Teoria e sistemit heliocentrik e Kopernikut, p\u00ebr shembull, q\u00eb vendos diellin n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb sistemit ton\u00eb diellor, p\u00ebrmbysi besimin e deriat\u00ebhersh\u00ebm q\u00eb kishte tok\u00ebn si bosht t\u00eb gjith\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kjo teori p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb ilustrim t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb liris\u00eb akademike t\u00eb mendimit, q\u00eb guxoi t\u00eb ngrihet mbi dijet sunduese t\u00eb koh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb hap\u00eb horizonte t\u00eb reja. Revolucione t\u00eb tilla shkencore, qofshin ato n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt ekzakte apo shoq\u00ebrore, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pakta dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dija njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebrparon duke evoluar gradualisht.\u00a0Sidoqoft\u00eb, n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij evolucioni q\u00ebndron s\u00ebrish e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar ndryshe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme postulatet e koh\u00ebs, gj\u00eb q\u00eb arrihet vet\u00ebm n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet liris\u00eb akademike. Ekzistojn\u00eb, n\u00eb fakt, ide t\u00eb shumta dhe debate t\u00eb ndryshme rreth liris\u00eb akademike kudo n\u00eb qarqet akademike, por parimisht, diskutimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje varet ndjesh\u00ebm prej dimensioneve q\u00eb konsiderohen liri akademike dhe, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, mund t\u00eb thuhet se m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa tek forma e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb, liria akademike varet apo ndikohet prej profesionalizmit t\u00eb individit, aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij\/saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebp\u00ebrdorur lirin\u00eb brenda \u201crregullave t\u00eb loj\u00ebs\u201d dhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar me arritjet e shkenc\u00ebs dhe larmis\u00eb s\u00eb profesioneve.<br \/>\nKoh\u00ebt e fundit, n\u00eb shum\u00eb media n\u00eb Britani dhe SHBA ka pasur mjaft artikuj q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimet e pedagog\u00ebve, studiuesve dhe student\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb g\u00ebrryerje potenciale t\u00eb liris\u00eb akademike. Kjo, sipas autor\u00ebve, ka ndodhur kryesisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb erozioni m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive civile dhe t\u00eb shtimit t\u00eb masave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr terrorizmit. Po ashtu, duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar edhe mund\u00ebsia e debatit publik rreth pak\u00ebsimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave civile.\u00a0Kjo\u00a0ka ndodhur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb tkurrjeje t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb rrjeteve mediatike, \u00e7ka ka zvog\u00ebluar platformat nga ku mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje mendimesh p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje.\u00a0K\u00ebshtu, rreth 600 pedagog\u00eb dhe studiues n\u00eb disa universitete n\u00eb Britani kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nj\u00eb mocion p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e lirive akademike. Shum\u00eb pedagog\u00eb kan\u00eb frik\u00eb, thuhet n\u00eb mocion, se duke shprehur mendime kontroverse, do t\u00eb ofendojn\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e tyre dhe politikan\u00ebt.\u00a0Duke pasur frik\u00eb t\u00eb sfidojn\u00eb teorit\u00eb e pranuara bot\u00ebrisht, ata vet\u00ebcensurohen.\u00a0Kjo ndodh sepse, sipas autor\u00ebve t\u00eb mocionit, universitetet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb po operojn\u00eb sipas parimeve t\u00eb tregut dhe jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb interesuara q\u00eb t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin ide kontroverse dhe studime shkencore kontroverse. Ky debat zhvillohet megjithat\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis tep\u00ebr t\u00eb konsoliduar, me tradit\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer arsimore, me nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb dyshimi reflektiv, por edhe me nj\u00eb kuptim shum\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cpublikes\u201d dhe \u201cprivates\u201d n\u00eb sistemin arsimor.<br \/>\nN\u00eb rastin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, liria akademike ndoshta duhet par\u00eb, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb si liri nga presioni politik dhe universitetet private, ndryshe prej universiteteve shtet\u00ebrore, d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb mjedise plurale, t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb hapura ndaj \u00e7do individi dhe pik\u00ebpamjeje. N\u00eb fush\u00ebn shkencore, universitetet private edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb ndoshta, n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, t\u00eb orientuara drejt \u201cl\u00ebmive-fitimprur\u00ebse\u201d, si ato juridike dhe ekonomike,\u00a0megjithat\u00eb n\u00eb shkencat shoq\u00ebrore, ku ata konkurrojn\u00eb me universitetet shtet\u00ebrore, universitetet cil\u00ebsore private kan\u00eb nj\u00eb avantazh ndaj tyre, sepse nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat pengesa burokratike dhe politike.<br \/>\nMund t\u00eb argumentohet se universitetet shtet\u00ebrore shqiptare asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, as para viteve \u201990-t\u00eb, as sot, nuk u kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb student\u00ebve profesion, por vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb formim akademik (p\u00ebrtej formimit ideologjik t\u00eb koh\u00ebs). T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr profesionin e m\u00ebsuesit kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar, jo vet\u00ebm prej p\u00ebrvojave tona personale, por edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet studimeve zyrtare n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe sot (ekzistojn\u00eb studime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb realizuara n\u00eb vitet 1988, 1989 dhe 2005 p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje). K\u00ebto studime jan\u00eb diskutuar n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb larta dhe kan\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb pah se formimi profesional rezultonte i cunguar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se m\u00ebsuesit nuk fitonin kompetenca profesionale, por kryesisht vet\u00ebm njohuri. Ka dyshime gjithashtu se, me gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen n\u00eb sistemin e Bolonj\u00ebs, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri vazhdon e nj\u00ebjta gjendje n\u00eb universitetet shtet\u00ebrore, duke mos qen\u00eb t\u00eb orientuar sa duhet drejt profesionit, por duke paraqitur m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb rigrupim l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh dhe ciklesh studimi.<br \/>\nArgumenti i diversitetit t\u00eb programeve, kurseve, l\u00ebnd\u00ebve dhe moduleve leht\u00ebsohet shum\u00eb prej sektorit privat t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb avantazh t\u00eb k\u00ebtij sektori. Universiteti privat \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i lir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i hapur n\u00eb ofrimin e nj\u00eb larmie programesh t\u00eb diferencuara, mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb filozofin\u00eb e s\u00eb ardhmes nga homo sapiens-njeriu q\u00eb di, n\u00eb homo faber-njeriu q\u00eb b\u00ebn. Po ashtu, kurset priren t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb drejt diplomave me dije m\u00eb praktike, q\u00eb t\u00eb mund t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti n\u00eb nj\u00eb profesion t\u00eb caktuar. Universiteti privat g\u00ebzon autonomi m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebrmbajtjen dhe form\u00ebn e programeve t\u00eb studimit, kushte komplementare p\u00ebr pranimin e student\u00ebve, p\u00ebr struktur\u00ebn organizative dhe administrative, drejtime baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit shkencor, por edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb liri substanciale p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar aktivitetet e p\u00ebrditshme. Menaxhimi n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet parimeve private ka d\u00ebshmuar efikasitet n\u00eb \u00e7do nd\u00ebrmarrje, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe sektorin privat t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Ky sektor inkurajon mekanizma t\u00eb tregut, q\u00eb rrisin pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe lirin\u00eb akademike dhe, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim, k\u00ebrkon prej tregut nj\u00eb reagim p\u00ebr dobin\u00eb dhe vlefshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e diplom\u00ebs s\u00eb fituar.<br \/>\nSektori privat i arsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i shpejt\u00eb dhe m\u00eb i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb n\u00eb vendosjen e nj\u00eb partneriteti me tregun e pun\u00ebs. P\u00ebr shembull, n\u00eb UET jan\u00eb ngritur pran\u00eb \u00e7do departamenti Bordet e Tregut t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs, me specialist\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme, p\u00ebr t\u2019u konsultuar me ta p\u00ebr programet, praktikat e student\u00ebve, si dhe ecurin\u00eb e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve t\u00eb diplomuar. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me to, ngrihet korpusi i kompetencave q\u00eb duhet t\u2019u m\u00ebsoj\u00eb student\u00ebve dhe mund t\u00eb propozohen l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb reja drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti prej pedagog\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb programet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb vitit pasardh\u00ebs. Kjo e fundit p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shembullin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb konkretizimit t\u00eb liris\u00eb akademike n\u00eb universitet. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre, universiteti privat duksh\u00ebm ofron sh\u00ebrbime m\u00eb t\u00eb mira arsimore, mjete didaktike t\u00eb avancuara, laborator\u00eb, teknologji m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb arsimore, q\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb rritjen e performanc\u00ebs akademike t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe mendim kontrovers, duke ndikuar k\u00ebshtu drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti n\u00eb rritjen e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb arsim.<br \/>\nN\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, sektori privat nxit m\u00eb shum\u00eb konkurrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb sesa barazitizmin n\u00eb sistemin e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe, nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb mirat publike q\u00eb krijon nj\u00eb universitet privat, jan\u00eb stafet akademike shum\u00eb m\u00eb ambicioze dhe t\u00eb nxitura p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb tipar q\u00eb rrit profesionalizmin, q\u00eb, n\u00eb kthim, ndikon tek rritja e liris\u00eb akademike, frym\u00ebs s\u00eb debatit konstruktiv dhe bashk\u00ebkohor. Akademik\u00ebt shprehin lirsh\u00ebm opinionin e tyre intelektual, shkencor dhe profesional vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb kur b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e debateve konstruktive n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e shum\u00eb aspekteve sociale, politike dhe arsimore.
