Kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00ebqindvje\u00e7ar rrug\u00ebtimi yn\u00eb drejt k\u00ebsaj Abetareje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashkimit. I pari shqiptar q\u00eb t\u00eb vjen nd\u00ebr mend n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u00ebsht\u00eb Naum Veqilharxhi (hartuesi i t\u00eb parit \u201cEvetar\u201d me 1844) dhe rilind\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb abetareshkruas, gjer abetarja e p\u00ebrve\u00e7me e Zymit (Prizren) e vitit 1901, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb ngritur nj\u00eb obelisk t\u00eb gurt\u00eb, si dhe gjith\u00eb abetarehartuesit e pas-Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb shekullit XX. Ndoshta nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb botim a dokumentar kushtuar \u201cbibl\u00ebs\u201d s\u00eb dituris\u00eb n\u00eb trojet shqiptare dhe \u201cprelat\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb ndritur t\u00eb ABC-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Uikipedia-s kemi mbi 150 abetare n\u00eb afro 170 vjet, shtypur n\u00eb Bukuresht, Stamboll, Bruksel, Sofje, Vjen\u00eb, Napoli, Selanik, Athin\u00eb, Paris, Milano, Bari, Lajpcig, Konstanc\u00eb, Aleksandri t\u00eb Egjyptit etj. Mbart idealin e p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare\u201d, tha zoti Sali Berisha, duke iu drejtuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb tekst. \u201cDit\u00eb historike p\u00ebr kombin, kultur\u00ebn dhe qytet\u00ebrimin shqiptar. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e kombit prezantohet nj\u00eb abetare unike ndaj \u00ebsht\u00eb arritje historike\u201d, tha zoti Hashim Tha\u00e7i.<\/p>\n<p>Abetarja e celebruar vitin e kaluar \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm hapi i par\u00eb. Ministri i Arsimit dhe Shkenc\u00ebs, z. Myqerem Tafaj n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn vjetore t\u00eb dikasterit q\u00eb drejton, n\u00eb janar 2013, tha: \u201cDo t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb thellohet bashk\u00ebpunimi komb\u00ebtar mbar\u00ebshqiptar n\u00eb arsim, me objektiv afatgjat\u00eb nj\u00ebhsimin e planeve, programeve dhe teksteve m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e arsimit. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me MASHT e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs do t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr hartimin e teksteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe historis\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve.\u201d M\u00eb bukur nuk ka! Dhjet\u00eb milion\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb tashm\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrndar\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E Prizreni nuk mund t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb stacion mrekullues i saj. Njer\u00ebzit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme e shprehin kredon e tyre me k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet. Gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb klase nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb kalan\u00eb e Prizrenit, teksa po shkrepeshin aparatet fotografike, nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues hapi \u00e7ant\u00ebn e tij dhe nxori aq flet\u00eb t\u00eb bardha sa nx\u00ebn\u00ebs ishin dhe ua shp\u00ebrndau. \u201cDo t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb nj\u00eb konkurs vizatimi, kush b\u00ebn vizatimin m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb Prizrenit\u201d, tha ai. Pastaj i mori ato flet\u00eb, i b\u00ebri bashk\u00eb dhe iu vuri p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr sh\u00ebnimin e rastit, t\u2019i ruante n\u00eb muzeun e shkoll\u00ebs. Kjo kishte qen\u00eb \u00ebndrra e nj\u00ebqind vjet\u00ebve, t\u2019i b\u00ebje nj\u00eb vizatim, nj\u00eb fotografi, ta shkilje me k\u00ebmb\u00eb&#8230; Prizrenin, \u201ct\u00eb bukurin vend\u201d. Sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Lidhjes Shqiptare, q\u00eb bashkoi geg\u00eb e tosk\u00eb, p\u00ebr idealin komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>Shqipfolja n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb <\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shqipfolja n\u00eb bot\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr, e pamosh\u00eb. P\u00ebrtej Formul\u00ebs s\u00eb Pag\u00ebzimit. P\u00ebrtej Kastriot\u00ebve, Gazullor\u00ebve e Barletit. P\u00ebrtej Arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve. Pasi dihet se nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb e folur se e shkruar. Kuvendar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb fol\u00ebn shqip gjat\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs, n\u00eb kuvendet e vendit dhe ato nd\u00ebrballkanike, ashtu si dhe n\u00eb shkollat e para shqipe, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tyre. Nga mesi i shekullit XIX, p\u00ebr disa dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb, kombi shqiptar ishte duke u p\u00ebrlindur, iluminizmi e romantizmi ishin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht boshti politik e poetik i koh\u00ebs, ndaj kemi aq shum\u00eb shkolla shqipe gjat\u00eb Rilindjes dhe disa vjersha himn kushtuar gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, nga Naimi, Mjeda, Fishta, Lasgushi etj.<\/p>\n<p>Sot pas nj\u00ebqind vjet\u00ebsh shtet \u00ebsht\u00eb e udh\u00ebs t\u00eb pyes\u00ebsh, jo vet\u00ebm sa shqiptar\u00eb flasin n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj, por dhe sa t\u00eb huaj e kan\u00eb m\u00ebsuar shqipen n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb? Sa gjuha jon\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur atyre? A botohen libra dhe gazeta shqip n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera? \u00c7do shqiptar do t\u00eb lakmonte dhe uronte q\u00eb gjuha e tij amtare t\u00eb shkruhej e folej n\u00eb mediumet e qytet\u00ebrimit bashk\u00ebkohor. Ashtu si\u00e7 shqip qe shkruar qysh me 1555-n n\u00eb Europ\u00eb \u201cMeshari\u201d i Buzukut. Pastaj \u201cKuvendi i Arbnit\u201d me 1703. \u201cFlamuri i Arb\u00ebrit\u201d i De Rad\u00ebs. \u201cAlbania\u201d e Konic\u00ebs. \u201cDielli\u201d i \u201cVatr\u00ebs\u201d s\u00eb Bostonit dhe stacione t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb l\u00ebvrimit t\u00eb shqipes e shqipshkrimit n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb. Apo vite m\u00eb par\u00eb \u201cFayard\u201d q\u00eb pati botuar vepr\u00ebn e Kadares\u00eb n\u00eb shqip e fr\u00ebngjisht etj.<\/p>\n<p>Por ndoshta, krahas lavdis\u00eb s\u00eb mosbjerrjes s\u00eb shqipes n\u00eb shekuj, do t\u00eb trishtohemi pak n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme, pasi ka shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb huaj q\u00eb disi e kan\u00eb \u201charruar\u201d shqipen, ani se duke u ndjer\u00eb mbase m\u00eb shum\u00eb evropian\u00eb, amerikan\u00eb, australian\u00eb etj. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb kombe dhe qeveri t\u00eb huaja p\u00ebrpiqen ta shtrijn\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb hart\u00ebn e foljes s\u00eb tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr bot\u00eb, ku jo rast\u00ebsisht ka mbret\u00ebrim t\u00eb anglishtes, dit\u00eb t\u00eb frankofonis\u00eb, ngarendje t\u00eb spanjishtes, nxitim t\u00eb kinezishtes etj. Jemi padyshim p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, por duke shkuar andej me t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebmb\u00ebt, autoktonen dhe gjith\u00ebsoren. Do t\u00eb ishte bukur n\u00ebse n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00ebqindvjetor ne do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb thoshim me krenari se sa p\u00ebrpara e kemi \u00e7uar \u00ebndrr\u00ebn rilindase p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb per\u00ebndis\u00eb, si\u00e7 e quante Fishta. Sa frytdh\u00ebn\u00ebse i kemi shkollat shqipe n\u00eb Greqi, Belgjik\u00eb, Itali, Zvic\u00ebr, Angli, Amerik\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e emigrant\u00ebve? Sa efikase kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebto mote katedrat e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb: Palermo, Kozenc\u00eb, Napoli,\u00a0Vjen\u00eb, Mynih, Sh\u00ebn Peterburg, Bukuresht, Pekin etj, n\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb albanolog\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj europiane t\u00eb dy-tre shekujve t\u00eb fundit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mjaftojn\u00eb thjesht kremtimet familjare a komunitare t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve me flamurin komb\u00ebtar dhe pak fjal\u00eb shqipe me f\u00ebmij\u00ebt pas pun\u00ebs, ashtu si n\u00eb vrap. Vet\u00ebm pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet duhen q\u00eb dikush me prind\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb, i trojeve shqiptare, ta quaje veten turk, amerikan, kinez dhe shqipen e prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tij ta ket\u00eb si gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb. Kjo do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb shqipbjerrje e ngadalt\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb na falte i pari Gjon Buzuku. Ta themi sot k\u00ebt\u00eb merak. Vetes po ia themi, q\u00eb ta kemi v\u00ebth n\u00eb vesh, mbrotjen e shqipes ton\u00eb, nga t\u00eb gjitha tallazitjet e fillim-mij\u00ebvje\u00e7arit t\u00eb tret\u00eb. Ndaj dhe Ministria e Arsimit ka hartuar nj\u00eb strategji p\u00ebr mbroth\u00ebsin\u00eb e shqipes n\u00eb emigracion, me programe digjitale t\u00eb posa\u00e7me, teskte n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e emigrant\u00ebve etj. \u201cN\u00eb \u00e7astin kur vendet ku jetojn\u00eb emigrant\u00ebt tan\u00eb do t\u00eb lejojn\u00eb futjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe si l\u00ebnd\u00eb me zgjedhje n\u00eb kurrikul, at\u00ebher\u00eb qasja jon\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb tjet\u00ebr\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb nga Ministri i Arsmit, duke shtuar se \u201ctashm\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb e till\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr emigrant\u00ebt italian\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera.\u201d\u00a0Lajmi i mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se do t\u00eb miratohet abetarja mbar\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare dhe plani m\u00ebsimor p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e diaspor\u00ebs, botimi i librave p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, shp\u00ebrndarja e tyre etj.<\/p>\n<p>Por problemi i shqipes \u00ebsht\u00eb i dyfisht\u00eb, si p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb atje, ashtu dhe p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer. Duke qen\u00eb se n\u00eb vitin 2012 jan\u00eb regjistruar mbi 2700 f\u00ebmij\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb rinisur m\u00ebsimet n\u00eb shkollat shqiptare, Ministria ka hartuar nj\u00eb plan komb\u00ebtar veprimi, p\u00ebr t\u2019u ardhur n\u00eb ndihm\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, q\u00eb ata t\u00eb aft\u00ebsohen n\u00eb shqipen e folur e drejtshkrim, ku mang\u00ebsit\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme, p\u00ebrmes kurseve verore etj.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrje p\u00ebrtejshtet\u00ebrore, jemi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb luajm\u00eb nj\u00eb rol n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes.
