Nuk jan\u00eb, pra, vet\u00ebm ato pak kilometra p\u00ebrtej \u201cSheshit Sk\u00ebnderbej\u201d q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb drejt periferis\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb intelektual t\u00eb gjithangazhuar, por prirja e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer nj\u00eb bot\u00eb njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb shpesh e anashkalojm\u00eb. Edhe libri i tij me publicistik\u00eb \u201cDitar periferie\u201d k\u00ebt\u00eb na d\u00ebshmon, q\u00eb autori \u00ebsht\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar sot e nes\u00ebr p\u00ebr njeriun e periferis\u00eb, hallet dhe problemet e tij t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs. Njeriun n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, jo deri n\u00eb Paskuqan, po nga nj\u00ebri skaj i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb tjetrin, dhe atje ku ka ndodhur braktisja e kullave, kreshtave, pyjeve, luginave, minierave. \u00cbsht\u00eb mir\u00eb ky z\u00eb mediatik ndryshe, n\u00eb gazet\u00eb e televizion, pasi artikulon disa gj\u00ebra q\u00eb mbase vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb i formimit dhe statusit t\u00eb tij mund t\u2019i thot\u00eb ashtusoj, pa droje, para t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, ku mjafton t\u00eb shoh\u00ebsh qoft\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm disa nga titujt e shkrimeve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij libri me opinione dhe komente. N\u00eb thelb asgj\u00eb e re nuk ka ndodhur, i kishim dhe dikur mjaft t\u00eb zot\u00ebt n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb pen\u00ebs, publicistik\u00ebs, filozofis\u00eb, prelat\u00ebt e kish\u00ebs katolike, si Ambroz Marlaskaj, Anton Harapi etj., nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb q\u00eb u nd\u00ebrpre dhunsh\u00ebm me \u201cnjeriun e ri\u201d marksist-leninist. Kishte qen\u00eb dhe famullitari i Tiran\u00ebs i 46-s e mbrapa, Dom Mark Dushi, i pasionuar pas gjurmimeve historike, q\u00eb pati shkruar nj\u00eb monografi kushtuar kryeqytetit, me titullin \u201cTirana dhe rrethinat e saj\u201d, nj\u00eb botim me interes. Por ky shkrim nuk ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim fokusimin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb riardhje t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb fes\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e publicitik\u00ebs dhe jet\u00ebn publike urbane. Problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb a kemi sy p\u00ebr ta par\u00eb periferin\u00eb ashtu si ajo e meriton? Merret me mend se nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm misionar\u00ebt e fes\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm Karitasi q\u00eb kujdeset p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e periferis\u00eb, por nj\u00eb gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e dukshme, q\u00eb ata jan\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb atje, n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e n\u00eb t\u00eb keq dhe jo me raste, si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. K\u00ebto dit\u00eb padyshim q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se prifti n\u00eb komunitetet e periferive shkon Kryeministri, kryetari i\u00a0 opozit\u00ebs, kandidat\u00ebt e pafund\u00ebm p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb (aq shum\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, si t\u00eb jet\u00eb duke u konkuruar p\u00ebr Parlamentin e Kin\u00ebs!), ve\u00e7se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb sezonale, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e perifesis\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cdor\u00ebn e ngroht\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, shtetit.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Dom-Gjergj-Meta.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2897\" title=\"Dom-Gjergj-Meta\" src=\"http:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Dom-Gjergj-Meta.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Dom-Gjergj-Meta.png 500w, https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Dom-Gjergj-Meta-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Dom-Gjergj-Meta-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/revistakuvendi.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Dom-Gjergj-Meta-48x48.png 48w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a>Dom Gjergj Meta<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta askush nuk e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb re se si n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet, nd\u00ebrsa po zhvilloheshin nja tri veprimtari politike elektorale nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, disa murgesha shqiptare dhe t\u00eb komb\u00ebsive t\u00eb tjera sh\u00ebtisnin n\u00ebp\u00ebr parqe e trotuare paraplegjik\u00ebt e qendr\u00ebs dioqezane. E kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb cop\u00ebz nga \u201cditari\u201d i pashkruar i periferis\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb kalohet m\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, si \u201csecili ka pun\u00ebn e vet\u201d, politikan\u00ebt merren me politik\u00ebn, qeveria me infrastruktur\u00ebn, institucionet e kultit me an\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve etj. Po a nuk duhet t\u00eb merret dhe politika me t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebt, nevoj\u00ebtar\u00ebt, skamnor\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb dhe personazhet e gjalla t\u00eb shkrimeve t\u00eb Gjergj Met\u00ebs, si \u201cPlaku mbi ur\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, q\u00eb u shiste cigare kalimtar\u00ebve gjersa nj\u00eb dit\u00eb e largon prej andej policia bashkiake, apo Zefi 82-vje\u00e7ar n\u00eb \u201cDitar mjerimi\u201d, zbritur nga Berisha e Puk\u00ebs n\u00eb Zall-Herr, q\u00eb detyrohet t\u00eb punoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vendgrumbullim plehrash p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur me buk\u00eb pes\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e djalit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb burg. Jan\u00eb pamje t\u00eb trishta ku jeta metropolitane i sh\u00ebmb\u00ebllehet periferis\u00eb dhe periferia qendr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr nga rrojtja e njeriut n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e mbijetes\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb gjithsesi nj\u00eb let\u00ebrsi gri, q\u00eb ku e ku e shkruan ndonj\u00eb autor si Gjergj Meta, q\u00eb si\u00e7 thot\u00eb vet\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb pesimist migjenian\u201d e as nuk e mendon jet\u00ebn ashtu, si n\u00eb poem\u00ebn e mjerimit. Ai ka nj\u00eb qortim t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm ndaj njeriut modern n\u00eb esen\u00eb e tij \u201cShkret\u00ebrir\u00eb n\u00eb qytet\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin thot\u00eb se ky njeri \u201cnuk ka koh\u00eb t\u00eb mendoj\u00eb, t\u00eb ndalet e t\u00eb reflektoj\u00eb gjera t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsir\u00eb, koh\u00eb, vullnet t\u00eb mir\u00eb e, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, motivim t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm. \u00c7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore ia ka l\u00ebn\u00eb vendin pothuaj t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht emocionales dhe ndjesores. Njeriu modern ndizet menj\u00ebher\u00eb dhe shuhet po ashtu menj\u00ebher\u00eb, sepse jeton n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe\u2026\u201d M\u00eb shqip nuk ka se si t\u00eb fshikullohet individualisti q\u00eb e ka braktisur tjetrin q\u00eb ka n\u00eb krah, vet\u00ebm se ky i fundit nuk i p\u00ebrket klas\u00ebs s\u00eb tij p\u00ebr nga kamja. K\u00ebto fjal\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb me ton parlamentar, nuk jan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb selin\u00eb e ndonj\u00eb partie, nuk jan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn elektorale nga Jugu n\u00eb Veri ku vrapohet p\u00ebr vota, nuk jan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb mediumet e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb jehon\u00eb mediatike bu\u00e7it\u00ebse, jo, jan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb me dor\u00ebn n\u00eb zem\u00ebr nga nj\u00eb 37-vje\u00e7ar misionar publicist, q\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga besimi dhe ndjenja e solidaritetit njer\u00ebzor. Njeriu modern rron n\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb gjerave, shull\u00ebhet n\u00eb diell kur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt vuajn\u00eb. A thua n\u00eb \u201csip\u00ebrfaqe\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe politika, sh\u00ebrbimet sociale, kujdesi institucional, ndaj na duhet t\u00eb themelojm\u00eb nj\u00eb moral tjet\u00ebr, at\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebs qytetare?<\/p>\n<p>Ditar\u00ebt jan\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb grish\u00ebs dhe interesant\u00eb, ndryshe nga disa sajesa (a)morale t\u00eb koh\u00ebve t\u00eb vona. Lexojm\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00eb kujtime t\u00eb shp\u00eblara zyrtar\u00ebsh t\u00eb s\u00eb djeshmes me episode t\u00eb \u201cdisidenc\u00ebs\u201d vetjake dhe t\u00eb vjen keq p\u00ebr kot\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre intelektuale. Ata nuk kan\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb rresht ditari t\u00eb shkruar dikur p\u00ebr ato q\u00eb na shesin sot me t\u00eb madhe si pakq\u00ebnq\u00ebsi a kund\u00ebrshti ndaj regjimit, pos albumeve fotografike me ata q\u00eb tash i kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb teh t\u00eb kritik\u00ebs e q\u00eb dje i kishin epror\u00eb jo pak t\u00eb p\u00ebrzem\u00ebrt. Por aq u b\u00ebn sjellja e tyre dyfishe. K\u00eb t\u00eb lexosh, k\u00ebta t\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebrvuajtur\u201d t\u00eb rrejsh\u00ebm ish-komunist\u00eb, apo nj\u00eb prift austriak, shkrimtar e dijetar fran\u00e7eskan, q\u00eb ka mbajtur nj\u00eb ditar befasues n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e fillimeve t\u00eb shekullit XX. At Fabian Barcata vjen nga larg e ngulet mes njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb Kryezezit (Rubikut) dhe jo vet\u00ebm iu kryen atyre sh\u00ebrbesat fetare, por dhe i sh\u00ebron nga bestytnit\u00eb e vjetra e nga s\u00ebmundjet ngjit\u00ebse, duke u sjell\u00eb vet\u00eb ila\u00e7e kundra lis\u00eb nga Vjena etj. Duket e habitshme, por at\u00eb mot t\u00eb larg\u00ebt t\u00eb 1905-s ai iu b\u00ebn thirrje europian\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb e t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb nga k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz n\u00eb zgrip t\u00eb fatit. \u201cK\u00ebtu, k\u00ebtu, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duhet t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb edukuesit tuej t\u00eb popullit, profesor\u00ebt e universiteteve, politikan\u00ebt, demagog\u00ebt, anarkist\u00ebt\u2026 pran\u00eb k\u00ebtij populli t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb e t\u00eb paprishun, te k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz q\u00eb rrojn\u00eb n\u00eb vobeg\u00ebsi, pasi k\u00ebtu do t\u00eb gjenin shkoll\u00ebn e nalt\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs.\u201d E tash q\u00eb dhe Tirana \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb europiane, jo vet\u00ebm nga t\u00eb mirat e qytet\u00ebrimit, por dhe nga lig\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij, kjo thirrje lapidare mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb mir\u00ebfilli p\u00ebr periferin\u00eb. Ejani, pra, n\u00eb periferi t\u00eb shihni si rrojn\u00eb\u00a0 njer\u00ebzit, si ata duhen mb\u00ebsht\u00ebtur p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar, jo me programe n\u00eb let\u00ebr, por m\u00eb vepra konkrete humanitare. Mbase nuk mund ta kuptosh kurr\u00eb shpirtin e tyre t\u00eb d\u00eblir\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk p\u00ebrjeton bashk\u00eb me ta ngjarje si ajo q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet n\u00eb shkrimin e Dom Gjergjit \u201cKronik\u00eb e bardh\u00eb, sot u fal nj\u00eb gjak\u201d, n\u00eb vendin e zhytur p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb kronik\u00ebn e zez\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Periferia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb qendra, si reflektim i forc\u00ebs apo dob\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb saj. Si ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb dhe at\u00eb metropol p\u00ebr nga kultura, integrimi, dinjiteti njer\u00ebzor? Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm famullitari q\u00eb shkel p\u00ebrdit\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00ebn me balt\u00eb, por dhe deputeti, shtetari, kryebashkiaku, deri te n\u00ebpun\u00ebsi m\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh q\u00eb na vjen nga ky lib\u00ebr me theks social-kulturor, ashtu si dhe qasjet e ndryshme filozofike t\u00eb autorit p\u00ebr familjen, jet\u00ebn dhe vdekjen, dashurin\u00eb, integrimin, elitat, drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrnj\u00ebmendt\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb krimi, shpres\u00ebn etj.
