i paskajores, mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs s\u00eb shqipes s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuror\u00ebzuar me pahir nga standardi etj. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kahje e diskutimit do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb ai i l\u00ebvrimit lirisht t\u00eb gegnishtes n\u00eb let\u00ebrsi, publicistik\u00eb, eseistik\u00eb, si nj\u00eb drejt\u00eb e autor\u00ebve p\u00ebr ta shijuar pa kufizim muz\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre am\u00eb, pse jo dhe nj\u00ebsimi i gegnishtes n\u00eb vetvete. Gegnishtja kishte treguar se nuk ishte shterruar as kur u nd\u00ebrpre funksioni i saj, pasi n\u00eb partiturat melodike gege<em>,<\/em> vazhduan t\u2019i shkruanin veprat e tyre autoriale e editoriale Koliqi, Camaj etj., nj\u00eb prov\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ishte dhe revista \u201cShejzat\u201d n\u00eb Rom\u00eb. Nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb ajo nuk kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00eb dialekt periferik, por nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb kulture, kishin ndodhur ngjarje historike gjysm\u00ebmij\u00ebvje\u00e7are p\u00ebrmes saj, ndaj nuk po dinte e nuk po donte t\u00eb dilte nga vetja. Fakti q\u00eb dhe sot e gjith\u00eb dit\u00ebn gegnishtja ushtron pesh\u00ebn e saj sociolinguistike d\u00ebshmon se asaj i rri ngusht prerja e standardit, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e duhura me t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrse at\u00ebher\u00eb gjith\u00eb ky merak se mos po prishet gjuha standarde prej <em>disave<\/em>, q\u00eb u dashka ta ruajn\u00eb <em>disa<\/em> t\u00eb tjer\u00eb? P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb thirret n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb (n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb patetike) identiteti komb\u00ebtar, q\u00eb kinse u prishka, n\u00ebse preket gjuha standarde? N\u00ebse di\u00e7ka a shum\u00eb\u00e7ka n\u00eb ngrehin\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrkryer, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb e keqja q\u00eb ky proces vijon pa u ndaluar e pa sforcim? V\u00ebrtet gjuh\u00ebn e nj\u00ebsojn\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr specialist\u00ebt e fush\u00ebs, gramatikan\u00ebt, por mbi t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e barabart\u00eb e drejta e \u00e7do shqipfol\u00ebsi, edhe e njeriut t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e ka iden\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb paket\u00eb normash p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn, po q\u00eb ama \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues i saj. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim gjuha nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr et\u00ebr special\u00eb dhe dalzot\u00ebs t\u00eb (pa)autorizuar, aq m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr \u201cnostalgjik\u00eb konservator\u00eb \u201d, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb idhtar\u00ebt e mosprekjes s\u00eb standardit t\u00eb 72-it. Holl\u00eb-holl\u00eb ka vet\u00ebm pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrvut\u00eb t\u00eb dijes gjuh\u00ebsore, ku p\u00ebr t\u00eb till\u00eb e mbante veten gjuh\u00ebtari yn\u00eb prij\u00ebtar, shkenc\u00ebtari Eqrem \u00c7abej dhe sivllaznit e tij t\u00eb spikatur, nga Johann Thunman e albanolog\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb europian\u00eb, te gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebt tan\u00eb si: Naum Veqilharxhi, Aleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani, Kostaq Cipa, Justin Rrota, Selman Riza, Shaban Demiraj, Mahir Domi, Androkli Kostallari, Idriz Ajeti, Jup Kastrati, Kol Ashta, Fatmir Agalliu, Xhevat Lloshi, Gjovalin Shkurtaj, Tomor Osmani, Rexhep Ismajli, Kolec Topalli, Ardian Klosi, Ledi Shamku-Shkreli, Ardian Vehbiu; si dhe At Zef Pllumi, Ardian Ndreca, Migjen Kelmendi, Primo Shllaku, Ledia Dushi etj., q\u00eb l\u00ebvrojn\u00eb nj\u00eb shqipe autentike.<\/p>\n<p>Kushdo e di se dukurit\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore, dhe n\u00ebse nuk i p\u00ebrfillim si duhet n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, ato u binden vet\u00ebm ligjeve e ligj\u00ebsive t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, e cila si superstruktur\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb, n\u00eb \u00e7do faz\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit njer\u00ebzor ka rav\u00ebn e vet. K\u00ebshtu, diftongu <em>ue<\/em> \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb element zhvillimor i volitsh\u00ebm i shqipes, me t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrftohet natyrsh\u00ebm dhe paskajorja: <em>me m\u00ebsue, me krijue, me kryesue<\/em> etj. Secili mund t\u00eb v\u00eb oroe se cila form\u00eb ting\u00ebllon m\u00eb shqip:<em> dua t\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmoj<\/em> apo <em>due me t\u00eb ndihmue, <\/em>ku e dyta \u00ebsht\u00eb mbi baz\u00ebn e paskajores s\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb.<em> <\/em>P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vjet\u00ebrsis\u00eb, origjin\u00ebs, pjelloris\u00eb duhen shkruar si n\u00eb g\u00ebgnishte: <em>nan\u00eb (nanloke), am\u00eb (amtar), ran\u00eb (ranore, ranishte), kang\u00eb (kantus),<\/em> <em>and\u00ebrr (zhgjand\u00ebrr), shtatzan\u00eb,<\/em> nj\u00eblloj si <em>zan\u00eb, anz\u00eb<\/em>, <em>zanore,<\/em> q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb shkruhen n\u00eb ngjasim t\u00eb standardit me <em>\u00eb<\/em> (pasi do t\u00eb kishim: z\u00ebr\u00eb, arz\u00eb, z\u00ebrore.) Nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se anomali \u201cnormative\u201d t\u00eb kemi edhe <em>ranore<\/em> edhe r\u00ebrore<em> <\/em>(!) Gjuha e nj\u00ebsuar na e tret fjal\u00ebn <em>am\u00eb <\/em>p\u00ebr <em>e \u00ebma<\/em>, pa\u00e7ka se e para na ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb <em>amtar<\/em>, q\u00eb nuk na p\u00ebrftohet me t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn. Teksa nga rotacizmi i sforcuar kemi p\u00ebrdorime t\u00eb panatyrshme fjal\u00ebsh, si Gjorm\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb <em>Gjon\u00ebm<\/em>, rriqrat n\u00eb vend t\u00eb <em>rriqnat,<\/em> plot\u00ebri n\u00eb vend t\u00eb <em>plotni, <\/em>t\u00eb ngrer\u00eb dor\u00ebn n\u00eb vend <em>t\u00eb ngrej\u00eb <\/em>dor\u00ebn etj. Gegnishtja ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb e ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb prej saj. N\u00ebse paskajorja \u00ebsht\u00eb gur themeltar, pasi nuk ka pushuar s\u00eb gjalluari, nuk mund t\u00eb thuhet e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb p\u00ebr hundorzimin, theksat e fjal\u00ebve dhe shenjat e tyre diakritike. Por le ta kundrojm\u00eb problemin n\u00eb parim, pse na duket se gjuha letrare komb\u00ebtare ende nuk ka p\u00ebrfunduar s\u00eb formuari.<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Shoq\u00ebria e sotme, pa mure ideologjike, ka shtruar nevoj\u00ebn e ridimensionimit t\u00eb shum\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb shqiptare, si rishikimi apo rishkrimi i historis\u00eb, ku lexuesi i di tashm\u00eb disa nga pikat m\u00eb t\u00eb debatueshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb l\u00ebm\u00eb; p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qasje tjet\u00ebr nga ajo moniste ndaj religjionit, kanunit, paris\u00eb tradicionale, shtetit dhe figurave shtetb\u00ebr\u00ebse, vlerave t\u00eb aristokracis\u00eb shqiptare, disidenc\u00ebs etj. Po dhe pa k\u00ebt\u00eb kundraj\u00eb sociologjike dihet se asgj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimtare p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket \u201cteknologjis\u00eb\u201d s\u00eb komunikimit me an\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, nj\u00ebsimi i nj\u00eb gjuhe shkrimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb si nj\u00eb zbulim shkencor, si nj\u00eb ekuacion q\u00eb pasi zgjidhet nuk ka m\u00eb t\u00eb panjohura; gjuha si nj\u00eb krijes\u00eb e gjall\u00eb zhvillohet e pasurohet, pavar\u00ebsisht asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb normuar, jo vet\u00ebm me 1972, po qysh nga Kongresi i Manastirit, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb ndiqet n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi ritmi i saj i brendsh\u00ebm. Ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmendore e bronzt\u00eb, q\u00eb vet\u00ebm mund ta sodit\u00ebsh a b\u00ebsh fotografi p\u00ebrnderimi para saj. Aq m\u00eb pak nj\u00eb faltore. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrditshm\u00ebria jon\u00eb e shqiptuar dhe e shkruar, q\u00eb kemi p\u00ebr barr\u00eb ta p\u00ebrkryejm\u00eb (kryekrejm\u00eb) pa pr\u00e2, pa i marr\u00eb leje ndokujt dhe pa patur frik\u00eb se po shkelim n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb tabu.<\/p>\n<p>Sot kemi <em>de jure<\/em> nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb zyrtare, normative, standarde t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs, shkoll\u00ebs, medias, botimeve enciklopedike e manuale, por <em>de fakto<\/em> kemi nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb shkruar t\u00eb pa(p\u00ebr)plot\u00eb, me nj\u00eb abetare t\u00eb mang\u00ebt gjuh\u00ebsorisht dhe mbase jo sa duhet p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese komb\u00ebtarisht. Ashtu si praktikisht kemi jasht\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs normative nj\u00eb shkrimtar simbol t\u00eb shqipes si Gjergj Fishta, vepra e t\u00eb cilit ng\u00ebrthen nj\u00ebzet mij\u00eb fjal\u00eb, i cili nuk i p\u00ebrket epok\u00ebs s\u00eb Dantes dhe as ndonj\u00eb gjuhe t\u00eb vdekur, dhe nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsi shkrimtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb tjer\u00eb gegnishtshkrues, q\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb ven\u00eb te lexuesi me \u201cp\u00ebrkthyes\u201d brendap\u00ebrbrenda shqipes, por p\u00ebrmes hapjes s\u00eb standardit ndaj tyre. Nisur nga kjo p\u00ebrkthyesi i njohur gjerman i shqipes, Hans-Joachim Lanksch, shtron problemin se si do t\u2019i quajm\u00eb veprat me vlera v\u00ebrtet letrare q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb shkruar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn standarde, si ato t\u00eb Fisht\u00ebs, Prendushit, Camajt, Lluka Peron\u00ebs etj., apo proz\u00ebn e shk\u00eblqyeshme (gege) t\u00eb Anton Pashkut \u201cOh\u201d?<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 shihet, nuk mund t\u00eb shp\u00ebrfillet ky korpus tekstesh letrare t\u00eb gegnishtes, as t\u00eb shtr\u00ebngohet nj\u00eb variant letrar buzukjan t\u00eb rrij\u00eb sus para nj\u00eb standardi t\u00eb pa(p\u00ebr)kryer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kongresi i Manastirit (1908) \u00ebsht\u00eb kongresi shugurues i alfabetit t\u00eb shqipes, i b\u00ebr\u00eb me bekimin e elit\u00ebs m\u00eb t\u00eb shquar intelektuale t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Kurse n\u00eb Kongresin e Drejtshkrimit (1972) kishte dhe mjaft individ\u00eb nga baza, sipas parimit t\u00eb vij\u00ebs s\u00eb masave. Kongresin e Manastirit e udh\u00ebhiqte ideologjia komb\u00ebtare, kurse at\u00eb t\u00eb Drejtshkrimit ideologjia politike. N\u00ebse normat e nj\u00eb kuvendi gjuhe jan\u00eb nj\u00eb tabu, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebrse nuk ndodhi k\u00ebshtu me gjuh\u00ebn zyrtare paraardh\u00ebse, elbasanishten, q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb fuqi qysh nga Komisia Letrare Shqipe e Shkodr\u00ebs (1916-1918) dhe ku r\u00ebndom shkruhej: \u201cShqipnia\u201d (shih: pulla postare e emtuar me 1937), \u201cMbretnia Shqiptare\u201d, \u201cNaltmadhnia\u201d, \u201cK\u00ebshilli i Nalt\u00eb i Shtetit\u201d, \u201cInstituti Femnor Nana Mbretnesh\u00eb\u201d etj., q\u00eb e par\u00eb si gegnishte ishte gjuha e dy t\u00eb tretave t\u00eb shqipfol\u00ebsve, ku dhe raporti i mbledhjes themeluese t\u00eb PKSH me 1941 ishte n\u00eb gegnisht. E folmja e Elbasanit u zgjodh se n\u00eb t\u00eb ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrafruar dy dialektet, konvergimi ishte m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm, politika gjuh\u00ebsore e koh\u00ebs e shihte elbasanishten si ur\u00eb lidh\u00ebse mes dy dialekteve, \u00e7ka zgjati deri n\u00eb fillimin e viteve \u201850. Puna mund t\u00eb vij\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb rishihet ndonj\u00eb grafem\u00eb dhe nga vet\u00eb Kongresi themelues i alfabetit, ai i Manastirit, q\u00eb i ka kaluar nj\u00ebqind vjet\u00ebt prov\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb si t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb rishikim, rivler\u00ebsim, apo ndryshim t\u00eb norm\u00ebs drejtshkrimore e jo vet\u00ebm, pa ndodhur gj\u00ebma, tronditje a p\u00ebrmbysje n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, ve\u00e7se b\u00ebrja e k\u00ebtij mjeti komunkimi m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr funksionin q\u00eb ka. Gjuha b\u00ebn pa \u201cgard\u00ebn\u201d e vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb apo n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, por jo pa paskajoren e hequr nga trungu i saj si t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb deg\u00eb e thar\u00eb lisi.<\/p>\n<p>Qendrat vendimarr\u00ebse t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb shekullit XX kishin qen\u00eb nga mbar\u00eb trojet shqiptare: Manastiri (1908), Shkodra (1918), Prishtina (1968), Tirana (1972). Gjuh\u00ebtar\u00ebt kan\u00eb meritimet e tyre t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb studimet e gjuh\u00ebs, por vendimmarrja p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e gjer\u00eb se kolonia e tyre e nderuar. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb askush nuk e ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u2019i tund\u00eb tjetrit para syve kartat e gjuh\u00ebs, t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb apologjin\u00eb e saj t\u00eb pjesshme. E vetmja kart\u00eb e \u00e7do kohe \u00ebsht\u00eb ndryshimi, q\u00eb vlen dhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn. Se jo vet\u00ebm Mjeda, Nikaj, Migjeni, Koliqi, Pashku e Camaj nuk e gjejn\u00eb veten n\u00eb standard-in 40-vje\u00e7ar, po as Konica, Noli, Asllani, Kuteli e Lasgushi nuk p\u00ebrputhen me norm\u00ebn letrare, ani se k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit i p\u00ebrkasin tosk\u00ebrishtes, ata jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb pasur gjuh\u00ebsisht se standardi dhe me m\u00eb shum\u00eb kolorit gjuh\u00ebsor se ai, me norm\u00ebn sikur ka humbur ajo letrarishtja e tyre mjaft origjinale; si dhe Kadare, q\u00eb sa \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb standard, \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe \u201cjasht\u00eb\u201d tij apo mbi t\u00eb me prurjet dhe krijimin e tij gjuh\u00ebsor t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb brenda let\u00ebrsis\u00eb. I vetmi \u201cstandard\u201d i pal\u00ebvizsh\u00ebm i shqipes (e formuar prej brumit t\u00eb ilirishtes) \u00ebsht\u00eb autenticiteti i saj, qenia gjuh\u00eb e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb familjen e gjuh\u00ebve indoeuropiane.<\/p>\n<p>Standardi nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr fjal\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, me e ruajt nga syri i keq, ai mjaft q\u00eb <em>t\u00eb hapet <\/em>ndaj gegnishtes,<em> <\/em>por dhe ndaj tosk\u00ebrishtes, pse jo, dhe ndaj arb\u00ebrishtes, t\u00eb jet\u00eb i ndjesh\u00ebm ndaj t\u00eb gjitha prurjeve, ndryshimeve, risive gjuh\u00ebsore. Rrug\u00ebt gjenden n\u00ebse ka vet\u00ebdije shkencore, vullnet dhe jo paragjykime p\u00ebr z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e ndryshimit, duke i etiketuar si gjuh\u00ebprish\u00ebs. Askush nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtuari i gjuh\u00ebs, por as i (vet\u00eb)p\u00ebrk\u00ebdheluri i saj, ndaj s\u2019na ka hije t\u00eb harxhojm\u00eb energji me replika t\u00eb gjata e t\u00eb tharta, kur krahas sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebs p\u00ebr nj\u00eb standard t\u00eb arrir\u00eb, mund t\u00eb merremi dhe me l\u00ebngat\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs nga shp\u00ebrdorimi q\u00eb po i b\u00ebhet asaj nga t\u00eb gjitha an\u00ebt, nga ndotja dhe varf\u00ebrimi i mjedisit gjuh\u00ebsor, \u201cgjuha\u201d e cunguar e internetit, tradicionaliteti i shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnien e gjuh\u00ebs etj. Shqipja ka disa sfida p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me identitetin e saj dhe at\u00eb shqiptar: si t\u2019i mbijetoj\u00eb emigracionit gjuh\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrues, si t\u00eb fuqizohet p\u00ebrmes pasurimit t\u00eb leksikut (duke u \u00e7elur m\u00eb shum\u00eb ndaj atij burimor etj.), si t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb pastrimin nga fjal\u00ebt e huaja t\u00eb panevojshme, si t\u00eb rris\u00eb nivelin e shqip\u00ebrimit t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore, si t\u00eb ket\u00eb fjalor\u00ebt e saj cil\u00ebsor\u00eb elektronik\u00eb etj. A e keni v\u00ebn\u00eb re, po na bjerren parasysh, gjer n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin shkresor, c-ja dhe \u00eb-ja, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb do t\u00eb na duhet t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm cerifikat\u00eb, por dhe Cabej (!) Ne nuk i dalim p\u00ebrzot gjuh\u00ebs shqipe jo vet\u00ebm te shkollar\u00ebt tan\u00eb n\u00eb emigracion, por as kur k\u00ebta kthehen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, sa f\u00ebmij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb nga Gjirokastra ven\u00eb e regjistrohen n\u00eb shkolla n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn greke n\u00eb Jergucat (!) K\u00ebto e shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb kollon\u00ebn v\u00ebrtebrore t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe jo p\u00ebpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar drejt nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrplot\u00eb letrare.<\/p>\n<p>Gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bank\u00eb ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kemi aksionet tona, ku mundemi me u sugjerue institucioneve akademike, k\u00ebtu e n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, rreth b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs son\u00eb m\u00eb vitale e m\u00eb moderne dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebrrinim te ndryshimet e domosdoshme t\u00eb standardit. Ve\u00e7se kjo b\u00ebhet me dashuri rilindasish e jo nga llogoret e vjetra. N\u00ebse nuk e b\u00ebjm\u00eb ne sot, doemos q\u00eb do ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb nes\u00ebr. Nevoj\u00ebn e ndryshimit e thon\u00eb dhe m\u00ebtuesit e standardit t\u00eb \u201cpapreksh\u00ebm\u201d, por besohet se ata jan\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshime sip\u00ebrfaqsore dhe jo aq sa ka nevoj\u00eb gjuha, q\u00eb standardi t\u00eb mos ndryshohet sa t\u00eb preken bazat e tij. Por askush nuk mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se deri ku mund shkohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb, ndryshime me pikatore nuk ka, nj\u00eb kop\u00ebsht ujitet aq sa kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb bim\u00ebt. Shqiptar\u00ebt, kudo rrojn\u00eb, e kan\u00eb nj\u00eblloj t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn, i duan asaj m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebn normative, kodifikuese, pik\u00eb s\u00eb pari me rikthimin s\u00ebrish n\u00eb fron t\u00eb mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebs s\u00eb shkuror\u00ebzuar, paskajores, q\u00eb sipas ndonj\u00eb hulumtimi (Mehmet Elezi) \u00ebsht\u00eb po kaq e vlert\u00eb dhe n\u00eb tradit\u00ebn e tosk\u00ebrishtes.
