Se dhe n\u00ebse nuk jan\u00eb nga zonat veriore, ku kullat mbizot\u00ebrojn\u00eb, kan\u00eb lexuar e d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr to nga studiues t\u00eb vendit dhe t\u00eb huaj, deri n\u00eb hyjnizim t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket mikpritjes, bujaris\u00eb, od\u00ebs s\u00eb kuvendimit, \u00e7ardakut etj.<!--more--> Padyshim q\u00eb mikpritja shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb unike n\u00eb rruzullin tok\u00ebsor dhe ajo nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet pa kull\u00ebn. Por ja q\u00eb jo gjith\u00ebhere ka mir\u00ebkuptim p\u00ebr at\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kullat tona. N\u00eb nj\u00eb program muzikor me audienc\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, nj\u00eb artist nga Veriu, q\u00eb gjendej aty me grupin e tij t\u00eb folkut, gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes p\u00ebrmend fjal\u00ebn kull\u00eb, po has n\u00eb reagimin e prezantuesit, i cili fill shton fjal\u00ebn \u201ce ngujimit\u201d, \u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptonte se po the kull\u00eb, ke th\u00ebn\u00eb dhe ngujim, sikur fjala kull\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb kishte kuptim tjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7se brenda k\u00ebtij togfjal\u00ebshi. \u201cKull\u00eb ngujimi\u201d. Por k\u00ebng\u00ebtari verior la t\u00eb kuptohet se nuk ishte ashtu, se nuk ishte i natyrsh\u00ebm ai shoq\u00ebrim idesh. Dhe nuk ishte ve\u00e7 ai prezantues, nga m\u00eb t\u00eb njohurit n\u00eb vend, q\u00eb kull\u00ebn n\u00eb vet\u00ebdijen e tij e lidhte domosdoshm\u00ebrisht me ngujimin, por dhe ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb po ashtu kishte shkruar n\u00eb gazet\u00eb se kullat ishin t\u00eb ngujimit etj.<\/p>\n<p>Por t\u2019ia \u201cfal\u00ebsh\u201d kullat ngujimit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb se e padrejt\u00eb dhe sidomos e pasakt\u00eb. Kullat veriore m\u00eb pak se t\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00ebje tjet\u00ebr kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb ngujimit. Bile termi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr i krijuar, artificial se sa real. N\u00eb thelb kulla asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk ishte mir\u00ebfilli vend ngujimi, pasi njer\u00ebzit e saj (p\u00ebrpos doracit) kishin liri p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar arat etj. Sipas nesh keq\u00ebsimi i nocionit kull\u00eb ndodhi von\u00eb, me ardhjen e regjimit komunist. Akti i par\u00eb i zhbimjes s\u00eb kullave ishte djegia partizane e Sarajeve t\u00eb Kapidanit t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs n\u00eb Orosh n\u00eb tetor 1944, padyshim nj\u00eb krim kund\u00ebr historis\u00eb, pasi me at\u00eb rast flak\u00ebt dogj\u00ebn jo nj\u00eb banes\u00eb, por nj\u00eb monument shum\u00ebshekullor. Kjo sh\u00ebrbeu p\u00ebr t\u2019iu r\u00ebn\u00eb pastaj zjarri proletar t\u00eb gjitha sht\u00ebpive t\u00eb para, t\u00eb krer\u00ebve, bajraktar\u00ebve, si dhe institucioneve t\u00eb kultit etj. Por nuk mund t\u00eb ishte kull\u00eb e mir\u00eb dhe patriote vet\u00ebm kulla e Vranin\u00ebs e Oso Kuk\u00ebs, q\u00eb u shnd\u00ebrrua n\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00eb heroizmi legjendar, si\u00e7 e p\u00ebrshkruan me madh\u00ebshti dhe epicitet Fishta. N\u00eb fshatin Bujan t\u00eb Tropoj\u00ebs ngrihet kulla trekat\u00ebshe e luft\u00ebtarit t\u00eb shquar Mic Sokoli, fotografin\u00eb e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs pak kush nuk e njeh. \u201cE nd\u00ebrtuar nga fundi i shekullit XVIII, kjo kull\u00eb guri, q\u00eb p\u00ebr nga tipologjia i p\u00ebrket\u00a0banes\u00ebs s\u00eb fortifikuar t\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Gjakov\u00ebs, sjell deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona, jo vet\u00ebm vlerat kulturore t\u00eb k\u00ebtij tipi banesash, por edhe imazhin e shum\u00eb ngjarjeve historike\u201d, shkruajn\u00eb studiuesit.<\/p>\n<p>Kulla ishte gjithnj\u00eb vat\u00ebr e historis\u00eb, kuvendeve, marr\u00ebveshjeve dhe kurr\u00eb e komploteve, kulisave, prerjes n\u00eb bes\u00eb etj. Kulla e fundit e historis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e Jasharajve n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, shembulli se \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb kull\u00eb shqiptare, qoft\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fundin e shekullit XX dhe se \u00e7\u2019fortes\u00eb shembullore ka qen\u00eb ajo p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket qendres\u00ebs s\u00eb trojeve n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e hershme. Kulla padrejt\u00ebsisht u p\u00ebrdor n\u00eb propagand\u00ebn komuniste si simbol i err\u00ebsir\u00ebs, prapambejtjes, patriarkales, e cila sipas asaj logjike duhej t\u00eb shembej p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb vend sht\u00ebpis\u00eb model elbasan\u00e7e, banesa m\u00eb \u201cpopullore\u201d e koh\u00ebs, e cila sot nuk shihet m\u00eb. Natyrisht q\u00eb kulla ishte e varf\u00ebr, me pak orendi, por ajo ishte nj\u00eb vler\u00eb autentike e koh\u00ebs. Af\u00ebrmendsh q\u00eb mal\u00ebsori shqiptar nuk kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb gjera kundra vetes, as kull\u00ebn si fortes\u00eb, as kanunin si vet\u00ebqeverisje, as epik\u00ebn historike si kumt qendrestar, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtegtuar drejt koh\u00ebve t\u00eb reja, si gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzimi tjet\u00ebr, me apo pa kulla. Prandaj ta mir\u00ebkuptojm\u00eb kull\u00ebn, pa u ekzaltuar nga madh\u00ebshtia e saj proverbiale dhe pa u trembur nga hija e saj e s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs. Kulla meriton t\u00eb studiohet pa paragjykim, pse jo, dhe t\u00eb restaurohet p\u00ebr muze etnografik, p\u00ebr turizmin malor, p\u00ebr t\u00eb bujtur s\u00ebrish t\u00eb ardhurit nga Europa si dikur, por dhe vet\u00eb ne q\u00eb sot p\u00ebr sot i kemi braktisur mal\u00ebsit\u00eb si s\u2019ka m\u00eb keq. Kulla nuk ishte saraj shtyp\u00ebs dhe shfryt\u00ebzues i beut, Suat Bej Verdhom\u00ebs, por nj\u00eblloj \u201cprincnie\u201d e vog\u00ebl n\u00eb vetevete, me t\u00eb gjitha atributet e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit dokesor n\u00eb kuvendet krahinore, betejat \u00e7lirimtare, pajtimet etj. Ka patur kull\u00eb q\u00eb kishite deri n\u00eb nj\u00ebqind familjar\u00eb, n\u00eb Theth, Lur\u00eb, Puk\u00eb e q\u00eb kishte madje dhe flamurin e saj, q\u00eb ishte ai shqiptar, p\u00ebrndryshe, ajo nuk ishte vet\u00ebm sht\u00ebpia ku banohej e jetohej, por dhe vendi ku prodhoheshin arm\u00eb, k\u00ebmbor\u00eb, dryna, arka, djepa, \u00e7ifteli, parmenda, voza, furka etj. Prandaj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rastit q\u00eb kemi plot kulla t\u00eb shpallura monument kulture dhe ku i dihet, ndonj\u00eb dit\u00eb projektet e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore mund t\u2019ia paraqesin ato dhe UNESKO-s p\u00ebr t\u2019i marr\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje, nj\u00eblloj si sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e gurta t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs dhe Beratit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e rastit q\u00eb n\u00eb biznesin e trevave veriore kulla \u00ebsht\u00eb imituar me shum\u00eb elemente, q\u00eb nga arkitektura e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb vilave moderne, pajisja etj. Kulla p\u00ebr koh\u00ebn ishte banesa m\u00eb e sofistikuar, e lakmueshme nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, me dy, tre e deri kat\u00ebr kate. Ajo ishte institucioni qendror i kreshtave tona, ku mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt ushtronin kryekrejet \u201czejen\u201d e kuvendit dhe t\u00eb bes\u00ebs. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb lypet nj\u00eb dit\u00eb nj\u00eb muze bese, ai patjet\u00ebr q\u00eb do t\u00eb kishte form\u00ebn e nj\u00eb kulle shqiptare. Asnj\u00eb lidhje nuk kan\u00eb frenxhit\u00eb e ngushta t\u00eb kull\u00ebs me gjakmarrjen. \u00cbsht\u00eb absurde t\u00eb mendohet di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb. Pasi askush nga gjaksit nuk e sulmonte sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e shoqit, se m\u00eb e pakta aty banonin f\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe grat\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk i prekte pushka e hasmit. Dritaret e vogla ishin p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbrojtur nga sulmet armike t\u00eb t\u00eb huajve dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mjafton t\u00eb njoh\u00ebsh historin\u00eb e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe, Hasit t\u00eb That\u00eb, apo t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb tjera kufitare, por n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb psikologjin\u00eb e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb maleve dhe zakonet e tyre fisnike. Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb ndodhit\u00eb rast\u00ebsore, shp\u00ebrdorimet n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e nj\u00eb tradite, gjerat aksidentale, nuk mund t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si argument p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebrfytyrime t\u00eb gabuara rreth nj\u00eb objekti, dukurie apo figure historike. Kullat jan\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e visarit trash\u00ebgimor shqiptar.
