Asgj\u00eb \u201cshqiptaromadhe\u201d nuk do t\u00eb ndodhte nga kjo, ve\u00e7se frymamarja e lir\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi do t\u00eb ishte e patrazuar m\u00eb nga avujt dhe shkulmet e s\u00eb keqes. Kombi ishte i pavarur tani q\u00eb nuk t\u00eb duheshin m\u00eb male pas malesh p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar deri te v\u00ebllai yt matan\u00eb Morinit, por vet\u00ebm pak minuta dhe \u201cfjalori\u201d shqip-shqip.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Autostrada \u201cIbrahim Rugova\u201d e Kosov\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>17 shkurt, kremtimi i 5-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. RTK transmeton mes t\u00eb tjerash dhe p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjen e zotit Eng\u00ebl nga SHBA. Kujtesa na kthen prapa n\u00eb majin e vitit 2009, kur n\u00eb nj\u00eb reportazh n\u00eb \u201cShqip\u201d shkruanim: \u201cIshte k\u00ebto dit\u00eb vizitor i Autostrad\u00ebs dhe kongresmeni demokrat amerikan Eliot Eng\u00ebl, i njohur si mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs i Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ai tha se ky projekt do t\u2019i sjell\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Nga kjo rrug\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm vendi juaj, por i gjith\u00eb Rajoni, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr progresi t\u00eb tij&#8230;\u201d Nd\u00ebrsa sot, duke i uruar pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb shtetit m\u00eb t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, zoti Eng\u00ebl thot\u00eb se po t\u00eb kisha tani n\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb got\u00eb ver\u00eb, do t\u00eb uroja \u201cG\u00ebzuar Kosov\u00eb!\u201d Dje ishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00ebra pjes\u00eb e autostrad\u00ebs, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr. Udha e Kombit tani \u00ebsht\u00eb si nj\u00eb trup i vet\u00ebm. N\u00eb vigjilje t\u00eb 100-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, u mblodh\u00ebn n\u00eb Isniq p\u00ebr Isa Boletinin, \u201ckthimin e tij n\u00eb vendlindje\u201d, shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, Presidentja Jahjaga, kryeministrat Berisha e Tha\u00e7i etj. <em>Kryetari i<\/em>\u00a0<em>komun\u00ebs<\/em>\u00a0s\u00eb De\u00e7anit, Rasim Selmanaj,\u00a0duke p\u00ebrmendur ngjarjet e shekullit foli dhe p\u00ebr Udh\u00ebn e Kombit, autostrad\u00ebn \u201cIbrahim Rugova\u201d si nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr t\u00eb liderit historik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe pjes\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku nuk mungoi t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderonte at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur si protagonisti i saj, Sali Berish\u00ebn, i cili nuk e fshihte emocionin e asaj q\u00eb po thuhej n\u00eb at\u00eb tubim mbar\u00ebshqiptar, se Tirana me Prishtin\u00ebn p\u00ebrshkohen n\u00eb m\u00eb pak se tre or\u00eb. Dhe e gjitha kjo n\u00eb nj\u00eb sfond atdhetar rilind\u00ebs, n\u00ebn \u201chijen\u201d e Is\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. (Por dhe me nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb nga ana jon\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbyllur disa punime n\u00eb nj\u00eb cop\u00eb Udh\u00eb, k\u00ebndej Morinit, ca ura q\u00eb presin dor\u00ebn e fundit, q\u00eb \u00e7udi si kan\u00eb mbetur ashtu p\u00ebrgjysm\u00eb prej m\u00eb se tre vitesh!?)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Trau i kufirit q\u00eb ndante dashurit\u00eb dhe bashkonte urrejtjet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Udha ka historit\u00eb e saj, p\u00ebrfshi dhe ndonj\u00eb histori t\u00eb pazakont\u00eb, q\u00eb lexuesit ia thon\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se fjal\u00ebt tona pse \u201cpavar\u00ebsia\u201d kishte qen\u00eb bash kjo autostrad\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb kishte m\u00eb at\u00eb traun e kufirit q\u00eb ta k\u00ebpuste n\u00eb dysh, tra q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndante n\u00ebn\u00ebn me djalin, motr\u00ebn me v\u00ebllain, burrin me gruan. Nuk di t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb vaji p\u00ebr at\u00eb tra, plot mallkime Ajkune, por besoj se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb lar\u00eb me lot m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do tra tjet\u00ebr kufiri n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dramave jet\u00ebsore q\u00eb jan\u00eb luajtur n\u00eb t\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e tij. Pas Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb ishte koha e dashuris\u00eb s\u00eb madhe mes Enverit dhe Titos dhe fillimisht l\u00ebvizej lirisht p\u00ebr n\u00eb Jugosllavi. Aq e i \u00ebmb\u00ebl ishte mushti i asaj miq\u00ebsie intenacionaliste, se mund t\u00eb besoje se l\u00ebngu i saj nuk do t\u00eb helmohej kurr\u00eb. Bile duke sh\u00ebruar dhe plag\u00ebt e travaj\u00ebt e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs. Por ky ishte ve\u00e7se nj\u00eb iluzion. Profesor Zef Vorf Nekaj, nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e njohur e diaspor\u00ebs shqiptare, nga Domgjoni i Mirdit\u00ebs, pasi kryen Normalen e Elbasanit punon m\u00ebsues n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb, Prizren etj. Ishte i martuar qysh prej vitit 1939 dhe bashk\u00ebshortja e tij, Dava, e priste n\u00eb fshatin piktoresk buz\u00eb Munell\u00ebs deri sa ai t\u00eb kthehej, ose ajo t\u00eb shkonte me t\u00eb shoqin. Mir\u00ebpo pik\u00ebrisht kur po thureshin \u00ebndrrat e bukura t\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7ifti t\u00eb ri, se si do t\u00eb ishte jeta e tyre n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e re socialiste, befas bie trau i kufirit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u ngritur kurr\u00eb m\u00eb p\u00ebr gjysm\u00eb shekulli. Kaq kishte qen\u00eb stina e brisht\u00eb e dashuris\u00eb midis dy qeverive komuniste. Tani kishte nisur furtuna mes tyre, q\u00eb kishte k\u00ebputur aq dashuri njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb mes. Kishte ndodhur e pangjashmja do t\u00eb thoshte rapsodi i motit. Burri me gruan e tij nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb shiheshin m\u00eb. Zefi kishte mbetur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nusja n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Ajo e kishte pritur nj\u00eb jet\u00eb dashurin\u00eb e saj t\u00eb humbur. Pastaj ai do t\u00eb shkonte n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, ku do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej pedagog n\u00eb Kaliforni, kurse ajo do t\u00eb v\u00ebshtront\u00eb qiellin e saj mirditor q\u00eb pikonte dhimbje. \u00c7ifti \u201cmitik\u201d, q\u00eb dukej se vinte nga legjendat, do ta takohej vet\u00ebm pas 90-\u00ebs, kur ai ishte plak dhe ajo plak\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtyr\u00eb bashk\u00eb vitet e pleq\u00ebris\u00eb. Kishte qen\u00eb ai trau i pa-liris\u00eb e pa-pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb i kishte ndar\u00eb nj\u00eb jet\u00eb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Tuneli i K\u00ebrrab\u00ebs, porta moderne p\u00ebr n\u00eb \u201cSkampa\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Udha e Kombit do t\u00eb ishte e vetme, at\u00ebher\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb do t\u00eb flitej si p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00eb q\u00eb ishte dje. Por ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb si nj\u00eb trung q\u00eb qet p\u00ebrdit\u00eb deg\u00eb t\u00eb reja. Tuneli i K\u00ebrrab\u00ebs, n\u00ebn Kalan\u00eb e Petrel\u00ebs, n\u00eb juglindje t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i dyti \u201cpersonazh\u201d nga n\u00ebntoka rrugore shqiptare, q\u00eb e kemi n\u00eb sy. \u00cbsht\u00eb porta m\u00eb e re nga ku do t\u00eb hyhet p\u00ebr n\u00eb Elbasan. Teknologjia i zhduk kufijt\u00eb e vendbanimeve, rretheve, krahinave atje posht\u00eb. Thell\u00eb tok\u00ebs nuk ka m\u00eb kufij. Edhe ky tunel, pas atij t\u00eb Kalimashit, p\u00ebrben lajm, por ndoshta jo m\u00eb nj\u00eb i tret\u00eb. Kishte dhe m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb tunel hekurudhor n\u00ebn Qaf\u00eb-Than\u00eb, kur nd\u00ebrtohej hekurudha Prrenjas &#8211; Guri i Kuq (Pogradec), por gjith\u00ebsesi rrug\u00ebve shqiptare iu mungonin tunelet e mir\u00ebfillta, dhe pse disa galeri t\u00eb st\u00ebrm\u00ebdha, pa kurr\u00ebfar\u00eb mbrojtje e ndri\u00e7imi quheshin tunele, si bie fjala \u201cTuneli i Shkopetit\u201d, q\u00eb sot mund t\u00eb duken muzeale, dhe se prap\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn. Tuneli i dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb lajm\u00ebruar se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pranver\u00eb dhe ne pastaj do t\u00eb vemi lirisht drejt \u201cSkampas\u201d, drejt Jugut. Kjo autostrad\u00eb e re \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjatim i Udh\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit dhe drejt shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Ohrit, Tetov\u00ebs etj., p\u00ebr t\u2019ua b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen atyre andej nga u nis e nuk p\u00ebrfundoi \u201cKorridori 8\u201d. Ajo \u00e7ka vlen te thuhet \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebto vepra kan\u00eb vendosur standardin bashk\u00ebkohor n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimtarin\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Kreshta, mali i \u201ckap\u00ebrcyer\u201d nga urbanizimi&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por Udha e Kombit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm udha q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkon qytetet\u2026 Mali i Kresht\u00ebs q\u00eb ndan Kashnjetin me Zadrim\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb i mbushur me plot histori migjeniane t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs. N\u00eb fillimet e shekullit t\u00eb 20-t\u00eb n\u00eb maj\u00eb t\u00eb tij pat\u00ebn ngrir\u00eb nj\u00eb burr\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb grua, bashk\u00ebshort\u00eb, ngarkuar me thas\u00ebt e drithit t\u00eb bler\u00eb n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb. Mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt merrnin shtigjet nga grykat e thella p\u00ebr n\u00eb portin e Sh\u00ebngjinit apo pazarin e Gjakov\u00ebs. Socializmi u ngjit n\u00eb mal\u00ebsi me kooperativizmin duke e rr\u00ebnuar pron\u00ebn private (pa\u00e7ka se me shkolla, spital e sh\u00ebrbime sociale), por nuk \u00e7oi deri n\u00eb Kashnjet at\u00eb q\u00eb ishte a-ja, rrug\u00ebn. Kresht\u00ebn nuk kishte mundur ta kap\u00ebrcente asnj\u00eb regjim. Padyshim dhe tranzicioni ka l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00ebt e veta, por m\u00eb e pakta nj\u00eb gj\u00eb ka shkuar n\u00eb drejtimin e duhur, rruga e Kresht\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201czbutur\u201d nga traktori dhe fadromat, me kontributin e komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Ungrejt. E megjithat\u00eb prap\u00eb kashnjetor\u00ebt presin at\u00eb q\u00eb iu ka munguar historikisht, asfaltin. Aty ku shkon asfalti ka shkuar qytet\u00ebrimi. Mbaron \u201cepoka e gurit\u201d p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e maleve. Kryetari i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Qarkut t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, Pashk Gjoni, b\u00ebn me dije se s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi do t\u00eb nis\u00eb rruga e asfaltuar p\u00ebr n\u00eb komun\u00ebn Ungrej, 7. 5 km e gjat\u00eb, nga Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit. Nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb malore nga m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtirat q\u00eb shpie drejt \u201cFush\u00ebs s\u00eb Mir\u00eb\u201d, ku rrojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb e kan\u00eb virtyt pun\u00ebn dhe progresin, q\u00eb kan\u00eb investuar n\u00eb bletari, blegtori, vreshtari\u00a0 etj., nj\u00eb zon\u00eb me pasuri pyjore, minerale, ujore, turistike, arkeologjike. N\u00ebp\u00ebr shtratin e rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr Lezh\u00eb &#8211; Orosh &#8211; Prizren.
