Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ato libra q\u00eb iu drejtohet vet\u00ebm turist\u00ebve, por dhe aktor\u00ebve q\u00eb merren me promovimin e menaxhimin e turizmit, duke filluar nga subjektet shter\u00ebrore, agjencit\u00eb e ndryshme turistike, operator\u00ebt turistik\u00eb, shoqatat e mjedisit etj. Duket se autori ka pikasur nj\u00eb \u201ctok\u00eb\u201d djerr, ku v\u00ebrtet ka patur shkrime p\u00ebr turizmin, por pa mb\u00ebrritur te nj\u00eb botim gjith\u00ebsor, q\u00eb t\u00eb ishte si nj\u00eb pik\u00eb referimi p\u00ebr sot e nes\u00ebr, duke mos e par\u00eb turizmin me sy amatori.<\/p>\n<p>Albert Zholi, shkrimtari dhe publicisti q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb parath\u00ebnien e librit, shkruan se \u201cTurizmi Shqiptar\u201d i Xhelal Markut vjen p\u00ebr lexuesin, si nj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb e domosdoshme e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb kompletuara e cil\u00ebsore p\u00ebr pushuesit, duke sjell\u00eb p\u00ebr ta informacione t\u00eb reja, t\u00eb plota, t\u00eb sakta e profesionale, q\u00eb i duhen nj\u00eb turisti, p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Turistike\u2026 Libri sjell nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur shkall\u00ebn e promocionit e t\u00eb imazhit turistik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb opinionin komb\u00ebtar e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Ai d\u00ebshmon se Turizmi Shqiptar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb ai i dikurshmi, i l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore e n\u00eb harres\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb sektori m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe m\u00eb jetik i ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit etj.\u201d Bash p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ky botim \u00ebsht\u00eb si nj\u00eb parar\u00ebnd\u00ebs i nj\u00eb literature rreth k\u00ebsaj fushe q\u00eb me siguri n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e begat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTurizmi Shqiptar\u201d \u00a0ka dhe karakter enciklopedik, por dhe guidistik. Ai ndahet n\u00eb tre kapituj, ku n\u00eb parin jepet nj\u00eb panoram\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjishme e turizmit, kurse n\u00eb t\u00eb dytin autori shtegton drejt mrekullive turistike, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Alpet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Riviera Shqiptare, nj\u00ebra n\u00eb veri e tjetra n\u00eb jug. Kurse n\u00eb kreun e tret\u00eb ai merret me prirjet, ritmet dhe problematikat e zhvillimit t\u00eb turizmit shqiptar, p\u00ebrmes shtjellimeve profesionale, intervistave, reportazheve etj. Si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb pritet n\u00eb botime t\u00eb tilla, libri nis me pak histori nga zhvillimi i turizmit n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, q\u00eb nga fillesat e tij, dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00ebt e par\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX, me potencialet turistike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke u ndalur n\u00eb atraksionet kryesore turistike, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb plazhet, liqenet, vendet malore piktoreske etj. Xhelal Marku njeh gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me fush\u00ebn dhe nuk le t\u2019i kaloj\u00eb asgj\u00eb pa e fokusuar n\u00eb vendin dhe menyr\u00ebn e duhur. Ai ndalet dhe te kuzhina shqiptare, t\u00eb ve\u00e7antat e saj, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se gatimet e tradit\u00ebs jan\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb preferuara nga turist\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm, t\u00eb prirur nga ekzotika etj. Po ashtu evidenton vlerat kryesore folklorike, etnografike, arkeologjike etj. Autori i nxit turist\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb rendin pas trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb son\u00eb kulturore, duke treguar kalat\u00eb kryesore, arkitektur\u00ebn, parqet komb\u00ebtare muzeore apo pyjore, brigjet lumore, llixhat, sportet dim\u00ebrore etj. Lexuesi e ndjen menj\u00ebher\u00eb se autorit i jan\u00eb dashur njohuri nga disa fusha t\u00eb dijes, por dhe nj\u00eb pune skrupuloze p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar deri te ajo q\u00eb duhej v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb lib\u00ebr, si m\u00eb kryesore e jo dhe di\u00e7ka q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte e tep\u00ebrt. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb autorin e ka ndihmuar profesioni i reporterit televiziv, q\u00eb e ka n\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e tij q\u00ebmtimin e faktit, p\u00ebrzgjdhjen dhe dh\u00ebnien e tij me korrektes\u00eb, por n\u00eb nj\u00eb trajtes\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe me ngjyrimet e nevojshme emocionale.<\/p>\n<p>Libri \u00ebsht\u00eb i larmish\u00ebm, me shpalime historike, gjeografike, topografi turistike, preken llojet dhe format e turizmit, panairet e tij n\u00eb kryeqytet etj., vizitat dhe promocionet e ndryshme turistike, opinone e mbresa nga shtypi i huaj p\u00ebr turizmin n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb k\u00ebto vite, nj\u00eb imazh tjet\u00ebr nga ai i fillimeve. Ai e t\u00ebrheq lexuesin duke e sh\u00ebtitur n\u00eb kanionet e Osumit, kullat e Gjurr\u00eb Re\u00e7it n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, brigjeve t\u00eb Drinit t\u00eb Zi, apo n\u00eb bjeshk\u00ebt e Selit\u00ebs: shpellat, livadhet, margaritarin e tyre, Kroin e Bardh\u00eb, nj\u00eb uj\u00eb kurativ i rrall\u00eb etj. Pa harruar Lur\u00ebn mrekulluese dhe thirrjen p\u00ebr rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjen e saj pas rr\u00ebnimit t\u00eb asaj i b\u00ebri tranzicioni. E gjith\u00eb l\u00ebnda \u00ebsht\u00eb e ilustruar mjesht\u00ebrisht me fotografi t\u00eb zgjedhura nga terreni. Shihet qart\u00eb se shtysa e autorit ka qen\u00eb dashuria p\u00ebr ta paraqitur vendin e tij sa m\u00eb denjitoz par\u00eb t\u00eb huajve, por dhe para vetes, pasi nganj\u00ebher\u00eb i shohim e prekim bukurit\u00eb shqiptare, por pa ditur si t\u00eb sillemi me to. Nuk e gjejm\u00eb veten, secili sipas m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, jo vet\u00ebm strukturat qeveritare q\u00eb merren me turizmin, por dhe organet e pushtetit vendor, komunat e bashkit\u00eb, institucionet e monumenteve etj.<\/p>\n<p>Autori i k\u00ebtij botimi t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritur meriton t\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebzohet dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ai ka treguar se njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb sektor\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb thjesht\u00eb rrog\u00ebtar t\u00eb shtetit. Si specialist i Agjensis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Turizmit, ai sikur na thot\u00eb se nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb shteti merr kuptim kur njer\u00ebzit e saj nuk e l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr syrtare p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e tyre, por e publikojn\u00eb, si\u00e7 ndodh n\u00eb rastin e tij, duke mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb botim cil\u00ebsor p\u00ebr turizmin, si nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb dhe industri e re fitimprur\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Kemi par\u00eb mjaft botime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre t\u00eb b\u00ebra me projekte e para t\u00eb shumta, por q\u00eb nuk mb\u00ebrrijn\u00eb te ky lib\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk ka shpenzuar ask\u00ebnd nga fondacionet, por vet\u00ebm xhepin e autorit. E, pra, pik\u00ebrisht botime t\u00eb tilla e meritojn\u00eb dhe v\u00ebmendjen e atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb buxhete n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr botime me interes t\u00eb gjer\u00eb publik e promocional t\u00eb pasurive komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Duke lexuar k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr lexuesi e ndjen se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u201cvirgj\u00ebri\u201d natyrore shqiptare q\u00eb po shpalohet p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria turistike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zbulim.
