Nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjeni t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit mund t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, Stamboll, Lond\u00ebr dhe n\u00eb \u00e7do vend tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ish-perandoris\u00eb romake, por ndoshta pik\u00eb s\u00eb pari ligjerata kushtuar tij iu p\u00ebrket t\u00eb \u201cpar\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb dheut am\u00eb, shqiptar\u00ebve. Konstandini i Madh ishte lindur n\u00eb Naissus (Nishi i sot\u00ebm n\u00eb Serbi). Ai ishte themelues i Konstandinopoj\u00ebs, si dhe i Ediktit t\u00eb Milanos t\u00eb vitit 313, koh\u00eb kur ky perandor kishte legalizuar Kish\u00ebn e krishter\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Ai ngriti pallatin e Sh\u00ebn Pjetrit n\u00eb Rom\u00eb, q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej selia papnore, ndaloi d\u00ebnimin me vdekje n\u00eb kryq, luft\u00ebn e gladiator\u00ebve, vendosi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb, nxori dekretin p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb dhe mbrojtje t\u00eb jetim\u00ebve, t\u00eb varf\u00ebrve, vejushave etj. Reformoi rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht bot\u00ebn n\u00eb aspektin e besimit dhe luftimit t\u00eb dob\u00ebsive t\u00eb saj t\u00eb deriat\u00ebhershme. N\u00eb vitin 325 perandori legjendar zhvilloi koncilin e par\u00eb ekumenik t\u00eb Nikeas, ku u formulua doktrina kryesore e fes\u00eb, ajo e Trinis\u00eb s\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb. Pushtetin perandorak e ushtroi n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb pamat\u00eb, n\u00eb Britanin\u00eb e Madhe, Gali e gjithandej Evrop\u00ebs, duke sunduar p\u00ebr 31 vjet perandorin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, q\u00eb lidhi perandorin\u00eb e Lindjes me at\u00eb t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit. Konstandini i Madh hodhi themelet e kultur\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit evropian. Mjafon dhe kjo p\u00ebrmbledhje e shkurt\u00ebr hartuar nga historian\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar lexuesi i thjesht\u00eb madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj figure dhe at\u00eb se pse ai meriton t\u00eb jet\u00eb \u201cyni\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Themi k\u00ebshtu jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga historia e p\u00ebr t\u2019u mburrur me kreshtat e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, porse fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb as n\u00eb koh\u00eb moderne nuk heqin dor\u00eb nga p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e disa prej figurave m\u00eb t\u00eb shquara t\u00eb rruzullit q\u00eb fati ka dashur t\u00eb jen\u00eb prej dheut ton\u00eb. Mjafton t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb qoft\u00eb dhe vet\u00ebm sjelljen e maqedon\u00ebsve pak vite m\u00eb par\u00eb me N\u00ebn\u00eb Terez\u00ebn (Gonxhe Bojaxhiun), q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kaq e von\u00eb e q\u00eb letrat e saj t\u00eb lindjes e pag\u00ebzimit i gjejm\u00eb dhe sot n\u00eb kish\u00ebn katolike t\u00eb Prizrenit. Historiani i njohur, Dr. Dom Nik\u00eb Ukgjini, jo pa shqet\u00ebsim, shkruan: \u201cT\u00eb habit propaganda serbe, se kinse Konstandini i Madh paska qen\u00eb serb duke harruar faktin se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tij dhe t\u00eb Justinianit t\u00eb Madh n\u00eb Gadishullin Ilirik nuk kishte fare sllav\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, me porosi t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, Hollivudi, koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, ka realizuar nj\u00eb film p\u00ebr Konstandinin e Madh, ku k\u00ebt\u00eb perandor e trajton si serb. Skenari \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar sipas romanit \u201cUdh\u00ebkryqi i Konstandinit\u201d t\u00eb autorit serb Dejan Stojkoviq dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb Serbia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb mbi 100 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb. Por a e din\u00eb fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb verior\u00eb se Konstandini i Madh ishte dardan, paraardh\u00ebs i shqiptar\u00ebve, p\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb nd\u00ebr emrat serb\u00eb asanj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e ka patur Konstandin (!) Asnj\u00eb dokument bind\u00ebs nuk ka q\u00eb Konstandini i Madh ishte serb; shtypi atje mjaftohet me faktin q\u00eb ai u lind n\u00eb Nish, t\u00eb cilin sot e kan\u00eb serb\u00ebt, e prej k\u00ebsaj Kostandini i Madh na qenka i komb\u00ebsis\u00eb serbe?! Sipas k\u00ebsaj logjike do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej l\u00ebmsh historia, nga nj\u00eb komb n\u00eb tjetrin, sepse edhe Emanuel Kanti u lind n\u00eb Konigsberg, por kjo nuk e b\u00ebn at\u00eb rus. K\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb na p\u00ebrmbyseshin dhe plot maja t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb, ama De Rada u lind n\u00eb Itali po nuk ishte italian, Papa Klement Albani u lind n\u00eb Itali po ishte arb\u00ebr dhe mbante zyrtarisht mbiemrin \u201cAlbani\u201d. Mid\u2019hat Frash\u00ebri u lind n\u00eb Stamboll, por ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenjt\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve. Vendlindja e Faik Konic\u00ebs sot ndodhet n\u00eb Greqi, por kush mund ta b\u00ebj\u00eb grek k\u00ebt\u00eb personalitet t\u00eb madh shqiptar?\u201d vijon me argumentet e tij historiani Ukgjini. Polemika e tij, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se me serb\u00ebt, q\u00eb duan ta \u201cbir\u00ebsojn\u00eb\u201d Kostandinin e Madh pas afro dy mij\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh, duket se ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me institucionet tona akademike e universitare t\u00eb Historis\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e Prishtin\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebtyre pun\u00ebve t\u2019iu paraprijn\u00eb, jo duke paguar \u201cqimet e koh\u00ebs\u201d Hollividit p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb film, por me studime themelore p\u00ebr kolos\u00ebt e p\u00ebrbotsh\u00ebm me origjin\u00eb ilire, nga trojet shqiptare; perandor\u00eb, pap\u00eb apo shenjt\u00ebror\u00eb, si Konstandini i Madh, Justiniani i Madh, Sh\u00ebn Jeronimi, Sh\u00ebn Niketa, Papa Klementi XI etj. Por dhe p\u00ebr figura t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shquara mesjetare si Pal Engj\u00eblli, Gjon Gazulli, Gjon Nikoll\u00eb Kazazi, Jul Variboba etj. Ashtu si\u00e7 me koh\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishin mbajtur simpoziume shkencore akademike mbi Shtetin e Arb\u00ebrit, Kuvendin e Arb\u00ebrit etj.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>&#8230;dhe e \u201cnxeht\u00eb\u201d me historin\u00eb politike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne historia e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs s\u00eb larg\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndritshme nga fleta e par\u00eb tek e fundit, kurse e tashmja n\u00eb syt\u00eb e bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsve \u00ebsht\u00eb gri nga m\u00ebngjesi n\u00eb dark\u00eb. Po preke pak n\u00eb historin\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr b\u00ebhet kiameti, ngrihemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb si nj\u00eb trup i vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nderin e gjysh\u00ebrve. Nga Rilindja e k\u00ebndej jemi m\u00ebsuar ta himnizojm\u00eb historin\u00eb, ta shohim at\u00eb t\u00eb panjoll\u00eb, t\u00eb idealizuar. Rri aty miti yn\u00eb i origjin\u00ebs, krenaris\u00eb s\u00eb rac\u00ebs, qendres\u00ebs e mbijetes\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim ne ende nuk kemi dal\u00eb nga ideologjia rilind\u00ebse si zgjim nd\u00ebrgjegjeje, nga historia si ekzaltim e imitim, \u00e7ka iu ka p\u00eblqyer dhe regjimeve politike e qeverive nga 1012-a e deri m\u00eb sot. \u201cPrinc\u00ebt\u201d tan\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi kan\u00eb par\u00eb dhe mbi kryet e tyre nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkrenare si ajo e Kastriotit. Ndoshta ngaq\u00eb n\u00eb vendet e pazhvilluara ka patur nj\u00eb prirje t\u00eb ethshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u krahasuar me t\u00eb pakrahasueshmen. Vet\u00ebm me Jezusin nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb krahasuar askush. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr dik\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb Zot. P\u00ebrtej k\u00ebsaj nuk ka mbetur figur\u00eb pa e k\u00ebndellur n\u00eb t\u00eb madh\u00ebrishmen e historis\u00eb me apo pa merit\u00eb. Ismail Qemali cil\u00ebsohet si \u201cbabai i kombit\u201d. Kombin e pati lakmuar dhe nj\u00eb parti nacionaliste gjat\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore, duke u quajtur \u201cBalli Komb\u00ebtar\u201d. T\u00eb gjitha krahasimet z\u00ebn\u00eb fill nga Heroi yn\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar. P\u00ebr Enver Hoxh\u00ebn qe th\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cburri m\u00eb i madh i historis\u00eb pas Sk\u00ebnderbeut\u201d. Vet\u00ebm pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb Ahmet Zogu \u00ebsht\u00eb qasur me Sk\u00ebnderbeun, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e lakmonte dhe ai vet\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e mbret\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tij. Por t\u2019i l\u00ebm\u00eb paraardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb shk\u00eblqimtar\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn dhe veten e tyre, pa i p\u00ebrdorur e keqp\u00ebrdorur. Figurat e tyre prej europian\u00ebsh nuk mund t\u2019i ndihmojn\u00eb ca t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb politik\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u dukur si ata, burrat n\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb b\u00ebn p\u00ebrshtypje se ndajm\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebr Sami Frash\u00ebrin, Pashko Vas\u00ebn e Sulejman Vokshin, por jo dhe p\u00ebr Fan Nolin, Anton Arapin etj., thjesht se k\u00ebta u p\u00ebrzien me politik\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs. Me historin\u00eb e shekullit XX ka sjellje e q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta politike. E majta duket se ka m\u00eb p\u00ebr zem\u00ebr figurat revolucionare, t\u00eb dala prej \u201cinternacionale do t\u00eb jet\u00eb bota e re\u201d, kurse e djathta figurat q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me tradit\u00ebn shqiptare konservatore. Disa t\u00eb ideologjizuar t\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs nuk e qasin Ernest Koliqin, p\u00ebrpos se si shkrimtar modern t\u00eb talentuar, me mendimin se ai iu sh\u00ebrbeu fashist\u00ebve. As q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron kjo kategori ta v\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb spikam\u00eb faktin se Koliqi kreu nj\u00eb nga aktet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha komb\u00ebtare, shtrirjen e arsimit p\u00ebr h\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e Kosov\u00eb, duke d\u00ebrguar atje 200 m\u00ebsues t\u00eb njohur. Po n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ministrit t\u00eb Arsimit ai pati b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb pun\u00eb albanologjike pioniere, si vazhdimin e botimit t\u00eb korpusit \u201cVisaret e Kombit\u201d etj. Ky personalitet i fuqish\u00ebm i letrave do t\u2019iu linte trash\u00ebgimi shqiptar\u00ebve dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr edicion botues, nga emigracioni politik ku gjendej n\u00eb Itali, revist\u00ebn e mir\u00ebnjohur \u201cShejzat.\u201d Ashtu si e djathta, q\u00eb nuk ka ndonj\u00eb disponim ndaj figurash t\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs liberale demokratike, si Sejfulla Mal\u00ebshova, q\u00eb i b\u00ebn nder kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, pa\u00e7ka bindjeve politike q\u00eb kishte, \u00e7ka nuk e shp\u00ebtoi as nga p\u00ebrsekutimi i vet\u00eb s\u00eb majt\u00ebs, asaj radikale. Nganj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb gjendet akordi mes studiuesve t\u00eb bindjeve t\u00eb ndryshme politike p\u00ebr figura q\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nuk mund t\u00eb anashkalohen, si Lef Nosi etj. K\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi ideologjik vazhdon dhe p\u00ebr figurat m\u00eb t\u00eb vona t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs q\u00eb i qen\u00eb \u201cdor\u00ebzuar\u201d politik\u00ebs. D\u00ebgjon ndonj\u00eb mendimtar t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb bot\u00ebs akademike t\u00eb lakoj\u00eb ore\u00e7ast Rilindjen, si nj\u00eb deviz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb sotmen, dhe nuk thot\u00eb nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr tre lider\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb re, Ibrahim Rugova, Ukshin Hoti e Arb\u00ebn Xheferri, me pesh\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e trojeve shqiptare, ku pa droje mund t\u00eb thuhet se ishin ata q\u00eb ua soll\u00ebn rilindjen shqiptar\u00ebve atje.<\/p>\n<p>Paragjykimet e historis\u00eb, prej politik\u00ebs, nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb sosur. Rrall\u00eb figur\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka mbetur pa u \u201cshkundur\u201d.
