T\u00eb ballafaquar me sundues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, vazhdimisht ishin n\u00eb procesin e asimilimit t\u00eb substanc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare. <!--more-->Prandaj, sot ka serb\u00eb, malazez\u00eb, maqedon\u00eb, boshnjak\u00eb, turq\u00eb, grek\u00eb etj. me rr\u00ebnj\u00eb shqiptare, por rrall\u00eb dhe gati asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kemi rast q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq kjo dukuri vazhdon edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, sidomos n\u00eb trojet shqiptare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Procesi i asimilimit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn p\u00ebrfundimtare n\u00eb trevat shqiptare n\u00eb Rozhaj\u00eb, Plav\u00eb e Guci dhe Tivar, e q\u00eb k\u00ebto treva, jo shum\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb ishin t\u00eb populluara me shumic\u00eb mbi 90% shqiptare.<br \/>\nFatkeq\u00ebsisht, ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb fundi, tashm\u00eb duket se radh\u00ebn e ka Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe, e cila ve\u00e7 ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e asimilimit dhe me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe kjo dukuri po ia g\u00ebrryen rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Mal\u00ebsia e Madhe v\u00ebrtet ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar t\u00eb ndritur, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjeneratat e sotme krenohen. Parashtrohet pyetja se a kemi pse t\u00eb krenohemi me t\u00eb tashmen, dhe a do t\u00eb krenohet kush n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen \u00a0me gjeneratat e sotme? \u00a0Pra, n\u00ebse kjo tendenc\u00eb vazhdon me k\u00ebt\u00eb rit\u00ebm, a thua do t\u00eb ket\u00eb kush apo me \u00e7ka t\u00eb krenohet?<\/p>\n<p>Shqiptar\u00ebt e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb sot gjinden n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb komplekse, me probleme t\u00eb shumta politike e ekonomike, t\u00eb cilat po shkaktojn\u00eb dob\u00ebsimin dhe rrallimin e \u201cbim\u00ebs\u201d komb\u00ebtare. Situat\u00eb e cila nuk filloj sot, por shum\u00eb koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb e q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrgjegjja komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb mesin e shqiptar\u00ebve k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ul\u00ebt dhe dita dit\u00ebs po zbehet m\u00eb shum\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, tkurrja dhe mungesa, e ne shumic\u00ebn e rasteve, mohimi i nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare po rezulton me shkall\u00ebn dalluese t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb imunitetit ndaj asimilimit.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga fillim shekulli XX, por edhe m\u00eb her\u00ebt e deri sot n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, sllav\u00ebt me aparatur\u00ebn e tyre ushqyen p\u00ebrbuzje dhe urrejtje ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve. Sundues, i cili urrente t\u00eb sunduarit, ku reflektimi i urrejtjes s\u00eb sunduesit ishte m\u00eb i madh sesa e kund\u00ebrta dhe, si i till\u00eb, ishte dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ne p\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim t\u00eb zhdrejt\u00eb!<br \/>\nDuke qen\u00eb n\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, t\u00eb shtypur, diskriminuar, pa fuqi dhe pa p\u00ebrkrahje, para s\u00eb gjithash nga shteti am\u00eb, edhe vet shqiptar\u00ebt u frustruan, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb si barr\u00eb dimensionin e frik\u00ebs, e cila kaloi n\u00eb \u201cbindje\u201d; se t\u00eb jesh shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, t\u00eb duash flamurin shqiptar, pra t\u00eb jesh vetvetja, \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka e keqe, di\u00e7ka nga e cila nuk p\u00ebrfiton por humb. Aty dhe q\u00ebndron fillimi i dob\u00ebsimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjes komb\u00ebtare, mohimit t\u00eb vetvetes.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrderisa shteti i Malit t\u00eb Zi identifikohet dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb i dalluesh\u00ebm n\u00eb qarqe evropiane, si nj\u00eb shtet demokratik e qytetar, duke vendos mask\u00eb fallco para Bashkimit Evropian dhe, duke proklamuar at\u00eb si nj\u00eb bashkim kombesh\/shtetesh (ku kufijt\u00eb dhe dallimet nuk ekzistojn\u00eb), tenton q\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt t\u2019i konvertoj n\u00eb \u201ckozmopolit\u201d, duke i zhveshur p\u00ebrfundimisht ata nga \u00e7do element nacional, kurse vet gjithmon\u00eb, duke ruajtur nacionalizmin e tyre t\u00eb theksuar, n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa tejet radikale n\u00eb krahasim me ne, pra me nacionaliz\u00ebm sllav.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr dob\u00ebsimin\/p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimin e ndjenj\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, si nj\u00eb form\u00eb mjaft efikase p\u00ebr asimilimin m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, pushtetet e kaluara n\u00eb Jugosllavi, e q\u00eb vazhdon edhe sot, kan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur metoda t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebrs\u00ebris, metoda q\u00eb edhe te vet shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb bindje\/frik\u00eb e q\u00eb krejt kjo ka kaluar n\u00eb frustrim, se t\u00eb jesh shqiptar\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb dallohesh nga t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por n\u00eb kuptimin negativ.<\/p>\n<p>Shtimi i prapashtes\u00ebs \u201c vi\u00e7-q\u201d mbiemrave shqiptar, ishte nj\u00eb metod\u00eb e fillimit t\u00eb asimilimit m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb (e hyrjes n\u00eb qef malazez\u00ebve!). Edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr leht\u00ebsimit t\u00eb procedurave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb emrit\/mbiemrit dhe mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shkruarjes s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb dokumente zyrtare, shqiptar\u00ebt ende mbajn\u00eb prapashtes\u00ebn \u201c vi\u00e7\u201d n\u00eb mbiem\u00ebr.<br \/>\nN\u00ebse emri dhe mbiemri ting\u00ebllojn\u00eb shqip dhe t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, n\u00eb shikim t\u00eb par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdeklarim i asaj q\u00eb je, gj\u00eb e cila shpesh zgjon antipatin\u00eb e nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi (sllav) n\u00eb nj\u00eb zyre, institucion apo sh\u00ebrbim publik (shkoll\u00eb, spital, polici etj) ndaj nj\u00eb shqiptari i cili k\u00ebrkon kryerjen e ndonj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi apo procedure, si e drejt\u00eb e \u00e7do qytetari. Nga vet fakti q\u00eb komb\u00ebsia e tij t\u00eb jet\u00eb e theksuar, ai shpesh mund t\u00eb diskriminohet n\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshme. N\u00ebse jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb, atij n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u2019i b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb leht\u00ebsim, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn. Prandaj shqiptar\u00ebt edhe mund t\u00eb zgjedhin q\u00eb etnia e tyre t\u00eb mos bjer\u00eb n\u00eb sy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mbiemri i sllavizuar \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb hap drejt boshnjak\u00ebzimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb besimit islam (nj\u00eb faktor q\u00eb ve\u00e7 ekziston n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi), si dhe sllavizmi i shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb besimit katolik.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe sot, te pjesa e madhe e shqiptar\u00ebve ne Mal\u00ebsi dhe n\u00eb treva tjera shqiptare, mbiemrat e sllavizuar jan\u00eb aktual dhe me ta si t\u00eb till\u00eb edhe identifikohen. Shkall\u00eb kjo qe i ka tejkaluar format e \u201cturpit\u201d individual fisnor\u00eb dhe atij kolektiv. Ku aspak nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cturp\u201d t\u2019i prezantohesh dikujt dhe t\u00eb identifikohesh si Ivezi\u00e7, Dedvukovi\u00e7, Ljuljanovi\u00e7, Ljuljdjurovi\u00e7, Berishi\u00e7, Ujki\u00e7, Pepi\u00e7, Camovi\u00e7, Gjonovi\u00e7, Gili\u00e7, Gjokovi\u00e7. E gjith\u00eb kjo k\u00ebrkon sqarim, ndoshta edhe di\u00e7ka m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, k\u00ebrkon ngritje t\u00eb z\u00ebrit dhe mosdegjueshm\u00ebri qytetare ndaj k\u00ebsaj dukuri. Fillimisht, ndoshta do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi t\u00eb fillit asimilues nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb ta nd\u00ebrprejn\u00eb intelektual\u00ebt ton\u00eb. T\u2019i identifikojm\u00eb ata, dhe fillimisht, t\u2019u k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb atyre q\u00eb t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb!<\/p>\n<p>Shkollimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr factor, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb disfavorin e shqiptar\u00ebve. Programi m\u00ebsimor n\u00eb shkollat fillore dhe t\u00eb mesme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb adekuat dhe nuk p\u00ebrmbush\u00eb k\u00ebrkesat, q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shqiptar\u00eb duhet t\u2019i m\u00ebsojn\u00eb, sidomos n\u00eb historin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebrderisa n\u00eb nivelin lart\u00eb universitar\u00eb student\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb studimit n\u00eb gjuhen shqipe, at\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesis\u00eb.<br \/>\nStudent\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb studjojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb apo Maqedoni, por ka shum\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb mund\u00ebsi financiare p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<br \/>\nNj\u00eb pjes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr zgjedhin t\u00eb studjojn\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn sllave, dhe jo n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, duke shpresuar se pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb studimeve do ta ken\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsohen.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dukuri e cila ekziston n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, e sidomos p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00ebsimi n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb librez\u00ebs partiake. Jo rrall\u00eb, si parakusht, aplikuesit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pun\u00eb, sqarojn\u00eb se si (direkt apo indirekt) udh\u00ebzohen q\u00eb, s\u00eb parit, t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohen n\u00eb partin\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet.<br \/>\nNga mungesa e nd\u00ebrgjegjes, apo dhe nga situata e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb ekonomike, k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz harrojn\u00eb faktin se b\u00ebhen mall p\u00ebr shitje.<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat i gjendjes s\u00eb mjerueshme politiko-ekonomike, e theksuar sidomos n\u00eb trevat ku shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb shumic\u00eb, emigrimi p\u00ebr dekada t\u00eb t\u00ebra ishte n\u00eb nivel tep\u00ebr shqet\u00ebsues. Shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00ebn presion dhe t\u00eb diskriminuar, por gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar t\u00eb emigrojn\u00eb, l\u00ebshuan trojet e veta m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do popull tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Ballkan. \u00cbsht\u00eb fakt se 2\/3 e shqiptar\u00ebve nga Mal\u00ebsia jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb SHBA.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr shp\u00ebrngulja e organizuar e boshnjak\u00ebve nga viset veriore t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, n\u00eb Dhe t\u00eb Zi (Karabushko Pole), q\u00eb sot num\u00ebrojn\u00eb rreth 3000 banor\u00eb, num\u00ebr i cili rritet nga viti n\u00eb vit, shtron pyetjen: \u201cPse pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi?\u201d<br \/>\nEmigrimi i shqiptar\u00ebve dhe vendosja e boshnjak\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb plan i nd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs demografike t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb e un\u00eb do t\u00eb shtoja, ndryshim t\u00eb etnis\u00eb. Plan ky i cili \u00a0po realizohet gradualisht, por me sukses.<br \/>\nMal\u00ebsia, e cila ishte gati 100 p\u00ebr qind e populluar nga shqiptar\u00eb autokton, tashm\u00eb gati \u00ebsht\u00eb balancuar me jo-shqiptar\u00ebt.<br \/>\nPa qit k\u00ebtu n\u00eb harres\u00eb edhe martesat<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>n\u00eb mes shqiptar\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebtyre ardhacak\u00ebve, q\u00eb vet\u00ebm shtojn\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrshpejtojn\u00eb asimilimin.<\/p>\n<p>Se sa t\u00eb pranuar dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb jan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt dhe simbolet e tona komb\u00ebtare nga ana e shtetit malazez, shum\u00eb mir\u00eb e d\u00ebshmon edhe \u201cLigjit mbi Rendin dhe Qet\u00ebsin\u00eb Publike\u201d, i cili sanksionon p\u00ebrdorimin e simboleve tona komb\u00ebtare me gjob\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb holla deri n\u00eb 5000 euro, apo burgim<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(personi juridik do t\u00eb d\u00ebnohet me 2.500 deri n\u00eb 5000 euro, kurse p\u00ebr personat fizik gjoba do t\u00eb ishte 100 deri n\u00eb 500 euro, apo 30 dit\u00eb burgim).<\/p>\n<p>Se Flamuri yn\u00eb komb\u00ebtare konsiderohet si ndonj\u00eb arm\u00eb e rrezikshme (u d\u00ebshmua edhe n\u00eb aksionin fam\u00ebkeq t\u00eb 9 shtatorit t\u00eb 2006), kur me rastin e bastisjeve, policia sekuestroi flamujt shqiptar\u00eb, si material d\u00ebshmues p\u00ebr \u201cterroriz\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat themelore t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta p\u00ebr vet\u00ebqeverisje lokale. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e drejt\u00eb, e cila i \u00ebsht\u00eb shkurtuar shqiptar\u00ebve. Shqiptar\u00ebt e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb shpesh her\u00eb u p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn p\u00ebr tregti politike t\u00eb k\u00ebtij pushteti, por edhe t\u00eb subjekteve politike shqiptare. Ky pushtet para \u00e7do zgjedhje ka premtuar Komun\u00ebn e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb me qend\u00ebr n\u00eb Tuz. Kan\u00eb kaluar shum\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e n\u00ebnshkrime, por \u00e7do her\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar p\u00ebr t\u2019ia nis\u00eb me nj\u00eb premtim tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb lindi nj\u00eb premtim i radh\u00ebs, duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb \u201cLigjin p\u00ebr organizimin territorial\u201d, komuna duhet kaluar p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb referendumi konsultativ, nj\u00eb metod\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr zvarritjen e k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Nj\u00eb referendum i cili edhe n\u00ebse d\u00ebshira e qytetar\u00ebve kalon, do t\u00eb varej nga d\u00ebshira e pushtetit, i cili duket qart se nuk d\u00ebshiron nj\u00eb komun\u00eb ku shumica (s\u00eb paku p\u00ebr momentin) \u00ebsht\u00eb e populluar nga shqiptar\u00eb autokton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Popujt e sunduar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb shtetit am\u00eb, apo nuk kan\u00eb shtet am\u00eb, p\u00ebrballen me asimilimin. Shqiptar\u00ebt v\u00ebrtet kan\u00eb shtetin am\u00eb, i cili ka detyr\u00eb morale por edhe ligjore t\u2019i ndihmojn\u00eb dhe mbrojn\u00eb. Kushtetuta e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Nenin 8, Pika 1<strong>\u00a0(<\/strong>Republika e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb mbron t\u00eb drejtat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb popullit shqiptar q\u00eb jeton jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb saj), edhe garanton mbrojtjen e shqiptar\u00ebve jasht\u00eb kufirit politik t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ka b\u00ebri Shqip\u00ebria zyrtare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim? Nuk b\u00ebri asgj\u00eb!<br \/>\nP\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, shtetin tjet\u00ebr shqiptar, as mos t\u00eb flasim. At\u00eb disi po mundohemi me e arsyetuar p\u00ebr faktin se shteti i Kosov\u00ebs ende \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e formimit. Por, Shqip\u00ebria zyrtare dhe diplomacia e saj, mund t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb nga Serbia, q\u00eb diplomacia e saj po b\u00ebn t\u00eb pamundur\u00ebn p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e serbeve brenda shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. V\u00ebrtet duhet t\u00eb ishte ashtu, por shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsi jan\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje aq t\u00eb mjerueshme, sa q\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb fillim t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme ndihma e shtetit am\u00eb, e atyre q\u00eb e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb, se pari \u00a0morale e mbi t\u00eb gjitha kushtetuese.<\/p>\n<p>Subjektet e shumta politike shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebto troje e kan\u00eb humb \u00e7do kuptim.
